At present, liver transplantation is the most effective method for the treatment of various end-stage liver diseases, and electronic health technology is a new medical service model, which can be used as an efficient and cost-effective alternative to the health management of liver transplant recipients. This paper summarizes the application of electronic health technology in postoperative health management of liver transplant recipients, including applications, robots, video conferencing, tablet computers, text messages, telephones and wearable devices, etc., summarizes the implementation effect of electronic health technology in health management of liver transplant recipients, and analyzes the limitations of research and application at the present stage. In order to provide basis and reference for Chinese medical staff to carry out electronic health technology in the health management of liver transplant recipients.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2025;41(10):796-801
The symptom clusters increase the symptom distress of liver transplant recipients, reduces their treatment and nursing compliance, and greatly affects the prognosis quality of life of liver transplant recipients. This article reviews the concept, research status, assessment tools, influencing factors, and interventions for symptom clusters in liver transplant recipients, aiming to help clinical nurses formulate targeted interventions based on symptom clusters, provide effective symptom management for liver transplant recipients, reduce the physical and psychological damage caused by symptom clusters, and continuously improve the quality of life of liver transplant recipients.

Chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)is a hematological system malignant tumor characterized by the appearance of Ph chromosomes and the formation of BCR-ABL fusion gene. With the emergence of tyrosine kinase inhibitors, the efficacy and survival of CML have been improved significantly. However, there are still some patients with inevitable disease progression and recurrence. In CML patients, the body's own an-ti-tumor immunity can play a role in monitoring, recognizing and eliminating the leukemia cells, which is closely correlated with the occurrence, development, curative efficacy and prognosis of the disease. The immune cells such as natural killer(NK)cells,T cells, dendritic cells,Treg and MDSC play a key role in anti-tumor immunity. Therefore, this article reviews the characteristics of CML immune cells, correlation between the body's own anti-tumor immune status and therapeutic effect, and the recent progress of CML immunotherapy.

Improving the sense of belonging of the elderly in nursing institutions is of great significance to enhance their sense of self-worth and self-identity,and further meet the spiritual needs of the elderly in nursing institutions. This paper reviewed the concept, current situation, evaluation tools and influencing factors of the elderly's sense of belonging in nursing institutions, and proposes that there is a lack of tools to measure the sense of belonging of the elderly in nursing institutions, and the intervention strategies with caregivers as the core needs to be further explored.
7.Multidrug resistance associated protein 7 and its inhibitors
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(11):821-824
Mechanism of reversing multidrug resistance (MDR) is associated with transport proteins.Up to date, researches mainly concern P-glycoprotein (P-gp) multidrug resistance associated protein 1(MRP1), breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) inhibitors. Multidrug resistance associated protein 7(MRP7) is one of ABC transporters ,which belongs to multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) subfamily. A certain number of studies have been conducted in recent years about it , however , they are relatively less than studies on P-GP,MRP1 and BCRP, et al. Structure of MRP7 has certain differences compared with that of other MRPs,and MRP7 mediates drug resistance to paclitaxel, vincristine, taxanes, etc. In recent years reported inhibitors include cepharanthine tyrosine kinase inhibitors、cyclosporine A,et al. MDR results from a variety of mechanisms so that researches on other transporters may provide extensive ways to reverse MDR.

OBJECTIVE To observe the antibacterial effect of the foot-ulcer-cure ointment a compound traditional chinese materia medica(TCMM) preparation manufatured on ulceration of(diabetic) rat,in order to give the basis for clinical treatment.METHODS The total(amount) of bacteria and amount of G~-bacteria and the quota of wound healing after the ointment given to the ulceration surface of(diabetic) rats were observed.RESULTS At the third and seventh day,the total amount of(bacteria) and amount of G~-bacteria of the experiment group were remarkably less than the first day and the control group;the speed rate of the wound healing was faster than the control one.CONCLUSIONS The foot-ulcer-care ointment of TCMM has excellent antibacterial functions to diabetic ulceration. It is worth for popularization.
