ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and safety of Uyghur medicine Yangxin Dawayimixike Honey Paste （养心达瓦依米西克蜜膏， YDMHP） in the treatment of stable angina pectoris （SAP） of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. MethodsA randomized ， double-blind， positive-controlled，multi-center clinical trial was conducted， in which 370 patients with SAP of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group（279 cases）and control group（91cases）at a ratio of 3∶1. The treatment group was orally administered with YDMHP， 3 g each time， and placebo of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule （血府逐瘀胶囊）， 2.4 g each time， while the control group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule， 2.4 g each time， and placebo of YDMHP， 3 g each time， both twice a day for a course of 12 weeks. The primary outcome was the effect of angina pectoris symptom. The secondary outcomes include single angina symptom scores such as number of attacks， duration of attacks， pain intensity and usae of nitroglycerin scores， the total angina symptom score before and after the treatment， the usage of nitroglycerin， the exercise duration in treadmill exercise test （TET） and the Duck treadmill score among patients，the scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire （SAQ） on five dimensions including physical limitations， anginal stability， anginal frequency， treatment satisfaction， and disease perception， and efficacy of TCM syndrome and of each single TCM symptom after treatment. The safety were evaluated by examine blood routine， urine routine， liver and kidney function， fasting blood sugar， electrocardiogram， adverse events. ResultsThe total effective rate of angina symptom in the treatment group was 71.69% （200/279）， significantly higher than 51.64% （47/91） in the control group （P＜0.01）. The curative and markedly effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 53.05% （148/279）， which was significantly higher than 25.27% （23/91） in the control group （P＜0.01）. After treatment， scores of the number as well as duration of angina attacks and pain severity， the total score of angina symptoms， and the usage of nitroglycerin significantly decreased in both groups， and more changes were seen in the treatment group than in the control group； the scores of physical limitations， anginal stability， anginal frequency， treatment satisfaction， and disease perception in both groups significantly increased， and more improvement were shown in the experimental group regarding the anginal stability， anginal frequency and treatment satisfaction （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. The effects of chest pain， chest tightness， palpitation， shortness of breath and fatigue in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. There was no significant difference in the exercise duration of treadmill test and Duke score among patients between the two groups either before or after treatment （P＞0.05）. Adverse events occurred in 66 cases （23.66%） of the experimental group and 16 cases （17.58%） of the control group， with no statistical significance between the two groups （P＞0.05）. ConclusionThe Uyghur medicine YDMHP can effectively improve symptoms of angina pectoris， reduce the number， duration， and intensity of attacks， decrease the dosage of nitrogly-cerin and improve the individual TCM symptoms and has good safety in the treatment of SAP patients of qi stagnation and blood stasis.

Respiratory diseases are common， frequently-occurring clinical diseases. As the prevalence rate is increasing year by year， they have become a problem that seriously affects public health. The diseases are mainly located in the lung by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation. Lung governs Qi and controls breathing and is also an organ for the storage of phlegm. Clinically， phlegm and Qi are often used for the treatment. Banxia Houputang （BHT）， originated from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber （《金匮要略》）， was used to treat plum-stone Ai （globus hystericus） at first. It is composed of Rhizoma Pinelliae， Cortex Magnoliae Offcinalis， Poria， Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens， and Folium Perillae， and treats diseases with the core pathogensis of mutual obstruction of phlegm and Qi. BHT has the effects of moving Qi， dissipating mass， descending adverse Qi， and resolving phlegm， which basically correspond to the pathological characteristics of the lungs. Clinical studies have confirmed that modified BHT can be used either alone or in combination with western medicine to treat chronic pharyngitis， asthma， chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， pneumonia， obstructive sleep apnea， upper airway cough syndrome and other respiratory diseases， with significant effects. It effectively improves the symptoms and signs of the diseases and reduces the recurrence rate. Basic research has shown that BHT plays anti-inflammatory， anti-oxidative stress， anti-apoptotic， autophagy-regulating， and iron overload-regulating roles by regulating the targets in multiple pathways. This paper， by combing the relevant literature in recent years， conducted a systematic review on BHT from the three aspects of syndrome analysis， clinical treatment research and mechanism research， with a view to providing theoretical basis and reference for the mechanism research of BHT in treating respiratory diseases and for expanding its clinical application.

Anti-contactin associated protein-like 2 (CASPR2) antibody encephalitis is a rare autoimmune encephalitis with variable clinical symptoms and atypical imaging manifestations. The prognosis of the patients with severe disease is poor. Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome is rarely reported in autoimmune encephalitis. The clinical data, diagnosis and treatment of a patient with anti-CASPR2 antibody encephalitis complicated with reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome were reported, in order to improve the understanding of clinicians on the rare disease complicated with atypical imaging manifestations.

Objective:To study influence of intravenous injection urapidil and nitroglycerin micro pump on blood pressure and heart rate (HR) of hypertension patients undergoing tooth extraction.Methods:116 hypertension patients underwent electrocardiographic monitoring tooth extraction in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 58 cases,the control group was given nitroglycerin plus pump static point to maintain,the observation group was given intravenous urapidil and pump maintenance,compared the changes of systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and HR in two groups before operation,at anesthesia,10min after anesthesia,in operation,10 min after operation,and compared the adverse reactions condition of the two groups.Results:The levels of SBP and DBP in two groups in operation and 10 min after operation were significantly lower than that before operation,and the SBP and DBP levels in the observation group in operation were significantly lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant (all P＜0.05).The HR in control group in operation,10 min after operation were significantly higher than before operation,while the observation group were significantly lower control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.90％(4/58),which has no significant difference than 10.34％ (6/58) in control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous injection urapidil has little effect on blood pressure and HR in hypertension patients undergoing tooth extraction,and with good safety,which is worthy of promotion.

To effectively screen treating pigmentation disorders drug, a new transgenic zebrafish drug screening model was constructed. Green fluorescent protein(GFP)were drived by tyrosinase-related protein 1a (tyrp1a)promoter specific expression in melanocyte. Effect of N-Phenylthiourea(PTU)and alpha-melanaocyte stimulating hormone(α-MSH)on the GFP expression and melanogenic of tyrp1a: eGFP zebrafish were photographed under the steromicroscope. Results showed that PTU could significantly inhibit the melanogenic and expression of GFP of zebrafish. As compared with control group, α-MSH treatment resulted in marked stimulation of body pigmentation and expression of GFP. In conclusion, a new transgenic zebrafish drug screening model was successfully established, which can be used for treating pigmentation disorders.

BACKGROUND:It has been a hotspot in the treatment of spinal fracture by minimaly invasive approach.Compare with open operation,minimaly invasive surgery has less trauma,less bleeding,less tissue damage and shorter hospital stay.But no clinical study focuses on the reduction effect of minimaly invasive percutaneous screw fixation and maintenance of vertebral height.OBJECTIVE:To compare the difference of minimaly invasive percutaneous screw combined with articular process bone grafting and simple screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture on maintaining vertebral height.METHODS:Clinical data of 79 patients with T11-L2 thoracolumbar fractures (AO type: A1,A2,A3,B1) wereretrospectively analyzed.Among them,41 cases were treated by percutaneous pedicle screw fixation combined with articular process bone grafting,while 38 cases were treated by percutaneous pedicle screw fixation,from January 2010 to September 2013.Perioperative indicators in the two groups,visual analogue scale scores,and Oswestry Disability Index before and after surgery,as wel as at final folow-up were compared between the two groups.The anterior and posterior of vertebral height,the recovery of Cobb's angle were evaluated.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The patients in the grafting group were folowed up for 4-36 months and those in the non-grafting group were folowed up for 5-30 months,there was no significant difference in the folow-up time between the two groups (P=0.25).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay showed no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).The folow-up results showed that,no significant difference was found in visual analogue scale scores and Oswestry Disability Index between the two groups (P＞0.05).However,the anterior and posterior of vertebral height,the recovery of Cobb's angle in the grafting group were significantly better than that in the non-grafting group (P＜ 0.05).The short-term efficacy and security are similar between the two surgery methods in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.However,minimaly invasive percutaneous screw combined with articular process bone grafting shows great advantages in recovering and maintaining the long-term stability.

Objective To estimate the excess relative risk coefficients of stomach cancer for Chinese population attributable to ionizing radiation.Methods The excess relative risk and excess absolute risk coefficients of stomach cancer were estimated based on Life Span Study by using risk models developed by BEIR Ⅶ committee (Biological Effect of Ionizing Radiation).Guided by transportation methods from Life Span Study to Americans,we determined that transportation method for Chinese population includes both multiplicative and additive models with a weight of 0.7 and 0.3 respectively,on an arithmetic scale.Besides,curve fitting was used to obtain sex-age-specific stomach cancer baseline incidence based on Chinese cancer annual report.Then,Chinese excess relative risk coefficients of stomach cancer were obtained by substituting excess relative risk,excess absolute risk of Life Span Study and Chinese baseline incidence rate into risk transportation model.Results Excess relative risk coefficients of stomach cancer for Chinese population are 0.26/Sv for male and 0.64/Sv for female,whose exposure age is 30 years old and cancer age is 60 years old.Coefficients increase with decreased exposure age and cancer age.Conclusions Excess relative risk coefficients of stomach cancer for Chinese population are by larger higher than that of Life Span Study,and their sex-age tendency are similar.

Objective To estimate the averaged excess relative risk(ERR) in Chinese population based on the radiogenic cancer risk of leukemia in Japanese atomic bomb survivor cohort,and to discuss proper method suitable for risk transfer between populations.Methods Based on BEIR Ⅶ radiogenic cancer model and population transfer model,and the 2009 Chinese leukemia baseline rates given in 2012 Chinese Cancer Registry Annual Report,comparison was made of population incidences in seveal countries to adjust the weighting factors.Results The ERR of three subtypes of leukemia as a whole was obtained,and the weighting factors for risk transfer model was assumed.The additive factor for male was 0.2,and the multiplicative factor was 0.8,while the additive factor for female was 0.15,and the multiplicative factor was 0.85.Conclusions For the risk transfer between populations,weighting factor was adjusted as a whole to obtain the ERR value for estimating the risk to Chinese population.The risk transfer method suitable for Chinese population was obtained by using the incidence rate available for Chinese population to directly transfer radiation-induced leukemia risk to Chinese from Japanese.

Objective To establish a transfer model for excess relative risk (ERR) for radiation-related leukemia from Japanese population to Chinese population.Methods Combined ERR of several subtypes of leukemia published in 1994, with the corresponding leukemia baseline incidence rates obtained from Cancer Incidence in Five Continents Vol.Ⅸ (CI5-Ⅸ) for Japanese population and Chinese population, a weighted risk transfer model was employed between an additive model and a multiplicative model, to execute ERR transfer.Results A range of weighing factors was proposed for risk transfer models:weighing factor was 0.4 for male and 0.3 for female, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia.The uncertainty for ERR transfer was characterized by lognormal distribution.Conclusions Based on the difference of baseline incidence rate for subtypes of leukemia between Japanese population and Chinese population, the transfer model and these weighing factors discussed in the present study could be applicable to transfer ERR for radiation-related leukemia from Japanese population to Chinese population.

Objective To evaluate the value of endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) for CT-positive mediastinal lymph nodes. Methods From September 2009 to December 2009, 28 patients with confirmed or suspected non-small-cell lung cancer with CT scan demonstrating enlarged ( ≥ 1 cm) mediastinal lymph nodes underwent EBUS-TBNA. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were evaluated. Results 28 patients with 40 lymph nodes were studied. 27 patients had been performed successfully with enough specimens. No complications happened in the group. Mediastinal metastases were confirmed by EBUS-TBNA in 20 patients. 8 patients with benign mediastinal nodes as detected by EBUS-TBNA underwent surgery and mediastinal lymph node dissection, which confirmed N2 disease in 2 patients. Overall diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of EBUS-TBNA in the detection of mediastinal metastasis were 92.9%, 90.9%,100%, 100%, 75% respectively. Conclusion EBUS-TBNA is a safe and effective technique for CT-positive mediastinal lymph nodes on CT scan.
