Objective:
To explore the effects of a classroom based transdiagnostic preventive intervention program for emotional disorders on depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience among junior high school students, so as to provide reference for promoting adolescent mental health.
Methods:
From October to December 2023, 72 students from a junior high school in Beijing were recruited as research subjects and divided into an intervention group ( n =36) and a control group ( n =36). The intervention group participated in 8 sessions (40 mins per session) of transdiagnostic prevention intervention course for emotional disorders; the control group students participated in research based learning lessons or class meetings. Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), and Resilience Scale-8 (RS-8) were used to evaluate junior high school students. The Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to compare the differences in depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience scores between the intervention group and the control group before and after the intervention. PROCESS macro was used to test the mediating effect.
Results:
There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience before and after intervention in the intervention group ( Z =-1.07, 0.07, 1.43, all P >0.05). In the control group, the depressive symptoms score was higher after the intervention than before, and the resilience score was lower than before the intervention ( Z = 2.23 , -2.53, both P <0.05). After intervention, the depressive symptoms score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the resilience score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group ( Z =-2.09, 3.33, both P < 0.05). The increase in the scores of resilience played a complete mediating role between the intervention and depressive symptoms, with the mediating effect value being -0.98 (95% CI =-2.47 to -0.11), accounting for 30.98% of the total effect.
Conclusion
Transdiagnostic preventive intervention program for emotional disorders based on classroom could prevent the deterioration of depressive symptom in junior high school students, and maintaining the level of resilience is an important factor for the intervention effect.

Objective:To design a heating and pressurizing flushing device and to assess its application effect in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods:The heating and pressurizing flushing device was composed of a heating and pressing device,a liquid crystal control panel module, flushing pipeline, heating pipeline and a support frame.A total of 100 female patients who underwent gynecological hysteroscopic surgery at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group adopted a heating and pressurizing device to perform heating and pressurizing operations during hysteroscopic surgery, the control group adopted manual inflatable pressurized infusion bags to perform heating and pressurizing operations during hysteroscopic surgery by inflating and squeezing the air bag.The clarity of dilated uterus, operation time, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative body temperature of the patients, and satisfaction of doctors and nurses were compared between the two groups. Results:The clarity rate of dilated uterus and satisfaction of doctors and nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.862,8.392,P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=51.099,P<0.05).The body temperature of the patients at 15 minutes during operation and 20 minutes after operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=-13.153,-17.911,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of heating and pressurizing device in gynecological hysteroscopic surgery can increase the clarity of dilated uterus, effectively shorten operation time, save human resources, reduce complications and improve the satisfaction of medical staff. The clinical application effect is good.

Objective To investigate the effect of L-selectin in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) of Wistar rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into four groups;the normal group, the CFA group, the LMS group and the model group; The animal models were established in rats by immunization with myelin basic protein of spinal cord of guinea pig and complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA).The symptom of EAE was observed; pathological feature and myelin of brain and spinal were detected with HE stain and Loyez's stain respectively. The number of positive vessels of L-selectin expression was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results 100% experimental Wistar rats treated with MBP and levamisole developed EAE,but none of the other groups. The number of positive vessels of L-selectin expression was (31.86 ± 1.39) in model group, obviously higher than that of in the normal group (1.38 ±0.18) ,the CFA group( 1.50 ±0.27) and the LMS group(7.25 ±0.59) (all P <0.05) ;The inflammation cells were found around vessels and demyelination were seen in white matter of brain and spinal cords. Conclusion The expression of L-selectin should play an important role in EAE.
