Objective To investigate the effects of obesity-related indexes on cardiovascular autonomic nervous function in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods A total of 421 T2DM patients treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Gansu Provincial People's Hospital were enrolled in this study from October 2020 to October 2023.All the patients were divided into simple T2DM group with VFA<100 cm2(n=193)and obese group with VFA≥100 cm2(OB,n=228)according to visceral fat area(VFA).BMI,waist-to-height ratio(WHtR),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),lipid accumulation index(LAP),visceral fat index(VAI),Chinese visceral fat index(CVAI),tapeness index(CI),body shape index(ABSI),and body roundness index(BRI)were calculated.Time domain parameters of heart rate variability(HRV)in 24 h holter electrocardiogram were recorded,including the global standard deviation(SDNN)of normal sinus RR interval,standard deviation of mean value of sinus RR interval(SDANN),root mean square difference(RMSSD)of normal continuous sinus RR interval.The percentage of adjacent RR interval difference>50 ms in total interval(PNN50),the HRV triangle index,the standard deviation of the difference of the entire adjacent NN interval length(SDSD).Results Compared with T2DM group,the OB group showed an increase in age,weight,BMI,WC,hip circumference(HC),neck circumference(NC),SBP,HbA1c,TG,SUA,CI,WHtR,WHR,VFA,SFA,VAI,LAP,CVAI,and BRI(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while a decrease in HDL-C(P<0.05).The SDNN,SDANN,SDSD,RMSSD,HRV trigonometric index,and PNN50 were lower in OB group than in T2DM group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that SDNN and HRV trigonometric index was negatively correlated with age,DM duration,HR,SBP,PWV,WHtR,TG,SUA,VAI,LAP,BRI,VFA,LAP,and CVAI(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis shows that age,VFA,and LAP are influencing factors for cardiac autonomic dysfunction.The analysis of the working characteristic curve of the subjects showed that the area under the curve of VFA,age,and LAP in predicting cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction was 0.680,0.614,and 0.577,with sensitivity of 87.5%,41.7%,and 61.8%,and specificity of 47.3%,73.6%,and 55.6%respectively.Conclusions BMI,HC,NC,WC,TG,SFA,CI,WHtR,WHR,LAP,BRI,VAI,CVAI and VFA are closely related to cardiovascular autonomic nervous function in T2DM patients.As VFA,Ageand LAP increase,the risk of cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction increases.

Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of knowledge, attitude, and practice of hypertension prevention and control among rural residents in Shanxi Province, so as to provide insights into implementation of health education pertaining to hypertension control in rural areas. Methods: A total of 7 403 residents were sampled using a multi-stage cluster random sampling method from rural areas of Yangqu, Daning, and Yonghe counties of Shanxi Province from November 2020 to July 2021 for face-to-face questionnaire surveys and physical examinations. Residents' basic characteristics, knowledge, attitude, and practice of hypertension prevention and control, and height, weight, blood pressure were collected, and factors affecting knowledge, attitude, and practice of hypertension prevention and control were identified using a generalized linear model. Results: A total of 7 403 questionnaires were allocated, and 7 031 effective questionnaires were recovered, with an effective response rate of 94.98%. The respondents included 3 035 men (43.17%) and 3 996 women (56.83%), and had a mean age of (58.45±13.75) years. The median scores of hypertension prevention and control knowledge, attitude and practice were 5 (interquartile range, 4), 16 (interquartile range, 5) and 14 (interquartile range, 7) points, with scoring percentages of 48.40%, 80.55% and 54.41%, respectively. Generalized linear model analysis showed that an educational level of junior high school and above, annual family income per capita of ≥4 000 RMB, family history of hypertension, development of hypertension among family members or friends, overweight/obesity and presence of depression resulted in high scores for hypertension prevention and control knowledge; annual family income per capita of ≥10 000 RMB, family history of hypertension, presence of hypertension among family members or friends, mild/severe insomnia and presence of depression resulted in high scores for hypertension prevention and control attitude, while age of ≥65 years and blood pressure of ≥140/≥90 mmHg resulted in low scores for attitude; females, age of ≥45 years, an educational level of junior high school and above, blood pressure of ≥140/≥90 mmHg, family history of hypertension, presence of hypertension among family members or friends and overweight/obesity resulted in high scores for hypertension prevention and control practice, and residents had a low body weight had a low score for practice (all P<0.05). Conclusions The hypertension prevention and control attitude is satisfactory among rural residents in Shanxi Province; however, the hypertension prevention and control knowledge and practice are poor. Health education pertaining to hypertension prevention and control should be strengthened, and personalized health education is needed targeting individuals with a low educational level and low income.

Objective:To analyze the differences in 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT imaging and preoperative localization between patients with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) and extratemporal epilepsy (ETLE) caused by focal cortical dysplasia (FCD). Methods:From April 2015 to August 2018, a total of 71 patients (45 males, 26 females, age (24.3±9.1) years) with refractory epilepsy who underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging before surgery and confirmed as FCD by pathology in Xuanwu Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into TLE and ETLE groups based on pathological results. 18F-FDG PET/CT images were analyzed qualitatively and compared with the operation result, then region of interest (ROI) was used to calculate the asymmetry index (AI), and evaluated the hypometabolism of every cerebral region by |AI| semi-quantitatively. Engle classification were followed-up after surgery. Independent-sample t test and χ2 test were used to analyze data. Results:Of 71 FCD patients, 35 were TLE and 36 were ETLE. The onset age of ETLE patients were younger than TLE patients ((10.1±6.5) vs (14.9±9.7) years; t=2.48, P=0.02). In TLE group, 54.29%(19/35) were completely consistent with the operation results, and 42.86%(15/35) showed hypometabolized brain regions in extratemporal lobe. In ETLE group, 27.78%(10/36) were completely consistent with the operation results, and 47.22%(17/36) showed hypometabolized brain regions in temporal lobe. There were significant differences in the lateral accuracy and positioning accuracy of 18F-FDG PET/CT between TLE and ETLE patients (97.14%(34/35) vs 75.00%(27/36), 54.29%(19/35) vs 27.78%(10/36); χ2 values: 7.19, 6.27, both P<0.05). There was no significant difference in |AI| values between the brain regions of TLE and ETLE patients ( z values: from -1.25 to -0.06, all P>0.05). Conclusion:The lateral accuracy and positioning accuracy of 18F-FDG PET/CT in TLE patients are better than that in ETLE patients.

Objective To explore the relationship between job resources and anxiety on nurses,and investigate the moderating and mediating effects of resilience on job resources and anxiety. Methods Chi-nese nurses ( n＝560) from some departments of four hospitals in tangshan city were recruited by random sampling method and interviewed by job resources questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale and self-rating anxiety scale. Results The scores of nurses'anxiety,resilience and job resources were 40.82±9.63, 9.45±1.82,and 93.24±16.61 respectively.The resilience,job resources and its dimensions were negatively correlated to nurses'anxiety (P＜0.05).Resilience played moderating role in the relationship between nurses'anxiety and work autonomy(β＝0.168,P＜0.01).Resilience served to mediate the relationship between nurses'anxiety and performance feedback,career development opportunities (P＜0.05). The mediating effect value of performance feedback and career development opportunities on nurses' anxiety were －0.115881 and－0.068052 respectively ,which were 41.26% and 32.71% of the total effect respectively. Conclusion Job resources and resilience are closely related to nurses'anxiety.Resilience plays partially moderating and medi-ating role in the relationship between nurses'anxiety and job resources.

Objective: To evaluate the performance of high risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) DNA test for triage ASC-US in Chinese population. Methods: The study population was from Jiyuan city in Henan Province where a cervical cancer screening cohort (4 026 women) was set up from April to July in 2017. Women with ASC-US and complete recall information of colposcope were selected as the study objects. Self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the general information and medical history of cervical cancer, thencervical cytological speciments were collected for cytodiagnosis and HPV DNA test, followed by colposcopy, lesion biopsy and histology diagnose. The diagnosis of histology was used as the gold standard. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) as well as corresponding 95% confidential interval (CI) were calculated. Results: The average age of the included 393 women with ASC-US were (50.81±9.22) years old. The positivity of high risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV), HPV16 and HPV18 were 35.6%, 10.69% and 2.80%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV for HR-HPV to detect CIN2+ were 84.38% (68.25%-93.14%), 68.70% (63.74%-73.26%), 19.29% (13.61%-26.61%) and 98.02% (95.46%-99.15%). When compared with HR-HPV, HPV16/18 had a lower sensitivity (59.38% (42.26%-74.48%)) and a higher specificity(91.14% (87.75%-93.65%)), the PPV and NPV were 59.38% (25.32%-50.98%) and 91.14% (93.61%-97.77%). Conclusion It was more effective for HR-HPV to triage ASC-US than HPV16/18. In order to improve the effect of HPV16/18, it should include more HR-HPV types which were more prevalent in Chinese population.

Objective:To provide a potential platform for transferring specific antigen against fish bacterial diseases based on attenuated Lm (EGDe-ΔactA/ΔinlB).Methods: Attenuated Lm (EGDe-ΔactA/ΔinlB) was used to express outer membrane protein K (Ompk),a conserved and effective vaccine candidate in vibrio.The identification of recombinant strains and detection of antigen genes were operated with PCR and RT-PCR,respectively.Results: The results of PCR showed that Lm-Ompk (L-O),Lm-Lmo0576-Ompk (L-L-O) and Lm-P-Ompk (L-P-O) were constructed successfully.The identity of foreign gene was 100％ compared with sequence of NCBI.The analysis of transcription showed that the expressions of Ompk in L-O,L-L-O and L-P-O were significant (P<0.001).Moreover,the expression of Ompk in the condition of antibiotic was higher than that in the BHI without antibiotic (P<0.05).Conclusion: Lm-Ompk (L-O),Lm-Lmo0576-Ompk (L-L-O) and Lm-P-Ompk (L-P-O) were constructed successfully.

Objective Using infrared spectroscopy to analyze three kinds of lignum Chinese medicine to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of medicinal overall quality evaluation system. Methods Functional groups identification, Fourier Transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and the second derivative infrared spectroscopy (SD-IR) could be applicable to analyze and identify the overall chemical composition of three kinds of lignum Chinese medicine. Results The main chemical components of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (ALR), Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum (DOL) and Sappan Lignum (SL) were cellulose, lignin and aromatics. The main chemical compositions of Sappan Lignum (SL) were cellulose, lignin and aromatics. The differences in FT-IR and SD-IR of DOL and SL indicated that they had different aromatic compounds. Conclusion Infrared spectroscopy can be used as a simple and accurate quality control method of three kinds of lignum Chinese medicine.

Objective To provide effective reference for quality analysis of the chemical composition and extraction of astragalus separation process by comparing the extract of astragalus and it’s IR spectra. Methods The saponins and flavonoids in astragalus were firstly extracted by the method of circumfluence with ethanol as solvent and the residue of ethanol-extraction was then used to extract polysaccharides by distilled water. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (IR) combined with second derivative infrared spectroscopy was applied to quickly identify astragalus herbs powder, water extraction of astragalus, astragalus alcohol extraction and water extraction of the residue of ethanol-extraction. Results The powder and 70% ethanol extract, 80% ethanol extract were around at 1 735 cm-1 (carbonyl stretching vibration absorption peak) has a weak, broad absorption, while the absorption peak was less obvious in boiling water extraction. So the maln components of astragalus water extraction are polysaccharides and also contaln a small amount of water-insoluble flavonoids. Alcohol extraction malnly contalns saponins and flavonoids, and flavonoid extract volume increases with increasing alcohol concentration in a certaln range.Conclusion This method can be a quick and easy identification for astragalus and it’s extraction for its chemical composition class, and provide the basis for further research quality.

Objective To investigate the changes of serum adiponectin level and insulin resistance in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods 80 adult habitual snorers were divided into mild,moderate,severe OSAHS groups and control group,based on their apnea hypopnea index (AHI).Correlative clinical data were measured and analyzed.Results Serum adiponectin level [( 5.44 ± 2.57 ) mg/L] was significantly lower and HOMA-insulin resistance index ( 3.42 ± 0.70) was significantly higher in severe group than other groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with BMI,waist hip ratio,neck circumferences and et al( r =-0.233 ～ -0.499,P ＜0.05),but it was positively correlated with lowest oxygen saturation ( LSaO2 ),Ⅲ + Ⅳ％ and REM％ ( r =0.270～ 0.429,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Both hypoadiponectinemia and insulin resistance were observed in severe OSAHS patients.The related risk factors of hypoadiponectinemia in OSAHS might include obesity,disordered sleep architecture and other adipokines.
