Data analysis models may assist the transmission of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) experience and clinical diagnosis and treatment, and the possibility of constructing a “data-knowledge” dual-drive model was explored by taking gastric precancerous state as an example. Data-driven is to make clinical decisions around data analysis, and its syndrome-differentiation decision-making research relies on hidden structural models and partially observable Markov decision-making processes to identify the etiology of diseases, syndrome elements, evolution of pathogenesis, and syndrome differentiation protocols; knowledge-driven is to make use of data and information to promote decision-making and action processes, and its syndrome-differentiation decision-making research relies on convolutional neural networks to improve the accuracy of local disease identification and syndrome differentiation. The “data-knowledge” dual-driven model can make up for the shortcomings of single-drive numerical simulation accuracy, and achieve a balance between local disease identification and macroscopic syndrome differentiation. On the basis of previous research, we explored the construction method of diagnostic assisted decision-making platform for gastric precancerous state, and believed that the diagnostic and decision-making ability of doctors can be extended through the assistance of machines and algorithms. Meanwhile, the related research methods were integrated and the core features of gastric precancerous state based on TCM syndrome differentiation and endoscopic pathology diagnosis and prediction were obtained, and the elements of endoscopic pathology recognition based on TCM syndrome differentiation were explored, so as to provide ideas for the in-depth research and innovative application of cutting-edge data analysis technology in the field of intelligent TCM syndrome differentiation.

The precise localization of pulmonary nodules has become an important technical key point in the treatment of pulmonary nodules by thoracoscopic surgery, which is a guarantee for safe margin and avoiding removal of too much normal lung parenchyma. With the development of medical technology and equipment, the methods of locating pulmonary nodules are also becoming less trauma and convenience. There are currently a number of methods applied to the preoperative or intraoperative localization of pulmonary nodules, including preoperative percutaneous puncture localization, preoperative transbronchial localization, intraoperative palpation localization, intraoperative ultrasound localization, and localization according to anatomy. The most appropriate localization method should be selected according to the location of the nodule, available equipment, and surgeon鈥檚 experience. According to the published literatures, we have sorted out a variety of different theories and methods of localization of pulmonary nodules in this article, summarizing their advantages and disadvantages for references.

Objective To investigate the difference of standard tangential field and multiple fileld radiotherapy in axillary lymph node after conserving surgery,to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods 20 cases of left breast cancer patients were selected, all patients underwent breast -conserving surgery, postoperative radiothera-py.All patients used standard radiotherapy wild tangent based and reverse -intensity modulated radiation therapy optimization.Armpit I,Ⅱ lymph nodes were used to calculate the extent of coverage of the original plan, target dose uniformity HI,dose conformal CI,dosimetric parameters were calculated. Results Under standard tangential field irradiation,I stand mean dose was (33.95 ±8.24)Gy,which was significantly higher than Ⅱ station (22.13 ± 6.67)Gy,and V50,V45,V40 were (22.45 ±6.32)%,(39.83 ±7.54)%,(49.65 ±8.31)%,which were higher than Ⅱ stand,I stand irradiation was significantly more, the differences were statistically significant (t =5.632,P =0.009;t =7.214,P =0.000;t =8.954,P =0.000;t =6.121,P =0.002).The whole breast irradiation armpit IMRT plan,19 patients (95.00%)reached 95% by volume APTV≥50Gy,coverage was better;but HI,CI were (1.11 ± 0.03),(1.36 ±0.07)respectively,which were significantly worse than the standard wild tangent, the differences were statistically significant (t =6.584,P =0.001;t =9.144,P =0.000).Under Hatano IMRT irradiation ipsilateral lung, heart suffered an average dose of (1 694.58 ±102.31)cGy,(645.54 ±74.44)cGy,which were significantly more than the standard tangential field irradiation, the differences were statistically significant (t =7.654,P =0.000;t =6.654,P =0.001).Conclusion Standard tangential field irradiation has poor coverage in Ⅱ axillary lymph node station, irradiation intensity modulated radiation has better coverage, but significantly increased the dose to normal tissues.

Objective To investigate the intervening effect of movable cupping on sub-health status. Methods Movable cupping was performed on bilateral bladder meridians and the Du meridian in 12 patients with sub-health status. The sub-health status rating scale score, the visual analogue pain intensity scale score, hemorheological parameters and immunoglobulins were observed before and after movable cupping. Results The sub-health status rating scale score, the visual analogue pain intensity scale score, whole blood viscosity 200 and plasma viscosity decreased after treatment compared with before in the patients, and there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Whole blood viscosity 1, whole blood viscosity 2 and whole blood viscosity 3 decreased and IgG, IgA and IgM increased after treatment compared with before in the patients, but there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion Movable cupping has clinically a certain improving effect on bodily sub-health status.

Tepoxalin is a potent inhibitor of both the cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase pathways of the arachidonic acid cascade, as well as a potent anti-inflammatory and control-pain (postoperation, arthritis et. al.) agent. The new method about the use of novel synthesis reagents and the first using ionic liquid as reactive solvent to synthesize tepoxalin were presented in this paper. The ionic liquid can be easily recycled and reused for several runs efficiently. The analgesic activity of tepoxalin was detected by acetic acid test on mice. The analysis of variance showed that oral administration of tepoxalin could significantly inhibit the number of writhing response within 1 hour and prolong the latent time in a dose dependent manner as compared with CMC control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, tepoxalin had the same analgesic activity as diclofenac sodium.
