Purpose/Significance The internet consultation user portrait is constructed to explore the consultation topic,improve the consultation service quality,reduce the communication barriers between doctors and patients,and provide targeted treatment in an online and offline manner.Method/Process Python crawler is used to obtain the autism diagnosis data of a medical platform,and the combined model of LDA and TF-TFIDF is used to divide the data,and the user group classification is realized after dimensionality reduction clus-tering.Finally,the characteristic sets of different user groups are calculated and output by logistic regression model to construct the por-trait.Result/Conclusion The consultation content of users mainly focuses on 11 topics.The platform can optimize the consultation filling template based on the typical characteristics of the subject content to improve the accuracy of the disease description,consultation effi-ciency and satisfaction of patients.

Purpose/Significance To analyze the text content of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)policies issued by the central govern-ment in China,to identify hot topics,and to carry out thematic evolution analysis.Method/Process The paper retrieves TCM policies issued in China from 2006 to 2023,applies LDA theme model for theme extraction,hotspot analysis,and theme evolution analysis for each policy stage.Result/Conclusion TCM policies in China focus on clinical medical services,scientific research and innovation,education development,industrial construction,and cultural transmission.The hotspots of these policies exhibit unique characteristics at different stages.The evolution of TCM policies in our country shows a trend towards basic construction standardization,refinement,and comprehensive development.

Purpose/Significance To review the existing literature,and to analyze the main research directions of community elderly care services,so as to provide scientific suggestions for improving community elderly care services.Method/Process The literature data are obtained from CNKI database and combined with the life cycle theory,the related research process is divided into 3 stages.The topic changes in each stage are identified by LDA model,and the research hotspots and development trends in this field are analyzed and opin-ions are put forward.Result/Conclusion The researches on domestic community elderly care services focus on the elderly care mode,service system construction,rural and community services,aiming to provide comprehensive and professional services,improve service quality,and meet the diverse needs of the elderly.Community elderly care service is still a hot spot of social concern.In the future,we should strengthen service evaluation,pay attention to talent construction,and make full use of digital technology in this field.

OBJECTIVES: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNA) play important roles in the pathological processes of angiogenesis-related diseases such as cancer and diabetic retinopathy. This study aims to identify global research trends and hotspots in the field of lncRNAs in angiogenesis-related diseases and to explore future research directions. METHODS: Relevant literature published between 2012 and 2022 was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). A total of 1 516 articles on lncRNAs and angiogenesis-related diseases were included for bibliometric analysis. CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to analyze publication countries, institutions, journals, authors, co-cited references, and key words. RESULTS: The number of publications in this field has shown a steadily increasing trend from 2012 to 2022, peaking in 2021. China has the highest number of publications, while the United States ranked highest in centrality. Nanjing Medical University was the most prolific institution. Liu Y was the most productive author, while Wang Y ranked first in co-citation frequency. Cell was the most frequently cited journal. The latest terms of burst key words were vascular remodeling, dysfunction, heart, target, suppress, and pulmonary arterial hypertension. CONCLUSIONS From 2012 to 2022, research on lncRNAs in angiogenesis-related diseases has grown significantly. China leads in publication volume, while the United States holds the most academic influence. Emerging research hotspots such as vascular remodeling and dysfunction point to key directions for future research.

Background::High-dose dual therapy (HDDT) with proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and amoxicillin has attracted widespread attention due to its favorable efficacy in eradicating Helicobacter pylori ( H. pylori). This study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of high-dose PPI–amoxicillin dual therapy and bismuth-containing quadruple therapy for H. pylori rescue treatment. Methods::This was a prospective, randomized, multicenter, non-inferiority trial. Patients recruited from eight centers who had failed previous treatment were randomly (1:1) allocated to two eradication groups: HDDT (esomeprazole 40 mg and amoxicillin 1000 mg three times daily; the HDDT group) and bismuth-containing quadruple therapy (esomeprazole 40 mg, bismuth potassium citrate 220 mg, and furazolidone 100 mg twice daily, combined with tetracycline 500 mg three times daily; the tetracycline, furazolidone, esomeprazole, and bismuth [TFEB] group) for 14 days. The primary endpoint was the H. pylori eradication rate. The secondary endpoints were adverse effects, symptom improvement rates, and patient compliance. Results::A total of 658 patients who met the criteria were enrolled in this study. The HDDT group achieved eradication rates of 75.4% (248/329), 81.0% (248/306), and 81.3% (248/305) asdetermined by the intention-to-treat (ITT), modified intention-to-treat (MITT), and per-protocol (PP) analyses, respectively. The eradication rates were similar to those in the TFEB group: 78.1% (257/329), 84.2% (257/305), and 85.1% (257/302). The lower 95% confidence interval boundary (–9.19% in the ITT analysis, –9.21% in the MITT analysis, and –9.73% in the PP analysis) was greater than the predefined non-inferiority margin of –10%, establishing a non-inferiority of the HDDT group vs. the TFEB group. The incidence of adverse events in the HDDT group was significantly lower than that in the TFEB group (11.1% vs. 26.8%, P < 0.001). Symptom improvement rates and patients’ compliance were similar between the two groups. Conclusions::Fourteen-day HDDT is non-inferior to bismuth-containing quadruple therapy, with fewer adverse effects and good treatment compliance, suggesting HDDT as an alternative for H. pylori rescue treatment in the local region. Objective:To explore design of an intelligent teaching platform based on the training path of medical education and its application in clinical nursing teaching and management.Methods:Starting from three stages of medical education in colleges and universities, post-graduation education, continuing education and teacher development and training, combining the whole process of nursing teaching, relying on the nursing management information platform, the intelligent nursing teaching platform was designed and developed by using the front and rear separation design framework and the whole station HTTPS encrypted connection. The platform included teaching plans, teaching training, exam management, teaching feedback, teaching resources and system management modules. Among them, the teaching training module was divided into six sub-modules, such as college education, post-graduation education, continuing education, teacher development, advanced training and base training. The intelligent teaching platform was applied to clinical nursing teaching and management.Results:The use of the platform improved the quality of nursing teaching, provided independent learning environment for nurses and helped the hospital save time and labor costs.Conclusions:The application of intelligent nursing teaching platform effectively saves nursing labor cost and teaching management cost and promotes the development of nursing teaching training assessment and management towards the direction of informatization, which is a training management platform worthy of wide application by nursing teaching managers.

This article reviewed the intension and current status of knowledge translation in health care and analyzed the existing problems including a lack of nursing evidence summary, low quality of nursing evidence, nurses with low ability in evidence-based and insufficient evidence-based atmosphere. It is recommended that knowledge translation researchers of the institutions and clinical knowledge translation practitioners should work closely together to carry out integrated knowledge translation research, and should produce more best evidence summary and knowledge translation tools close to clinical needs, accelerate the cultivation of evidence-based nursing talents at all levels, and use a variety of incentives to support evidence-based practice,apply the concepts and methods of knowledge translation to improve the quality of nursing and promote the development of nursing science.

Objective To explore the effects of application and management of the standardized training system for newly graduated registered nurses. Methods A total of 238 newly graduated nurses in Peking University First Hospital were selected by purposive sampling method. The 138 nurses who were enrolled in August 2015 were assigned into control group, adopting the traditional training program for new nurses. The 100 newly enrolled nurses in August 2016 were assigned into observation group, adopting the new standardized training program for new nurses. After training, the nurses of both groups were evaluated with the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale (TSNGNS), the New Nurse Standardized Training Satisfaction Questionnaire, and the comprehensive examination paper. Results The total scores of TSNGNS, physical dimension, psychological dimension, social culture and development of nurses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after training, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.01). After training, the total score and each dimension score of nurse satisfaction questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After the training, the comprehensive examination score of the nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.01). Conclusions The implementation of the new training scheme can effectively relieve the new nurses' transition shock and improve their satisfaction and comprehensive evaluation score during training.

Objective To study the curative efficacy and safety of single-unit umbilical cord blood transplantation (sUCBT) for malignant hematologic diseases,which is provided by China's public cord blood bank.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 409 cases of malignant hematologic diseases who accepted myeloablative single-unit unrelated donor UCBT without ATG at our center between May 2008 and December 2016.A comparative analysis was made on the total nuclear cells (TNC) of the umbilical cord blood before freezing and after thawing,the cells of CD34+,the recovery rate of cells and the clinical effect of UCBT.Result 409 units of umbilical cord blood used in UCBT respectively came from eight China's public cord blood banks.The average TNC of 409 units of umbilical cord blood before freezing and after the tubular recovery were respectively 18.5 × 108 and 16.34 × 108 (p =0.000).The average recovery rate of the tubular recovery was 88.5％,and there was significant difference among cord blood banks (P =0.000).The average TNC of umbilical cord blood before freezing and transfusion were respectively 18.5 × 108 and 15.86 × 108 (p =0.000).The average recovery rate of umbilical cord blood transfusion was 85.9％,with the difference being significant among cord blood banks (P =0.000).The average number of CD34+ cells before freezing and after the tubular recovery was 11.18 × 106and 8.68 × 106 (p =0.000).The average recovery rate of CD34+ cells after the tubular recovery was 80.75 ％,with the difference being significant among the cord blood banks (P =0.000).At 42nd day after UCBT,the cumulative incidence of neutrophil engraftment was 95.4％,and the median time of the engraftment was 17 days (11-38 days).The cumulative incidence of platelet engraftment at 120th day was 84.6％,and the median time of the engraftment was 36 days (14-93 days).The cumulative incidence of erythrocyte engraftment at 60th day was 92％,and the median time of engraftment was 22 days (9d-60 days).After the umbilical cord blood provided by each bank was used in UCBT,it got the difference in cumulative incidence of engraftment.The P values for cumulative incidence of neutrophil,platelet and erythrocyte engraftment were respectively 0.004,0.01 and 0.000 2,with the differences being statistically significant.At 100th day after UCBT,the cumulative incidence of Ⅱ-Ⅳ and Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) was respectively 28.63％ and 15.7％.After umbilical cord blood provided by each bank was used in UCBT,it got the difference in cumulative incidence of aGVHD.There was no significant difference between Ⅱ-Ⅳ and Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees (P =0.809 and 0.68 respectively).At 3rd year after UCBT,the cumulative incidence of relapse was 15.89％.After umbilical cord blood provided by each bank was used in UCBT,there was no significant difference in the cumulative incidence of relapse (P =0.898).At 3rd year after UCBT,the overall survival (OS) rate and disease free survival (DFS) rate were respectively 66.7％ and 59％.After umbilical cord blood provided by each bank was used in UCBT,it got the difference in OS and DFS.There was no significant difference in OS and DFS (P =0.566 and 0.703 respectively).At 3rd year after sUCBT,the rate of graft-versus-host diseases/relapse-free survival (GRFS) was 54.3％.After umbilical cord blood provided by each bank was used in UCBT,there was no significant difference in the rate of GRFS (P =0.449).Conclusion The umbilical cord blood provided by China's public cord blood bank was used in UCBT.It has a high safety and good efficacy in treating malignant hematologic diseases.But it needs to set up the standardized and normalized quality-control system of umbilical cord blood for China's public cord blood bank.

Aim To determine the effective compo-nents of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae for sedative-hypnotic and its mechanism. Methods The extraction of Se-men Ziziphi Spinosae and the rat brain homogenates were prepared. High concentrations of Diazepam com-petitively replaced the ligand compounds of Semen Ziz-iphi Spinosae combining BDZ receptor in brain tissue, and all the compounds with sedative and hypnotic effects were collected and identified by HPLC and LC-MS technique, as the compounds extracted from the brain tissue were administered with Semen Ziziphi Spi-nosae. The brain tissue was administered with Diaze-pam, and with Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Diazepam. Results The HPLC chromatograms show that the peak time of BDZ receptor ligand compounds was 2. 71 min and 46. 87min, when compared with Diazepam. And the LC-MS chromatograms display the relative molecu-lar weight of the ligand compounds was 274. 28 m/z, 453. 34 m/z,496. 34 m/z and 608. 38 m/z respective-ly. According to the fingerprint of Semen Ziziphi Spi-nosae, these compounds may be fatty acid substances and lupine pill triterpene compounds. Conclusions On the basis of the principle of receptor ligand bind-ing, we established a way to quickly analyze and iden-tify the role of natural products in the same drug target compounds. The method not only can clearly define the effective components of natural products, but also clar-ify the mechanism of action of the compounds. The ac-tive ingredient of calm hypnosis in Semen Ziziphi Spi-nosae may be fatty acid substances Palmitic acid ( C16 H32 O2 ) and lupine pill triterpene compounds Alphitolic acid( C30 H48 O4 ) and Spinosin( C28 H32 O15 ) . They exert their sedative and hypnotic effects by combining with BDZ receptor, and the research has laid a theoretical foundation for the further study about mechanism of Se-men Ziziphi Spinosae.
