The facial skin characteristics and the transepidermal water loss, stratum corneum hydration, the L * value, and the a * value, which were tested by non-invasive instruments, were collected. Subsequently, meteorological data for the six locations were obtained from CNKI and China Meteorological Data Service Centre, including monthly temperature, monthly humidity, and annual sunshine duration. Finally, all data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0. Results:The top five facial skin diseases in 327 children were telangiectasia (249, 82.57%), freckles (173, 52.91%), nevus (125, 38.23%), pityriasis alba (98, 29.97%), and scars (93, 28.44%). In addition, a total of 15 cases of melasma with a lower score of mMASI were identified in this study. In all the subjects, 7.65% had severe desquamation, 19.57% had moderate desquamation, and 40.98% had mild desquamation. The whole transepidermal water loss value of highland children's face was (6.55±3.95) g·m -2·h -1, the stratum corneum hydration value was (24.19±19.45) au, the L * value was (51.76±4.31) au, the a * value was (15.60±2.29) au. The Dashanbao group was higher than the other 5 groups ( F=18.76, P<0.05), and the stratum corneum hydration of the Lashihai and Rikaze groups was higher than any other groups ( F=157.292, P<0.05), the L * value of the Meigu group was the lowest in any other 5 groups ( F=14.06, P<0.05), the a * value of the Kunming group was lower than other all groups ( F=11.88, P<0.05). Conclusions:The proportion of facial skin diseases varies slightly across altitudes, with significant differences in skin barrier function among the six groups of children with impaired skin barrier function in the highlands.

Chinese Journal of Surgery 2022;60(6):635-640
Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) is an effective treatment for end-stage anteromedial osteoarthritis of the knee. Medial tibial plateau fracture or femoral condyle fracture may occur after UKA, and its treatment is very challenging. The causes leading to this complication include: surgical technique errors, such as the weakening of posterior cortical strength of the tibial platform during operation, the reduction of bone mass due to too much tibial osteotomy, and the stress concentration in the bone bed due to bad alignment of the prosthesis, etc. Prosthesis design factors, such as press-fit fixation design of cementless UKA prosthesis, and multiple nail holes fixation for tibial osteotomy guide, etc. And the morphology of tibial plateau, such as tibial platform in Asian people with narrow and small shap and medial overhanging condyles. Correct selection of patients, strict surgical principles and standardized surgical techniques are the keys to prevent periprosthetic fractures during and after medial UKA. After the diagnosis is confirmed, the treatment choice mainly depends on the fracture pattern and the stability of the prosthesis.

To scientifically evaluate the intervention effect of Chinese medicine preventive administration(combined use of Huo-xiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid and Jinhao Jiere Granules) on community population in the case of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), a large cohort, prospective, randomized, and parallel-controlled clinical study was conducted. Total 22 065 subjects were included and randomly divided into 2 groups. The non-intervention group was given health guidance only, while the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) intervention group was given two coordinated TCM in addition to health guidance. The medical instructions were as follows. Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid: oral before meals, 10 mL/time, 2 times/day, a course of 5 days. Jinhao Jiere Granules: dissolve in boiling water and take after meals, 8 g/time, 2 times/day, a course of 5 days, followed up for 14 days, respectively. The study found that with the intake of medication, the incidence rate of TCM intervention group was basically maintained at a low and continuous stable level(0.01%-0.02%), while the non-intervention group showed an overall trend of continuous growth(0.02%-0.18%) from 3 to 14 days. No suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case occurred in either group. There were 2 cases of colds in the TCM intervention group and 26 cases in the non-intervention group. The incidence of colds in the TCM intervention group was significantly lower(P<0.05) than that in the non-intervention group. In the population of 16-60 years old, the incidence rate of non-intervention and intervention groups were 0.01% and 0.25%, respectively. The difference of colds incidence between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the population older than 60 years old, they were 0.04% and 0.21%, respectively. The incidence of colds in the non-intervention group was higher than that in the intervention group, but not reaching statistical difference. The protection rate of TCM for the whole population was 91.8%, especially for the population of age 16-60(95.0%). It was suggested that TCM intervention(combined use of Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid and Jinhao Jiere Granules) could effectively protect community residents against respiratory diseases, such as colds, which was worthy of promotion in the community. In addition, in terms of safety, the incidence of adverse events and adverse reactions in the TCM intervention group was relatively low, which was basically consistent with the drug instructions.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(6):856-858
Objective To explore the correlation between arterial iodine fraction ( AIF) obtained with energy spectrum CT and Child-Pugh staging of liver cirrhosis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the Child-Turcotte-Pugh of hospitalized 80 patients diagnosed as liver cirrhosis (15 cases of Child -A,40 cases of Child -B,and 25 cases of Child-C) and CT examination results.HD750 spectral three-stage CT scanning was conducted in all patients.AIF was calculated with energy spectrum analysis software, and the correlation between AIF and Child-Pugh staging of liver cirrhosis was explored. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the iodine content of hepatic artery and portal vein among different groups(t=1.786,P>0.05).The hepatic artery iodine score pair-wise analysis among different groups showed that the differences were statistically significant(F=30.45,P<0.05). The hepatic artery iodine score was highest in Child-Pugh C group, secondary in Child-Pugh B group and lowest in Child-Pugh A group.AIF and Child-Pugh staging of liver cirrhosis was significantly correlated. Conclusion AIF of liver cirrhosis reveals the state of liver function and is correlated with Child-Pugh staging, thus can be adopted as a supplement in clinical Child-Pugh staging.
