Objective Pre-packaged space scallion pancakes are prone to quality deterioration during storage due to starch retrogradation and lipid oxidation, which affects their food safety and sensory characteristics. Therefore, investigating their quality changes during storage and predicting shelf life are of great significance for ensuring the quality of space food. Methods study conducted accelerated shelf-life tests at(37±1)℃ and(47±1)℃ under simulated spacecraft food storage conditions.Comprehensive analyses were performed, including physicochemical properties(acid value, peroxide value, carbonyl value),microbiological indicators(total bacterial count, coliforms),color parameters(L*,a*,b*,c*,h°),and texture characteristics(hardness,adhesiveness,etc.).XRD and FTIR were employed to verify starch retrogradation and lipid oxidation. Results Physicochemical properties:The acid value gradually decreased and stabilized with prolonged storage. The peroxide value increased rapidly at 37℃and 47℃,with samples stored at 47℃approaching the safety limit(0.25 g/100 g)within 40 days, while the carbonyl value exhibited a decreasing trend.Microbiological indicators:All samples met the requirements of GJB 4992A-2012.No microbial contamination was detected initially, with only minor bacterial growth observed in later stages, and no coliforms were detected throughout the storage period.Color changes:During storage at 20℃,the a*value increased by 91.67%,while b* and c* values showed significant increases.Meanwhile,L* and h° values decreased by 7.42%and 8.75%,respectively.Texture deterioration:Overall texture characteristics declined, and XRD and FTIR analyses confirmed aggravated starch retrogradation.Shelf-life prediction:Correlation analysis identified peroxide value as the key factor. The established prediction model had an error margin of less than 10%,with predicted shelf lives of 236,121,and 57 days at 20℃,37℃,and 47℃,respectively.Conclusion This study reveals the quality change patterns of space scallion pancakes during storage. The established shelf-life prediction model provides theoretical and methodological support for quality monitoring of pre-packaged space foods.

Objective To observe impact factors of average glandular dose(AGD)of full field digital mammography(FFDM)and digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT)under breast Combo mode. Methods Totally 169 subjects who received FFDM and DBT under Combo mode were collected retrospectively. The breast compression thickness, tube voltage, tube current and AGD of FFDM and DBT exposure at cranio-caudal(CC)and mediolateral oblique(MLO)positions of bilateral breast were recorded.FFDM or DBT exposure conditions and AGD among different breast compression thickness and breast types were compared, and their correlations were analyzed. The impacts of breast compression thickness and breast density on AGD of FFDM or DBT were observed. Results There were significant differences in tube voltage, tube current and AGD of FFDM or DBT among different breast compression thicknesses(all P<0.001).With the increase of breast compression thickness, tube voltage, tube current and AGD of FFDM or DBT all increased(all P<0.001).There were statistical differences in breast compression thickness, tube voltage, tube current and AGD of FFDM or DBT among different types breast(all P<0.001).Hierarchical analysis showed that, when breast compression thickness was<50 mm,50-59 mm and>59 mm respectively, statistical differences in AGDFFDM and AGDDBT among different breast types at CC or MLO positions were found(all P<0.001).Under the same breast compression thickness, tube current,AGDFFDM and AGDDBT of FFDM or DBT all increased with the increase of breast density(all P<0.001),while tube voltage of FFDM or DBT had no obvious change(all P>0.05).Breast compression thickness and breast density were both independent factors of AGD of FFDM or DBT(all P<0.001).Conclusion Under breast Combo mode, breast compression thickness and gland density both had impacts on AGD of FFDM or DBT,and the former had more significant impact on AGD.

BACKGROUND:
LY01005 (Goserelin acetate sustained-release microsphere injection) is a modified gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist injected monthly. This phase III trial study aimed to evaluated the efficacy and safety of LY01005 in Chinese patients with prostate cancer.
METHODS:
We conducted a randomized controlled, open-label, non-inferiority trial across 49 sites in China. This study included 290 patients with prostate cancer who received either LY01005 or goserelin implants every 28 days for three injections. The primary efficacy endpoints were the percentage of patients with testosterone suppression ≤50 ng/dL at day 29 and the cumulative probability of testosterone ≤50 ng/dL from day 29 to 85. Non-inferiority was prespecified at a margin of -10%. Secondary endpoints included significant castration (≤20 ng/dL), testosterone surge within 72 h following repeated dosing, and changes in luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and prostate specific antigen levels.
RESULTS:
On day 29, in the LY01005 and goserelin implant groups, testosterone concentrations fell below medical-castration levels in 99.3% (142/143) and 100% (140/140) of patients, respectively, with a difference of -0.7% (95% confidence interval [CI], -3.9% to 2.0%) between the two groups. The cumulative probabilities of maintaining castration from days 29 to 85 were 99.3% and 97.8%, respectively, with a between-group difference of 1.5% (95% CI, -1.3% to 4.4%). Both results met the criterion for non-inferiority. Secondary endpoints were similar between groups. Both treatments were well-tolerated. LY01005 was associated with fewer injection-site reactions than the goserelin implant (0% vs . 1.4% [2/145]).
CONCLUSION:
LY01005 is as effective as goserelin implants in reducing testosterone to castration levels, with a similar safety profile.

Objective :
To investigate the association between c. 1311C > T and c. 1004C > A of glucose⁃6 ⁃phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) gene single nucleotide polymorphism ( SNP) with the risk of G6PD deficiency in
Guangxi population.
Methods :
417 patients with G6PD deficiency were randomly selected as case group , and 295 healthy patients were selected as control group. The c. 1311C > T and c. 1004C > A were genotyped using the SNPscanTM multiple SNP method , and the haplotype frequency of two sites were analyzed by SHEsis.
Results :
In the case and control group , there were statistically significant differences in the distribution frequency of genotype TT , CC + CT and allele T at c. 1311C > T locus [TT vs CC :(P = 0. 001 , OR = 0. 373 , 95% CI = 0. 204 - 0. 683) ; TT vs CC + CT :(P = 0. 001 , OR = 0. 371 , 95% CI = 0. 203 - 0. 678) ; T vs C :(P = 0. 002 , OR = 0. 601 , 95% CI = 0. 435 - 0. 829)] ;however, there was no significant difference in genotype and allele distribution frequency at c. 1004C > A locus (P > 0. 05) . The results of the rate method showed that compared with genotype CC , the genotype CT at c. 1311C > T increased the expression level of G6PD enzyme , while the genotype TT decreased the expression level of G6PD enzyme(P < 0. 05) , the haplotype analysis showed that C ⁃C and T ⁃C were associated with G6PD risk (P < 0. 05) .
Conclusion
In Guangxi population , c. 1311C > T locus genotypes TT , CC + CT and allele T were related to the decreased risk of G6PD deficiency.
