Objective:
To investigate the emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children and the correlations with maternal parenting competence and family rearing environment, so as to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for the physical and mental health development of preschool children.
Methods:
In June 2025, 660 preschool children aged 3-6 years old were selected from 10 kindergartens in Hefei, Anqing, and Tongling in Anhui Province by using a stratified cluster random sampling method. A questionnaire survey was conducted among all parents of preschool children using the Parent version of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, the Child Family Rearing Environment Scale, and the Chinese version of the Parenting Sense of Competence Scale. Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the related factors of emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children. SPSS macro program Process 4.1 and Bootstrap method were used to test the mediating effect of family parenting environment between emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children and maternal parenting competence.
Results:
The detection rate of emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children was 20.15%. The total scores of family rearing environment and maternal parenting competence were negatively correlated with emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children ( r =-0.45,-0.79), and the total score of family rearing environment was positively correlated with the total score of maternal parenting competence ( r =0.43) (all P <0.01). Multiple linear regression showed that, after controlling whether being only child, parents educational level, registered residence location and other variables, family rearing environment, self efficacy and satisfaction were all negative predictors of emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children ( B =-0.07, -0.42, -0.42, all P <0.01). The mediation effect results showed that maternal parenting competence could positively predict the family rearing environment ( B =0.75), while maternal parenting competence and family rearing environment could both negatively predict emotional and behavioral problems among preschool children ( B =-0.49, -0.06 ) (all P <0.05). The Bootstrap sampling method test results showed that the effect value of the indirect effect of maternal parenting competence on emotional and behavioral problems through the family rearing environment was -0.04, and the effect proportion was 8.21 %.
Conclusion
Preschool children with a better family rearing environment and stronger maternal parenting competence are less likely to have emotional and behavioral problems, among which the family rearing environment has a mediating effect.

The global incidence rate of cancer is increasing yearly, and chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal mucosal injury has become a crucial factor affecting patients'therapeutic prognosis;however, there is currently a lack of effective therapeutic drugs to address this issue. There is thus an urgent need to establish more ideal animal models of chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal mucosal injury,to support the exploration of its pathogenesis and the development of therapeutic drugs. This review considered relevant literature published during the period from 2019 to 2024,to provide a comprehensive summary and analysis from several perspectives, including the selection of experimental animals, chemotherapeutic drugs and modeling method, evaluation indicators, and practical applications.Furthermore,we highlight several existing issues with current models, including the lack of standardized modeling method, insufficient research on models with a tumor background, and inadequate exploration of novel cell death mechanisms. This collation of the literature also revealed the gradual emergence of traditional Chinese medicine as a research hotspot, with potential for the treatment of gastrointestinal mucosal injury.Further studies of effective medicines are warranted to identify interventional strategies for chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal mucosal injury.

Objective:
To construct an evaluation index system of cervical cancer prevention and control literacy, so as to provide an assessment tool for cervical cancer prevention and control literacy.
Methods:
The preliminary framework for cervical cancer prevention and control literacy was designed based on literature review. Twenty-one experts with both theoretical and practical experience in cervical cancer prevention and control were invited to participate in two rounds of Delphi consultation. The weights of indicators were determined by the percentage weighting method and product method, and the response rate, authority level, opinion concentration degree, and coordination degree of experts were evaluated.
Results:
Twenty-one experts participated in the consultation, including 3 males and 18 females. There were 11 experts with a doctor's degree, 7 with a master's degree and 3 with a bachelor's degree. All of them had senior professional titles and had more than 10 years of working experience. The recovery rates of the two rounds of consultations were 100.00% and 95.24%, the authority coefficients were 0.963 and 0.948, and Kendall's coefficients of concordance were 0.175 and 0.148 (both P<0.05), respectively. The final cervical cancer prevention and control literacy evaluation index system included 3 primary indicators (basic knowledge and concepts: 0.334; healthy lifestyle and behaviors: 0.338; basic skills: 0.328), 12 secondary indicators, with "capability to accurately acquire, comprehend, evaluate and apply health information" having the highest weight (0.166), and 51 tertiary indicators, with "HPV vaccination" (0.086), "consulting on relevant issues" (0.082), and "expressing personal perspectives" (0.080) having relatively higher weights.
Conclusion
The evaluation index system of cervical cancer prevention and control literacy serves as a valid assessment tool for women of appropriate age, providing the reference for developing targeted health education to enhance cervical cancer prevention and control literacy.

At present, some new tongue manifestations with distinct characteristics and high clinical value have not yet gained widespread consensus, which is unfavorable to their research and promotion. This paper representatively explores four types of tongue texture manifestations(liver gall line, bulging vein tongue, concave tip tongue, convex surface tongue)and two types of tongue coating manifestations(cracked tongue coating, white saliva line)among them.It is found that the liver gall line manifests as dark stagnation of various forms on the tongue surface, indicating liver qi stagnation and blood stasis as well as heat-toxin accumulation;the bulging vein tongue is characterized by clearly raised blood vessels on the tongue surface, suggesting blood stasis due to yang deficiency or cold congelation;the concave tip tongue is characterized by a depressed tip, indicating an abnormal tongue frenulum or malnutrition of heart, lung, and kidney;the convex surface tongue features a broad and thick tongue body with an overall"convex"shape, which is observed in healthy individuals or suggests qi movement disorder and spleen and stomach stagnation;the cracked tongue coating is characterized by cracks only on the tongue coating, indicating qi deficiency with disordered fluid or yin consumption due to intense heat;the white saliva line presents as strip-like white foam bands on the tongue margin, suggesting liver qi stagnation and dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency. No consensus exists regarding issues such as naming and description, reflecting the necessity of expanding and standardizing the theory of tongue diagnosis. This paper aims to emphasize the value and standardization of such new tongue manifestations, enrich the theoretical system of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine, and provide novel insights and reference basis for clinical syndrome differentiation.

Objective:To develop an early exercise rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty (THA) based on the best evidence, and explore its clinical effects. Methods:This study was a randomized controlled trial. From August to December 2022, convenience sampling was used to select 126 elderly THA patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University as participants. Patients were divided into observation group and control group using a random number table method, with 63 cases in each group. Control group was treated with a usual exercise rehabilitation nursing, while observation group was treated with an early exercise rehabilitation nursing for elderly THA patients based on the best evidence. Changhai Pain Rating Scale, Harris Hip Score, and Barthel Index were used to evaluate pain, hip function, and activities of daily living in two groups of patients. The first time off the bed, hospital stay, and incidence of complications were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results:The Harris Hip scores of observation group patients three days after surgery and on the day of discharge were (61.13±4.82) and (77.84±4.43), respectively, which were higher than those of control group (50.75±6.19) and (70.25±7.47), and the differences were statistically significant ( t=10.502, 6.937; both P<0.01). Barthel Index scores of observation group patients were higher than those of control group on the day of surgery, three days after surgery, and the day of discharge, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=3.531, 4.609, 10.112; all P<0.01). The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 11.11% (7/63), while in control group it was 42.86% (27/63), with a statistically significant difference (χ 2=16.113, P<0.01). There were no statistically significant differences in the resting pain score and exercise pain score between the two groups of patients on the day after surgery ( t=-1.693, -1.354; both P>0.05). The resting pain score and exercise pain score of observation group were lower than those of control group three days after surgery and on the day of discharge, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Observation group had a shorter first time off the bed and hospital stay (1.34±0.37) and (5.48±0.66) days compared to control group (2.13±0.48) and (6.29±0.83) days, with statistically significant differences ( t=-10.346, -6.063; both P<0.01) . Conclusions:An evidence-based early exercise rehabilitation nursing for elderly THA patients can reduce the degree of pain, minimize the occurrence of complications, shorten the first time off the bed and hospital stay, and promote recovery of elderly patient.
