Objective: To investigate the expressions of GPR15 and FOXP3 in colorectal carcinoma(CRC) tissues and their clinical prognostic values. Methods : A total of 132 patients with CRC underwent radical surgery were collected. The control group selected the normal mucosal tissues more than 5 cm away from the edge of the cancer focus. Immunohistochemistry(Envision two-step method) was used to detect the expression levels of GPR15 and FOXP3 in CRC and adjacent tissues, and analyze their relationships with clinicopathological factors of colorectal cancer. Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the survival curve to analyze the correlation between the expressions of GPR15 and FOXP3 and the survival prognosis of patients with CRC. The factors influencing prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer were analyzed by Cox regression. Results : The immunohistochemistry showed that the expression levels of GPR15 and FOXP3 in CRC were significantly higher than those in normal colorectal mucosal tissues(P<0.05). The expression of GPR15 in CRC tissues was correlated with location, nerve invasion and TNM stage; FOXP3 expression was correlated with sex(P<0.05).Both expressions were not significantly correlated with the clinicopathologic features of age, tumor size, differentiation degree, tissue type, depth of invasion, tumor budding, vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis. Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between GPR15 and FOXP3 expression(Kappa=-0.019,P>0.05). The survival prognosis of GPR15 positive group was significantly worse than that of negative group(log-rank: χ2=4.3,P=0.039);while the survival prognosis of FOXP3 positive group was significantly better than that of negative group(log-rank: χ2=7.3,P=0.007).Age ≤55 years, positive GPR15 and negative FOXP3 were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with CRC(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of GPR15 and FOXP3 in CRC are significantly higher than those in paracancer tissues, GPR15 and FOXP3 are expected to become new tumor markers for early screening, accurate treatment and prognosis assessment of CRC.

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacies of seton sequential treatment with different drugs for perianal fistula of active Crohn′s disease (CD) .Methods:Clinical data of 42 active CD patients with anal fistula undergoing seton sequential treatment in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to seton sequential drugs, patients were divided into IFX group ( n = 11) , azathioprine group ( n = 14) and mesalazine group ( n = 17) . The pre- and post-operative symptoms, laboratory tests, disease activity indexes (CDAI and PDAI) , anal self-control (Wexner) score were compared among 3 groups. Results:Forty-two patients were followed up with a median time of 24 months (12-34 months) . The proportions of healing and effectiveness of anal fistula patients were 90.9%, 71.4% and 35.3% in the IFX group, azathioprine group and mesalazine group respectively. There was a significant difference in anal fistula healing among 3 groups ( P = 0.020) . The CDAI scores after treatment in IFX group, azathioprine group and mesalazine group were lower than those scores before treatment [ (96.66 ± 51.23) points vs (170.12 ± 52.67) points, (142.11 ± 79.68) points vs (196.82 ± 81.10) points, (179.91 ± 42.06) points vs (208.02 ± 42.60) points, all P<0.05]. There was a significant general difference in CDAI score among the 3 groups ( P = 0.005) . And the CDAI score after treatment in mesalazine group was obviously higher than that in IFX group ( P<0.05) . The PDAI scores after treatment in IFX group and azathioprine group were lower than those scores before treatment [ (1.71 ± 0.91) points vs (9.91 ± 3.53) points, (3.81 ± 2.40) points vs (10.07 ± 2.67) points, both P<0.05]. There was a significant general difference in PDAI score among IFX group, azathioprine group and mesalazine group [ (1.71 ± 0.91) points vs (3.81 ± 2.40) points vs (10.45 ± 2.84) points, P<0.001] and the PDAI scores after treatment gradually increased (all P<0.05) . Conclusions:Seton sequential treatment with drug is an effective method for the treatment of perianal fistula of active Crohn′s disease. IFX and azathioprine are suitable for the choice of sequential drugs.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects and safety of erythropoietin on nerve function and brainstem auditory evoked potential in the preterm children with brain damage. METHODS:46 preterm children with brain damage were randomly di-vided into treatment group and control group,with 23 cases in each group. Control group received conventional symptomatic treat-ment as respiratory support,nutritional support,vitamin K supplement and ganglioside. Treatment group was additionally given rhE-PO for injection (CHO cell) 500 IU/kg hypodermically,3 times a week,on the basis of control group. Both group received 3-4 weeks of treatment continuously. MDI,PDI,the content of serum nerve injury factor(NSE,S-100β),latent period and peak inter-val of brainstem auditory evoked potential were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment,and the occurrence of ADR was observed in 2 groups. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in MDI,PDI,the content of serum nerve injury mole-cule,latent period and peak interval of brainstem auditory evoked potential between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment,MDI and PDI of 2 groups increased significantly,while the content of serum nerve injury factor,latent period and peak interval of brainstem auditory evoked potential decreased significantly;the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Erythropoietin can significantly im-prove intelligence development,protect the damaged nerve cells and auditory nerve pathways with good safety.

Objective To investigate the difference of nerve behavior among the different types of fullterm small for gestational age infants(SGA) infants and the reasons.Methods The neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) scores were given for 148 full-term SGA infants aged 7,14 and 28 days born in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University.The comparason analysis was conducted among three types including symmetic,asymmetric and the mixture of them.Results Significant differences (P ＜ 0.05) were found between the NBNA scores for full-term SGA infants and normal infants.The NABA scores of full-term SGA infants were lower than those of normal infants.The NBNA scores for three types of full-term SGA infants followed the order of asymmetric ＞ symmetric ＞ mixture of them,significant difference was found between any two types of three types(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Full-term SGA infants show the poorer quality of nerve behavior compared with the nomal infants.The neurodevelopment levels for three types of full-term SGA infants are asymmetric,symmetric,mixture of them in the order.

Purpose To investigate the expression of miR-200a and PTEN in colorectal carcinoma (CRC) and their relationships with clinicopathologic features. Methods In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry ( EnVision method) for miR-200a and PTEN were performed in 87 CRCs and normal colorectal tissues distant from tumors. Relationship between expression of miR-200a and PTEN and clinicopathologic parameters of CRC was also analyzed. Results The in situ hybridization showed that the positive expression rate of the miR-200a in CRC was higher than those in normal colorectal mucosa (P<0. 01). The expression of miR-200a was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation (rs =0. 503, P<0. 01). The immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression rate of the PTEN in CRC was lower than those in normal colorectal mucosa (P<0. 01). The expression of miR-200a was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation (rs = -0. 493, P<0. 01). Expression of miR-200a and PTEN was not correlated with age, sex, tumor size, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P>0. 05). The expression of miR-200a had a close negative correlation to that of PTEN in CRC (P<0. 01). Conclusions Overexpression of miR-200a might be associated with the occurrence and development by targeting PTEN, and they could be the indicators in the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of CRC.

Objective To detect Porphyromonas gingivalis and clinical index in subgingival specimens after removal of orthodontic appliances and to evaluate clinical index and P.gingivalis factors associated with orthodontic appliances during an episode of gingival inflammation and the impact of appliance removal on periodontal health.Methods Choose 20 patients prepare to removal of orthodontic appliances.Plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI) and probing depth(PD) of observed teeth were examined and subgingival plaques were collected at prior to appliance removal(baseline) and 1,3 and 6 months after appliance removal.The numbers of P.gingivalis,total bacteria,the proportion of P.gingivalis and the prevalence of P.gingivalis in the samples were detected with the TaqMan real-time PCR.Results The prevalence of P.gingivalis decreased from baseline to the 6th month after fixed appliance removal in two groups,and significant change was found in 6th month(P ＜ 0.05); The numbers of P.gingivalis significantly reduced from baseline to the 6th month(P ＜ 0.05); The proportion of P.gingivalis in subgingival plaque decreased from baseline to the 6th month(P ＜0.05).PLI,SBI and PD significantly decreased from baseline to the 6th month after fixed appliance removal.Conclusion After fixed appliance removal,most of patients can recover periodontal tissue health in good oral hygiene.The percentage of P.gingivalis are closely associated with periodontal status.TaqMan real-time polymerase chain reaction has a high sensitivity and specificity.It was demonstrated the broad potential of application on detection of oral microbes.

Objective To monitor the levels of NO and IL-18 in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), to explore the relation of NO, IL-18 and HIE. Methods HIE infants admitted in our hospital from January to Novermber of 2007 were taken as observation group and normal neonates were chosen as control group. In each group,the concentrations of NO and IL-18 were tested on 1 day,3 days,7 days and 14 days. Results On the first day after birth,the levels of serum NO and IL-18 in control group were (6.40±4.24) μmol/L and (2.84± 2.53)ng/L,in mild HIE group were (21.55±7.23) μmoL/L and (6.79±1.96) ng/L,in moderate HIE group were (33.38±2.81) μmol/L and (14.07±2.91) ng/L,in severe HIE group were (66.39±18.03) μmoL/L and (26.85±9.82) ng/L. The levels of serum NO and IL-18, in HIE groups were higher than those in control group (P<0.01), were much higher in patients with moderate and severe HIE than those with mild HIE (P<0.01). On 14 days,the levels of serum No and IL-18 were not different in moderate HIE groups and those in the control group (P>0.05), butwere higher in the severe HIE groups than those in the control group [NO and IL-8 level: (5.38± 4.79) μmol/L and (2.39±1.41) ng/L in control group and (24.89±9.43) μmol./L and (13.43±3.23) ng/L in severe HIE group(P<0.01)]. Conclusion NO and IL-18 are involved in the whole course of HIE, which are correlated with the severity of condition. They may be acted as indicators in monitoring pationts' conditon.
