1.Evaluation on the application of clinical nursing in the treatment of patients with anorectal surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of clinical nursing on patients with anorectal surgery.Methods Our study selected 140 anorectal surgical patients from the Anorectal Surgical Department of the Hospital as our research subjects , of whom 70 patients who were rendered novel clinical nursing were designated as the observation group, while another 70 patients who re-ceived anorectal clinical routine care were designated as the control group.Clinical nursing effects of the 2 different nursing modes were compared between the 2 groups after a period of nursing.Results Pain scores, incidence of urinary retention and urinary indwelling catheter time were all lower than those of those of the control group (P <0.05).Recovery time after surgery was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.01), and average duration of stay in the hospital and total medical costs were all considerably lower than those of the control group (P <0.05).For the patients in the observation group, knowledge about the disease and satisfac-tion of nursing care were all superior to those of the control group ( P <0.01) .Conclusion The application of novel clinical nursing was beneficial to anorectal surgical patients in the following respects:improving understanding of the diseases, shortening hospital stay, reducing medical costs, improving the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction, and as a whole had positive clinical value in patient clinical nursing.
