Objective To observe impact factors of average glandular dose(AGD)of full field digital mammography(FFDM)and digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT)under breast Combo mode.Methods Totally 169 subjects who received FFDM and DBT under Combo mode were collected retrospectively.The breast compression thickness,tube voltage,tube current and AGD of FFDM and DBT exposure at cranio-caudal(CC)and mediolateral oblique(MLO)positions of bilateral breast were recorded.FFDM or DBT exposure conditions and AGD among different breast compression thickness and breast types were compared,and their correlations were analyzed.The impacts of breast compression thickness and breast density on AGD of FFDM or DBT were observed.Results There were significant differences in tube voltage,tube current and AGD of FFDM or DBT among different breast compression thicknesses(all P＜0.001).With the increase of breast compression thickness,tube voltage,tube current and AGD of FFDM or DBT all increased(all P＜0.001).There were statistical differences in breast compression thickness,tube voltage,tube current and AGD of FFDM or DBT among different types breast(all P＜0.001).Hierarchical analysis showed that,when breast compression thickness was＜50 mm,50-59 mm and＞59 mm respectively,statistical differences in AGDFFDM and AGDDBT among different breast types at CC or MLO positions were found(all P＜0.001).Under the same breast compression thickness,tube current,AGDFFDM and AGDDBT of FFDM or DBT all increased with the increase of breast density(all P＜0.001),while tube voltage of FFDM or DBT had no obvious change(all P＞0.05).Breast compression thickness and breast density were both independent factors of AGD of FFDM or DBT(all P＜0.001).Conclusion Under breast Combo mode,breast compression thickness and gland density both had impacts on AGD of FFDM or DBT,and the former had more significant impact on AGD.

OBJECTIVETo investigate whether the angiotensin II type I receptor gene (AGTR1) A1166C polymorphism is associated with a high risk of diabetic nephropathy.

METHODSThe allele frequency and the genotype distribution of the AGTR1 A1166C polymorphism were studied in normal controls (157 cases), simple diabetes (141 cases, duration of diabetes >10 years), and diabetic nephropathy (152 cases) by means of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP).

RESULTSPatients with diabetic nephropathy had a higher frequency of C allele of the AGTR1 A1166C polymorphism than that of normal controls and simple diabetes (P<0.05); but there was no significant difference in frequency of C allele between the normal controls and patients with simple diabetes.

CONCLUSIONThe diabetic patients with AGTR1 C allele may be more susceptible to diabetic nephropathy than diabetic patients with A allele.

Objective To explore the clinical diagnositic code(CDC)in ovarian endometrial cysts (OEC).Methods 218 cases of pelvic masses were investigated by use of symptoms,signs,B mode sonography and CA125.172 cases were diagnosed with OEC out of 218 cases,While 46 cases were ruled out by combination exploratory laparotomy and laparoscopy.Meanwhile we compared it with revisional american fertility society(r-AVS)including diagnosis and staging.Results The operation results of 218 cases were compared with the results of CDC and its Diagnositic Sensitiveness;Specificness;Positive predictive value;Negative predictive value;Diagnositic accordance rate as well as Diagnositic index of CDC were 96.4%,79.6%.93.0%,90.0%,91.7% and 73.4% respectively(χ2=127.818,P＜0.001).Further more,172 cases of OEC which diagnosed with CDC were further subdivided into three stages as 1,2,3 according to its score,mild;moderate;heavy and this stage category were compared with the category of AFS(Ⅰ-Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ),the Diagnositic accordance rate of two categories were 95.6%,95.6% and 83.0% respectively,No significant difference were found in Var.mitis and medium-sized(χ2=0,P＞0.05).but the Medium-sized and Gravis tape was significance(χ2=4.472,P＜0.05).Conclusion CDC has a better coincidence with operation in the diagnosis of OEC which can be used in the non-traumatic diagnosis and staging of OEC in clinic.
