Objective:To explore the mediating effect of family care on disease perception and medical coping strategies in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical intervention.Methods:This study was a prospective study,136 patients who received MHD treatment at Shanxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 as the research subjects were selected.The family adaptation,partnership,growth,affection,resolve index(APGAR)questionnaire was used to evaluate family care,the brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ)was used to assess disease perception,and medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)was used to evaluate medical coping strategies.The correlation between family care,disease perception,and medical coping strategies was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis,and the mediating effect of family care on disease perception and medical coping strategies was tested by Bootstrap method(5000 repeated samples).Result:Family care was negatively correlated with disease perception(r=-0.428,P＜0.05),positively correlated with positive coping(r=0.513,P＜0.05),and negatively correlated with negative coping(r=-0.397,P＜0.05).The mediation effect analysis shows that family care partially mediates the relationship between disease perception and positive coping(mediation effect value-0.173,accounting for 35.67％of the total effect),and also partially mediates the relationship between disease perception and negative coping(mediation effect value 0.184,accounting for 41.26％of the total effect).Conclusion:Family care is an important mediating variable in the impact of disease perception on medical coping strategies,clinical practice can improve patients' disease perception and promote the adoption of positive coping strategies by enhancing family care.

This study identified blood-entering components of Anshen Dropping Pills and explored their anti-insomnia effects and mechanisms. The main blood-entering components of Anshen Dropping Pills were detected and identified by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS. The rationality of the formula was assessed by using enrichment analysis based on the relationship between drugs and symptoms, and core targets of its active components were selected as the the potential anti-insomnia targets of Anshen Dropping Pills through network pharmacology analysis. Furthermore, protein-protein interaction(PPI) network, Gene Ontology(GO) enrichment analysis, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway analysis were performed on the core targets. An active component-core target network for Anshen Dropping Pills was constructed. Finally, the effects of low-, medium-, and high-dose groups of Anshen Dropping Pills on sleep episodes, sleep duration, and sleep latency in mice were measured by supraliminal and subliminal pentobarbital sodium experiments. Moreover, total scores of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) scale was used to evaluate the changes before and after the treatment with Anshen Dropping Pills in a clinical study. The enrichment analysis based on the relationship between drugs and symptoms verified the rationality of the Anshen Dropping Pills formula, and nine blood-entering components of Anshen Dropping Pills were identified by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS. The network proximity revealed a significant correlation between eight components and insomnia, including magnoflorine, liquiritin, spinosin, quercitrin, jujuboside A, ginsenoside Rb_3, glycyrrhizic acid, and glycyrrhetinic acid. Network pharmacology analysis indicated that the major anti-insomnia pathways of Anshen Dropping Pills involved substance and energy metabolism, neuroprotection, immune system regulation, and endocrine regulation. Seven core genes related to insomnia were identified: APOE, ALB, BDNF, PPARG, INS, TP53, and TNF. In summary, Anshen Dropping Pills could increase sleep episodes, prolong sleep duration, and reduce sleep latency in mice. Clinical study results demonstrated that Anshen Dropping Pills could decrease total scores of PSQI scale. This study reveals the pharmacodynamic basis and potential multi-component, multi-target, and multi-pathway effects of Anshen Dropping Pills, suggesting that its anti-insomnia mechanisms may be associated with the regulation of insomnia-related signaling pathways. These findings offer a theoretical foundation for the clinical application of Anshen Dropping Pills.

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of irradiation-incorporated and chemotherapy only-based myeloablative conditioning regimens in haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo-HSCT) for patients with high-risk myeloid malignancies.Methods:This study retrospectively collected clinical data from 63 high-risk acute myeloid leukemia/myelodysplastic syndrome (AML/MDS) patients who underwent haplo-HSCT at the Fifth Medical Center of the Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2015 to December 2019. These patients were classified into the irradiation ( n = 17) and chemotherapy ( n = 46) groups based on different conditioning regimens. The differences between the two groups were compared in terms of hematopoietic reconstitution, cumulative incidence of acute/chronic graft-versus-host diseases (aGVHD and cGVHD), non-relapse mortality (NRM), relapse rate (RR), overall survival (OS), and disease-free survival (DFS), followed by the analysis of prognostic factors. Results:The median follow-up time for the irradiation and chemotherapy groups was 78.5 and 72.3 months, respectively. The median time for neutrophil engraftment was 14.0 days in the irradiation group and 14.5 d in the chemotherapy group, and for platelet engraftment was 15.0 and 13.0 d, respectively. As a result, the two groups showed no statistically significant differences in hematopoietic reconstitution ( P > 0.05). The cumulative incidence of aGVHD and cGVHD was higher in the irradiation group compared to the chemotherapy group, yet showing no statistically significant differences ( P > 0.05). Specifically, the cumulative incidence of grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ aGVHD within 100 d was 29.4% and 21.7% for the irradiation and chemotherapy groups, respectively. The cumulative incidence of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ aGVHD was 23.5% and 13.0%, respectively. The cumulative incidence of severe cGVHD within five years was 11.8% in the irradiation group and 8.7% in the chemotherapy group. In terms of long-term survival, the cumulative 5\|year RR and NRM were 20.2% and 28.4% in the irradiation group, 5.9% and 23.9% in the chemotherapy group, respectively, showing no statistically significant differences ( P > 0.05). The 5-year DFS and OS rates were 73.9% and 47.7% in the irradiation group, and 81.1% and 54.4% in the chemotherapy group, respectively, without statistically significant differences ( P > 0.05). Notably, the irradiation group manifested more favorable DFS and OS survival curves compared to the chemotherapy group. The survival curves indicate that the irradiation-incorporated regimen exhibited better trends in OS, DFS, and cGVHD-free relapse-free survival (GRFS). However, multivariate analysis did not reveal that irradiation conditioning is an independent prognostic factor affecting survival [ HR = 0.532 (0.163-1.735), 0.370 (0.091-1.516), 0.683 (0.248-1.882), P > 0.05]. Conclusions:In haplo-HSCT for high-risk myeloid malignancies, the irradiation-incorporated conditioning regimen demonstrates lower RR and NRM, higher DFS and OS, and potentially superior survival outcomes compared to the chemotherapy only-based regimen. Therefore, the irradiation-incorporated conditioning regimen may be preferentially considered in haplo-HSCT.

Objective:To explore the effect of learning stress on weight and the mediating effect abnormal eating behavior in junior high school students.Methods:By multi-stage stratified cluster sampling,2 686 junior high school students were selected and investigated the learning stress and abnormal eating behavior with the middle school students' learning stress questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Dutch eating behavior questionnaire(C-DEBQ).The height and weight of the students were measured and the body mass index(BMI)was calculat-ed.Bootstrap method was used to analyze the mediating effect by using Process 4.1 software.Results:The preva-lence of overweight and obesity among 2 686 junior high school students was 19.8％.The score of middle school students'learning stress questionnaire was(57.6±11.3),the score of restricted eating was(20.0±7.3),the score of emotional eating was(21.3±9.5),and the score of exogenous eating was(25.8±7.7).There was a positive correlation between learning stress,restricted eating,emotional eating,overweight and obesity(r=0.08-0.24,Ps＜0.001).In the relationship between learning stress and overweight and obesity,the total indirect effect coefficient of restrictive eating behavior and emotional eating behavior was 0.013,indicating a partial mediating effect(95％CI:0.010-0.015,0.001-0.002).Conclusion:Learning stress could directly or indirectly affect the weight of junior high school students through abnormal eating behavior,increasing the risk of overweight and obesity.

Aim To explore the effects of Lycium berry seed oil on Nrf2/ARE pathway and oxidative damage in testis of subacute aging rats. Methods Fifty out of 60 male SD rats, aged 8 weeks, were subcutaneously injected with 125 mg • kg"D-galactosidase in the neck for 8 weeks to establish a subacute senescent rat model. The presence of senescent cells was observed using P-galactosidase ((3-gal), while testicular morphology was examined using HE staining. Serum levels of testosterone (testosterone, T), follicle-stimulating hormone ( follicle stimulating hormone, FSH ) , luteinizing hormone ( luteinizing hormone, LH ) , superoxide dis-mutase ( superoxide dismutase, SOD ) , glutathione ( glutathione, GSH) and malondialdehyde ( malondial-dehyde, MDA) were measured through ELISA, and the expressions of factors related to aging, oxidative damage, and the Nrf2/ARE pathway were assessed via immunohistochemical analysis and Western blotting. Results After successfully identifying the model, the morphology of the testis was improved and the intervention of Lycium seed oil led to a down-regulation in the expression of [3-gal and -yH2AX. The serum levels of SOD, GSH, T, and FSH increased while MDA and LH decreased (P 0. 05) . Additionally, there was an up-regulated expression of Nrf2, GCLC, NQOl, and SOD2 proteins in testicular tissue ( P 0. 05 ) and nuclear expression of Nrf2 in sertoli cells. Conclusion Lycium barbarum seed oil may reduce oxidative damage in testes of subacute senescent rats by activating the Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway.

Objective To analyze the expression and clinical treatment and prognosis assessment significance of FAM83H-AS1 in breast cancer by bioinformatics analysis.Methods The expression of FAM83H-AS1 in various cancer types was analyzed in the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database by R language.Additionally the expression in breast cancer was examined by Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis(GEPIA)online database.Survival data were downloaded from TCGA to analyze the correlation between FAM83H-AS1 expression levels and prognosis among breast cancer patients.GEPIA and Kaplan-Meier Plotter were used for dual verification.Clinical information was obtained from TCGA for further analysis on the relationship between FAM83H-AS1 and clinical characteristics.And the relationship between FAM83H-AS1 and tumor microenvironment,immunodetection point-related genes and tumor mutation burden(TMB)was analyzed using R language.Gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA)was performed.Results The expression of FAM83H-AS1 was abnormal in many cancers,particularly exhibiting a significant increase in breast cancer.High expression of FAM83H-AS1 is associated with significantly reduced overall survival in breast cancer patients.Furthermore,the expression level of FAM83H-AS1 varies among breast cancer patients with different clinical stages.FAM83H-AS1 exhibits negative correlation with stromal cell score and immune cell score in breast cancer samples,and correlated with immune detection point-related gene.TMB radar map results suggest that the expression of FAM83H-AS1 in breast cancer is positively correlated with tumor mutational burden.GSEA revealed a positive correlation between the expression of FAM83H-AS1 and the function of mismatch repair.Conclusion FAM83H-AS1 is highly expressed in breast cancer,and is related to poor prognosis.Its expression correlates with clinicopathological stage,tumor microenvironment and TMB of breast cancer patients.Furthermore,FAM83H-AS1 exhibits associations with certain immune checkpoint-related genes and mismatch repair genes.These findings provide a important theoretical basis for clinical treatment,prognosis prediction and development of gene-target drugs.

Objective:To explore the application of virtual augmented reality (AR) technology combined with transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) in nursing teaching of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Eighty-six nursing students who interned in the Department of Neurology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January 2021 to November 2022 were assigned into control group (students of grade 2021) and research group (students of grade 2022). The control group received traditional teaching with AR technology about the anatomy of the cerebral arterial circle, its composition, and adjacent structures. The research group was given AR-assisted teaching combined with TCD-based demonstration and interpretation. At the end of internship, the assessment scores, satisfaction with teaching, clinical decision-making ability, self-learning ability, and problem-solving ability were compared between the two groups. SPSS 23.0 was used to perform the non-parametric test, t test, and chi-square test. Results:The theoretical, practical, and comprehensive ability assessment scores of the research group [90 (89, 96), 95 (90, 96), and 93 (90, 96), respectively] were significantly higher than those of the control group [89 (87, 91), 90 (89, 92), and 91 (89, 94), respectively]. In terms of satisfaction with teaching effects, teaching methods, teaching content, and teaching style, the scores of the research group [16 (15, 18), (5.98±0.91), (3.38±0.52), and 13 (11, 14), respectively] were significantly higher than those of the control group [14 (13, 16), (4.23±0.65), (2.37±0.36), and 13 (10, 14 ), respectively]. The research group showed significantly better independent learning abilities than the control group in information seeking [(4.66±0.71) vs. (4.00±0.61)] and solution seeking [(4.43±0.68) vs. (4.41±0.67)], with no significant differences in the other dimensions between the two groups. The research group was significantly superior to the control group in all problem-solving dimensions: positive orientation [12 (10, 12) vs. 10 (9, 11)], rationality [26 (23, 28) vs. 21 (21, 24)], negative orientation [15 (13, 20) vs. 20 (17, 20)], avoidance style [17 (15, 18) vs. 19 (17, 20)], and impulsivity/neglect style [16 (15, 18) vs. 18 (16, 20)]. For rounds assessment, the research group showed significantly higher scores than the control group in all the items except " communication with patients" [(9.21±0.39) vs. (9.04±0.53)] and "patient satisfaction with nursing students" [(8.92±0.53) vs. (8.73±0.56)].Conclusions:The teaching method based on AR combined with TCD can improve nursing students' knowledge of cerebrovascular diseases, clinical nursing ability, and satisfaction with teaching.
