Objective: To analyze the status of outdoor activities on weekends among children and adolescents of different educational stages in Shanghai and their impact on myopia, so as to provide a basis for formulating more specific prevention and control protocol of myopia. Methods: From September to October 2022, a stratified cluster random sampling method was employed to select 84 schools (27 kindergartens, 21 primary schools, 15 junior high schools and 21 high schools) across Shanghai, enrolling a total of 28 654 children and adolescents aged 4 to 18 for the study. Ophthalmic examinations were conducted to ascertain the prevalence of myopia among children and adolescents. Additionally, a questionnaire survey was administered to collect data on outdoor activity duration and associated factors. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was utilized to investigate the associated factors of outdoor activity levels on weekends. Results: The overall myopia detection rate among children and adolescents was 58.4%, with a higher rate observed in girls (59.2%) compared to boys (57.6%). The myopia detection rates for children and adolescents with an average daily outdoor activity duration of ≥2 h and <2 h on weekends were 54.6% and 68.8%, and the differences were statistically significant ( χ 2=8.12,460.89, P <0.01). Multivariable Logistic regression analysis revealed that girls ( OR =0.80), those with a myopic parent ( OR =0.68), schools from urban districts ( OR =0.72), higher education stages (primary school: OR =0.65, junior high school: OR =0.24, high school: OR =0.14) and spending≥2 h/d on homework during weekends ( OR =0.57) among children and adolescents were less likely to engage in outdoor activities for ≥2 h on weekends ( P <0.01). After incorporating gender, parental myopia status, educational stage, school location, average daily duration on weekends for spending on homework, electronic product usage and outdoor activities as dependent variables in a multivariate Logistic regression analysis, the results showed that children and adolescents with an average outdoor activity duration for ≥2 h on weekends had a lower risk of myopia ( OR =0.86, P < 0.01). Conclusions The level of outdoor activity among children and adolescents on weekends needs to be improved. Outdoor activities on weekends is an associated factor for myopia among children and adolescents. Particularly, girls, those with myopic parents, schools from urban districts, and spending long hours on homework during weekends among children and adolescents require increased attention.

Objective:To investigate the changes of mitochondria in the substantia nigra pars reticulata(SNr)in a mouse model of acute hepatic encephalopathy(AHE),and the effects of mitochondrial division inhibitor Mdivi-1 on the motor function and mitochondrial function of SNr in AHE mice.Methods:The mouse model of AHE was established by intraperitoneal injection of thioacetamide(TAA)and treated with Mdivi-1.The changes of serum aspartate aminotrans-ferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and blood ammonia were detected by biochemical detection kits.Open field test,rotor-rod fatigue test and elevated plus maze test were performed to observe the motor function of AHE mice.Mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),cellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)and ATP of SNr were detected by commercial kits.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of AST,ALT and blood ammonia in AHE mice were increased.The total movement distance of the mice in the open field was reduced,and the movement time of the rotor-rod fatigue test and the elevated plus maze test were shortened.In SNr,mitochondria became smaller and rounder,mitochondrial fission increased,MMP decreased,cellular ROS increased,and ATP production decreased.After treat-ment with Mdivi-1,the levels of AST,ALT and blood ammonia in AHE mice were decreased.In the open field,the total movement distance of mice increased,the movement time of rotorrod fatigue test and elevated plus maze test increased,the mitochondria of SNr were larger,with decreased roundness,decreased mitochondrial division,increased MMP,decreased cellular ROS,and increased ATP production.Conclusion:Mdivi-1 can improve movement disorders in AHE mice by repairing mitochondrial in the SNr.

Objective This study aims to explore the efficacy of a cloud-based follow-up intelligent service model for daytime surgery in enhancing patient experience and improving service efficiency,thus promoting the high-quality development of daytime surgery.Methods Based on the intelligent approach of cloud-based follow-up,a comprehensive service model was con-structed for the pre-hospital,in-hospital,and post-hospital phases.Before hospital admission,patients were offered convenient services such as appointments and education.During hospital stay,information intelligent health education was integrated with the clinical nursing pathway for daytime surgery.After hospital discharge,comprehensive follow-ups and satisfaction surveys were conducted to ensure closed-loop management of daytime surgical patients.Results After the implementation of the cloud-based follow-up intelligent service model of daytime surgery in January 2021,a standard follow-up system and management norms were formed.Compared with traditional method,this model expanded follow-up coverage from department-specific diseases to all day surgery diseases,increasing patient health knowledge awareness by 34.12％and patient satisfaction by 10.5％year-on-year.It also significantly enhanced follow-up work efficiency and reduced human resource costs.Conclusion The intelligent service mode of daytime surgery cloud-based follow-up can improve the patient's medical consultation experience,enhance the work effi-ciency of medical staff,make the medical service advance and delay,and provide scientific decision-making basis for the reasona-ble allocation of wards and resources.

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards of medicinal materials in light of related methods in the general principles of part four of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition), and to conduct systematic research on the Tibetan medicine "Yajima"(Chrysosplenium axillare). METHODS The powder characteristics of medicinal materials were described by microscopic identification method. Silica gel GF254 thin-layer plate was employed to establish a TLC identification method with 5-O-demethylapulein and oxyayanin A as reference substances. Loss on drying, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and ethanol-soluble extractives of 10 batches of Chrysosplenium axillare were determined according to the general principles of part four of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition). HPLC was used to establish the characteristic chromatogram of Chrysosplenium axillare, and the content determination method was established with chrysosplenoside I(CI) and chrysosplenoside A(CA) as the quality control index components of Chrysosplenium axillare. RESULTS The water content, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, ethanol-soluble extractive and the content of CI and CA of all samples varied in the ranges of 9.17%−12.52%, 14.11%−16.74%, 1.50%−4.72%, 32.77%−40.30%, 0.30%−0.99% and 0.28%−0.88%, respectively. CONCLUSION The identification and content determination methods of Yajima(Chrysosplenium axillare) are established for the first time. The methods are easy to operate and exclusive, which is of great significance to accurately evaluate the internal quality of medicinal materials and ensure the quality of drug used.

Objective　To analyze the monitoring data of multidrug-resistant organisms (MDRO) in medical institutions across different regions of Guizhou Province in 2022, and to provide references for the prevention and control of MDRO. 　Methods　Data on the detection rates seven types of MDRO (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aurus, vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecalis, vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium, carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli, carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae, carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni, carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and incidence of hospital-acquired infections in medical institutions across different cities and prefectures of Guizhou Province, 2022 were collected through the monitoring platform of the health network, and the data were analyzed. Results　Data were collected from 223 medical institutions, with an overall detection rate of MDRO of 12.73% (21 931/172 284) and an incidence of hospital-acquired infections of 0.04% (1 969/4 532 711). The detection rate and incidence of hospital-acquired infections of MDRO were different across different regions (χ2=1 871.67, P<0.001; χ2=209.91, P<0.001). The detection rate and incidence of hospital-acquired infections of MDRO in tertiary medical institutions were higher than those in secondary or inferior to secondary medical institutions (χ2=2 095.73, P<0.001; χ2=209.91, P<0.001). The detection rate and incidence of hospital-acquired infections of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni were the highest among MDRO, with 44.87%(5 896/13 139) and 0.015%(658/4 532 711), respectively. Conclusions　The detection rate and incidence of hospital-acquired infections of MDRO in healthcare facilities in Guizhou Province are different, with tertiary medical institutions facing greater pressure for infection control. Relevant medical institutions should focus on the prevalence trend of MDRO in the region, promptly conduct monitoring of MDRO, and take targeted measures to comprehensively prevent and control the spread of MDRO and the occurrence of nosocomial infections.

Objective To develop a nurse-patient interaction integrated APP"NET Home"to provide detailed care and follow-up management for patients with neuroendocrine tumors(NENs)trea-ted with long-acting octreotide.Methods"NET Home"APP included three ports:patient side,medical side and management side.After discharge,NENs patients timely and comprehensive fed back on adverse reactions and discomfort symptoms through APP,and medical staff timely guided patients to deal with them online.Results At 1 year after"NET Home"APP application,45 patients registered(injected with long-acting octreotide once every 28 days).A total of 145 copies of Micro-nutrition Evaluation Scales,147 Tumor Patients'Quality of Life Rating scales,102 Pain Digital Evaluation Scales,103 Adverse Reactions Questionnaire of Long-acting Octreotide Injection,102 Self-care Ability Scales,111 Self-rating Scales for depression and 102 Self-rating Scales for anxiety were collected.The medical staff treated 5 cases of adverse reactions by APP,and gave timely handling to 1 case of severe adverse reactions(the patient eventually stopped long-acting octreotide therapy).Compared with NENs patients who did not use APP,anxiety scores of NENs patients who used APP decreased(P＜0.05);their satisfaction scores and quality of life scores were improved,and the number of unplanned admissions decreased,but the differences showed no statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion"NET Home"APP can realize refined and personalized nursing intervention through multiple module functions,which can realize continuous home care for NENs patients,relieve their anxiety and improve their self-management ability,quality of life and treatment compliance.

Objective:To explore the effect of family-centered nursing model in the nursing of children with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) .Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019, convenience sampling was used to select 120 children with PNS admitted to the Children 's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as the research object. According to the order of hospitalization, children were divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 60 cases. The control group conducted the routine nursing, and the observation group carried out the family-centered nursing model on the basis of the control group. The remission rate, recurrence rate and overall satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups of children, and the Inventory of Subjective Life Quality (ISLQ) was used to evaluate the quality of life. Results:After intervention, the recurrence rate of children in the observation group was 5.00% (3/60) , which was lower than 16.67% (10/60) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . There was no significant difference in the remission rate of the two groups of children ( P>0.05) . After the intervention, the cognition level, emotional level, and overall level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The nursing satisfaction of children in the observation group was 95.00% (57/60) , which was higher than 76.67% (46/60) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Family-centered nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of children with PNS, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of moderate exercise therapy and fracture liaison service in osteoporotic hip fracture.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020, 120 patients with osteoporotic hip fracture admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were selected. The patients were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and moderate exercise therapy, and the control group was treated with fracture liaison service, clinical observation and comparison of treatment compliance, bone mineral density (BMD), Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention.Results:The BMD and NRS scores in the study group were (0.90±0.25) g/cm 2, (1.0±0.3) points, higher than those in the control group (0.80±0.18) g/cm 2, (1.0±0.25) points. The difference was statistically significant ( t values were 2.514, 2.547, P<0.05). The total compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were 93.30% (56/60) and 95.00% (57/60) respectively, which were significantly higher than 80.00% (48/60) and 83.33% (50/60) of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( χ 2 values were 4.615, 4.227, P<0.05). Conclusion:Moderate exercise therapy and fracture contact service intervention can effectively improve bone mineral density and total compliance rate, relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction.

Objective:To investigate the effect of play therapy-based group counseling on behavior disorders and mental coping of school-age nephrotic syndrome children.Methods:A total of 140 school-age nephrotic syndrome children were randomly divided into experiment group ( n=70) and control group ( n=70). Children in the control group recieved routine care, while experiment group carried out play therapy-based group counseling based on the routine care. With the Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire (PSQ) and Coping with a Disease (CODI), the overall curative effect was assessed before and after intervention by their scores. Results:After intervention, the incidence rate of behavior disorder of nephrotic syndrome children in the experiment group was 18.0% (11/63), lower than in the control group 33.8% (23/68), the difference was statistically significant ( χ2 value was 4.131, P=0.042). The conduct, psychosomatic disorder and hyperactivity index scores in the experiment group were (1.12±0.23), (0.24±0.08), (1.22±0.32) pionts, lower than (1.25±0.31), (0.29±0.09), (1.39±0.37) pionts in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t values were 2.625, 2.950, 2.825, P<0.05); the scores of acception, escape, negative feelings and total CODI scores were (12.87±3.19), (22.51±5.24), (25.83±4.51), (101.23±11.48) pionts, higher than (11.27±3.77), (20.41±4.00), (24.13±4.38), (95.38±8.33) pionts in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t values were 2.191-3.361, P<0.05). Conclusion:Play therapy-based group counseling can effectively alleviate behavior disorders and improve mental coping of school-age nephrotic syndrome children.
