Objective To evaluate an ultrasound-based deep learning radiomics nomogram(DLR_Nomo-gram)for non-invasively differentiating between type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC)before surgery.Methods In this study,a cohort of 195 patients diagnosed with EOC was analyzed.Participants were randomly divided into a training set and a testing set at an 8∶2 ratio.Following data preprocessing,region of interest(ROI)delineation,feature extraction and selection,as well as the clipping and extraction of the maximum section sonogram for each sample,three initial models were developed:the radiomics signature(Rad_Sig),the deep transfer learning signature(DTL_Sig),and the clinical signature(Clinic_Sig).Subsequently,an integrated model—referred to as the DLR_Nomogram—was constructed by combining Rad_Sig,DTL_Sig,and Clinic_Sig,and was presented in the form of a nomogram.The performance of the model was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and the corresponding area under the curve(AUC).Results In the testing set,the DLR_Nomogram demonstrated superior predictive performance(AUC:0.951,95%CI:0.876～1.000)compared to Rad_Sig(AUC:0.709,95%CI:0.539～0.880),DTL_Sig(AUC:0.842,95%CI:0.712～0.972),and Clinic_Sig(AUC:0.916,95%CI:0.827～1.000).The Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test for the DLR_Nomogram resulted in a p-value exceeding 0.05,indicating adequate model calibration.Moreover,decision curve analysis revealed that the DLR_No-mogram offers a higher net clinical benefit across a defined range of threshold probabilities.Conclusions The ultrasound-based DLR_Nomogram exhibits a robust ability to differentiate between Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ EOC,and may serve as a valuable clinical tool for guiding individualized preoperative diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making.

By reviewing the research history on quality comparison between wild and cultivated Chinese crude drugs， this paper systematically combed the relevant research reports since the 1950s， and summarized and analyzed the results of existing comparative studies， and found that the existing comparative research on the quality of wild and cultivated Chinese crude drugs were mainly focused on several aspects， including characteristics， microstructures， chemical compositions， pharmacodynamic effects， and genetic diversity. Among these， comparative studies of chemical compositions have been the dominant approach， with a particular emphasis on comparing the contents of index components. However， research on pharmacodynamic effects remained relatively limited. Due to various factors such as sample quantity， sample origin， growth period and cultivation methods， the differences in quality between wild and cultivated Chinese crude drugs vary significantly. In general， most wild Chinese crude drugs exhibited higher quality than cultivated products， with significant differences in their characteristics. The contents and proportions of some chemical components underwent noticeable changes， particularly with a marked increase in the proportion of primary metabolites after cultivation. The quality of cultivated Chinese crude drugs is closely related to the cultivation practices employed. Chinese crude drugs produced through wild nurturing， simulated wild planting， ecological cultivation， and other similar methods demonstrate quality levels comparable to those of wild Chinese crude drugs. Based on the analysis results， it is recommended to explicitly specify the cultivation practices and cultivation period of cultivated Chinese crude drugs in comparative studies of the quality between wild and cultivated Chinese crude drugs. Multiple technical approaches， including characteristics， microscopy， non-targeted metabolomics combined with quantitative analysis of differential components， and bioefficacy evaluation， should be employed to comprehensively assess the quality disparities between wild and cultivated Chinese crude drugs. Moreover， research efforts should be intensified to investigate the changes in pharmacodynamic effects resulting from differences in plant cell wall composition， primary metabolites， and secondary metabolites， in order to guide the production of high-quality Chinese crude drugs.

Objective:To study the effects of different calcium ion concentrations on epithelial mesenchymal transformation (EMT) of human peritoneal mesothelial cell (HPMC) via endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS).Methods:HPMC cell line HMrSV5 was cultured in vitro and treated in groups. The cells in the control group, high calcium group 1, and high calcium group 2 were treated with medium containing calcium ion concentrations of 1.25, 1.75, and 2.25 mmol/L, respectively. The solvent control group was treated with medium containing 1.25 mmol/L physiological calcium ion concentration and 0.1% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), the high calcium+solvent group was treated with medium containing 2.25 mmol/L calcium ion concentration and 0.1% DMSO, the high calcium+4-phenylbutyric acid (4-PBA) group was treated with medium containing 2.25 mmol/L calcium ion concentration and 1 mmol/L ERS inhibitor 4-PBA, and each group was treated for 48 hours. Morphological changes of cells in each group were observed under light microscope. The expressions of epithelial cell phenotype marker zonula occluden-1 (ZO-1) and mesenchymal cell phenotype marker α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in the cells were observed by immunofluorescence staining. The expressions of EMT marker genes E-cadherin, ZO-1, α-SMA and Vimentin were detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The expressions of ERS marker proteins phosphorylated protein kinase R-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase (p-PERK), phosphorylated eukaryotic initiation factor 2α (p-eIF2α), transcription activating factor 4 (ATF4) and C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP) were detected by Western blotting. Results:Compared with the control group, the morphology of HMrSV5 cells became slender and fibrotic, the fluorescence intensity of ZO-1 increased, and the fluorescence intensity of α-SMA decreased in high calcium 1 and high calcium 2 groups, indicating that the cells transformed from epithelial cells to mesenchyme cells. The mRNA expressions of E-cadherin and ZO-1 were significantly decreased, while the mRNA expressions of α-SMA and Vimentin and the protein expressions of p-PERK, p-eIF2α, ATF4 and CHOP were significantly increased, moreover, the expressions of the above marker genes or proteins in the high calcium 2 group was more obvious than those in the high calcium 1 group [E-cadherin mRNA (2 -ΔΔCt): 0.53±0.05 vs. 0.75±0.09, ZO-1 mRNA (2 -ΔΔCt): 0.42±0.06 vs. 0.69±0.06, α-SMA mRNA (2 -ΔΔCt): 1.81±0.16 vs. 1.32±0.14, Vimentin mRNA (2 -ΔΔCt): 2.05±0.22 vs. 1.48±0.16, p-PERK protein (p-PERK/β-actin): 0.81±0.09 vs. 0.59±0.06, p-eIF2α protein (p-eIF2α/β-actin): 0.87±0.10 vs. 0.50±0.06, ATF4 protein (ATF4/β-actin): 0.93±0.10 vs. 0.72±0.06, CHOP protein (CHOP/β-actin): 0.79±0.09 vs. 0.46±0.04, all P < 0.05]. Compared with the solvent control group, the morphological changes of cells, the expressions of EMT marker genes and ERS marker proteins after high calcium ion concentration of 2.25 mmol/L were consistent with those in the high calcium 2 group than control group. Compared with the high calcium+solvent group, the cell morphology recovered the characteristics of polygonal and pebble-like epithelial cells in the high calcium+4-PBA group, the fluorescence intensity of ZO-1 increased, the fluorescence intensity of α-SMA decreased, and the mRNA expressions of E-cadherin and ZO-1 in the cells were significantly increased [E-cadherin mRNA (2 -ΔΔCt): 0.86±0.09 vs. 0.57±0.04, ZO-1 mRNA (2 -ΔΔCt): 0.81±0.06 vs. 0.48±0.05, both P < 0.05], the mRNA expressions of α-SMA and Vimentin and the protein expressions of p-PERK, p-eIF2α, ATF4 and CHOP were significantly decreased [α-SMA mRNA (2 -ΔΔCt): 1.21±0.13 vs. 1.77±0.15, Vimentin mRNA (2 -ΔΔCt): 1.30±0.14 vs. 1.94±0.20, p-PERK protein (p-PERK/β-actin): 0.38±0.04 vs. 0.92±0.11, p-eIF2α protein (p-eIF2α/β-actin): 0.34±0.05 vs. 1.05±0.13, ATF4 protein (ATF4/β-actin): 0.57±0.06 vs. 0.97±0.11, CHOP protein (CHOP/β-actin): 0.51±0.04 vs. 0.90±0.12, all P < 0.05]. Conclusion:High calcium ion concentrations of 1.75 mmol/L and 2.25 mmol/L promote EMT of HPMC via activating ERS.

Objective To explore the application value and related factors of serum carbonic anhydraseⅢ(CAⅢ)in the clinical diagnosis of mild to moderate Alzheimer disease(AD).Methods A total of 106 elderly patients initially diagnosed with mild to moderate AD at Huashan Hospital,Fudan University from October 2020 to November 2022 were enrolled as the AD group,and 89 healthy elderly people during the same period were enrolled as the control group.The serum biochemical indicators including liver and kidney function,blood lipids,blood glucose,folic acid and homocysteine were detected in both groups.Cognitive function was assessed by Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE).Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)were used to assess psychological status.The activities of daily living(ADL)were assessed by modified Barthel Index(BI).Serum CAⅢlevels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to identify factors influencing serum CAⅢlevels,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was performed to evaluate the diagnostic value of serum CAⅢlevels in elderly patients with mild to moderate AD.Results The MMSE score of the AD group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.001),and the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.001).The serum CAⅢlevel in the AD group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.000 1).In patients with AD,serum CAⅢlevels in patients with a disease course＞3 years,accompanied by depression or anxiety,moderate AD,and serum creatinine≤111 μmol/L were significantly lower than those in patients with a disease course≤3 years,normal emotions,mild AD,and serum creatinine＞111 μmol/L(P＜0.05).Correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis showed that serum CAⅢlevels were negatively correlated with disease duration,PHQ-9 score,GAD-7 scores and severity degree,positively correlated with serum creatinine level(P＜0.05).The PHQ-9 score,severity degree,and serum creatinine level were independent related factors for serum CAⅢlevel in mild to moderate AD elderly patients(P＜0.05).ROC curve result showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of serum CAⅢin diagnosing mild to moderate AD in elderly patients was 0.946,with sensitivity and specificity of 88.79% and 96.74%,respectively.Conclusions Serum CAⅢlevels in elderly patients with mild to moderate AD are higher than those in healthy individuals.Mild AD,without depressive mood,and elevated serum creatinine levels are related factors for elevated serum CAⅢlevels in elderly AD patients.Serum CAⅢmay serve as a novel biological marker for the diagnosis of mild to moderate AD in the elderly.

Objective:To explore the research progress and hotspots of nurse-led care models in China, in order to provide references for further research.Methods:The Papers related to nurse-led care models included before 2019 were retrieved from Wanfang database and based on core nursing periodicals from Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports(Natural Science)(2018 edition), used Bicomb2.0 for word frequency analysis of key words, then used SPSS22.0 for clustering analysis.Results:Totally 118 references and 33 high frequency keywords were retrieved. The number of literature about nurse-led showed a fluctuating upward trend. Researchers could get most of the information about nurse-led intervention mode from Journal of Nursing Science, Chinese Nursing Research and Chinese Nursing Management. By cluster analysis, the hotspots of nurse-led mainly involved critical illness, tumor, chronic disease, community rehabilitation and so on. Conclusions:The nurse-led model has been used in many kinds of diseases and has formed a certain scale, but there is still more room for development. Nursing experts from different regions should strengthen cooperation to improve the nurse-led intervention mode.

As one of the important means for saving severely burned patients, mechanical ventilation can not only improve the function of important organs such as heart, lung, and kidney, but also stabilize the homeostasis of the body, thus promoting the recovery of patients. Improper use of mechanical ventilation, however, can lead to many complications, among which the ventilator-induced lung injury (VILI) is one of the most common and serious complications, accompanying with a high mortality rate. The target of preventing VILI is to minimize the risk of lung injury caused by mechanical ventilation. This article reviews the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and early prevention and treatment of VILI caused by mechanical ventilation in burned patients.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of perforator flaps in the repair of limb defects.Methods:Anterolateral thigh perforator flap (ALTP), deep inferior epigastric perforator flap (DIEP), posterior in- terosseous artery perforator flap (PIAP), thoracodorsal artery perforator flap (TDAP), medial sural artery perforator flap (MSAP) and radial collateral artery perforator flap (RCAP) were used to repair 56 cases of limb wounds from Novem- ber, 2016 to October, 2018. The sizes of soft tissue defect were ranged from 1.5 cm×1.5 cm to 10.0 cm×24.0 cm, while the sizes of flap were ranged from 2.0 cm×2.0 cm to 11.0 cm×25.0 cm. The recipient sites were all sutured di- rectly. The flaps survived and wound healing were observed postoperatively. Appearance, texture, recovery of the limb function, shape and function of donor site were followed-up regularly.Results:One case of venous crisis occurred on the 3rd day after inferior epigastric artery perforator flap surgery, and survived after exploratory surgery with the necrosis in the distal part of the flap, which healed after dressing. Other 55 flaps all survived. Both recipient site and donor site healed in primary union. The color of the flaps was normal. The skins were soft, and the functions of the limbs recovered well. Only a linear scar remained in the donor area without dysfunction.Conclusion:The perforator flap surgery is reliable for limbs repair and can be promoted and applied.

Objective:In order to solve the problem that it is inconvenient and easy to lose the transfusion rod when nurses use the flat car to transport the patients who need transfusion or transfusion at the same time with continuous washing by installing the recyclable transfusion rod on the original medical flat car.Methods:A recyclable infusion rod was installed in the medical flat car. According to the sequence of operation time, 160 patients in the operation room of our hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 80 cases in each group. The experimental group used the medical flat car equipped with the recyclable infusion pole, and the control group used the ordinary flat car and the movable flagpole infusion pole. When the patients need to be transported after the operation, the time when the nurses go out from the operating room to pick up the flat car and the rate of the remaining transfusion rod after the patients are transported are compared to evaluate the application effect.Results:The time of taking flat car of the nurses in the experimental group was (63.34±4.72) seconds, which was significantly lower than (83.6±13.82) seconds of the control group ( t value was -29.89, P < 0.01). The rate of remaining infusion pole of the nurses in the control group was 6.25% (5/80), and that in the experimental group was 0, with statistical significance ( χ2 value was 5.16, P<0.05). Conclusion:The installation of recyclable infusion pole on the medical flat car can keep the cleanness of the infusion pole and reduce the incidence of hospital infection. When using the flat car, it can also reduce the time of taking the infusion pole again, reduce the workload of the nursing staff, put an end to the loss of the infusion pole and improve the working efficiency of the nursing staff.

Objective To explore the prevalence of health literacy in China in 2011-2013.Methods The eligible studies were identified by searching China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Chinese BioMedical Literature Database (CBM),VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals (VIP),Wanfang database,PubMed and Embase.The Meta-analysis was applied with Stata 12.0 software.Subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis were performed to test the robust of the results.Results A total of 28 studies,including 53 308 residents,were finally included in the review.Meta-analysis revealed the prevalence of health literacy in China to be 16％ (95％CI 15％-16％),and the prevalence of health concepts and knowledge was 25％ (95％CI 25％-26％),and healthy lifestyles and behaviors was 13％ (95％CI 12％-14％),and health skills was 32％ (95％CI 31％-32％).Conclusions The health literacy levels of residents showed a rising trend.There were differences between rural and urban health literacy levels and different regions.Rural residents' health literacy level increased more significantly than that of the city.Due to limited kinds of methods,more scientific and effective methods were needed to evaluate the health literacy.
