Objective:To explore the relationship between positive affect and flow experience in college students.Methods:A total of 193 college students participated in a 14-day diary study.Positive affect and flow ex-perience were assessed daily using the Positive Affect Scale and Short Flow State Scale(SFSS).Dynamic struc-tural equation modeling(DSEM)was used for analysis.Results:At the within-person level,the positive affect scores were positively correlated with the SFSS scores(r=0.50,P＜0.001).At the between-person level,the positive affect scores were positively correlated with the SFSS scores(r=0.47,P＜0.001).The two-level DSEM analysis showed that the flow experience of the previous day positively predicted positive affect on the next day(γ=0.12,95％CI:0.06-0.18),while positive affect on the previous day did not predict flow experience on the next day(γ=0.00,95％CI:-0.06-0.06).Conclusion:In this study,daily flow experience in col-lege students positively predicts subsequent positive affect,but daily positive affect does not significantly predict subsequent flow experience.

Objective     To explore the efficacy of prone positioning ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) after acute Stanford type A aortic dissection (STAAD) surgery. Methods     From November 2019 to September 2021, patients with ARDS who was placed prone position after STAAD surgery in the Xiamen Cardiovascular Hospital of Xiamen University were collected. Data such as the changes of blood gas, respiratory mechanics and hemodynamic indexes before and after prone positioning, complications and prognosis were collected for statistical analysis. Results    A total of 264 STAAD patients had surgical treatment, of whom 40 patients with postoperative ARDS were placed prone position. There were 37 males and 3 females with an average age of 49.88±11.46 years. The oxygen partial pressure, oxygenation index and peripheral blood oxygen saturation 4 hours and 12 hours after the prone positioning, and 2 hours and 6 hours after the end of the prone positioning were significantly improved compared with those before prone positioning ventilation (P<0.05). The oxygenation index 2 hours after the end of prone positioning which was less than 131.42 mm Hg, indicated that the patient might need ventilation two or more times of prone position. Conclusion     Prone position ventilation for patients with moderate to severe ARDS after STAAD surgery is a safe and effective way to improve the oxygenation.

Methods:The clinical outcomes of four cases with extremely low-grade cleavage-stage embryos on day 3 undergoing IVF-ET were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed.Results:Four cases successfully got pregnant after 12 days of transplantation of extremely low-grade embryos detected by human chorionic gonadotropin testing, and all of them were intrauterine singleton pregnancies. Finally these four patients had successful live births, and three of them were full-term delivery, one of them was delivery prematurely. All the babies were in the good health.Conclusion:There is still a degree of successful pregnancy and live birth rate after transferred with day 3 extremely low-grade cleavage-stage embryos. If the quality of all the embryos was extremely low-grade on day 3, we can provide new attempts and choices for the patients who were often giving up embryos transfer.

Objective:To explore effect of homogeneous medical concept nursing mode combined with focused solution mode on self-efficacy and immunity function and nursing satisfaction analysis of patients with postoperative enterostomy of colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 102 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing postoperative enterostomy admitted to Suining Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 52 cases in observation group and 50 cases in control group. The control group received homogeneous medical concept nursing mode, and the observation group combined with the focused solution mode nursing intervention on this basis. The self-efficacy, immune function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The general self-efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( χ2=2.61, P<0.05). After nursing, the stomato-related self-efficacy score of the observation group was 102.69 ± 12.37, which was higher than that of the control group (90.13±11.22). There was significant difference between the two groups ( t= 5.37, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ and NK levels between 2 groups one day after surgery ( P>0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ and NK in peripheral blood of the observation group after nursing care were (67.21 ± 6.21)%, (67.22 ± 8.76)%, (2.65 ± 0.45)% and (19.50 ± 2.05)%, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group (60.32 ± 5.45)%, (60.21 ± 8.25)%, (2.41 ± 0.32)% and (15.62 ± 1.81)%. The differences were statistically significant ( t=5.95, 4.21, 3.11, all P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.08% (51/52), which was higher than 84.00% (42/50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2= 2.63, P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of homogenous medical concept nursing mode combined with focused solution mode in colorectal cancer postoperative enterostomy patients is helpful to improve patients' self-efficacy, enhance patients ′ immune function, and improve nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the simultan eous determination of the contents of 12 flavonoids in Quzhiqiao. METHODS ：HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Agilent Extend C 18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1％ formic acid-acetonitrile （gradient elution ）at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm，and sample size was 10 μL. The contents of 12 components（such as eriocitrin，narirutin，naringin，naringenin，hesperidin，neohesperidin，hesperide hydrate ，luteolin，hesperide，nobiletin，hesperetin and hesperidolactone ）in 10 batches of Quzhiqiao from different collection places were determined. RESULTS ：The linear range of eriocitrin，narirutin，naringin，naringenin，hesperidin，neohesperidin，hesperide hydrate ，luteolin，hesperide，nobiletin，hesperetin and hesperidolactone were 1.65-16.51，4.50-45.02，35.41-354.12，4.11-41.12，2.29-22.86，34.96-349.56，1.42-14.15，1.50-15.04， 1.83-18.28，1.51-15.08，1.61-16.12，1.28-12.84 μg/mL，respectively（all r＞0.999 7）. The detection limits were 0.165 1，0.450 2， 3.541 2，0.411 2，0.228 6，3.495 6，0.141 5，0.150 4，0.182 8，0.150 8，0.161 2，0.128 4 μg/mL，respectively. The limits of quantitation were 0.547 8，1.487 4，11.663 3，1.360 3，0.758 3，11.594 9，0.466 3，0.497 1，0.601 2，0.499 9，0.532 3，0.424 6 μg/mL，respectively. RSDs of precision （n＝6），reproducibility（n＝6）and stability （24 h，n＝7）tests were all lower than 3％. The average recoveries were 99.50％，99.61％，98.18％，98.85％，98.48％，98.50％，98.25％，99.91％，103.13％，98.82％， 98.44％ ， 100.29％ （RSD＝1.49％ -2.38％ ， n＝6）. The contents of the above 12 components in 10 batches of samples from different collection places were 1.995 5-2.648 8，4.317 7- 5.005 1，33.215 5-34.054 6，3.140 4-3.471 5，3.221 2-3.748 8， 42.746 6-44.026 6，0.202 7-0.239 4，0.191 2-0.208 8，0.080 3- 0.097 9，0.291 9-0.307 1，0.119 9-0.149 1，0.082 7-0.089 8 mg/g. CONC LUSIONS：The method is accurate ，reliable，simple and efficient，which can be used to simultaneous determination of the contents of 12 flavonoids in Quzhiqiao ，and to provide reference for the establishment of quality control standards of Quzhiqiao.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the upper lip defect with lower cross-lip flap (Abbe-Estlander flap).Methods A total of 68 cases of upper lip defect underwent the reconstruction with cross-lip flaps.We applied Abbe flap in upper lip defect in the center,and Estlander flap in lateral upper lip defect.This method was a two-stage procedure:the first stage was to rotate flap 180 degrees into the upper lip defect and to suture with the created defect of the upper lip,with careful maintenance of blood supply from the pedicle; the second was to undertake the division of bridged pedicle and paid more attention to creation of the vermilion border.Results The flaps survived in all cases.Evaluation from 3 to 12 months after the operation showed that the shape of lips were obviously repaired with excellent aesthetic and functional results.Conclusions Abbe-Estlander flap could reconstruct anatomical features and function of the lip precisely.It seems that within certain limits (probably between one-third and one-half of total upper lip length),this flap appears to be the preferred method for upper lip reconstruction.

Objective A HPLC method was established to measure the contents of major nucleosides in Hyriopsis cumingii.Method Separation was performed on a Lichrosper-C_(18) column, pure water was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL min~(-1),the column temperature at 30℃and the detective walvelength at 254 nm.Results The contents of uracil,hypoxanthine, xanthine,uridine and thymine were 153.2～173.3?g?g~(-1),106.6～360.8?g?g~(-1),117.6～172.8?g?g~(-1),70.3～153.1?g?g~(-1) and 343.9～511.4?g?g~(-1),respectively. Conclusion This method showed good repeatability and flexibility.It could be used as a conventional method for determination of major nucleosides in H.cumingii.
