To the testing requirements of space product before its delivery to the spacecraft,it is necessary to carry out desktop tests on these products to verify whether their full performance, functions and interfaces are normal.A test system for multi-interface products is proposed to simulate the external environment, providing consistent electrical interfaces and information with the spacecraft, including power supply interfaces, telemetry data downlink, command uplink and other functions. The build test system adopts a B/S architecture with a web server as the computing center and a desktop browser for login, and uses a server operation mode with a separated interface machine, which is flexible and efficient. It is shown that the build system is simple to operate, efficient and reliable, and easy to maintain. It has been stably applied in the testing of relevant equipment on spacecraft.

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid(5-HIAA),glutamine, hippurate, pimelate, proline, tryptophan, tyramine, tyrosine and valine in human urine. METHODS:Morning urine samples were collected from depression patients. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile after addition of internal standard cortisone. LC-MS/ MS method was adopted. The determination was performed on XTerra RP18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1% acetic acid-water as mobile phase A and 0.1% acetic acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase B(gradient elution). The column temperature was set at 40 ℃,and flow rate was 0.45 mL/min. Electrospray ion source(ESI)was used for quantitative analysis by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The precursor/product ion transitions (m/z) were monitored at m/z 192.2→146.1,m/z 147.2→130.0,m/z 180.1→105.1,m/z 161.1→125.2,m/z 116.1→70.2,m/z 205.2→188.2,m/z 138.2→121.1,m/z 182.0→123.0,m/z 118.2→72.1 and m/z 361.2→163.0(+ion-mode)for 5-HIAA,glutamine,hippurate,pimelate,proline,tryptophan,tyramine,tyrosine,valine and cortisone, respectively. RESULTS:The linear range of 5-HIAA,glutamine,pimelate,proline,tyramine and valine were 10.00-3 200 ng/mL(r=0.993 8-0.998 9,n=6). The lower limit of quantification was 10 ng/mL;the linear range of hippurate, tryptophan and tyrosine were 1 600-51 200 ng/mL(r=0.999 2-0.999 7,n=6). The lower limit of quantitation was 1 600 ng/mL. The results of accuracy tests were 86.29%-98.65%(n=6). RSDs of intra-day and inter-day precision tests were no more than 14.65%(n=6)CV of matrix effect were 6.18%-14.37%(n=6). Extraction recovery rates were 86.21%-98.14%(n=6). RE of stability tests were no more than 14.71%(n=3-6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of 9 substances in human.

Objective To explore the anatomical features and the dissection technique of thyrothymic ligament (TTL),and to explore the clinical significance of protecting the inferior parathyroid gland (IPTG) with this structure. Methods Patients who received the initial thyroid surgery in the Department of Thyroid Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from May.2017 to Dec.2017 were prospectively analyzed. We dissected TTL,identified and located the IPTG,described the structural features of TTL,and investigated the position relationship of TTL and IPTG to evaluate the possibility and value of protecting IPTG in situ. Results About 121 patients underwent the dissection, totally 194 sides dissected that included 96 left sides and 98 right sides.TTL was found in 143 sides (73.7%),78 left sides (81.3%) and 65 right sides (66.3%).Nearly 70.6% IPTG can be proactively identify and located by the TTL during the operation.TTL was a kind of adipose connective tissue that was wide at the bottom and narrow at the top, accompanying with the inferior thyroid vein, from the thymus to the thyroid.76.2% TTL were attached to the lower pole and the lower 1/3 dorsal of thyroid, containing fat and vessels.33.5% IPTGs were located in the area surrounding around the ends of the TTL.25.3% IPTGs were located in the TTL.4.6% IPTGs were located in the thymus and 7.2% IPTGs surrounding around the TTL.The incidence rate of post-operation hypoparathyroidism was 14.9%.Conclusions TTL commonly exists and has significant relationship with IPTG.TTL connects thymus and IPTG,which would be considered a complex (thymus-thyrothymic ligament-IPTG complex,TLIC).The meticulous TTL dissection technique will help proactively identify, locate and protect IPTG during operation, and reduce the incidence rate of post-operation hypoparathyroidism.

Objective Long-chain triacylglycerol (LCT) by three producers, each mixed with the same medium-chain triacylglycerol (MCT),were compared with the brand MCT/LCT in causing focal necrosis of hepatocytes in beagle dogs (a bioequivalence evaluation). Methods 21 beagle dogs (male,0.7-1.5 years old,10-15 kg) were used in this study.According to the sources of the LCT,the animals were divided into Group A (LCT made in China),Group B (LCT made in Japan),Group C (LCT made in Germany),and the control group (the brand 10% MCT/LCT).Central venous port was placed via the lumber vein of the animals under general anesthesia. After 2 weeks of rehabilitation,MCT/LCT was administered through this port for 28 days at 9 g/ (kg · d) [while the routine dose used clinically was 1 g/ (kg · d)].The laboratory indexes and the pathomorphism of the liver and kidney were studied single blindly. Results Laboratory tests, including liver and kidney function, blood coagulation function and lipid metabolism, did not identify differences among emulsions with different sources of LCT.Liver biopsy at day 28 showed no focal necrosis in Group C and the control group;there was minor damage in Group B;and Group A had obvious liver necrosis.and the pathological findings of other organs are similar. No significant difference was observed in biopsies of other organs. Conclusions Emulsions with different sources of LCT varied in their damage to the liver.Generics with LCT of higher quality were equivalent to the brand MCT/LCT in terms of safety.

Objective To evaluate the cLinical outcome and influencing factors of open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of hip dislocation combined with acetabular fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 51 patients with hip dislocation combined with twetabular frac-tures, who were treated with open reduction and internal fixation under general anesthesia in the emergen-cy department on admission. Of all, 41 patients were treated with open reduction and plate/screw internal fixation, for which the reduction result was evaluated by postoperative X-rays and follow up X-rays accord-ing to Matta's criteria and the functional outcome by Merle d' Aubigne's criteria. Results Of 41 pa-tients, 33 were followed up for 1-7 years (mean 3.1 years). X-ray evaluation showed anatomic reduction in 27 patients (82%), imperfect reduction in five (15%) and poor reduction in one (3%). The clini-cal outcome at the time of final follow-up was graded as excellent in 18 patients (55%), good in 8 (24%), mederate in 3 (9%) and peor in4 (12%), with total excellence rate of 79%. Conclusion Prompt reduction of hip dislocation, precise reduction of the acetabular fracture and decrease of periopera-tive comphcations are key to excellent clinical outcome.
