The guidelines for curriculum ideological and political of nursing ethics explored the ideological and political elements of Chinese nursing,and proposed the curriculum's ideological and political goals.The development framework and basic ideas of guidelines were formed from the aspects of the integration path of curriculum ideological and political,and professional teaching,searching for the entry point of curriculum ideological and political,reforming the teaching methodology,enriching the form of teaching,and constructing the case base of curriculum ideological and political.It promoted the deep integration of nursing professional knowledge transmission and ideological value guidance,created a distinctive education system of curriculum ideological and political for nursing ethics,and provided a reference for the curriculum ideological and political construction of national nursing ethics.

Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is a common and non-lethal urological condition with painful symptoms. The complexity of CP/CPPS’s pathogenesis and lack of efficient etiological diagnosis results in incomplete treatment and recurrent episodes, causing long-term mental and psychological suffering in patients. Recent findings indicate that the autonomic nervous system involves in CP/CPPS, including sensory, sympathetic, parasympathetic, and central nervous systems. Neuro-inflammation and sensitization of sensory nerves lead to persistent inflammation and pain. Sympathetic and parasympathetic alterations affect the cardiovascular and reproductive systems and the development of prostatitis. Central sensitization lowers pain thresholds and increases pelvic pain perception in chronic prostatitis. Therefore, this review summarized the detailed processes and mechanisms of the critical role of the autonomic nervous system in developing CP/CPPS.Furthermore, it describes the neurologically relevant substances and channels or receptors involved in this process, which provides new perspectives for new therapeutic approaches to CP/CPPS.

Objective:To understand the iodine content of edible salt in residents of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (referred to as Corps), and provide scientific evidence for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods:According to the requirements of the "National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Surveillance Program" form 2015 to 2019, in accordance with the principle of random sampling, one regiment from each of the five directions of east, west, south, north and center in the Corps was selected, and four companies were selected from each regiment. Edible salt samples from the homes of 15 residents in each company were collected, and salt iodine content was quantitatively tested and the test results were analyzed.Results:From 2015 to 2019, 21 028 household salt samples were collected, qualified iodized salt were 20 204, non-qualified iodized salt were 712, non-iodized salt were 112, iodized salt coverage rate was 99.47% (20 916/21 028), iodized salt qualified rate was 96.60% (20 204/20 916), qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 96.08% (20 204/21 028). The average salt iodine content was (27.72 ± 4.81) mg/kg. From 2015 to 2019, the iodized salt coverage rates in the whole Corps were all > 95%, and the iodized salt qualified rates and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate were all > 90%. Among the 14 divisions of the Corps, iodized salt coverage rates were all > 95%, except for the 12th and 14th divisions, where the iodized salt qualified rates and qualified iodized salt consumption rates were < 90%, all other divisions were > 90%.Conclusions:Iodized salt coverage rate, iodized salt qualified rate and qualified iodized salt consumption rate have all reached the national standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders from 2015 to 2019, however, non-iodized salt exists in some areas, and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate is low. We should strengthen monitoring of iodized salt in key areas and promote health education, consolidate and maintain achievements in eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.

Objective To research the proper bicarbonate concentration for shipboard seawater reverse osmosis ( RO) remineralization. Methods Comprehensive analyses were made on the effects of HCO3- l on the desalination corrosion index, the methods of shipboard seawater reverse osmosis remineralization and related remineralization criteria. Then, the range of proper bicarbonate concentration of soft water remineralization was recommended for shipboard seawater reverse osmosis remineralization from different angles, which was verified by municipal drinking water quality survey results. Results HCO3- concentration greater than 90 mg/L could significantly reduce corrosiveness of desalinated water. Nevertheless, the contribution ration for Langelier index ( LSI) was debased when HCO3- was greater than 90 mg/L. At present, the minimum quality criteria for HCO3-concentration was equal or greater than 30mg/L proposed by most countries. Shipboard desalination remineralization was more preferable with direct addition of agent, but the dissolution of bicarbonate was quite low in water. Conclusion In consideration of the shipboard environment and support capability, the applicable bicarbonate concentration of shipboard RO desalination remineralization was 30-90 mg/L, which was within the range of drinking water bicarbonate concentration for 50％ of the cities in our country.
