Objective To develop the Children's Screen Interaction Quality Questionnaire(CSIQ)suit-able for measuring Chinese children aged 0 to 4 years, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The purposive sampling method was used, and the guardians of 30 normal children aged 0 to 4 years undergoing physical examinations in the Department of Child Health Care of Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February to April 2023 were selected as the interview objects.25 initial items were constructed through literature review,semi-structured interviews, and the Delphi expert consultation method. With the convenience sampling method,2 242 guardians of children aged 0 to 4 years old in the small and middle classes of 9 kindergartens in Guiyang City,Zunyi City, and Renhuai City were surveyed for item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability and validity analysis. Results Exploratory factor a-nalysis extracted three factors, namely screen content interaction, reality interaction, and media interaction, with a total of 12 items. The cumulative variance explained rate of the 3-factor model was 69.829%.Confirma-tory factor analysis supported the three-factor model of CSIQ:x2/df=4.424,root mean square error of ap-proximation(RMSEA)=0.066,normed fit index(NFI)=0.955,comparative fit index(CFI)=0.965,incre-mental fit index(IFI)=0.965,Tucker-Lewis index(TLI)=0.955,goodness-of-fit index(GFI)=0.955,and the CSIQ had good convergent validity and discriminant validity. Conclusion The CSIQ has good reliability and validity.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of cleaning and disinfection of medical bedding items in public medical institutions of Liangshan ethnic minority area and analyze the risk of infections so as to provide ba-ses for optimizing the infection control strategies in the ethnic minority area.METHODS On the basis of question-naire survey, onsite sampling method and bacterial isolation and identification technique,a cross-sectional survey was conducted for the current status of cleaning and disinfection of medical bedding items in 15 different grades of public medical institutions of Liangshan ethnic minority area by stratified random sampling method from Sep.2021 to Sep.2023.RESULTS A total of 66 valid questionnaire were recycled, and 540 bedding item samples were col-lected.Totally 93.33%of the medical institutions relied on laundries for centralized cleaning of the medical bed-ding items. The implementation rates of management items such as policy formulation(100.00%)and pre-job training were remarkably higher in the tertiary hospitals than in the secondary and primary hospitals(allP<0.05).There were no significant differences in the qualified rates of surveillance of microbiological indexes for the medical bedding items among the medical institutions, the qualified rate of surveillance of microbiological inde-xes was highest(71.30%)in the general hospitals and was lowest(61.11%)in the infectious diseases specialized hospital. The qualified rate of surveillance of microbiological indexes was lowest(3.33%)in pediatrics department or internal medicine department, and it raised most remarkably(80.00%)after the disinfection, and there was significant difference(x2=36.274,P<0.001).CONCLUSIONS The current status of disinfection of the medical bedding items is not optimistic in the medical institutions of Liangshan ethnic minority area. There are the prob-lems such as imperfect system, insufficient equipment and absence of personnel training. It is necessary to com-plete the execution and supervision system for cleaning and disinfection standards, increase the cleaning facilities, promote the use of antibacterial textile and bring in smart management system so as to improve the cleaning and disinfection quality and reduce the risk of hospital-associated infections.

【Objective】 To explore the application value of different language assessment tools in the assessment of language development of 12-month-old high-risk infants, and to screen out simple and valid language assessment tools. 【Methods】 A total of 217 11- to 13-month-old high-risk infants who were followed up at the outpatient service for high-risk infants at the child health clinic of Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Their language was evaluated by Early Language Milestone Scale (ELMS), Putonghua Communicative Development Inventory (PCDI) and Ages and Stages Questionnaire-Third Edition (ASQ-3). With Gesell as the gold standard for the assessment of language, the area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, Youden index and Kappa value of the three tools were calculated. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the different language assessment scales. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was used to evaluate the three tools. 【Results】 1)Among 217 high-risk infants, 78 preterm infants was the most (35.94%). The rate of delayed language development detected by Gesell, ELMS, PCDI-comprehension, PCDI-expression, ASQ-3 were 5.5%, 7.8%, 36.4%, 30.0% and 11.5%, respectively. 2)ASQ-3 had the strongest correlation with Gesell language region (r
