Objective　To understand the impact of early and timely treatment and initial antiviral treatment regimen on mortality and attrition of antiretroviral therapy. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted using download data on antiretroviral therapy for HIV-infected patients in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, from the database of the Basic Information System for AIDS Control and Prevention (BISAC) from 2010 to 2020. The Cox proportional risk regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of mortality and attrition. Results A total of 15 713 infected patients were included, including 53.4% aged 18-<50 years, 69.4% male, 61.0% farmer, 75.1% CD4 count <350 cells /μL before initial antiviral treatment, the overall mortality rate was 4.30/100 person-years, and the overall attrition was 2.42/100 person-years. The results of Cox regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of mortality were pretreatment CD4 counts of 350-<500 cells/μL(AHR=0.72, 95%CI: 0.63-0.81) and ≥500 cells/μL (AHR= 0.64, 95%CI: 0.55-0.76); duration from diagnosis to initial antiviral treatment 91-180 days (AHR=1.25, 95%CI: 1.08-1.45), 181-365 days (AHR=1.26, 95%CI: 1.08-1.47), and ≥365 days (AHR=1.26, 95%CI: 1.11-1.44); initial antiviral treatment regimens of D4T+3TC+EFV/NVP (AHR=1.47, 95%CI: 1.32-1.63) and AZT/D4T/TDF+3TC+LPV/r (AHR=1.73, 95%CI: 1.50-1.99). Factors affecting attrition were pretreatment CD4 counts of 350-499 cells/μL (AHR=1.32, 95%CI: 1.16-1.50) and ≥500 cells/μL (AHR=1.28, 95%CI: 1.10-1.50); interval from HIV positivity confirmation to initial dosing ≥365 days (AHR=1.21, 95%CI: 1.04-1.40), initial antiviral treatment regimens of TDF+3TC+NVP (AHR=1.32, 95%CI: 1.13-1.55), AZT+3TC+EFV/NVP (AHR=1.43, 95%CI: 1.26-1.62) and AZT/D4T/TDF+3TC+LPV/r (AHR=1.33, 95CI%: 1.06-1.67). Conclusions　Early and timely treatment and the initial antiviral treatment regimen of TDF+3TC+EFV have good efficacy, but attention should be paid to the high risk of attrition of HIV-infected people with high CD4 count before treatment.

The traditional experimental teaching mode of forensic science and biological evidence is mostly confined to experimental operation, which is not capable of cultivating students' comprehensive quality and post competency. Therefore, it is urgent to seek an innovative teaching and training mode. At present, the experimental teaching of forensic science and biological evidence is dominated by teachers. There are some problems, such as insufficient training of students' scientific thinking and innovation ability, single teaching and evaluation model, and disconnection from the practical application. This paper proposes an experimental teaching design scheme of forensic science and biological evidence based on post competency training. The course is implanted in the framework of simulated cases, and the virtual simulation experiment platform and group discussion learning method are used to achieve a training model oriented by social needs and centered on students. In the preliminary study on the students who were trained in this mode of selected sections, we found that, compared with traditional teaching, the time for students to complete the prescribed experimental operation in this teaching mode was shortened by 4 minutes on average, and the average score of theoretical course test case analysis questions was increased by 1.5 points. In conclusion, the instructional design of the experiment teaching forensic science and biological evidence can effectively improve students' post-competency, and it deserves further exploration and application.

Objective:To anylyze the combination rule of prescriptions containing Cmnamomi Mmulus in the book of Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases based on tree analysis algorith method. Methods:By collecting prescriptions contain Cmnamomi Mmulus in the book of Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases, and applying the tree analysis algorithm method on the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform to co-occurrence calculate each layer of the prescriptions, we got the hierarchical tree structure diagram of Cmnamomi Mmulus prescriptions. Results:79 prescriptions containing 96 medicines were included, which appeared 529 times, with 7 different functions. The medicines that are frequently appeared include Cmnamomi Mmulus, Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, Jujubae Fructus, etc. The main effects include relieving the exterior, warming the meridians, warming yang and promoting diuresis. The tree structure diagram of the prescription is divided into seven layers, including the largest items of Cmnamomi Mmulus, Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, Jujubae Fructus, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Ephedrae Herba, Puerariae Lobatae Radix, and the collateral drugs of Poria, Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma, Alismatis Rhizoma, Zingiberis Rhizoma, etc. Conclusion:The formula tree analysis algorithm can connect the correlation between drugs in series, and show the relationship between a series of high-frequency co-occurrence drugs in the formula, which can be used for the learning of classics.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing practice for functional rehabilitation of post-stroke neurogenic bladder (PSNB) .Methods:From October 2020 to July 2021, 136 PSNB patients admitted to the Department of Neurology, Jiangyin People's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling as the research object. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the study group was given evidence-based rehabilitation nursing based on the control group. The urodynamics, rates of bladder balance, urinary incontinence and urinary retention after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After three months of intervention, bladder compliance and bladder balance rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the residual urine volume was less than that in the control group, with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . After three months of intervention, urinary retention rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Evidence-based rehabilitation nursing can help to promote the rapid recovery of bladder balance in PSNB patients and improve the prognosis of patients.

The process of industrialization and its experience were precious assets of society,the research of industrial history was an important development direction of science,technology and economic and social histo-ry discipline.The research on the industrial history of Chinese in vitro diagnostics industry which had a direct and practical reference and guidance on the development of industrial economy and the improvement of in vitro diagnostics industry benign cycle,and which was also the key to promote healthy and comprehensive develop-ment of Chinese in vitro diagnostics industry.The study reviewed the development of over 30 years of Chinese in vitro diagnostics industry,and showed the whole process of industrial structure upgrading from scratch, weak to strong and germination to high speed development.

This study was performed to investigate a potential marker for the presence of spermatozoa in the ejaculate following varicocelectomy in Chinese men with nonobstructive azoospermia and varicoceles. The micro-RNA (miR)-192a levels in seminal plasma and testicular tissue were evaluated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction from 60 men with nonobstructive azoospermia and varicoceles (Group A: 27 men with spermatozoa found in the ejaculate after surgery; Group B: 33 men without spermatozoa found in the ejaculate after surgery) and 30 controls. The seminal plasma and testicular tissue miR-192a levels were higher in Group B than in Group A and the controls (P < 0.001), and there was no significant difference between Group A and the controls (P > 0.05). Apoptosis and proliferation assays with miR mimics and inhibitors showed that miR-192a induced GC-2 cell apoptosis through the activation of Caspase-3 protein. Thus, seminal plasma miR-192a appears to be a potential marker for successfully indicating spermatozoa in the ejaculate following microsurgical varicocelectomy in men with nonobstructive azoospermia and varicoceles. Seminal plasma miR-192a may be a useful clinical marker for prescreening to determine which patients with nonobstructive azoospermia and varicoceles would benefit from varicocelectomy.

By analyzing the contemporary key elements evolution of in vitro diagnostics (IVD), especially the rise in vitro diagnostic to the development of molecular diagnostics and precision medicine, from clinical laboratory to POCT,from basic research to the global regulation industry, this research is to expound the complex process and value of biomedical technology development and application.

Objective To study the effects of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) combined with etoposide on the proliferation and apoptosis of human lung cancer cell lines A-549 in vitro.Methods The A-549 cells were cultured,respectively,with culture fluids containing 40 μg/ml EPA,10 μg/ml etoposide,40 μg/ml EPA + 10 μg/ml etoposide,20 μg/ml etoposide,or 40 μg/ml EPA + 20 μg/ml.The effects of EPA and/or etoposide on the proliferation of the cell line were detected by MTT assay.The morphological changes of the cells were observed using annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodine and acridine orange/ethidium bromide double staining under fluorescence microscope.The apoptosis and the changes of cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry.Results The inhibition rates of EPA plus etoposide groups on the proliferation of human lung cancer cells A-549 were significantly higher than those in other etoposide groups (all P ＜ 0.05).Cell staining showed that the amount of apoptotic cells in EPA plus etoposide groups was significantly larger than that in etoposide groups.The percentages of cells in S and G2/M phases of EPA plus etoposide groups were significantly higher than those of etoposide groups (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion EPA may enhance the effect of etoposide on inhibiting proliferation and promoting apoptosis for human lung cancer cells A-549.

A new modification method for glass slides was developed and applied to make ThinPrep Pap smears,in order to increase the adhesion ability of cervical exfoliative cells.3-glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (GOPS) was coated on the glass slides firstly on the slides,then poly-L-lysine (PLL)was covalently modified onto the above epoxy-terminated slides to form GOPS-PLL double decorated slides.The modified slides were characterized using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).The cell adhesion ability effect was tested and compared with traditional PLL coated slides by fixing the cervical exfoliative cells on the double adorned slides.The control test was conducted by the bare glass slides unmodified.The cell morphology of cervical exfoliative cells adhered on different slides was observed under the microscope after Papanicolaou staining.The number of cervical exfoliative cells on the unmodified slides,PLL coated slides and GOPS-PLL coated slides was 1030±300,3283±226 and 4119±280 (n=12),respectively.The data among the three different modification methods showed significant differences (one-way analysis of variance,ANOVA test,P＜ 0.05).The cell capturing effect of the GOPS-PLL slide was the best among the three different modified slides.In addition,the GOPS-PLL slide could enhance the uniformity of the adhered cells and be widely applied to the ThinPrep system for cervical carcinoma screening to increase the accuracy rate of diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the effects of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) or EPA plus carboplatin on the proliferation and apoptosis of human lung cancer cell line A-549.Methods A-549 cells were cultured by 100 μg/ml carboplatin,80 μg/ml EPA,and their combination for 48 hours.MTT assay was used to determine the effect of EPA,carboplatin,or their combination on the proliferation of human lung cancer cell line A-549.The morphological changes of human lung cancer cell line A-549 were observed using HE staining,and apoptosis of A-549 cells was analyzed by flow cytometry.Results MTT assay showed that the proliferation inhibition rate of A-549 cells cultured with EPA plus carboplatin was 85.20％ ± 5.00％,which was significantly higher than that of cells cultured with 80 μg/ml EPA (32.85％ ± 3.00％,P =0.0001 ) or 100 μg/ml carboplatin (53.25％ ±3.00％,P =0.0013 ).HE staining showed apoptosis in all three groups,whereas the apoptosis rate reached 17.05％ ± 4.00％ in the combination group,which was significantly higher than that in carboplatin group (9.49％ ± 1.00％,P =0.0252).Conclusion EPA may enhance the effects of carboplatin in inhibiting the proliferation and promoting the apoptosis of human lung cancer cell line A-549.
