ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanisms of Runmu Dihuang decoction （RMDHD） in treating perimenopausal dry eye with liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome based on the silent information regulator 3 （SIRT3）/hypoxia-inducible factor-1α （HIF-1α）/nuclear factor-κB （NF-κB） signaling pathway. MethodsSixty female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups （n=10 per group）： Sham operation group， model group， sodium hyaluronate eye drop group， and low-， medium-， and high-dose RMDHD groups （5.625， 11.25， 22.50 g·kg^-1）. Except for the sham operation group， all rats underwent bilateral ovariectomy and were administered 0.1% benzalkonium chloride eye drops combined with long-term chronic irritation to establish a perimenopausal dry eye model with liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome. Drug administration began in the 11th week after modeling and continued for 21 days. General conditions， screen-grip test scores， tear secretion volume， tear film breakup time （TFBUT）， and corneal fluorescein staining were recorded. Serum levels of reactive oxygen species （ROS）， follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）， estradiol （E₂）， and progesterone （PROG） were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Pathological changes in the lacrimal glands， corneas， and uteri were observed using hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining. Protein expression levels of SIRT3， HIF-1α， phosphorylated NF-κB p65 （p-NF-κB p65）， and total NF-κB p65 in the lacrimal glands were detected by Western blot. The expression of inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1β （IL-1β） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in the lacrimal glands was assessed by immunohistochemistry （IHC）. ResultsAfter model establishment， no significant differences were observed among the groups except the sham operation group. Compared with the sham operation group， the other groups exhibited slowed movement， dull responses， increased irritability， reduced body weight， elevated rectal temperature， decreased screen-grip test scores， reduced tear secretion， and significantly shortened TFBUT （P<0.05）. After treatment， compared with the model group， the sodium hyaluronate eye drop group and all RMDHD groups showed improved general conditions， significantly increased tear secretion （P<0.05）， prolonged TFBUT （P<0.05）， and elevated screen-grip test scores （P<0.05）. Serum ROS and FSH levels were significantly decreased， while E₂ and PROG levels were significantly increased （P<0.05）. Pathological damage to the cornea， lacrimal glands， and uterus was ameliorated. In addition， protein expression levels of SIRT3 and HIF-1α in the lacrimal glands were significantly upregulated （P<0.05）， whereas the expression of p-NF-κB p65， IL-1β， and TNF-α was significantly downregulated （P<0.05）. ConclusionRMDHD increases tear secretion and TFBUT， improves lacrimal gland and corneal injury， and alleviates dry eye symptoms in a perimenopausal dry eye rat model with liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome. The underlying mechanism may be related to regulation of the SIRT3/HIF-1α/NF-κB signaling pathway， inhibition of oxidative stress and inflammatory responses， and reduction of ocular surface tissue damage.

Chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases， and cardiomyocyte apoptosis is the turning point of decompensation. Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） could regulate apoptosis-related signaling pathways and factors and inhibit or up-regulate the expression of apoptosis-related proteins. Thus， TCM can reduce cardiomyocyte apoptosis， protect the myocardial tissue and improve the cardiac function， demonstrating remarkable clinical effects. In recent years， the research on the treatment of chronic heart failure based on the inhibition of cardiomyocyte apoptosis is increasing and becomes the current research hotspot. On the basis of literature review， this paper discovers that TCM regulates apoptosis factors and multiple signaling pathways to inhibit apoptosis and inflammation and delay the progression of chronic heart failure through classical pathways such as the death receptor pathway， the mitochondrial pathway， and the endoplasmic reticulum pathway. At the same time， the studies in this field have the following problems： Repeated studies with shallow， simple， and fragmented contents， treating animal models with TCM prescriptions without syndrome differentiation， treating diseases with drugs at only one concentration which is insufficient to indicate efficacy， and lacking comprehensive， holistic， and systematic studies on the relationships of apoptosis with inflammatory responses， pyroptosis， ferroptosis， and autophagy. In the future， more scientific， reasonable， comprehensive， and feasible experimental schemes should be designed on the basis of comprehensively mastering the research progress in this field， and the communication and cooperation between researchers in different disciplines should be strengthened. The specific pathological mechanism of cardiomyocyte apoptosis in chronic heart failure and the signaling pathways， active components， and action targets of TCM in inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis in chronic heart failure should be elucidated. Such efforts are expected to provide sufficient reference for the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.

Objective To conduct visualization analysis on research about Taraxaci Herba;To understand the research status,hotspots and trend of this field;To provide references for relevant research and clinical application.Methods The literature related to Taraxaci Herba was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from January 1,2000 to October 25,2023.NoteExpress 3.9 software was used to organize the bibliothems,and CiteSpace 6.2.R5 software was used to perform visualization analysis on the authors,research institutions and keywords.Results After screening,a total of 1 286 articles were included,with an overall upward trend in the number of annual publications.There were 518 source journals,and the journal with the most articles was Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research(33 articles);724 authors were involved,including Li Xifeng with the most articles(24 articles),and the core authors included Li Xifeng,Du Yunfeng,Hao Zhe,etc.;core research institutions included Henan University of Chinese Medicine,Yanbian University,Jiamusi University,etc.;high-frequency keywords included"Taraxaci Herba","caffeic acid","flavone","chlorogenic acid","Chinese materia medica"and so on.The research frontier involved breast cancer,inflammatory factors,Taraxaci Herba root,proliferation and antioxidant.Conclusion The current research hotspots in Taraxaci Herba focus on chemical composition,mechanism,compatibility application and disease treatment.In-depth study of the chemical constituents,refinement of the relevant mechanisms and disease treatment are the research trends in this field.

Background:Functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs)is a common disease of digestive system which severely affects the quality of life. Recently,more and more attentions have been paid to the relationship between FGIDs and psychological factors. Aims:To investigate the relationship between FGIDs and psychological factors and related treatment. Methods:A total of 270 patients with FGIDs admitted from Sept. 2013 to Sept. 2014 at Anhui No. 2 Province People’s Hospital were enrolled. Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the mental state of patients,and symptom severity of digestive system was scored. Patients with psychological abnormalities received conventional therapy to relieve digestive symptoms,and those who failed from conventional therapy were assigned into refractory group and others were assigned into response group. Patients in refractory group were further divided into conventional therapy group and combined therapy group for receiving paroxetine in addition to conventional therapy. Results:The rates of anxiety and depression were 61. 5%(166 / 270)and 57. 0%(154 / 270),respectively. The scores of HAMA and HAMD were positively correlated with the score of digestive symptoms(r = 0. 585,P < 0. 01;r = 0. 584,P <0. 01)in patients with anxiety and depression in response group. The scores of HAMA,HAMD and digestive symptoms in response group after conventional therapy were significantly decreased(P < 0. 05),while the scores of HAMA and HAMD in refractory group after therapy were significantly higher than those in response group before therapy(P < 0. 05). The scores of HAMA,HAMD and digestive symptoms in combined therapy group were significantly lower than those in conventional therapy group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions:Relationship is found between FGIDs and psychological factors,and antidepressants might contribute to the amelioration of symptoms of FGIDs.

Objective To explore nurse′s shortcoming repair scheme ( NSRS ) impacting on nursing quality in Operating Room ( OR) . Methods A total of 62 OR nurses had been chosen as sampling received NSRS after utilizing nurse′s shortcoming scale to acquire shortcomings. Results Nurses had the more younger, lower occupational title and educational background, the easier acquired shortcomings. After application of NSRS, the total comprehensive abilities of nurses improved apparently, of which the comprehensive ability of grade N0, N1, N2, N3 and N4 nurses were (70. 36 ± 5. 38), (74. 86 ± 7. 25), (76. 38 ± 6. 86), (82. 35 ± 4. 72), (86. 97 ± 2. 35) scores before NSRS implementation improved to (79. 58 ± 3. 61), (83. 69 ± 3. 45), (85.31 ±3.11), (90.56 ±2.45), (96.48 ±2.33) after NSRS implementation (t=9.846, 9.012, 9.327, 8. 742, 11. 356;P <0. 01). Before NSRS implementation, the rates were 14. 52%, 19. 35%, 16. 13%, 20. 97%, 17. 74%, 9. 68 % and 27. 42% for taking wrong patents, arranging wrong operative position, incomplete operative equipment preparation, counting mistake, improper use of equipment, medicine error, specimen improper preservation; after NSRS used, there were just one cases for arranging wrong operative position and count error, and the other 6 parts had no nursing error. Conclusions Through repairing nurse′s shortcoming, the incidence of nursing error reduces and the overall OR nurses′comprehensive abilities improve. It also can reduce the surgical care in the process of the accident, and improve the nursing quality of OR.

Objective To investigate the application of integrated medical care model in transurethral 2μm laser enucleation of the prostate patients .Methods Integrated medical care model was applied from June 2013 in transurethral 2 μm laser enucleation of the prostate patients .Health care work ability , incidence of complications , satisfaction of the health care work were compared before and after the implementation of integrated medical care model .Results Before the implementation of integrated care clinic capacity , the scores of health communication skills, teamwork skills, ability to work nursing, nurse-patient relationship were (16.5 ± 2.2),(13.2 ±3.6),(10.5 ±2.1),(16.5 ±3.6),(15.4 ±2.8), respectively; after implementation of integration the scores were (17.0 ±2.1),(17.8 ±4.2),(16.9 ±3.7), (17.0 ±3.4), (18.4 ±3.3), and medical care communication skills , teamwork, nurse-patient relationship scores were higher than that before the application of health care integration , the differences were statistically significant (t=6.592 9,3.718 9,6.727 5, 3.100 0, respectively;P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (8.1% vs 24.2%,χ2 =5.961 5,P<0.05).Health care job satisfaction score of observation group was (87.1 ±6.8), significantly higher than the control group (t=10.48,P<0.05).Conclusions Application of integrated medical care model in transurethral 2μm laser enucleation of the prostate patients can help improve coordination and work capacity , reduce patient morbidity and improve patient satisfaction with health care work , which is worthy of clinical application .
