In recent years, a large number of studies have found that necroptosis involves in various pathological mechanisms of Parkinson's disease (PD), and can have a beneficial effect on PD by inhibiting the key molecules of necroptosis pathway. This review focuses on the correlations between necrotic apoptosis and various pathologic mechanisms of PD and the latest research progress of inhibitors in PD, aiming to provide theoretical basis for PD treatment and drug target screening.
