[Purpose]To analyze the survival rate of breast cancer in Qidong City of Jiangsu Province from 1972 to 2019 and to predict the trend in the next 10 years.[Methods]The data of breast cancer collected from Qidong Cancer Registry from 1972 to 2019 were extracted.Observed survival rate(OSR),relative survival rate(RSR),age-adjusted relative survival(ARS)and average annual percentage change(AAPC)of breast cancer were calculated.ARIMA model was used to predict the trend of breast cancer survival rate.[Results]The 5-year RSR increased from 57.30％during 1972-1977 to 89.01％during 2014-2019,and the uptrend of RSR in the 8 periods was statistically significant(P＜0.001).The 5-year ARS increased from 48.12％during 1972-1977 to 85.64％during 2014-2019 with an AAPC of 1.85％(t=10.113,P＜0.001).The 5-year RSR during 1972-2019 for males was 85.22％,and for females was 74.51％.For females,the 5-year RSR in-creased from 56.44％during 1972-1977 to 88.93％during 2014-2019 with an AAPC of 1.29％(t=13.087,P＜0.001),and the 5-year ARS increased from 46.14％during 1972-1977 to 85.23％during 2014-2019 with an AAPC of 1.90％(t=10.369,P＜0.001).The 5-year RSR in the age groups of 25～34,35～44,45～54,55～64,65～74,and over 75 years old were 66.91％,74.69％,76.97％,75.52％,73.44％and 66.40％,respectively;the corresponding AAPCs of 5-RSR in above age groups were 1.02％(t=3.816,P=0.009),1.03％(t=4.936,P=0.003),1.23％(t=5.826,P=0.001),1.86％(t=5.997,P=0.001),2.13％(t=10.245,P＜0.001),and 1.44％(t=6.405,P=0.001),respectively.ARIMA modeling of survival trend prediction showed that 5-RSR and 5-ARS for breast cancer will be ascended to 98.76％and 98.33％by 2028,respectively.[Conclusion]The overall survival rate of registered breast cancer cases in Qidong City has been greatly improved and will be further improved in the future,more attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.

Objective To investigate the predicting value of cardiac magnetic resonance feature tracking(CMR-FT)for adverse left ventricular remodeling(ALVR)in patients with acute anterior wall ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods The clinical data and cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)images of 161 acute anterior wall STEMI patients within 1 week and 6 months after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were retrospectively analyzed.ALVR was defined as an increase of left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)over 20％at the second CMR examination compared to the baseline.The CMR parame-ters were analyzed by CVI42 post-processing software.The logistic regression analysis was used to screen the independent predictors of ALVR,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the predictive efficiency of ALVR.Results The incidence of ALVR at 6 months was 21.7％(35/161).The logistic regression analysis showed that the left ventricular global circumferential strain(LVGCS)and right ventricular global longitudinal strain(RVGLS)at baseline were independent predictors for ALVR(P＜0.001).When LVGCS was-13.89％and RVGLS was-15.07％at baseline,the sensitivity of predicting ALVR was 0.714 and 0.743,the specificity was 0.833 and 0.810,and the area under the curve(AUC)was 0.806 and 0.835,respectively.The sensitivity of LVGCS combined with RVGLS in predicting ALVR was 0.802,the specificity was 0.952,and the AUC was 0.888.The DeLong test showed that the AUC of LVGCS com-bined with RVGLS in predicting ALVR was significantly higher than that of individuals,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The LVGCS and RVGLS at baseline are independent predictors for ALVR in patients with acute anterior wall STEMI,their combination can significantly improve the pre-dictive efficiency of ALVR in these patients.

【Objective】 To analyze the association between copper death-related genes and prognosis of prostate cancer and immune cell infiltration based on the cancer genome atlas (TCGA). 【Methods】 The mRNA transcriptome data of all prostate cancer patients were downloaded from TCGA, including 501 prostate cancer tissues and 52 normal tissues.The expression matrix of copper death-related genes was extracted with R software.Differential analysis and multivariate regression analysis were conducted to screen out the prognostic genes, which were then analyzed to explore the correlation between prognosis-related genes and immune cells. 【Results】 GCSH gene was significantly correlated with the prognosis of prostate cancer, and significantly correlated with dendritic cells, CD8⁺ T cells and plasma cells (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 GCSH gene plays an important role in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer, and may become a prognostic marker of the disease.

Objective: To study the impact of sleep characteristics on myopia, among lower primary school students in Shanghai, so as to provide foundation for the prevention of the onset and development of myopia. Methods: A total of 636 students from the first and second grades of two primary schools in Jiading District, Shanghai, were selected through cluster random sampling for questionnaire surveys and ophthalmological examinations in October 2022. The Childrens Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) was used to assess sleep quality at baseline. Ophthalmological examinations were conducted in October 2023(479), during which the students study time, screen time and outdoor activity time were monitored for twoweek, repeated twice. Generalized multivariable Logistic regression models and linear regression models were employed to examine the association between sleeprelated factors and myopia, as well as the strength of this association. Results: The baseline survey indicated a myopia prevalence of 18.58%, with 17.18% at followup. The average CSHQ total score was (51.58±4.44), and the average daily sleep duration was (9.43±4.84)h/d, with only 11.6% of participants meeting the recommended sleep sufficiency. Multivariable regression models indicated that insufficient sleep showed positive association with myopia (OR=1.64, 95%CI=1.05-2.56), while bedtime duration was significantly negative associated with myopia (OR=0.74, 95%CI=0.63-0.91, P＜0.05), adjusting for confounding factors. Inconsistency in bed rest time was a risk factor for myopia (OR=1.07, P<0.05), and the consistency of bed rest time, and wakeup time showed statistically significant correlations with SE (P<0.05). There was also statistically significant correlations between consistency in sleep time, bed rest time, and wakeup time with AL (P<0.05). Conclusions Insufficient sleep and bedtime duration are correlated with the onset and progression of myopia. It is critical to ensure sufficient sleep duration and regular sleep habits for children to reduce the occurrence of myopia in the primary school students.

Objective To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of aggressive behavior in adolescent inpatients with mental disorders.Methods A total of 372 patients with mental disorders admitted to the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected as research subjects.The occurrence of aggressive behavior and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results Among the 372 patients,38(10.2％)cases had aggressive behavior during hospitalization.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression results showed that the history of aggressive behavior,only child,and high irritation factor scores were the risk factors of aggressive behavior in hospitalized adolescents with mental disorders(P＜0.05).Mild,outgoing,insecure and isolated personalities before the onset were protective factors of aggressive behavior in hospitalized adolescents with mental disorders(P＜0.05).Conclusion Adolescent inpatients with mental disorders are likely to have aggressive behavior.Those who have aggressive behavior before,are the only child in their family and get a high score of irritant factors need more attention.Corresponding nursing interventions should be taken in time through nursing assessment to reduce the occurrence of aggressive behavior.

Pyroptosis is a programmed cell death mediated by cysteine proteases and is characterized by mitochondrial participation,inflammasome assembly,plasma membrane perforation,and inflammatory release.As an important mechanism mediating the body's inflammatory responses,pyroptosis plays a key role in renal ischemia-reperfusion injury(RIRI).This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of pyroptosis,pyroptotic mechanisms in RIRI,and the progress of research into therapeutic drugs in recent years,with the aim of providing a theoretical reference for the development of early treatments for RIRI.

With the development of information technology and the increasing demand for vaccination services among the people, it is a definite trend to enhance the quality of vaccination services through digitization. This article starts with a clear concept of digital services for vaccination, introduces the current development status in China and abroad, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing models in leading regions, takes a glean from the summation, and proposes targeted solutions. This study suggests establishing a departmental coordination mechanism for data interconnection and sharing, formulating data standards and functional specifications, enhancing the functionalities of the immunization planning information system, strengthening data collection and analytical usage, and intensifying appointment management and science and health education to provide expert guidance for the construction of digital vaccination services across the country in the future.

ObjectiveTo analyze the prevalence of myopia among the primary school students in Shanghai, and to explore its relationship with sleep duration and sleep quality, providing references for precise myopia prevention. MethodsA cross-sectional survey and random sampling were employed. Between April and May 2023, a total of 1 889 students from grades 1 to 5 in Jiading District, Shanghai, were selected for vision testing and a questionnaire on children’s sleeping habits and relevant factors were conducted using the Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) in Chinese. The relationship between myopia and sleep patterns was analyzed using chi-square tests and a multivariate logistic regression model. ResultsThe overall myopia rate among the primary school students in Jiading District, Shanghai, was 35.6%. The results of univariate analysis showed that in the myopia group, the incidences of sleep disturbance and sleep anxiety were lower compared to children without myopia, while the incidences of sleep continuity and parasomnias were higher than there in the non-myopia group (χ²=12.816, 10.292, 10.971, 3.917, all P<0.05). Additionally, among the elementary school students with an average daily sleep duration of less than 10 hours, the prevalence of myopia was higher. The multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that factors such as being female (OR=1.291, 95%CI: 1.044‒1.597), higher grade levels (2^nd grade: OR=2.174, 95%CI: 1.471‒3.212; 3^rd grade:OR=3.850, 95%CI: 2.648‒5.598; 4^th grade: OR=8.906, 95%CI: 6.154‒12.890; 5^th grade: OR=12.299, 95%CI: 8.433‒17.937), having one parent (OR=2.250, 95%CI: 1.757‒2.881) or both parents(OR=3.623, 95%CI: 2.719‒4.827) with myopia, and parasomnias (OR=1.518, 95%CI: 1.065‒2.163) were associated with a higher detection rate of myopia. ConclusionThe prevalence of myopia is notably high among the primary school students in Jiading District, Shanghai, and there is an association between the occurrence of myopia and parasomnias.
