Objective: To evaluate the classroom environmental management and CO 2 volume concentration in primary and secondary schools from Liaoning, Tianjin, and Shanghai, thereby providing a scientific basis for developing targeted strategies to improve classroom air quality. Methods: From December 16 to 26, 2024, by using stratified random cluster sampling method, the questionnaire survey was conducted in 72 primary and secondary schools (24 each of primary, junior high, and regular high schools) across Liaoning, Tianjin and Shanghai. Information on heating, ventilation and other classroom environmental management was collected. Additionally, 108 classrooms were selected for on site microclimate measurements, including temperature, humidity, wind speed and CO 2 volume concentration. Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression models were employed to explore related factors of classroom CO 2 volume concentration. Results: Among the three provinces/municipalities, 20.8% of schools regularly monitored the microclimate. The overall compliance rate for classroom CO 2 volume concentration was 17.6%. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that CO 2 volume concentration in regular and junior high school classrooms were higher than in primary school classrooms ( β=0.067, 0.046, 95%CI =0.036-0.099, 0.013-0.080); classrooms ventilated regularly in the morning and afternoon had higher CO 2 volume concentration than those ventilated during every break between classes ( β=0.043, 95%CI = 0.007- 0.080); both temperature ( β=0.010, 95%CI =0.004-0.016) and humidity ( β=0.003, 95%CI =0.002-0.004) were positively correlated with CO 2 volume concentration (all P <0.05). Conclusions Excessive CO 2 volume concentration in primary and secondary school classrooms is a prominent issue, and ventilation frequency is a key intervenable factor for controlling CO 2 levels. It is recommended to promote ventilation during every break between classes as a core management measure and to emphasize air quality supervision in regular high school classrooms.

Objective:To investigate the effect of abnormal D-dimer level on the prognosis of patients with frontal lobe injury, and to provide a new idea for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of frontal lobe injury.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 71 patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) who were admitted to the Surgical Care Unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from November 1, 2020 to February 1, 2021. According to whether TBI involved in the frontal lobe, the patients were divided into the experimental group ( n = 44) and the control group ( n = 27). Clinical data including sex, age, body mass index (BMI), length of hospital stay, ISS trauma score, GCS coma score, qSOFA score, GOS prognostic score and coagulation index test results within 24 h of admission of the two groups were recorded, and the difference of each index between the two groups was compared. Results:① D-dimer levels were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group ( P<0.01); ② The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 40.9%, of which the incidence of lower limb vein thrombosis was 18.2%, and the incidence of complications in the control group was 18.5%, of which the incidence of lower limb vein thrombosis was 3.7%; there were statistical differences between the two groups ( P<0.05); ③ The average hospital stay of patients was 10.96 days in the control group, and 15.50 days in the experimental group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05); ④ The 28-day mortality rate of patients in the experimental group was 18.2% and 7.4% in the control group. There was no significant difference in 28-day mortality between the two groups ( P>0.05); ⑤ The level of D-dimer was negatively correlated with GOS prognostic score in patients with frontal lobe injury ( r=-0.501, P<0.01). Conclusions:Patients with frontal lobe injury have increased D-dimer levels, increased incidence of complications, and longer hospital stay. There is a significant negative correlation between D-dimer level and prognosis in patients with frontal lobe injury. D-dimer can be used as a sensitive indicator to evaluate the prognosis of patients with frontal lobe injury. The higher the D-dimer level, the worse the prognosis of patients.

【Objective】 To investigate the effects and potential mechanisms of neurodegenerative lesions in male mice caused by ozone exposure. 【Methods】 We divided 23 C57BL/6N male mice aged 8 to 9 months into control group （clean air group， 11） and ozone group （1 mg/m ³， 4h/d， 12）. After 8 weeks of continuous ozone exposure， the Morris water maze experiment was used to detect the mice’s learning and memory ability， HE dyeing to observe pathological changes in hippocampal tissue cells， and immunoprinting tests to detect the expression levels of Tau， p-Tau and α-synuclein proteins in the cerebral cortex tissue. 【Results】 After 8 weeks of ozone exposure， the mice’s spatial learning and memory ability were impaired to a certain extent， the incubation period decreased with time， and the two lines were separated， but the difference was not statistically significant. Ozone exposure caused changes in the morphology of the mice’s hippocampal tissue cells， disorders in the arrangement of hippocampal neuron， and nuclear wrinkles， and significantly increased levels of p-Tau and α-synuclein protein expressions in cerebral cortex tissues （P<0.01）， but there was no statistical significance in the total Tau expression level. 【Conclusion】 Ozone exposure leads to the loss of learning and memory in mice， changes in hippocampal neurocellular pathology， and increased expression levels of neurodegenerative variable-related proteins.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of embolization of inferior phrenic artery as nonbronchial systemic artery(NBSA) for hemoptysis.Methods Imaging and clinical data of 1 1 patients with inferior phrenic artery as NBSA were analyzed retrospectively, and complications and hemoptysis recurrence rate were recorded.Results Seven patients underwent enhanced CT examination and 4 patients underwent plain CT examination before embolization.Six of those patients who underwent enhanced CT examination were found abnormal arteries,and were confirmed as NBSA by angiography.The other 5 patients were found unmatch of lesion distribution and bronchial arteries during procedure,and inferior phrenic artery as NBSA were found by expanding angiography.All procedure were successfully performed,3 cases occurred hiccup and need not treatment.No serious complications occurred,such as incontinence and paraplegia.During (1 8.7 ± 1 3.8)months follow-up,only 1 patient recurrence of hemoptysis,and successful after conservative treatment,and the other 10 patients had no recurrence of hemoptysis.Conclusion The inferior phrenic artery as NBSA can induce hemoptysis.It is safe to embolization of the inferior phrenic artery,which can reduce the recurrent rate of hemoptysis.
