Objective:To analyze the value of abdominal CT angiography (CTA) and three-dimensional reconstruction fusion technology for larger (2 - 5 cm) gastric submucosal tumors (SMT) in the preoperative evaluation of super minimally invasive surgery(SMIS).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted, collecting data from 20 patients with gastric SMTs measuring 2 - 5 cm in diameter who were hospitalized in the the First Medical Center of the Chinese PLA General Hospital from March 2023 to December 2024. All patients underwent abdominal CTA prior to SMIS, and three-dimensional reconstructions of the tumors were performed. Clinical data were collected to analyze the visualization of the tumors and surrounding blood vessels in the fused three-dimensional images and the corresponding surgical plans. Results:In 19 cases, the abdominal CTA and three-dimensional imaging clearly and intuitively displayed the anatomical structures surrounding the tumors and provided panoramic images of small blood vessels around the tumors, enabling the selection of appropriate surgical plans. One case required conversion to laparoscopic surgery due to the intraoperative discovery of a small artery. Conclusions:The abdominal CTA examination and gastric SMT three dimensional reconstruction before SMIS can better display the anatomical location of the tumor and its relationship with surrounding small blood vessels, which is beneficial for gastroenterologists to formulate surgical plans and facilitate the smooth progress of SMIS under endoscopy.

Objective:To investigate the predicting value of European system for cardiac operative risk evaluation ( EuroSCORE ) and sino system for coronary operative risk evaluation ( SinoSCORE ) in early quality of life of patients after coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG).Methods:A total of 218 consecu-tive patients who underwent CABG from March 2010 to January 2013 were evaluated with both systems before operation .Health related quality of life ( QoL) was estimated by using 36-item short form health survey ( SF-36) preoperatively and postoperatively in order to evaluate the predicting value of the two sys -tems in early post-operative QoL.Calibration was evaluated by Hosmer-l,emeshow goodness-of-fit test. Discrimination was tested by determining the area under the receiver operating characteristic ( ROC ) curve .Results:There was no significant difference between the accumulation of the EuroSCORE and SinoSCORE in the all patients (t=-0.904, P=0.368), When using Wilcoxon test on life quality in the preoperative and postoperative patients respectively ,the data showed that the quality of life improved significantly in various dimensions of the postoperative patients (Z=-2.886, P<0.001).Except for bodily pain (BP) and mental health (MH), statistically significant correlation was found between the preoperative risk evaluation scores and the postoperative QoL scores (r:-0.203 to -0.493, P<0.05). Logistic regression analyses indicated that both the scores emerged as the independent predictor for a relatively worse QoL ( OR>1 , P<0 .05 ) .Furthermore , the EuroSCORE predicted the outcome with a higher OR.For SinoSCORE the Hosmer-Lemeshow test was significant (P=0.628) and the area under ROC curve was 0.754.For the EuroSCORE the Hosmer-Lemeshow test was significant (P=0.538) and the area under ROC curve was 0.854.Conclusion:Both EuroSCORE and SinoSCORE could be viewed as a predictor for several aspects of postoperative QoL , while EuroSCORE might have a greater predicting value.
4.Method and effect of talents special training in the rehabilitation nursing
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2014;20(17):2145-2146
Objective To explore the method and effect of talents special training in the rehabilitation nursing. Methods The talents special training in the rehabilitation nursing from January 2008 to January 2012 was carried out .The nursing quality including the nursing safety , basic nursing , special nursing , nursing documentation , nursing satisfaction was observed and compared before and after the implementation . Results The scores of nursing safety , basic nursing , special nursing , nursing documentation , nursing satisfaction were respectively (95.3 ±1.0), (97.2 ±1.1), (97.5 ±1.3), (95.0 ±0.9), (97.5 ±1.2) after the implementation, and were higher than (93.5 ±1.3), (90.5 ±1.0), (93.3 ±1.4), (92.0 ±1.7), (95.8 ±1.0) before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant (t =7.89, 9.32, 8.35, 8.27, 7.53, respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions The strengthening of talents special training in the rehabilitation nursing can improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction .
