This paper systematically summarizes the practical experience of the 2025 Dingri earthquake emergency medical rescue in Tibet. It analyzes the requirements for earthquake medical rescue under conditions of high-altitude hypoxia, low temperature, and low air pressure. The paper provides a detailed discussion on the strategic layout of earthquake medical rescue at the national level, local government level, and through social participation. It covers the construction of rescue organizational systems, technical systems, material support systems, and information systems. The importance of building rescue teams is emphasized. In high-altitude and cold conditions, rapid response, scientific decision-making, and multi-party collaboration are identified as key elements to enhance rescue efficiency. By optimizing rescue organizational structures, strengthening the development of new equipment, and promoting telemedicine technologies, the precision and effectiveness of medical rescue can be significantly improved, providing important references for future similar disaster rescues.

Objective: To systematically evaluate the association between maternal adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and offspring social behavior, so as to provide a theoretical basis for further research on intergenerational social behavioral development. Methods: Relevant research literature about maternal ACEs and the development of children s maladaptive social behaviors were collected, from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP, Wanfang, SinoMed, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase and SpringLink databases, covering the period from the inception of each database to May 2025. The Chinese database matched and searched through three groups of keywords: "Pregnant women" "Mothers" and "Women"; "Bad childhood experience" "Bad early experience" and "Bad adolescent experience"; "Children" "Teenagers" "Children s behavior" "Children s development" "Teenagers behavior" "Internalized behavior" and "Externalized behavior". The English database was searched by three groups of keywords: "Female" "Pregnant women" "Mothers"; "Adverse childhood experiences" "Adverse early childhood experiences" "Adverse experiences of adolescent"; "Child behavior" "Child development" "Adolescent behavior" "Internalized behaviors" "Externalized behaviors". The selected literature was evaluated for quality and data extraction, with OR and 95% CI as effect indicators. Stata 16.0 software was used for heterogeneity testing, subgroup analysis, and publication bias analysis. Results: A total of 14 studies involving 64 302 mother-child pairs were included. The Meta analysis results showed a significant correlation between maternal ACEs and both offspring maladaptive internalized behaviors ( OR=1.75, 95%CI=1.42-2.15, P <0.01) and externalized behaviors ( OR=1.82, 95%CI=1.51-2.20, P <0.01). The results of subgroup analyses showed that in different regions[internalized behaviors:domestic, foreign OR (95% CI )=2.03(1.49-2.76), 1.55(1.19-2.03); externalized behaviors: domestic, foreign OR (95% CI )=2.41(1.52-3.82), 1.65(1.36-2.01)], study type[internalized behaviors: cohort study, cross sectional study OR (95% CI )=1.64(1.34-2.00), 1.85(1.30-2.65); externalized behaviors: cohort study, cross sectional study OR (95% CI )=1.76(1.46-2.12), 2.12(1.40-3.20)], sample size [internalized behaviors: ≥4 000, <4 000 pairs OR (95% CI )=1.69(1.13-2.55), 1.77( 1.41 -2.24); externalized behaviors: ≥3 000, <3 000 pairs OR (95% CI )=1.72(1.37-2.17), 2.13(1.44-3.15)], there were significant and positive association between mothers ACEs and children s internalizing and externalizing behaviors (all P <0.05). Conclusion A substantial positive association exists between maternal ACEs and the development of offspring maladaptive internalized and externalized behaviors, but the result needs to be continued to be validated by more research.

Objective To use imaging features of pulmonary nodules to predict the risk of lymph node metastasis in patients with cT1-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), providing a reference for clinical decision-making. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the imaging features and postoperative pathological results of cT1 NSCLC patients who underwent surgical treatment at Linyi People’s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022. Patients were grouped and analyzed according to lymph node metastasis status. Results A total of 1 123 patients were included, comprising 471 males and 652 females, with a median age of 59 (52, 66) years. Comparative analysis revealed that sex, age, nodule location, nodule size on imaging, solid component size, consolidation tumor ratio (CTR), average CT value, and tumor proximity to the pleura all influenced lymph node metastasis. A nomogram was constructed, indicating that the probability of lymph node metastasis in cT1 NSCLC was positively correlated with solid component size, CTR, and average CT value of the pulmonary nodule, and negatively correlated with patient age. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.929. Conclusion For cT1 NSCLC patients, the probability of lymph node metastasis can be predicted by measuring the solid component size, CTR, and average CT value of the pulmonary nodule, in conjunction with patient age. However, relying solely on pulmonary nodule imaging characteristics is insufficient to determine a specific lymph node dissection strategy.

Objective: To construct an evaluation index system of oral health literacy for children's parents, so as to provide an index system for the evaluation of oral health literacy for children's parents in China. Methods: The evaluation index system of oral health literacy for children's parents was designed based on literature review and semi-structured interview. Experts from oral prevention and pediatric oral medicine were invited to participate in two-round Delphi consultations. The indicators were scored and screened according to the importance, and the weight determined using analytic hierarchy process. The effectiveness of the consultation was evaluated by positive coefficient, authority coefficient and coordination coefficient. Results: Twenty-four experts participated in the consultation, including 6 males and 18 females. There were 21 experts with a master degree, 3 experts with a doctor degree, and 20 experts with vice senior professional titles and above. The recovery rates of the two rounds of consultations were 96.00% and 100.00%, the authority coefficients were 0.866 and 0.917, the Kendall's coefficient of concordance were 0.120 and 0.156 (both P<0.05), and the coefficient of variation was 0.15-0.38 and 0.03-0.17, respectively. The final evaluation index system included 3 primary indicators, 11 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators. The primary indicators were basic knowledge and concepts related to oral health, promoting lifestyle and behaviors related to oral health, and maintaining basic skills related to oral health. Conclusion The evaluation index system of oral health literacy for children's parents has been established in this study and needs to be further applied and evaluated.

Objective: To analyze the correlation and gender differences between adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and positive childhood experiences (PCEs) and depression and anxiety symptoms among middle school students, so as to provide a reference for promoting the mental health of middle school students. Methods: With a stratified random cluster sampling method, a total of 6 656 middle school students in 4 cities, including Nanchang, Shenyang, Taiyuan, and Zhengzhou, were selected as research subjects from October 2021 to October 2022. The Adverse Childhood Experiences International Questionnaire (ACEs-IQ), Benevolent Childhood Experiences Scale (BCEs), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and Generalized Anxiety Disorders-7 (GAD-7) scale were used to conduct questionnaire surveys.The Chi square test was used to compare the reporting rates of depression and anxiety symptoms among middle school students in different groups, and a Logistic regression model was established to analyze the effects of ACEs and PCEs on depression and anxiety symptoms among middle school students and their gender differences. Results: The reporting rate of depressive symptoms among middle school students was 20.1%, and the reporting rate of anxiety symptoms was 13.9% . ACEs were positively correlated with depression and anxiety symptoms among middle school students (depression symptoms: OR =1.20, 95% CI =1.18-1.22, anxiety symptoms: OR =1.18, 95% CI =1.16-1.20), while PCEs were negatively correlated with depression and anxiety symptoms among middle school students(depression symptoms: OR =0.84, 95% CI = 0.83 -0.86, anxiety symptoms: OR =0.85, 95% CI =0.83-0.87) ( P <0.05). In the general population (depression symptoms ： OR =0.99, 95% CI = 0.98- 0.99, anxiety symptoms: OR =0.99, 95% CI =0.99-1.00) and among girls (depression symptoms: OR = 0.98 , 95% CI = 0.97- 0.99 , anxiety symptoms ： OR =0.99, 95% CI =0.98-1.00), the interaction term between ACEs and PCEs were negatively correlated with depression and anxiety symptoms ( P <0.05). Conclusions ACEs significantly affect the depression and anxiety symptoms of middle school students, while PCEs can help reduce the impact of ACEs on the depression and anxiety symptoms of middle school students, girls are more susceptible to the impact of early experiences than boys. It should focus on gender differences, formulate comprehensive mental health protection strategies, to promote the mental health development of middle school students.

Objective: To comprehensively assess the current status of extrauterine growth restriction (EUGR) in very preterm infants (VPI) and its associated factors in Chinese neonatal intensive care units (NICU). Methods: In this cohort study, 6 179 preterm infants born at <32 weeks' gestation were included, who were admitted to 57 hospitals in the China Neonatal Network in 2019 and hospitalized for ≥7 days. EUGR was evaluated by a cross-sectional definition (weight at discharge<10^th percentile for postmenstrual age), a longitudinal definition (decline in weight Z score>1 from birth to discharge), and weight growth velocity. The comparison between infants with and without EUGR was conducted by t-test, Mann-Whitney U test or χ² test as appropriate. Multivariable Logistic regression models were used to evaluate associations between EUGR with different definitions and maternal and neonatal factors, clinical practices, and neonatal morbidities. Results: A total of 6 179 VPI were enrolled in the study, with a gestational age of (29.8±1.5) weeks and birth weight of (1 365±304) g; 56.2% (3 474) of them were male. Among them, 48.4% (2 992 VPI) were cross-sectional EUGR and 74.9% (4 628 VPI) were longitudinal EUGR. Z score of weight was (0.13±0.78) at birth and decrease to (-1.35±0.99) at discharge. The weight growth velocity was 10.13 (8.42, 11.66) g/(kg·d). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that among the influential factors that could be intervened after birth, late attainment of full enteral feeds (OR_adjust=1.01, 95%CI 1.01-1.02, P<0.001; OR_adjust=1.01, 95%CI 1.01-1.02, P<0.001), necrotizing enterocolitis≥Ⅱstage (OR_adjust=2.64, 95%CI 1.60-4.35, P<0.001; OR_adjust=1.62, 95%CI 1.10-2.40, P<0.001) and patent ductus arteriosus (OR_adjust=1.94, 95%CI 1.50-2.51, P<0.001; OR_adjust=1.63, 95%CI 1.29-2.06, P<0.001) were all associated with increased risks of both cross-sectional and longitudinal EUGR. In addition, late initiation of enteral feeds (OR_adjust=1.06, 95%CI 1.02-1.09, P=0.020) and respiratory distress syndrome (OR_adjust=1.45, 95%CI 1.24-1.69, P<0.001) were all associated with cross-sectional EUGR. Breast milk feeding (OR_adjust=1.33, 95%CI 1.05-1.68, P<0.001) was associated with a higher risk of longitudinal EUGR. Conclusions: The incidence of EUGR in VPI in China is high. Some modifiable risk factors provide priorities to improve postnatal growth for VPI. Nutritional management of VPI and the efforts to decrease the incidence of complications are still the focus of clinical management in China.
