Objective:To explore the dilemmas in the discharge preparation process of postoperative breast cancer patients within the framework of Meleis' Transition Theory, and to provide evidence for the development of nursing interventions to improve discharge readiness. Methods:This was a qualitative study. Using purposive sampling, postoperative breast cancer patients hospitalized in the Department of Breast Surgery of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Medical School, Nanjing University between September and October 2024 were selected for the study. Semi-structured, in-depth interviews were conducted. Data were analyzed and themes extracted using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method. Results:A total of four themes were extracted: personal status-patients experienced complex emotions at discharge; disease knowledge preparation-patients had insufficient mastery of relevant knowledge after discharge; coping ability-patients lacked confidence in home self-care after returning home; social support-patients desired support from peers and medical staff. Conclusions:Postoperative breast cancer patients face multiple dilemmas during discharge preparation. Medical staff are advised to pay attention to the psychological status of discharged patients and develop individualized emotional coping strategies; provide professional information and meet patients' fertility and sexual health knowledge needs; optimize health education models to enhance patients' home coping ability; and strengthen the integration of mobile health with nursing practice to build a multidimensional support system.

Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a chronic autoimmune disease with complex etiology and diverse clinical manifestations. Its pathogenesis is complex, and the clinical treatment effect is not yet ide-al.Lipids are precursors of bioactive metabolites and components of cell membranes, exerting direct and indi-rect regulatory effects on signal transduction, gene regulation, and cell activation.Furthermore, lipids are one of the most significantly changing biomarkers in the serum of SLE patients. This article reviews the abnormal manifestations of lipid metabolism in SLE,the regulation of lipid metabolism and immune cell function, and possible therapeutic applications, providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of SLE.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2022;30(7):491-498
Objective:
To investigate the adverse reactions of resin cement used for dentin bonding and its influencing factors.
Methods:
Patients with dental defects treated with resin cement dentin adhesive for direct composite resin repair or full crown indirect repair were selected as the research objects. The occurrence and causes of adverse reactions, such as dental pulp lesions, soft tissue adverse reactions, and restoration loosening and falling off 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year after treatment, were analyzed retrospectively.
Results :
Among the 14 776 teeth of 5 971 patients who used resin cement dentin adhesive, 580 cases (3.93%) had adverse reactions. Univariate analysis showed that the incidence of adverse events was highest in teeth with the "full crowns (fixed partial dentures)" restoration type at 7 days, 1 month, and 12 months after treatment. At 7 days after treatment, the incidence of adverse events was the highest in teeth with a preparation depth of "near pulp after preparation". At 7 days and 3 months after treatment, the incidence of adverse events was the highest in teeth with " dentin conditioner-adhesive-resin" treatment of the bonding surface. Multivariate analysis indicated that pulp perforation and pulp capping after tooth preparation were risk factors for adverse events 7 days after treatment (OR=2.610), and the “dentin primer-adhesive-resin” bonding surface treatment method was a protective factor for adverse events 7 days and 3 months after treatment (OR<1).
Conclusion
affect the occurrence of adverse events. pulp perforation, and pulp capping after tooth preparation, and self-etching bonding may contribute to adverse reactions.

A group of benign Theileria species, which are often referred to as T. orientalis/T. buffeli/T. sergenti group, has low pathogenicity in cattle. Herein, we report on Theileria spp. in cattle on a farm from China. Based on phylogenetic analysis of the major piroplasm surface protein gene sequences, we detected 6 genotypes that were categorized as Types 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 as well as an additional Type 9 genotype. The new epidemiological features of the T. orientalis/T. buffeli/T. sergenti parasites in China indicate a greater diversity in the genetics of these species than had been previously thought.

OBJECTIVETo explore the clinical significance of ten-eleven-translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase 2 (TET2) mRNA expression levels in adult acute myeloid leukemia patients with normal cytogenetics (CN-AML).
METHODSExpression levels of TET2 mRNA were measured by real-time PCR in 157 adult CN-AML, and its clinical impact in CN-AML was evaluated as well.
RESULTSTET2 gene expression levels from bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) [7.29(3.41-9.99)] and CD34+ cells [6.02(5.64-6.54)] in CN-AML were significantly lower than those [BMMNCs: 8.13(6.68-9.04), P=0.026; CD34+ cells: 6.48(5.97-7.12), P=0.034] in healthy control. And TET2 mRNA level at diagnosis [7.32(6.11-8.41)] was obviously lower than that at complete remission [8.39(7.76-8.79), P<0.01]. CN-AML patients with lower levels of TET2 mRNA showed worse survival rate [(32.7±5.9)%] at 18-month than those with higher levels [(48.6±6.9)%, P=0.041]. In multivariate analysis, lower level of TET2 mRNA was an independent prognostic factor for OS [hazard ratio(HR)2.032, 95% confidence interval (CI)1.272-3.247, P=0.003] and event-free survival [HR 1.532, 95% CI 1.014-2.314, P=0.043].
CONCLUSIONThe level of TET2 mRNA is significantly lower in patients with CN-AML and it is an independent negative prognostic factor. TET2 could be an important factor for the molecular-based risk stratification in CN-AML.
