Objective To understand the status of body image disturbance and its influencing factors in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS), so as to provide a scientific basis for the clinical management of AS. Methods A total of 353 AS patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected as research subjects. Chinese version of Body Image Disturbance Questionnaire (BIDQ) was used to investigate the body image disturbance in AS patients. Single factor analysis was performed by t test and analysis of variance, and multiple factors were analyzed by multivariate linear regression. Results The total score of BIDQ in 342 AS patients was (25.01±4.22). Multivariate linear regression analysis results showed that self-paid medical expense, nighttime VAS score and negative emotion PANAS score could positively predict body image disturbance in AS patients (standardized regression coefficient=0.413, 0.413, 0.460, P<0.05), and PSSS score, positive emotion PANAS score and exercise management CDSSM score could negatively predict body image disturbance (standardized regression coefficient=-0.245, -0.134, -0.247, P<0.05). Conclusion The body image disturbance in AS patients is worthy of clinical attention. Nighttime pain, negative emotion and self-paid medical treatment can increase the risk of body image disturbance. Positive emotion, social support and high self-management level of exercise behavior can reduce the formation of body image disturbance, which can provide new ideas for clinical management of AS patients.

This study was performed to investigate the therapeutic effect of oroxylin A(OA)on chicken type Ⅱcollagen-induced arthritis(CIA)in mice and observe the changes of immune cells.The CIA model was established,and 40 mg/kg OA was intraperitoneally injected for 10 consecutive days from the 28th day.The mice were sacrificed at three different times during the administration period,and the joints were scored at each time point.HE staining was used to observe the pathology of the mouse ankle joint;flow cytometry was used to detect the changes of Th17,Treg and macrophages in spleen and inguinal lymph nodes;ELISA was employed to detect the expression levels of IL-1β,IL-18 and IL-6 in serum;and qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of IL-1β,IL-18,IL-6 and TNF-β in spleen of mice.Data showed that on the 34th day after OA administration,the joint swelling of CIA mice was significantly relieved,the pathological score was decreased,and the inflammatory cell infiltration was decreased.Flow cytometry results showed that the proportion of Th17 cells and macrophages in the spleen and inguinal lymph nodes of CIA mice in OA group decreased,while the proportion of Treg cells increased.The results of ELISA and qRT-PCR showed that OA could inhibit the level of inflammation in CIA mice.In conclusion,OA can regulate the proportion of immune cells,inhibit the level of inflammation in CIA mice,and then relieve the symptoms of CIA mice.

OBJECTIVE：To o bserve the e fficacy and safety of the application of etomidate combined with propofol in diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with painless tracheoscope. METHODS ：A total of 124 elderly patients with first selective bronchoscopy under general anesthesia were collected from Anhui Chest Hospital during Oct. 2019-May 2020，and then divided into propofol group （group P ），etomidate and propofol group （group EP ）according to random number table ，with 62 cases in each group. At anesthesia induction ，Sufentanil citrate injection 5 µg was slowly injected into both groups. Based on this base，group P was given Propofol injectable emulsion 2 mg/kg intravenously ；after the eyelash reflex disappeared ，group P was given intravenous infusion of Propofol injectable emulsion 4 mg/（kg·h）to maintain sedation and Remifentanil hydrochloride for injection 0.1-0.2 µg/（kg·min）to maintain analgesia. Group EP was given slow intravenous injection of 0.5％ Propofol injectable emulsion 1 mg/kg+0.1％ Etomidate injectable emulsion 0.2 mg/kg；after the eyelash reflex disappeared ，group EP was given intravenous pump of 0.5％ Propofol injectable emulsion+ 0.1％ Etomidate injectable emulision mixture（1 ∶ 1，V/V）20 mL/h to maintain sedation and Remifentanil hydrochloride for injection to maintain analgesia （same usage and dosage as group P ）；at the same time ，2 groups were given intravenous injection of Cisatracurium besilate for injection 0.1 mg/kg，the laryngeal mask was inserted into the anesthesia machine for mechanical ventilation ，and then the laryngeal mask w as placed into the tracheoscope fordiagnosis and treatment. Heart rate （HR） and mean arterial pressure （MAP） were observed in 2 groups at the time of entering the room （T1）， at the time of eyelash reflex disappearing after anesthesia induction （T2），at the beginning of t racheal intubation examination （T3），10 min after the beginning of the exam ination（T4），at the time of anesthesia recovery （T5），and at the time of leaving the room （T6）；operation time，anesthesia recovery time ，the use of vasoactive drugs ，postoperative 4 h cognitive function and adverse reactions were also observed in 2 groups. RESULTS ：Two patients in each group were excluded. At T 1，there was no statistical significance in MAP and HR between 2 groups（P＞0.05）. There was no statistical significance in MAP of group EP among different time points （P＞ 0.05）. MAP and HR of group P at T 2，MAP of group P at T 4，HR of group EP at T 2 were significantly lower than same group at T1，and MAP of group P at T 2 and T 4 were significantly shorter or lower than those of group EP at the same time （P＜0.05）. The anesthesia recovery time ，the incidence of hypotension and the utilization rate of vasoactive drugs in group EP were significantly lower than group P ；memory ability ，calculation ability and orientation force pass rate of group EP were significantly higher than those of group P of 4 h after operation （P＜0.05）. There was no statistical significance in operation time ，the incidence of injection pain，muscle spasm ，nausea and vomiting ，focus ability ，language ability ，structure ability ，reasoning ability pass rate between 2 groups（P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS ：Etomidate combined with propofol shows good therapeutic efficacy and safety for elderly patients with painless tracheoscope.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the role of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP) in mediating the protective effect of gastrodin against oxidative stress damage in H9c2 cardiac myocytes. METHODS: H9c2 cardiac myocytes were treated with HO, gastrodin, gastrodin+HO, cyclosporin A (CsA), or CsA+gas+HO group. MTT assay was used to detect the survival ratio of H9c2 cells, and flow cytometry with Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining was used to analyze the early apoptosis rate after the treatments. The concentration of ATP and level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the cells were detected using commercial kits. The mitochondrial membrane potential of the cells was detected with laser confocal microscopy. The expression of cytochrome C was detected with Western blotting, and the activity of caspase-3 was also assessed in the cells. RESULTS: Gastrodin pretreatment could prevent oxidative stress-induced reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential, and this effect was inhibited by the application of CsA. Gastrodin significantly lowered the levels of ROS and apoptosis-related factors in HO-exposed cells, and such effects were reversed by CsA. CsA significantly antagonized the protective effect of gastrodin against apoptosis in HO-exposed cells. CONCLUSIONS Gastrodin prevents oxidative stress-induced injury in H9c2 cells by inhibiting mPTP opening to reduce the cell apoptosis.

Objective The article was to speed up the dissolution rate of poorly soluble drugs, reduce the configuration time and improve the allocative efficiency by analysis on factors influencing dissolution and adoption of proper allocative approaches accord-ing to different characteristics of insaluble drugs. Methods 5 insaluable drugs were chosen for the study, which were ornithine as-partate, mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium, teicoplanin, omeprazole sodium injection and imipenem and cilastatin sodium.The control group were allocated by routine configuration approach, while the experiment group were improved by increasing the amount of solvent, loosing the powder inside the bottle before configuration, reducing the bubble, adopting special solvent and increasing the dis-solution temperature.Observation and comparative experiment were made on two groups along with the timing from configuration to com-plete dissolution into clear transparent liquid. Results As to the average complete dissolution time of 5 drugs, significant difference was found between two groups([42±5]s vs [246±35]s, [3±1]min vs [30±3]min, [5±1]min vs [10±3]min, [5±3]min vs [10± 5]min, [2±1]min vs [10±1]min, P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the dissolution time of 5 drugs was cut down by 83%, 90%, 50%, 50%, 80%in experiment group. Conclusion Appropriate increase of solvent, loose powder, bubble reduction, special solvent and increased solution temperature contribute to shortening the dissolution time of insoluble drugs and improving the configura-tion efficiency of pharmacy intravenous admixture.

Objective To investigate the value of urinary bladder temperature monitoring among patients with cardiac surgery, and provide reference for clinical perioperative temperature nursing. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing open cardiac surgery of beating coronary artery bypass grafting ( 30 with extracorporeal circulation and 30 without extracorporeal circulation) were included in our study during the period of October 2010 to October 2013. Body temperature was monitored at 9 time points during the operation at urinary bladder (BT), rectum (RT), lower esophagus (LT) and nasopharynx (NT), axillary cavity (AT), and compared and analyzed with standard blood temperature ( BT ) after inserting Swan-Ganz catheter. Results During open cardiac surgery of without extracorporeal circulation, different time of BT, RT, NT, LET had a uniformity of temperature change with blood temperature with no statistical significance (P>0. 05), but the AT was lower than BT. In the open cardiac surgery of extracorporeal circulation, the differences between UT, LT, RT and BT had no statistical significance during constant temperature period (P>0. 05). During the rapid decrease phase of BT and end of rewarming phase, we painted Bland-Altman picture for different part of body temperature with BT, found that the the difference between LT and BT were ( -7. 23 ± 2. 70 ) and (0. 25 ± 1. 05)℃, the difference between RT with BT were ( -1. 38 ± 1. 19),(0. 96 ± 2. 11)℃, and the difference between UT and BT were (0. 37 ± 1. 24),(0. 52 ± 1. 28)℃. Conclusions DynamicUBT monitoring can effecitively reflect core temperature in heart surgery, especially during the temperature rapid decrease phase and rewarming phase for the open cardiac operation of extracorporeal circulation, it is important to guide body temperature nursing in clinical.

Along with the application of acarbose which is a kind of alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, many research groups pay attention to the crude alpha-glucosidase inhibitor screened from the medicinal herbs in order to find new, safe, and effective medicine. The development of alpha-glucosidase inhibitor screened from the medicinal herbs and its evaluation in vivo and vitro as well as the varieties of the medicinal herbs that contain alpha-glucosidase inhibitor in recent 30 years were summarized in this paper.
