Objective: To investigate the situation and influencing factors of school bullying experienced by primary and middle school students, so as to provide the basis for formulating school bullying intervention measures and promoting students' physical and mental health development. Methods: All the counties (cities, districts) in Zhejiang Province were stratified to urban and suburban areas, primary, junior high and senior high school students were selected using a stratified cluster sampling method. Basic information, lifestyle and school bullying were collected through questionnaire surveys. Factors affecting school bullying experienced by primary and middle school students were analyzed using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: Totally 137 846 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 97.17%. There were 72 526 males (52.61%) and 65 320 females (47.39%). There were 47 561 primary school students (34.50%), 47 701 junior high school students (34.61%) and 42 584 senior high school students (30.89%). A total of 3 987 students suffered from school bullying, accounting for 2.89%. The proportions of being maliciously teased, being intentionally excluded from group activities/isolated, being teased about physical defects or appearance, being hit/kicked/pushed/shoved/locked in a room, being threatened, and being extorted for money were 2.04%, 1.18%, 1.11%, 0.86%, 0.84% and 0.83%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the students who were males (OR=1.122, 95%CI: 1.048-1.202), lived in suburban areas (OR=1.322, 95%CI: 1.233-1.418), lived in areas with medium (OR=1.086, 95%CI: 1.006-1.173) or underdeveloped (OR=1.298, 95%CI: 1.191-1.415) economic level, had higher academic levels (junior high school, OR=1.380, 95%CI: 1.270-1.499; senior high school, OR=1.210, 95%CI: 1.083-1.351), lived on campus (OR=1.489, 95%CI: 1.372-1.616), engaged in fights (OR=6.029, 95%CI: 5.585-6.509), attempted to smoke (OR=1.320, 95%CI: 1.128-1.545), drank (OR=1.735, 95%CI: 1.575-1.912), were scolded and beaten by parents (OR=1.972, 95%CI: 1.822-2.135) and were obese (OR=1.240, 95%CI: 1.132-1.360) were more likely to experience school bullying. Conclusion The harm of school bullying to the physical and mental health of primary and middle school students should be taken seriously, and active policy measures should be adopted to strengthen intervention.

Abstract On September 26, 2024, a municipal hospital in Jiaxing City reported a maternal case of Listeria monocytogenes infection. In order to clarify the source of infection, the Jiaxing Center for Disease Control and Prevention immediately conducted the epidemiological investigation, laboratory testing and related disposal work. The case presented with fever (37.9 ℃), gradually intensifying paroxysmal abdominal pain without obvious cause, and went to hospital on the day of onset. Due to fetal intrauterine distress, a male infant was delivered by cesarean section on the same day. The epidemiological investigation identified that the case usually consumed fruits, often store fruits such as watermelon and grapes in the refrigerator alongside raw meat, and the refrigerator had never been cleaned or disinfected, posing a risk of cross contamination. Laboratory tests on amniotic fluid sample from the pregnant woman, infant blood sample showed positive results for Listeria monocytogenes infection. One strain of Listeria monocytogenes was detected in a smear sample from the inner wall of the refrigerator, and all the strains were ST2 type. Consuming fruits contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes may be the main source of infection. Food safety education for pregnant women and their family members should be strengthened to reduce the risk of infection.

Objective: To explore the impact of heat wave on the incidence of foodborne diseases, so as to provide the basis for preventing foodborne diseases in summer. Methods: Data on foodborne disease cases from June to September each year in Jiaxing City from 2018 to 2023 were collected through the Zhejiang Provincial Foodborne Disease Surveillance Platform. Meteorological data were obtained from the Jiaxing Meteorological Bureau. Air quality data were collected from the National Urban Air Quality Real-time Release Platform. Heat wave were defined based on temperature thresholds and durations. The impact of heat wave on the incidence of foodborne diseases were analyzed by a time stratified case-crossover design with a distributed lag nonlinear model (DLNM). The cumulative relative risk (CRR) and attributable fraction (AF) were calculated to compare the cumulative lagged risks and disease burdens across different genders, age groups, and disease types. Results: From June to September each year between 2018 and 2023, a total of 13 026 foodborne disease cases were reported in Jiaxing City, including 6 646 male cases and 6 380 female cases. Among them, 746 cases were aged <15 years, 10 910 cases were aged 15-65 years, and 1 370 cases were aged >65 years. There were 1 425 cases of infectious diarrhea, 9 956 cases of acute gastroenteritis, and 1 645 cases of other foodborne diseases. The DLNM analysis revealed that heat waves defined in different ways increased the risk of foodborne diseases (all CRR>1, P<0.05), and the risk of disease incidence rose with increasing temperature thresholds and durations. When the daily mean temperature was not lower than the 95th percentile of the daily mean temperature from 2018 to 2023 and lasted for at least 4 days, the Akaike Information Criterion was minimized, and the cumulative lagged risk and disease burden of foodborne diseases were relatively high, with a CRR value of 1.32 (95%CI: 1.09-1.60) and an AF value of 2.81% (95%CI: 1.05%-4.31%). Among them, females, individuals aged 15-65 years, and cases of acute gastroenteritis were more significantly affected by heat wave days, with CRR values of 1.37 (95%CI: 1.12-1.67), 1.35 (95%CI: 1.06-1.73), and 1.35 (95%CI: 1.09-1.66), respectively, and AF values of 3.00% (95%CI: 0.82%-4.73%), 3.08% (95%CI: 1.27%-4.61%), and 3.00% (95%CI: 1.04%-4.64%), respectively. Conclusions Heat wave have lagged and cumulative effects on the risk of foodborne disease incidence, increasing both the risk and disease burden. Females, individuals aged 15-65 years, and cases of acute gastroenteritis are more significantly affected by heat wave days.

T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is a highly aggressive hematologic malignancy with a poor prognosis, despite advancements in treatment. Many patients struggle with relapse or refractory disease. Investigating the role of the super-enhancer (SE) regulated gene ubiquitin-specific protease 20 (USP20) in T-ALL could enhance targeted therapies and improve clinical outcomes. Analysis of histone H3 lysine 27 acetylation (H3K27ac) chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) data from six T-ALL cell lines and seven pediatric samples identified USP20 as an SE-regulated driver gene. Utilizing the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE) and BloodSpot databases, it was found that USP20 is specifically highly expressed in T-ALL. Knocking down USP20 with short hairpin RNA (shRNA) increased apoptosis and inhibited proliferation in T-ALL cells. In vivo studies showed that USP20 knockdown reduced tumor growth and improved survival. The USP20 inhibitor GSK2643943A demonstrated similar anti-tumor effects. Mass spectrometry, RNA-Seq, and immunoprecipitation revealed that USP20 interacted with hypoxia-inducible factor 1 subunit alpha (HIF1A) and stabilized it by deubiquitination. Cleavage under targets and tagmentation (CUT&Tag) results indicated that USP20 co-localized with HIF1A, jointly modulating target genes in T-ALL. This study identifies USP20 as a therapeutic target in T-ALL and suggests GSK2643943A as a potential treatment strategy.

Objective: To describe the prevalence characteristics and trend of malnutrition among primary and secondary school students in Zhejiang Province from 2008 to 2021, so as to provide scientific references for targeted interventions on malnutrition among children and adolescents. Methods: Based on the National Student Common Diseases and Health Influencing Factors Surveillance Project, 81 228 primary and middle school students aged 9-17 from Zhejiang Province were recruited for a questionnaire in 2008, 2014 and 2021, with stratified cluster random sampling method. Malnutrition was determined by Screening for Malnutrition in School aged Children and Adolescents. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used for non normally distributed data, and the Chi square test was used for categorical data. A trend Chi square test analyzed detection rates across different years. Results: The prevalence rates of malnutrition, stunting, mild wasting, and moderate to severe wasting among primary and secondary school students in 2008, 2014 and 2021 were 12.0%, 6.6%, 6.0%; 1.2%, 0.5%, 0.3%; 6.0%, 3.9%, 3.6%; and 4.7%, 2.2%, 2.2%, with an overall declining trend ( χ 2 trend =532.73, 181.43, 161.24, 240.38, P <0.05). The prevalence rates of malnutrition and mild wasting in each year were higher in boys (13.7%, 7.6%; 7.5%, 5.0%; 7.1%, 4.5%) than in girls (10.3%, 4.4%; 5.5%, 2.7%; 4.8%, 2.5%) ( χ 2=54.45, 88.67; 47.04, 81.07; 85.28, 98.81; P <0.01). The difference in malnutrition prevalence between urban and rural areas gradually narrowed (12.5%, 11.6%; 6.9%, 6.3%; 6.0%, 6.0%), with no statistically significant difference in 2021 ( χ 2= 0.01 , P >0.05). Malnutrition among primary and secondary school students was primarily characterized by mild wasting (56.0%) in Zhejiang Province. Compared to 2008, the prevalence of malnutrition in 2014 and 2021 showed a steady upward trend with increasing age in Zhejiang Province( χ 2 trends =44.52, 11.78, P <0.01). Conclusions The prevalence of malnutrition among primary and secondary school students aged 9 to 17 years in Zhejiang Province decreases by year from 2008 to 2021. However, the prevalence increase steadily with age, and boys have a higher prevalence of malnutrition. Policies should be developed age , gender , and growth appropriate dietary patterns to reduce malnutrition among primary and secondary school students.

Objective: To investigate the status and influencing factors of abnormal spinal curvature among middle school students in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide insights into formulating intervention measures of abnormal spinal curvature among students. Methods: Middle school students were selected from 90 counties (cities or districts) for abnormal spinal curvature screening using the stratified random cluster sampling method based on the Student Common Diseases and Influencing Factors Program in 2022. Basic information, nutritional status, sedentary time and sleep time were collected through questionnaire surveys and physical examination. Influencing factors for abnormal spinal curvature among middle school students were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: Totally 93 988 students were recruited, and 92 559 students responded effectively, with a response rate of 98.48%. There were 48 578 males (52.48%) and 43 981 females (47.52%). A total of 1 690 students with abnormal spinal curvature were detected, accounting for 1.83%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the students who were female (OR=1.331, 95%CI: 1.204-1.471), lived in suburb areas (OR=1.254, 95%CI: 1.135-1.385), were at ages of 14 years and above (14 to 16 years, OR=1.252, 95%CI: 1.108-1.414; >16 years, OR=1.273, 95%CI: 1.090-1.486) and had sedentary time greater than 10 h/d (OR=1.162, 95%CI: 1.034-1.305) might have higher risks of abnormal spinal curvature, while the students who were overweight or obesity (OR=0.491, 95%CI: 0.426-0.565), regularly adjust the heights of the desks and chairs (OR=0.883, 95%CI: 0.797-0.979), and slept 8 hours or more per day (OR=0.850, 95%CI: 0.765-0.945) might have lower risks of abnormal spinal curvature. Conclusions The prevalence of abnormal spinal curvature among middle school students in Zhejiang Province is associated with gender, region, age, nutritional status, regularly adjusting the heights of desks and chairs, sedentary time and sleep time.

Objective To summarize the aortographic features of child patients with Kawasaki disease(KD)complicated by coronary artery lesion(CAL)who were treated at the Wuhan Children's Hospital of China.Methods The clinical data of 30 child patients with early recovery stage KD complicated by CAL,who received aortic angiography examination at Wuhan Children's Hospital of China between June 2016 and June 2023,were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative echocardiography was adopted to evaluate the severity of CAL,and aortic angiography under laryngeal mask general anesthesia was performed.Results Successful aortic angiography examination was accomplished in all the 30 child patients with KD complicated by CAL.After angiography,the CAL risk classification results showed that grade I was seen in 5,grade Ⅱ in 7,grade Ⅲ in 12,grade Ⅲ in 4,and grade V in 2 child patients.Of all child patients,old coronary thrombosis was found in one(grade Ⅲb),and coronary artery stenosis with collateral circulation formation in one(grade Ⅴ).The CAL was located at the proximal segment(n=15),middle segment(n=3)and distal segment(n=2)of the right coronary artery,at the left main coronary artery(n=12),and at the proximal segment of left coronary artery anterior descending branch(n=9).Electrocardiography showed sinus rhythm(n=17),sinus arrhythmia(n=4),right bundle branch block(n=4),atrial premature beat(n=1),ventricular premature beat(n=2),T-wave change(n=1),and Q-wave change(n=1,coronary lesion grade V,echocardiography suggested left heart enlargement).No cardiac enlargement,cardiac functional insufficiency,or valvular regurgitation signs were observed in the remaining child patients.Conclusion It is clinically safe and feasible to perform aortic angiography examination in child patients with early recovery stage KD complicated by CAL.In this series of child patients with KD,CAL mainly occurs at the proximal segment of coronary artery,especially at the proximal segment of right coronary artery as well as at the left main artery and left anterior descending branch.

Objective: To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of depressive symptoms among middle and high school students in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide scientific basis for the implementation of depressive intervention. Methods: Based on the health status and associated factors of middle and high school students in the project "Monitoring of Common Diseases and Health Influencing Factors of Students" during 2018 to 2021, a total of 73 309 students including middle school, ordinary high school and vocational high school surveyed in 11 cities of Zhejiang Province were selected by multi stage stratified cluster random sampling method. From 2018 to 2021, there were 6 008, 21 917, 23 712 and 21 672 students, respectively. The Chi square test and Logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of depressive symptoms in middle and high school students. Results: From 2018 to 2021, depressive symptoms detection rate of middle school students was 14.8%, with higher rate in girls (17.1%) than in boys (12.7%), higher rate in high school (17.1% in ordinary high school, 17.6% in vocational high school) than middle school (12.5%)( χ 2=278.77, 327.22, P <0.05). Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in depressive symptoms detection rate among middle school students with different years (2018: 16.7%，2019: 17.9% , 2020: 13.1%, 2021: 13.0%), residence (yes: 16.3%, no:13.5%), body mass index classification (not overweight or obesity: 14.8%, overweight: 14.2%, Obesity: 15.7%), weekly exercise days (0-2 d: 17.1%, 3-5 d: 12.5%, 6-7 d: 13.1%) and bullying (yes: 35.5%, no: 10.7%) ( χ 2=293.40, 118.35, 7.83, 287.24, 4 978.84, P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that female students, ordinary high schools, vocational high schools, obesity, school bullying were positively correlated with depression ( OR =1.65, 1.70, 1.60, 1.12, 5.21), exercise 3 to 5 days per week, exercise 6 to 7 days per week were negatively correlated with depression ( OR=0.77, 0.81, P <0.01). Conclusions Depressive symptoms among middle and high school students in Zhejiang Province are prominent. Strengthening mental health education for students and providing attention and support from families, schools, and society are essential steps to reduce the occurrence of depressive symptoms among these students.

Objective:To determine the predictive role of combined assessment of vasoactive-inotropic score(VIS) and lactate for the prognosis of patients with postcardiotomy cardiogenic shock(PCS) requiring venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(VA-ECMO).Methods:222 adults with PCS requiring VA-ECMO were retrospectively analyzed and divided into four groups according to the cut-off values of VIS and lactate(Lac) at 24 h after ECMO initiation: group 1(59 cases): VIS≤14.5, Lac≤2.45 mmol/L; group 2(17 cases): VIS>14.5, Lac≤2.45 mmol/L; group 3(90 cases): VIS≤14.5, Lac>2.45 mmol/L; group 4(56 cases): VIS>14.5, Lac>2.45 mmol/L. The incidence of in-hospital mortality and other clinical outcomes were analyzed. The associations of VIS and lactate and in-hospital mortality were analyzed using Cox proportional hazards analysis.Results:The in-hospital mortality was 18.6%, 58.8%, 63.3% and 71.4% in the four groups( P<0.001), while the rate of successful weaning off ECMO was 88.1%, 88.2%, 58.9% and 33.9% respectively( P<0.001). The group 1 significantly differed from other three groups with regards to in-hospital mortality and ECMO weaning rate( P<0.05). The groups 1 also showed significantly improved cumulative 60-day survival compared with other three groups( log- rank test, P<0.05). Cox proportional hazards analysis showed age( HR=1.03, 95% CI: 1.01-1.05, P=0.001), female( HR=1.87, 95% CI: 1.27-2.76, P=0.002), VIS at 24 h after ECMO initiation( HR=1.02, 95% CI: 1.00-1.05, P=0.020), and lactate at 24h after ECMO initiation( HR=1.12, 95% CI: 1.08-1.16, P<0.001) were independently predictive of in-hospital mortality. Conclusion:Patients with VIS≤14.5 and Lac≤2.45 within 24 h after ECMO initiation had better in-hospital and 60-day outcomes, suggesting that combined assessment of VIS and lactate may be instructive for determining the prognosis of PCS patients requiring VA-ECMO support.

Objective:To explore the relation of the radiochemical purity and in vivo imaging effect of 68Ga-1, 4, 7, 10-tetraazacyclododecane-1, 4, 7, 10-tetraacetic acid (DOTA)- D-phe1-Tyr3-Thr8-octreotide (TATE) injection. Methods:High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) methods were established to determine 68Ga-DOTATATE, 68Ga 3+ , 68Ga in colloidal form and 68Ga-DOTA- D-Phe1-Tyr3-Thr8-dethreonine-octreotide (heptapeptide) and to study the influence of precursor purity on radiochemical purity of labelled products. The uptake of 68Ga-DOTATATE injection with different radiochemical purities was investigated in nude mice bearing AR42J cells by microPET imaging and the tumor target/non-target (T/NT) value was calculated. One-way analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. Results:The contents of 68Ga 3+ and 68Ga in colloidal form were not related with precursor purity ( r values: 0.385, 0.497, P values: 0.306, 0.137), while the content of 68Ga-DOTA-heptapeptide was positively related with the purity of DOTA-heptapeptide ( r=0.957, P<0.001). The radiochemical purities of 68Ga-DOTATATE injection were (87.0±2.3)%, (86.8±0.8)% and (94.0±3.1)% when the DOTATATE purities were 90.9%, 91.6% and 99.2%, respectively. The results of microPET imaging showed that the tumor uptake was positively related with the radiochemical purity of 68Ga-DOTATATE injection ( r=0.828, P<0.001), and the T/NT values of 68Ga-DOTATATE injection with radiochemical purities of 95.7%, 85.8%, 84.5% and 79.9% were 21.25±8.84, 8.50±1.51, 11.38±1.65 and 6.01±0.99, respectively ( F=11.48, P=0.001). Conclusion:The radiochemical purity of 68Ga-DOTATATE injection is impacted by the purity of labelled precursor and manufacturing processes and is related with the imaging effect in vivo.
