Objective: To explore the related factors of college students social network addiction based on problem behavior theory, so as to provide a basis for improving social networking addiction in this population. Methods: From May to June 2023, a method combining convenient sampling and cluster random sampling was used to select 1 768 college students from five universities in Shanghai for a questionnaire survey on social networking addiction, self esteem, loneliness, depressive symptoms, social support, interpersonal needs, sense of distress and frustration; at the same time, the physical exercise, smoking and drinking of college students were investigated. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was applied to explore the association between the three systems of the problem behavior theory (personality, behavior, and social environment) and social networking addiction among college students. Results: The score on the Social Network Addiction Tendency Scale was (21.08±6.29) among college students, and the detection rate of social networking addiction was 66.29%. After adjusting for gender, family economic status, parental divorce status, and whether being an only child, multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that in the personality system, higher loneliness ( OR =1.66) and higher depressive symptoms ( OR =2.18) were associated with increased risk of social networking addiction among college students; in the behavior system, alcohol consumption ( OR =1.42) was associated with higher risk of soical networking addiction compared to non drinkers; and in the social environment system, low social support ( OR =1.43) was associated with increased risk of social networking addiction (all P <0.05). Conclusions The rate of social networking addiction among college students is relatively high, and the systems of personality, behavior, and social environment are all related to social network addiction. Providing social support, cultivating healthy lifestyle habits, and increasing interpersonal interactions may help reduce excessive dependence on social networking among college students.

In the context of the new medical reform,the formation mechanism of drug prices is one of the important is-sues of this round of medical reform.Drug prices involve the interests of drug companies,hospitals,patients,and other parties,so it is particularly important to establish a reasonable mechanism for the formation of drug prices to safeguard the interests of all parties.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of drugs and the drug market,and then discusses the actual situation and challenges faced by the formation mechanism of drug prices.On this basis,it proposes basic principles for drug pricing and opti-mization recommendations for the formation mechanism of drug prices in the context of the new medical reform.This can provide a reference for the country to formulate relevant drug price policies and promote the rational development of drug prices.

Objective A rat model of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)was established by unilateral injection of a single dose of sodium laurate into the internal carotid artery.The effectiveness of the model was assessed by behavior scoring and analysis of serum-related indicators,cerebral infarction volume,cerebral microvascular density,hemodynamics,brain histopathology and the expression of blood-brain barrier(BBB)-related proteins.Methods SPF-grade male SD rats were divided randomly into a control group and a model group(n=6 per group).The model group received a single injection of 100 μL of sodium laurate(2 g/L)via the internal carotid artery,while the control group underwent the same surgical procedure but received an equal volume of saline.Neurobehavioral assessments were conducted using the Longa score and postural reflex test.Serum homocysteine(HCY)levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Cerebral infarction volume was detected by magnetic resonance imaging and changes in cerebral vascular density were observed by cerebrovascular imaging.The resistance index(RI)and perfusion index(PI)were measured by ultrasonography.Histopathological changes in brain tissue were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining.Expression of the cerebral microvascular marker CD31 and tight junction proteins ZO-1 and Occludin in brain cortex tissue were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The Longa score,postural reflex score(P＜0.05),and cerebral infarction volume were significantly increased(P＜0.05)while the cerebral vascular density was decreased in the model group compared with the control group.Serum HCY levels,carotid RI,and PI values were all significantly increased in the model group(P＜0.05).HE staining revealed solidified neuronal nuclei and enlarged perivascular spaces in the brain cortex in the model group.Immunohistochemical staining revealed that CD31,ZO-1,and Occludin expression were significantly reduced in the brain cortex in the model group compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions A rat model of CSVD can be established rapidly and effectively by a single unilateral injection of high-concentration sodium laurate via the internal carotid artery.This model is characterized by neurobehavioral abnormalities,cerebral infarction,insufficient cerebral blood supply,reduced vascular density,and disruption of the BBB,suggesting that it may serve as an effective rat model for the study of CSVD.

Objective:To compare the diagnostic accuracy between multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mp-MRI) and biparametric magnetic resonance imaging (bp-MRI) in muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC).Methods:The clinical data of 195 patients with bladder cancer at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from July 2020 to June 2022, were retrospectively reviewed. There were 160 males and 35 females, with the median age of 68(61, 76)years old. Mp-MRI was performed on each patient within 6 weeks before transurethral resection of bladder tumor or radical cystectomy. Each patients’ images were divided into two sets. Set 1 (bp-MRI) included the axial, sagittal, coronal T2-weighted images (T2WI), and axial diffusion-weighted images (DWI) or apparent diffusion coefficient maps. Set 2 (mp-MRI) included Set 1 images in addition to dynamic contrast-enhanced images. All images were independently reviewed and evaluated by two radiologists. Mp-MRI was evaluated according to the Vesical Imaging-Reporting and Data System (VI-RADS)guideline, and bp-MRI was evaluated according to two types of criteria. Bp-MRI (Criterion A): VI-RADS scoring is determined 2 when T2WI 3-point with DWI 2-point. Bp-MRI (Criterion B): VI-RADS scoring is determined 3 when T2WI 3-point with DWI 2-point. VI-RADS scoring ≥ 3 or ≥ 4 was used as the cut-off value to predict MIBC. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of mp-MRI, bp-MRI (Criterion A), and bp-MRI (Criterion B) were calculated, as well as receiver operating characteristic curves and the areas under the curve (AUC).Results:Of 195 patients, 135 patients (69.2%) were pathologically confirmed as NMIBC and 60 patients (30.8%) were MIBC. When the VI-RADS cut-off value was ≥ 3, the sensitivity of mp-MRI, bp-MRI (Criterion A), and bp-MRI (Criterion B) were identical, all at 88.3% (53/60). The specificity of bp-MRI (Criterion A), bp-MRI (Criterion B), and mp-MRI were 88.9% (120/135), 73.3% (99/13), and 86.7% (117/135), respectively. When the VI-RADS cut-off value was ≥ 4, both bp-MRI (Criterion A) and bp-MRI (Criterion B) were classified as the same criterion. The sensitivity of bp-MRI and mp-MRI were 70.0% (42/60) and 75.0% (45/60), respectively. The specificity of bp-MRI and mp-MRI were identical, at 95.6% (129/135). The AUC for bp-MRI (Criterion A), bp-MRI (Criterion B), and mp-MRI were 0.927 (95% CI 0.881-0.959), 0.904 (95% CI 0.853-0.941), and 0.927 (95% CI 0.881-0.959), respectively. The AUC for bp-MRI (Criterion A) and mp-MRI were significantly higher than that of bp-MRI (Criterion B) ( P<0.001). There was no significant difference in AUC between bp-MRI (Criterion A) and mp-MRI ( P=0.939). Conclusions:Bp-MRI (Criterion A), VI-RADS scoring is determined 2 when T2WI 3-point with DWI 2-point, shows comparable diagnostic accuracy in predicting MIBC with mp-MRI. Compared to bp-MRI (Criterion B), the corresponding situation when VI-RADS scoring is determined 3, bp-MRI (Criterion A) may have better diagnostic accuracy than bp-MRI (Criterion B) in predicting MIBC.

Objective:To explore the application of cognitive interview (CI) in intercultural adaptation of the Happiness Scale for Middle-Aged Women (HAS-MW) .Methods:This was a qualitative study. In January 2022, 20 middle-aged women in community of Yanji City were selected by purposive sampling for two rounds of CI, and 10 subjects participated in each round of CI. According to the interview outline, we understood the understanding of the subjects on the HAS-MW items that were preliminarily localized in Chinese. The expert group discussed and revised the items of the scale according to the interview results.Results:In this study, a total of 2 rounds of cognitive interviews were conducted, the age of 10 respondents (P1-P10) in the first round was (49.00±3.55) , and the age of 10 respondents (P11-P20) in the second round was (51.00±3.16) . After the first round, 6 items in HAS-MW were revised due to "imperfect language, grammar and expression". The second round of CI results showed that the respondents understood the contents of the revised scale items and believed that they were consistent with the original scale.Conclusions:Through CI, we can comprehensively understand middle-aged women's understanding of the content of the HAS-MW, effectively find out the cognitive bias caused by improper language expression in the process of the scale's localization, improve the understanding of the content of the scale by the interviewees, which is conducive to intercultural adaptation of the HAS-MW and provides a reference for the revision of the scale.

Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and genotypes of human rhinovirus (HRV) in patients with upper respiratory tract infection in Qingdao in the winter of 2020.Methods:Throat swab samples were collected from 101 patients with upper respiratory tract infection in Qingdao from November 2020 to January 2021. Quantitative PCR was used to detect 15 common respiratory viruses in the samples. HRV-positive samples were further analyzed with RT-PCR to amplify and sequence HRV VP4/VP2 gene. A phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the sequencing results and homology analysis was conducted.Results:Six common respiratory viruses were detected in the 101 patients. Thirty-four cases (34/101, 33.66%) were single pathogen infection and two cases were multiple infection (2/101, 1.98%). The positive rate of HRV was the highest (21.78%, 22/101). Twenty HRV VP4/VP2 sequences were successfully amplified. Phylogenetic analysis showed that there were 16 strains of HRV-A subtype and four strains of HRV-C subtype and 14 serotypes were involved.Conclusions:HRV was one of the leading viral pathogens causing upper respiratory tract infection in Qingdao in the winter of 2020 and the predominant subtype was HRV-A.
