Objective:To analyze the survival outcomes and prognostic factors of patients with ovarian carcino-sarcoma(OCS)based on SEER database. Methods:The data of 1285 OCS patients from 2000 to 2018 in SEER database were retrospectively analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards models were used to evaluate the prognostic factors associated with overall survival(OS)and cancer specific survival(CSS).Kap-lan-Meier survival curve was drawn to evaluate the survival analysis of patients' prognosis after clinical treatment.Results:①The study cohort included a total of 1285 OCS patients,The mean age of these patients was 66.21±11.71 years. Most patients had already experienced regional(22.80%)or distant(72.22%)metastasis at the time of diagnosis.②Multivariate Cox regression revealed,SEER stage of regional or distant metastasis,no surger-y,no chemotherapy, and no lymphadenectomy were independent risk factors for both patient OS and CSS(HR>1,P<0.05).Age ≥67 years was an independent risk factor for OS(HR>1,P<0.05).Age ≥ 83 years was an in-dependent risk factors for CSS(HR>1,P<0.05).③Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that among surgical patients with adjacent tissue invasion or distant metastasis had significantly better overall survival rate after lymph node dissection than those without(P<0.001);We didn't see the significantly different effects of lymphadenecto-my on patients with localized disease(P=0.266).Among all patients who underwent surgery, the overall survival rate of all patients who received adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery was significantly better than that of those who did not(P<0.001).Conclusions:Prognosis of OCS patients is associated with age,SEER comprehensive stage, surgery status, chemotherapy status, lymphadenectomy status.Patients with OCS who underwent cytore-ductive surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy had a better prognosis. However,it is questionable whether lymph-adenectomy is necessary in OCS patients with very early stage.

Objective:To understand the psychological status and nursing needs of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients and provide reference for clinical targeted nursing. Methods:Using the phenomenological research method, a total of 15 patients with MHD in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects by the purposive sampling method, and they were given semi-structured individualized interviews. The Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to organize the data, extract the inductive themes and analyze the results. Results:The psychological status of MHD patients was repressed fear, despair and helplessness and acceptance. The nursing needs of MHD patients included disease-related knowledge needs, social support needs and health guidance needs. Conclusions:MHD patients have negative psychology. Medical staff need to understand the psychological status and nursing needs of patients and formulate targeted nursing interventions to meet the actual needs of patients and improve the quality of life of them.

Objective To reduce the incidence of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis for patients in rural area and to improve management quality of peritoneal dialysis center. Methods We established multidisciplinary collaborative research group involving departments of nephrology, nutrition, infection, and quality control.Risk factors of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis in rural patients were analyzed, and prevention measures were designed. The rate of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis in 89 patients after implementation was analyzed. Results The rate of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis was decreased from 43 patient·month per time to 67 patient ·month per time. Conclusion The compound pathway can effectively reduce the rate of peritonitis, improve patient satisfaction, and prolong dialysis age.

Protein A and protein G are two well-defined immunoglobulin (Ig)-binding proteins (IBPs), which show affinity for specific sites on Ig of mammalian hosts. Protein A and protein G contained several highly homologous IgG-binding domains which had been demonstrated to have function to bind to IgG. Whether combinations of Ig-binding domains of various IBPs could produce useful novel binding properties remains interesting. We constructed a combinatorial phage library which displayed randomly-rearranged A, B, C, D and E domains of protein A, B2 and B3 domains of protein G. Four rounds molecular evolution of this library directed by all four human IgG subclasses respectively generated a common arrangement of D-C respectively which didn't exist in SpA. The dynamic loss of control phages and increase of the phages displaying two or more binding domains, especially the selective enrichment of D-C and strict selection of its linking peptides demonstrated the efficient molecular evolutions and the significance of the selected D-C arrangement. The phage binding assays confirmed that D-C possessed a binding advantage with four human IgG subclasses compared to SpA. In this work, a novel combination of Ig-binding domains, D-C, was obtained and presented the novel Ig binding properties which provided a novel candidate molecule for the purification, production and detection of IgG antibodies and a new approach for the further study of structures and functions of IBPs.

Objective: To develop a method for determination of chlorgenic acid in Shuangyin Solution. Methods: HPLC with Hypersil-ODS column (4.6?250mm,5?m) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-acetic acid glacial (10∶110∶3). The detective wavelength was 328nm.Results: The linear range was from 0.0568 ~0.2840mg/mL. The average recovery was 100.16%.Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used to determine chlorgenic acid in Shuangyin Solution.
