Objective To investigate the impact of holiday effects and prevention/control measures on the development characteristics and incidence trends of influenza in Hefei City using a Prophet-LSTM hybrid model, and to validate the applicability of the Prophet-LSTM model in influenza prediction by comparing the performance of different forecasting models. Methods Influenza incidence data from Hefei City (2016–2024) were collected to construct a Prophet-LSTM feature analysis and prediction model to analyze the impact of holiday effects and intervention measures on influenza incidence trends. Comparative models (ARIMA, GRU, and TimeGPT) were established and evaluated on the same test set. Results The data analysis revealed significantly increased influenza incidence during holidays (e.g., New Year's Day, Spring Festival, and National Day), while prevention and control measures led to declining trends. The Prophet-LSTM model demonstrated high consistency between the predicted and actual values, outperforming the comparative models with superior MAE (0.209), MSE (0.195), and IA (0.914), indicating higher prediction accuracy and trend-fitting capability. Conclusion The Prophet-LSTM model effectively captures spatiotemporal characteristics of influenza incidence, exhibits enhanced predictive performance when incorporating holiday effects and intervention measures, and demonstrates significant advantages and application value in influenza forecasting.

Objective To develop a multivariate modeling and prediction approach using the data of influenza incidence, meteorological factors and PM_2.5 variables in Hefei City, and to provide new insights into multivariate modeling and prediction methods. Methods PM_2.5 data were transformed into fractal dimension data and, along with meteorological data, were incorporated into a ConvLSTM model. The performance of this model was compared with traditional ARIMAX and multivariate LSTM models. Results The ARIMAX model's testing set Mean Absolute Error (MAE) was 95.75, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) was 176.72, and Index of Agreement (IA) was 0.396642. The multivariate LSTM model's testing set MAE was 22.18, RMSE was 43.06, and IA was 0.974611. For the fractal dimension-based ConvLSTM model, the testing set MAE was 17.37, RMSE was 32.25, and IA was 0.988149. Conclusion The fractal dimension effectively captures the complexity and self-similarity of PM_2.5 concentration, providing the model with richer feature information. The fractal dimension-based ConvLSTM model significantly outperforms the traditional ARIMAX model and the multivariate LSTM model in prediction accuracy and can be used for predicting the number of influenza cases.

Objective To explore the current status,hotspots and trends of research on the TCM regulation of cellular autophagy;To provide reference for related research.Methods The literature related to the TCM regulation of cellular autophagy was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from the establishment of the databases to December 31,2022.Authors and institutional collaboration networks were drawn using CiteSpace 5.7.R5.keywords emergence analysis and timeline view were drawn.VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to draw keyword co-occurrence mapping.Results A total of 2 001 articles were included,with a general upward trend in the number of publications.The cooperation teams were mainly represented by Jia Lianqun,Yang Guanlin,Song Nan and others.Research institutions with more publications included Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine,and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The keywords of the literature formed 9 meaningful clusters,showing that the research hotspots in this field mainly focused on apoptosis,mitochondrial autophagy,experimental studies,signaling pathways,and herbal monomers,etc.TCM interventions that attracted much attention included electroacupuncture,moxibustion,resveratrol,curcumin,etc,mainly involving PI3K/Akt,AMPK/mTOR and other signaling pathways.Conclusion The research on cellular autophagy in the field of TCM has been highly popular in recent years.Experimental studies,molecular mechanisms,related diseases,and TCM intervention are the research hotspots in this field.The research trend is dominated by TCM monomer,TCM theory research and other directions,mainly focusing on apoptosis,oxidative stress and other pathways to carry out extensive research.

Objective: To investigate the effect of Lactobacillus casei on depressive behavior and the expression of NR1, NR2A receptor in postpartum depression rats induced by maternal separation. Methods: Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley female rats were randomly divided into control group(CON group) (n=8), postpartum depression group(PPD group) (n=8), postpartum depression with lactobacillus casei group(PPD+ Lactobacillus casei group) (n=8). Rats of the control group were given no interventions.Rats in PPD group and PPD+ Lactobacillus casei group were given maternal separation to establish depression model.And then the rats in PPD+ Lactobacillus casei group were treated with Lactobacillus casei(8×10⁸CFU/(kg·d)) for 4 weeks after 14 days of maternal separation.The forced swimming test (FST) was employed to detect the depressive behaviors.Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Enterococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli in cecum of rats and the expression of NR1 and NR2A mRNA in hippocampus of rats were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results: Compared with CON group ((157.50±8.13) s), the immobility time of PPD group((200.00±10.35) s) was significantly longer (t=-3.23, P<0.05). Compared with PPD group, the immobility time of PPD+ Lactobacillus casei group ((153.25±7.41) s) was significantly shortened (t=3.67, P<0.05), and the depressive behavior was improved.Compared with CON group, the mRNA expression of Lactobacillus ((1.47±0.08), t=-5.87, P<0.01), Enterococcus faecalis ((1.23±0.08), t=-2.85, P<0.05) and Escherichia coli( (1.33±0.07), t=-4.96, P<0.01) in caecum were significantly increased in PPD group, while that of Bifidobacterium decreased significantly((0.65±0.07), t=5.18, P<0.01). Compared with PPD group, the mRNA expression of Lactobacillus( (1.05±0.05), t=3.67, P<0.01), Enterococcus faecalis ((0.97±0.05), t=2.74, P<0.05) and Escherichia coli ((1.06±0.05), t=3.31, P<0.01) were significantly decreased in PPD+ Lactobacillus casei group, while that of Bifidobacterium increased significantly ((0.98±0.04), t=-4.26, P<0.01). Compared with CON group, the mRNA expression of NR1 receptor ((0.57±0.04), t=9.65, P<0.01) and NR2A receptor ((0.60±0.05), t=8.64, P<0.05) in hippocampus of rats in PPD group were significantly decreased.Compared with PPD group, the expression of NR1 receptor ((1.01±0.05), t=-5.39, P<0.01) and NR2A receptor ((0.98±0.07), t=-3.91, P<0.05) in hippocampus were increased significantly in PPD+ Lactobacillus casei group. Conclusion Lactobacillus casei can improve the depressive behavior of postpartum depression in rats, and improve the intestinal flora, which affect the expression of NR1 and NR2A in hippocampus.

Compared with CON group,the mRNA expression of NR1 receptor (( 0. 57 ± 0. 04), t=9. 65, P<0. 01) and NR2A receptor ((0. 60±0. 05),t=8. 64,P<0. 05) in hippocampus of rats in PPD group were significantly decreased. Com-pared with PPD group,the expression of NR1 receptor ((1. 01±0. 05),t=-5. 39,P<0. 01) and NR2A re-ceptor ((0. 98±0. 07),t=-3. 91,P<0. 05) in hippocampus were increased significantly in PPD+ Lactoba-cillus casei group. Conclusion Lactobacillus casei can improve the depressive behavior of postpartum depression in rats,and improve the intestinal flora,which affect the expression of NR1 and NR2A in hippocampus.

Objective We aimed to investigate the role of McMaster model of family therapy in improving family function of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods Patients who had advanced HCC and received transarterial embolization (TAE) or transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) from Department of Hepatobiliary Ⅰ,Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital between October 1,2012 and June 25,2013 were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group (51 patients) and the control group (49 patients).The control group received routine family support education.The experimental group not only executed routine family support education,but also was given McMaster model of family therapy according to evaluation results of family assessment device (FAD) on the second and third day of hospitalization.The status of family function of all patients were assessed by FAD on the fnrst day of hospitalization and fourth week after therapy.We compared the status of family function between the two groups.Results In age,gender,educational level,place of residence,occupation,family economic status,medical payment,liver or kidney function,HBV infection,cirrhosis and tumor burden,no statistical differences were found between the experimental group and the control group patients before TAE or TACE.Two groups were dysfunction in communication,roles,affective responsiveness,affective involvement,behavior control,and general function in addition to problem solving before TAE or TACE.No statistical differences were found between two groups.After the therapy,compared with the control group,those patients in the experimental group had a lower level scoring in communication,roles,affective responsiveness,affective involvement,behavior control,and general function in addition to problem solving on the fourth week after the therapy,t value was-2.544,-3.767,-3.904,-2.848,-4.950 and-4.953,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusions McMaster model of family therapy may help to improve family function of patients with advanced HCC.

METHODSTo retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics, treatments, comorbidity and survival rate of 126 female breast cancer patients over 65 years old who underwent surgical operation in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010. To compare and analyze the differences in the treatment patterns, and find out the affecting factors.

RESULTSOne hundred and twenty-six cases were included in this retrospective study, and they were divided into two groups according to age: 65-74 years old group (71 cases) and >74 years group (55 cases). Most patients in the two groups received modified radical mastectomy (84.5% and 89.1%); 73.2% and 54.5% of patients received adjuvant chemotherapy in the two groups, respectively. 67.6% and 61.8% of the patients had adjuvant endocrine therapy respectively. 19.7% and 7.3% of the patients received radiotherapy, respectively. Chemotherapy in elderly breast cancer patients was correlated with age, pathological types, progesterone receptor (PR) status and comorbidity. Radiotherapy in elderly breast cancer patients was related to age, surgical patterns, TNM stage and lymph node status. Multivariate analysis showed that age, pathological types, PR expression and comorbidity were independent factors affecting choice of chemotherapy in elderly breast cancer patients (P < 0.05 for all). Age and surgical patterns were independent factors affecting choice of radiotherapy (P < 0.05 for all). The 3-year disease-free survival (DFS) rate and overall survival (OS) rate in these patients were 91.3% and 92.0%, respectively. Furthermore, endocrine therapy was related to 3-year DFS rate (P = 0.038) and age was correlated with 3-year OS rate (P = 0.037) in these elderly patients.

CONCLUSIONSBreast cancer in the elderly patients receive similar surgery and endocrine therapy, but the elderly patients are less likely to have chemotherapy and radiotherapy, due to age, PR expression, pathological types, surgical patterns and comorbidity. Only age contributes to the lower 3-year overall survival rate in >74-year old patients.

Objective To explore the chnical manifestation,pathological features and characteristics of lobular capillary hemangioma (LCH),so as to raise awareness.Methods Sixty-nine cases of LCH were studied by routine histopathologic and immunohistochemical examinations.Results The age range of the 69 patients including 34 males and 35 females with LCH was 4-80 years,with an average age of 42 years.The lesions of 50 cases were located in head and neck region,and the other 19 cases were in other parts of the body,with 1 case in the left main bronchus and intracalvarium.The average diameter of the tumors was about 1 cm,and parts of the tumors showed polypoid masses.Most of the tumors were in the skin and mucosa.Granulomatous lesions showed the proliferation of thin-walled and thick-walled capillaries in a lobular pattern.The vascular interstitium was edematous and was infiltrated by the inflammatory cells.Immunohistochemical examination showed CD34 positive in the endothelial cells and smooth muscle actin positive in the peri-vascular spindle cells.Conclusions Studies of LCH show the obvious features on age,gender and diseased location,and very few have a relapse.Its pathogenesis is still unclear.LCH is rarely found in the trachea,and is more rarely in the central nervous system.So far,there is no case report to show LCH occurs both in the bronchus and intracalvarium.In the special case,the early lesion is found in the left main bronchus.Although the patient is treated,LCH still recurs for many times in a short period.Finally the tumor is also found in the intracalvarium.Therefore,it's critical to alert whether LCH also occurs in the important organs at the early stage.Complete surgical resection and / or adjuvant radiotherapy can avoid delaying the treatment and the subsequent serious outcomes.
