ObjectiveTo observe the intervention effect of Fufang Kangjiaolv capsules on anxiety-like behaviors in the rat model of chronic restraint stress （CRS） and explore the mechanism underlying the anti-anxiety effect via the microbiota-gut-brain axis. MethodsRats were assigned into blank， model， positive drug （diazepam， 1 mg·kg^-1）， and low-， medium-， and high-dose （0.75， 1.5， 3 g·kg^-1， respectively） Fufang Kangjiaolv capsules groups. After 14 days of administration， the elevated plus maze test， open field test， light and dark box test， and marble burying test were performed. Hematoxylin-eosin staining was employed to observe the pathological changes in the hippocampus and colon of rats， and Nissl staining was conducted to observe the damage of hippocampal neurons. The gut microbiota was analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction （Real-time PCR） was employed to determine the mRNA levels of zonula occludens-1 （ZO-1） and occludin in the colon of rats. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， interleukin-6 （IL-6）， and interleukin-1β （IL-1β） in the colon， serum， and hippocampus were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Western blot was employed to determine the protein levels of ZO-1， occludin， nuclear factor-κB p65 （NF-κB p65） in the colon tissue and NF-κB p65 and brain-derived neurotrophic factor （BDNF） in the hippocampal tissue. ResultsCompared with the blank group， the model group showed reductions in the time and frequency ratio of rats entering the elevated plus maze， the time and frequency of rats entering the central area of the open field， the time of entering the open box， the times of passing through the light and dark box， and the number of unburied beads （P<0.05， P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， Fufang Kangjiaolv capsules ameliorated the anxiety of the model rats to varying degrees， and the high-dose group had the best effect， with increases in the proportions of time and frequency of rats entering the open arm in the elevated plus maze （P<0.05）， the number of rats entering the central area in the open field （P<0.05）， the time of entering the open box， the times of passing through the light and dark boxes， and the number of unburied beads （P<0.01）. Moreover， the high-dose group showed alleviated pathological damage of hippocampal neurons and colon. The results of 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed that the model group had increased relative abundance of Firmicutes， Deferribacterota， Romboutsia， and Phascolarctobacterium， while it had decreased relative abundance of Bavcteroidota and Lactobacillus. The drug administration groups showed increased relative abundance of Bavcteroidota， Bacteroides， norank f norank o Clostridia UCG-014， and Blautia and decreased relative abundance of Firmicutes and Deferribacterota. Compared with the blank group， the model group showed down-regulated protein and mRNA levels of ZO-1 and occludin in the colon （P<0.01）， elevated levels of TNF-α， IL-6， and IL-β in the colon， serum， and hippocampus （P<0.01）， up-regulated protein level of NF-κB p65 in the colon and hippocampus （P<0.01）， and down-regulated protein level of BDNF in the hippocampus （P<0.05）. Compared with the model group， high-dose Fufang Kangjiaolv capsules up-regulated the mRNA levels of ZO-1 and occludin in the colon （P<0.01）， lowered the levels of TNF-α， IL-6， and IL-β in the colon， serum， and hippocampus （P<0.01）， up-regulated the protein levels of ZO-1 （P<0.01） and occludin （P<0.05） in the colon， down-regulated the protein level of NF-κB p65 in the colon and hippocampus （P<0.05）， and up-regulated the protein level of BDNF in the hippocampus. ConclusionFufang Kangjiaolv capsules can reduce the anxiety-like behaviors in the rat model of CRS by regulating the gut microbiota disturbance， up-regulating the expression of tight junction proteins in the colon， repairing intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier， and down-regulating NF-κB/BDNF signaling pathway， thereby reducing peripheral and central inflammation. This study proves the hypothesis that Fufang Kangjiaolv capsules play an anti-anxiety role via the microbiota-gut-brain axis， providing a new idea for further research.

Background and purpose:Rectal cancer is one of the malignant tumors that seriously harm human health in the world,ranking third in incidence and second in mortality.With the development of social and economic level,the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in China are increasing,and China becomes one of the countries with high incidence of colorectal cancer disease in the world.The recommended treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer is neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy combined with surgery,which greatly improves the prognosis of patients.However,intestinal adverse reactions such as diarrhea caused by neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy are increased,and some patients are forced to delay or interrupt treatment due to serious side effects.Amifostine is a broad-spectrum normal cell protective agent,which has good protective effect against various radiochemotherapy toxicity.We conducted a retrospective analysis of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer who received neoadjuvant radiotherapy combined with irinotecan concurrent chemotherapy to investigate whether concurrent use of amifostine alleviated gastrointestinal and hematological toxicities.Methods:A retrospective cohort analysis was used in this study.Clinical data of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy at the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Fudan University during the period of discharge from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were retrospectively collected.The patients were divided into 2 groups by whether amifostine was used during the same period.The main purpose of the study was to analyze whether amifostine can reduce gastrointestinal and hematological toxicities,and secondary objectives included whether amifostine could alter tumor marker levels,mesorectal fascia invasion(MRF)positive rate,extramural vascular invasion,positive rate of EMVI and pathological complete response(pCR).Using SAS9.4 statistical software,the normality test was carried out for continuous variables.The rank sum test of Wilcoxon was performed when the diarrhea grade did not conform to normal distribution.Analysis of variance was performed for intra-group comparison,and Wilcoxon rank sum test was performed for inter-group comparison.Because of the imbalance between groups,the difference between the two groups was compared using a generalized linear model.This study strictly followed the STrengthening the Reporting of OBservational studies in Epidemiology(STROBE)guidelines to ensure the transparency of the research methodology and the reliability of the results.Results:Finally,154 eligible patients were included,of whom 78 were in the amifostine group and 76 were in the control group.The highest grade of diarrhea in amifostine group was 1.00(1.00,1.00),lower than that in control group(2.00,3.00),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P＜0.01).After radiotherapy,white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(HB)and absolute neutrophil count(ANC)from the two groups were obtained.ANC and platelet count(PLT)showed no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05),and the lowest values of WBC,RBC and PLT did not have statistically significant difference between the two groups during neoadjuvant period(P＞0.05).Amifostine may not alleviate hematological toxicity.Carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4)(Z=2.22,P=0.03),carbohydrate antigen 50(CA50)(Z=-2.49,P=0.01)and carbohydrate antigen 24-2(CA24-2)had statistically significant difference(Z=-2.29,P=0.02).There were no significant differences in MRF positive rate(P=0.11),EMVI positive rate(P=0.61)and pCR rate(P=0.94)between the two groups.Conclusion:Concurrent administration of amifostine in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer receiving neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy can reduce gastrointestinal toxicity and reduce the levels of tumor markers CA72-4,CA50 and CA24-2.However,it may have no significant effect on improving hematological toxicity,MRF and EMVI positive rate and pCR rate.

Objective To observe the value of 18F-fluoro-dihydroxy-phenylalanine(18F-FDOPA)PET/CT for evaluating the efficacy of radiochemotherapy for advanced glioma.Methods Data of 84 patients with advanced glioma who received precision radiotherapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into effective group(complete remission+partial remission+stable disease,n=60)and ineffective group(progressive disease,n=24)according to the efficacy of radiochemotherapy.18F-FDOPA PET/CT metabolic parameters of tumors,including tumor metabolic tumor volume(MTV),maximum standard uptake value(SUVmax)and mean standard uptake value(SUVmean)were compared between groups,also before and after radiochemotherapy within groups.Spearman correlation analysis was used to observe the correlations of metabolic parameters and the efficacy of radiochemotherapy.Results After radiochemotherapy,MTV,SUVmax and SUVmean of tumors in effective group were lower than those of tumors in ineffective group(all P＜0.05).Significant differences of metabolic parameters were found before and after radiochemotherapy in effective group(all P＜0.05).MTV,SUVmax and SUVmean of advanced glioma were negatively correlated with the efficacy of radiochemotherapy(r=-0.63,-0.52,-0.50,P＜0.001,P=0.007,P=0.010).Conclusion 18F-FDOPA PET/CT was helpful for evaluating the efficacy of radiochemotherapy for advanced glioma.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of salbutamol combined with budesonide suspension nebulization in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and respiratory failure, as well as its impact on inflammation related factors, complement 3a (C3a), C3a receptor (C3aR) levels, and helper T cell 17 (Th17), Th17/regulatory T cell (Treg) levels.Methods:A total of 120 AECOPD patients with respiratory failure admitted to the Jincheng People′s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 60 cases and an observation group of 60 cases using a simple randomization method. The control group was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, while the observation group was treated with salbutamol combined with budesonide suspension nebulization on the basis of positive pressure ventilation. Two groups were compared in terms of efficacy, incidence of complications, length of hospital stay, COPD assessment test (CAT) scores, and inflammation related factors [white blood cell count (WBC), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-23 (IL-23) ], differences in complement (C3a, C3aR), peripheral blood Th17/Treg balance factors, vital signs, and blood gas indicators.Resultsl:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(56/60), significantly higher than the 80.00%(48/60) of the control group, with a statistically significant difference ( P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of inflammation related factors, complement and Th17, Th17/Treg ratio in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment (all P<0.05), and Treg levels were significantly higher than before treatment (all P<0.05). In addition, the levels of inflammation related factors, complement and Th17, Th17/Treg ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05), and Treg levels were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). After treatment, the heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO 2) levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P<0.05), while blood oxygen saturation (SaO 2), partial pressure of oxygen (PaO 2), and pH levels were significantly higher than those before treatment (all P<0.05). The observation group had better lung function, vital signs, and blood gas indicators than the control group (all P<0.05). The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the CAT scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and the CAT scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group [1.67%(1/60)] and the control group [5.00%(3/60)] ( P>0.05). Conclusions:The combination of salbutamol and budesonide suspension nebulization in the treatment of AECOPD with respiratory failure can correct the Th17/Treg imbalance, alleviate inflammatory reactions, improve blood gas indicators, and promote rehabilitation.

Objective:To investigate the effects of growth hormone combined with triptoreline acetate on growth and sex hormone in girls with central precocious puberty.Methods:Sixty-two girls with central precocious puberty who received treatment in Xin'an International Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive treatment with either triptorelin acetate (control group, n = 31) or triptorelin acetate plus growth hormone (observation group, n = 31) for 12 successive months. Before and after treatment, bone age difference/chronological age difference (△BA/△CA), body height, body weight, uterine and ovarian volume and sex hormone level were compared between the control and observation groups. Results:△BA/△CA in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(0.64 ± 0.17) vs. (0.95 ± 0.13), t = 8.065, P < 0.05). Body height and weight in the observation group were (127.32 ± 1.08) cm and (33.42 ± 2.37) kg, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(126.34 ± 0.87) cm and (31.01 ± 2.15) kg, t = 3.934 and 4.193, both P < 0.05]. Uterine and ovarian volume in the observation group were (1.68 ± 0.29) cm 3 and (1.26 ± 0.18) cm 3, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(2.41 ± 0.46) cm 3 and (1.83 ± 0.26) cm 3, t = 7.474 and 10.036, both P < 0.05). After treatment, there were no significant differences in serum estradiol and luteinizing hormone levels between the two groups (both P > 0.05). Conclusion:Growth hormone combined with triptoreline acetate has a good effect on central precocious puberty in girls because it can improve the growth and development of girls and reduce serum levels of estradiol and luteinizing hormone.

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy between the pressing tendon suture with a lateral anchor and the knotted suture with a lateral anchor in the treatment of severe rotator cuff tear under shoulder arthroscopy.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted of the 42 patients who had been treated at Department of Orthopedic Sports Medicine, Affiliated Hospital to Qingdao University from December 2018 to December 2019 for severe rotator cuff tear. They were 13 males and 29 females, with an age of (58.3±10.1) years (from 32 to 74 years). The injury was on the right side in 26 cases and on the left side in 16 cases. Of them, 22 received pressing tendon suture with a lateral anchor under shoulder arthroscopy and 20 knotted suture with a lateral anchor under shoulder arthroscopy. The flexion, abduction and external rotation of the shoulder, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) pain score, University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA) score, Constant-Murley shoulder score, American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score and imaging MRI Sugaya grading were compared between the 2 groups 12 months after operation.Results:There was no significant difference in the preoperative general data between the 2 groups, showing comparability between them ( P>0.05). At 12 months after operation, the pressing tendon suture group had better abduction and flexion of the shoulder, a lower VAS pain score and a higher ASES score than the knotted suture group, but the differences were insignificant ( P>0.05). At 12 months after operation, the pressing tendon suture group achieved significantly better external rotation (39.2°±11.7°) and significantly higher UCLA score (28.1±4.7) and Constant-Murley shoulder score (77.0±9.3) than the knotted suture group (29.8°±14.6°, 22.1±5.7 and 66.4±11.0) ( P<0.05). At 12 months after operation, the imaging MRI Sugaya grading was significantly lower for the pressing tendon suture group than that for the knotted suture group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with severe rotator cuff tear under shoulder arthroscopy, the pressing tendon suture with a lateral anchor may lead to better clinical prognosis than the knotted suture with a lateral anchor.

Objective:To explore the correlation between fibular head height and varus knee osteoarthritis occurrence and severity.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 618 participants (618 knees, 184 males and 434 females, mean age 61.12±10.98 years) who underwent standard weight-bearing full-leg radiographs and were diagnosed as non-knee osteoarthritis or varus knee osteoarthritis from January 2019 to June 2019. Knee osteoarthritis was diagnosed according to Kellgren-Lawrence grading: 0-I grades were diagnosed as non-osteoarthritis, II-IV grades were diagnosed as osteoarthritis. Joint line convergence angle (JLCA), medial proximal tibial angle (MPTA) and hip-knee-ankle angle were measured on X-rays to reflect varus deformity. The fibular head height was defined as the vertical distance from upper edge of fibular head to lateral tibial plateau. Patients were divided into 5 groups according to Kellgren-Lawrence grading. Differences of age, gender, height, weight, body mass index, varus deformity (JLCA, MPTA and hip-knee-ankle angle) between Kellgren-Lawrence 0-IV grades were compared. Ordinal logistic regression was performed to analyze the correlation between fibular head height and Kellgren-Lawrence grades. Pearson's correlation analysis was used for the correlation among fibular head height, JLCA, MPTA and hip-knee-ankle angle, and the main factor of JLCA, MPTA and hip-knee-ankle angle was extracted by factor analysis. Multiple linear regressions were used to analyze the correlation between fibular head height and varus deformity score.Results:There were 68, 66, 97, 98, 289 participants in Kellgren-Lawrence grades 0-IV respectively that was 134 participants were diagnosed as non-osteoarthritis and 484 participants were diagnosed as osteoarthritis. Fibular head height and MPTA showed a decreasing trend ( F=129.076, 24.875; P<0.001) while JLCA and hip-knee-ankle angle showed an increasing trend ( F=414.346, 105.996; P<0.001) with the increase in Kellgren-Lawrence grading. Age, body mass index and fibular head height are influencing factors of Kellgren-Lawrence grading with OR(95%CI) were 1.116(1.093, 1.141), 1.363(1.060, 1.754), 0.617(0.575, 0.662) . Fibular head height was negatively correlated with JLCA and hip-knee-ankle angle ( r=-0.641, -0.478; P<0.001) , respectively, and positively correlated with MPTA ( r=0.320, P<0.001). There were significant correlations between age, fibular head height and the varus deformity score ( β=0.274, -0.457; P<0.001). Conclusion:Fibular head height of patients with varus knee osteoarthritis is lower than that of non-osteoarthritis. In addition to age and body mass index, fibular head height is a risk factor for varus knee osteoarthritis occurrence. The smaller the fibular head height is, the more serious the osteoarthritis severity and varus deformity are.

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of clinical and laboratory indexes in patients with liver disease with positive anti-liver cytosol antibody type 1 (anti-LC1), in order to provide references for clinical and differential diagnosis.Methods:The clinical data of 23 832 inpatients and outpatients with positive anti-LC1 autoantibodies detected in routine autoantibody test from January 2010 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and their clinical and laboratory indexes were compared. Western blotting was used to detect anti-LC1, anti-soluble liver antigen antibody (anti-SLA), anti-glycoprotein 210 antibodies and anti-nucleosome 100 antibodies. Indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect anti-nuclear antibody (ANA), anti-mitochondrial antibody, anti-Smooth muscle antibody (ASMA), anti-liver and kidney microsomal antibody (anti-LKM) and other autoantibodies. Normally distributed measurement data between the two groups were compared by independent-sample t-test, and the multiple groups comparison were compared by one-way analysis of variance. Non-normally distributed measurement data were compared by non-parametric rank sum test.Results:38 anti-LC1 positive patients were detected in 23832 autoantibody tests. The age of initial diagnosis ranged from 11.0 to 84.0 (50.6 ± 16.0) years. There were 8 males (21.1%) and 30 females (78.9%). A total of 31 cases (81.6%) were positive for anti-LC1 and ANA, and the dominant karyotype was speckled pattern, accounting for 54.8%. Five cases (13.2%) were positive for ASMA, and no simultaneous positive with anti-LKM or anti-SLA. Among the 38 anti-LC1 positive patients, 9 were diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), 6 with possible AIH, 6 with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), 8 with hepatitis B, 2 with hepatitis C, 1 with alcoholic liver disease, 2 with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, 1 with drug-induced liver injury, 1 with hepatolenticular degeneration, and 2 with tumor. Confirmed and probable AIH cases accounted for 39.5% (15/38) of anti-LC1 positive cases. Among anti-LC1 positive patients, 47.4% (18/38) had entered the stage of liver cirrhosis. AIH group globulin level was higher than HBV group ( P = 0.006) and other disease groups ( P = 0.001). AIH group IgG level was higher than PBC group ( P = 0.027), HBV group ( P = 0.009) and other disease groups ( P = 0.004). the of the PBC group IgM level was higher than AIH group ( P = 0.003), HBV group ( P = 0.003) and other disease groups ( P = 0.006). Conclusion:Anti-LC1 is not only detected in AIH, but also observed in patients with primary biliary cholangitis, hepatitis B and C, alcoholic and non-alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver injury, hereditary metabolic liver disease and tumor. In addition, it is mainly female gender dominance and nearly half of ANA-positive young, middle-aged and elderly patients develop liver cirrhosis. For the diagnosis of type 2 autoimmune hepatitis, whether anti-LC1 is a specific antibody needs further research, but if AIH is highly suspected, this antibody can be used as a substitute.

Objective: This study amis to evaluate the effect of resilience group counseling based on Achieving Success Everyday(ASE) group counseling model on mental health promotion of junior high school students. Methods: An experimental design of 2 (experimental group/control group)×3(pre-test/post-test/follow-up test) was adopted to conduct resilience group counseling for junior high school students in a school in southern Xinjiang (8 weeks, once a week, each activity lasts for 60-90 min), followed by a detailed analysis of intervention effect. Results: After intervention, scores of resilience, goal focus, emotional control, family support, interpersonal assistance, core self-evaluation, coping styles and positive coping in intervention group increased significantly(t=8.93, 3.78, 6.62, 3.17, 6.13, 5.18, 4.01, 2.91, P<0.01). The scores of mental health and negative coping significantly decreased (t=-4.24, -3.01, P<0.01) and was lower than control group(t=-2.58, -3.11, P<0.05). The scores of resilience, goal focus, interpersonal assistance, core self-evaluation, coping styles and positive coping were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=3.88, 2.84, 3.18, 4.19, 3.68, 2.49, P<0.01). The results of the follow-up test showed that the scores of resilience and goal concentration, emotional control, positive cognition, family support, interpersonal assistance, core self-evaluation and positive coping were still significantly higher than those of the pretest(t=5.69, 3.50, 2.26, 2.80, 2.64, 4.13, 3.39, 2.13, P<0.05), and the scores of mental health were still significantly lower than the pretest(t=-4.62, P<0.01). Conclusion Mental resilience group counseling based on ASE model can effectively improve students’ mental health level, and at the same time, it shows positive effect on improving core self-evaluation and coping styles.

Objective To observe the effect of enteral nutritional emulsion on nutritional status and immune function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,100 patients with gastrointestinal cancer in Yuncheng Central Hospital were selected in the research and randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table, with 50 cases in each group. All the patients underwent chemotherapy, the observation group was given enteral nutritional emulsion during chemotherapy. The indicators of nutritional status, immune function, the effect of chemotherapy, the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the prealbumin,albumin,transferrin and hemoglobin levels in the observation group were (0. 30 ± 0. 07)g/ L,(32. 93 ± 1. 67)g/ L,(2. 61 ± 0. 15)g/ L,(109. 94 ± 2. 31)g/ L,respectively,which in the control group were (0. 19 ± 0. 09)g/ L,(30. 89 ± 1. 49)g/ L,(2. 49 ± 0. 14)g/ L,(108. 07 ± 2. 04)g/ L,respectively, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(t = 6. 822,6. 445,4. 135,4. 291,all P < 0. 05). After treatment,the CD +3 ,CD4 / CD8,NK cells in the observation group were (43. 84 ± 7. 65)％ ,(1. 70 ± 0. 18) and (37. 78 ± 7. 51)％ ,respectively,which in the control group were (36. 12 ± 6. 57)％ ,(1. 52 ± 0. 19) and (31. 07 ± 4. 20)％ ,respectively,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups ( t = 5. 413,4. 863, 6. 124,all P < 0. 05). The objective response rate of the observation group (64％ ) was significantly higher than that of the control group(44％ )(χ2 = 4. 026,P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the observation group (18％ ) was significantly lower than that of the control group(36％ )(χ2 = 4. 110,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Enteral nutritional emulsion can effectively improve the nutritional status and immune function of patients with gastrointestinal cancer during chemotherapy,but also can effectively enhance sensitivity to chemotherapy,improve the effect of chemo-therapy,and the safety is reliable.
