Objective To explore the level of energy balance related protein antibody,adropin,and its correlation with collateral circulation status in elderly patients with AMI.Methods A total of 193 elderly AMI patients admitted to our department from February 2022 to February 2024 were enrolled,and based on their collateral circulation status,they were divided into a good circulation group(121 cases)and a poor circulation group(72 cases).The level of adropin was determined.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was employed to determine the influencing factors of poor collateral circulation in elderly AMI patients.Results The poor circulation group had significantly larger proportion of hypertension,higher fasting blood glucose(FBG),and larger red blood cell distribution width(RDW),but lower adropin level and mean platelet volume(MPV)when com-pared with the good circulation group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analy-sis showed that adropin,FBG,RDW,MPV,and hypertension were all influencing factors for poor collateral circulation in elderly AMI patients(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The AUC value of adropin,FBG,RDW,MPV,and hypertension was 0.810,0.762,0.761,0.715 and 0.563,respectively in pre-dicting poor collateral circulation.Among them,adropin level had the highest predictive value(P＜0.01).Conclusion The decrease in adropin level in elderly AMI patients is closely associated with poor collateral circulation,and it is a predictive factor for collateral circulation.

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of invariant natural killer T (iNKT)2 cell improving hepatic fat deposition in nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL).Methods:NAFL model was established by feeding C57BL/6J mice with high fat diet. The levels of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the peripheral blood of mice were analyzed using automatic biochemical analyzer. The pathological changes of liver were observed with HE staining. The cell frequencies of iNKT, iNKT1, and iNKT2 in liver were detected by flow cytometry. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of sterol regulatory element binding protein 1c (SREBP-1c), peroxisome proliferator activated receptor (PPAR)-α, and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in liver tissues.Results:Compared with control group, the body weight of NAFL mice increased, the levels of total cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, ALT, and liver fat deposition increased, the protein expression of SREBP-1c and PPAR-α in liver increased as well as the the protein phosphorylation level of NF-κB. After intraperitoneal injection of α-galactosylceramide (α-GalCer), the levels of total cholesterol, HDL-C, and LDL-C, liver fat deposition decreased, liver SREBP-1c was down-regulated, PPAR-α expression was up-regulated, and the proportion of liver iNKT2 subgroup increased in NAFL mice.Conclusion:iNKT2 cells improve NAFL liver fat deposition, which is related to the down-regulation of SREBP-1c and up-regulation of PPAR-α.

Objective:To observe the changes in percentages and subsets of invariant nature kiler T (iNKT) cells in adipose and related tissues at different stages of obesity, and analyze the role of iNKT cells during chronic inflammation in adipose tissues in a mouse model of obesity established with high-fat diet.Methods:Changes in mouse body weight, mental state, glucose tolerance and insulin tolerance were recorded. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was used to observe pathological changes in adipose tissues. Flow cytometry was performed to detect the percentages and subsets of iNKT cells as well as the percentages and subtypes of macrophages. The levels of cytokines in serum samples and the culture supernatants of lymphocytes in adipose tissues were detected with CBA. The expression of related proteins in adipose tissues was detected by Western blot.Results:(1) The volume of adipose cells increased significantly after four weeks of high-fat feeding, but the infiltration of inflammatory cells was not obvious. Significantly increased infiltration of inflammatory cells was observed after 12 weeks of high-fat feeding. (2) High-fat feeding could reduce the percentage of iNKT cells, increase the proportion of iNKT1 subgroup and decrease the proportion of iNKT10 subgroup in adipose tissues. The proportion of iNKT1 subgroup in thymus increased, but that of iNKT2 subgroup decreased. The percentage of macrophages and the proportion of M1 subgroup in adipose tissues increased, while the proportion of M2 subgroup decreased, which were more obvious after 12 weeks of high-fat feeding. (3) High-fat feeding resulted in decreased expression of E4BP4 and arginase-1 (Arg-1) in adipose tissues and increased expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). (4) High-fat feeding significantly increased the pro-inflammatory cytokines and decreased the anti-inflammatory cytokines in mouse serum and culture supernatants of lymphocytes in adipose tissues with more significant changes observed after 12 weeks of high-fat feeding.Conclusions:Increased iNKT1 and decreased iNKT10 in obese adipose tissues might be closely related to the increased M1 polarization and the imbalance of iNKT subsets might be involved in the progression of chronic inflammation in obese adipose tissues.

Objective:To investigate the expression of programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) in rectal cancer tissues and the correlation of PD-L1 expression with clinicopathological characteristics and overall survival of patients.Methods:The clinical data of 200 newly treated rectal cancer patients in Shanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The expression of PD-L1 in rectal cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlations of PD-L1 expression with gender, age, tumor T stage, lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation, histological type, tumor TNM stage, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and overall survival of patients were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of PD-L1 was 24% (48/200). The positive expression rate of PD-L1 was high in patients with lymph node metastasis and high NLR (≥ 3.5) (both P < 0.05). The 5-year overall survival rate in PD-L1-positive group was 42%, and the PD-L1-negative group was 59%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that lymph node metastasis ( HR = 3.456, 95% CI 2.148-5.556, P < 0.01), NLR ≥ 3.5 ( HR = 1.871, 95% CI 1.169-2.996, P = 0.009), and PD-L1-positive expression ( HR = 2.187, 95% CI 1.373-3.484, P = 0.001) were independent adverse influencing factors for the overall survival of rectal cancer patients. Conclusion:PD-L1 is highly expressed in rectal cancer tissues, and the positive expression of PD-L1 is associated with poor overall survival of patients.

A total of 2 122 pregnant women were enrolled in Maternal and Child Health Care Center of Ma′anshan from June 2015 to June 2016, and they were followed up from the beginning of pregnancy to children′s 24 months of age. Excluding 564 pairs of mothers and children who were lost to follow-up or with incomplete information on the use of antibiotics and children′s allergic symptoms, a total of 1 558 pairs of mothers and children were included in the analysis of this study. The parents and children′s general demographic information, early-life antibiotic exposure and other data were collected, the information about allergic symptoms in children aged 6-11 months and 18-23 months were investigated by reference to the "International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood (ISAAC)". The univariate and multivariate binary unconditional logistic regression model was used to was used to estimate associations between the effects of early-life antibiotic exposure on allergic symptoms in 2-year-old children.Results:The antibiotic usage rate of pregnant women during pregnancy was 3.4% (53), and the antibiotic usage rates of children between 0 to 2 months, 3 to 5 months, and 6 to 11 months were separately 15.2%(237), 15.5%(242) and 17.3%(269). The total prevalence of allergic diseases in children aged 6 to 11 months was 24.1% (375 children), and the total prevalence of allergic diseases in children aged 18 to 23 months was 22.0% (342 children). After adjust parental (maternal) education level, family monthly income per capita, parental (maternal) allergy history, parental (maternal) age at pregnancy, mother′s Body Mass Index (BMI) before pregnancy, exposure to second-hand smoke during pregnancy, delivery method, child gender, birth weight, preterm birth, the use of antibiotics when children were 3-5 months old ( RR=1.61,95% CI:1.19-2.17) and 6-11 months old ( RR=1.43,95% CI:1.06-1.93) were the risk factors for allergic symptoms at 6-11 months of age; and the use of antibiotics when children were 0-2 months old (RR=1.41, 95% CI: 1.03-1.95), 3-5 months old ( RR=1.54, 95% CI: 1.12-2.11) and 6-11 months old ( RR=1.58, 95% CI: 1.17-2.14) were the risk factors for allergic symptoms at 18-23 months of age. Conclusion:Children′s exposure to antibiotics within 1 year of age was a risk factor for allergic symptoms in children aged 6-11 months and 18-23 months, children should avoid unnecessary antibiotic use in infancy.

Objective:To investigate the developmental behavior of early term infants at 6 months and its difference from that of complete full-term infants.Methods:A healthy maternal and infant birth cohort in maanshan city, established in Maanshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016. Birth outcomes were copied from the hospital electronic medical record system after delivery. The Chinese Ages and Stages Questionnaires was used to assess developmental behavior. The chi-square test and multivariate unconditional logistic regression model were used to analyze the differences in the behavioral development of early and full term infants.Results:The birth rate of early term infants was 24.74% (500/2 021). The detection rates of communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving and individual-social areas in early term infants were 2.1%, 3.2%, 6.1%, 6.3% and 2.7%, respectively. The detection rate of problem-solving area in early term infants was significantly higher than that in the full-term infants (6.3% vs. 3.7%, χ 2=5.42, P<0.05). After controlling for confounding factors, compared with full-term infants, the risk of problem-solving area in early infants was significantly increased ( OR=1.65, 95%CI:1.01-2.70, P<0.05). Conclusion:The risk of behavioral retardation in Early term infants is significantly higher than that in full-term infants, and long-term follow-up and appropriate early development promotion interventions are needed to improve their quality of life.

Objective To understand the physical activity of early stage pregnant women and explore its influential factors. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016, 2122 pregnant women with early pregnancy card in Ma An Shan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and surveyed with a questionnaire. The Physical Activity Questionnaire was used to understand the physical activity of pregnant women in their early pregnancy. Analysis of variance and t-test were used to describe the distribution of energy expenditures of physical activity of pregnant women with different demographic characteristics, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the energy expenditure of their physical activity. Result The duration of activities of sleep and sitting type was (16.56 ± 3.54) h, accounting for 83.38％of total activity time;the energy consumption value was (17.17±5.59) METs·h;mild physical activity time was (2.62±1.86) h, accounting for total time. 13.19％and the energy consumption value was (6.06±4.43) METs·h;the average time of moderate to severe physical activity was (0.68±0.93) h, accounting for 3.42％of total physical activity time, and the energy consumption value was (3.22±4.58) METs·h. In the univariate analysis, the energy expenditures of physical activity between the different groups (t=-3.551), education level (F=1.347), and occupation type (F=1.485) were different, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In multiple linear regression analysis, different occupational types and education were the energy expenditure levels of physical activity during early pregnancy. Influencing factors (P<0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women have longer periods of sleep and meditation during the first trimester, and shorter duration of physical activity than mild and above;the energy expenditure of physical activity during the first trimester of pregnancy is affected by the occupational type and educational level of the pregnant woman.

Objective: To analyze the urinary iodine status of urban and rural residents in some areas of Gansu Province and its related influencing factors, and to provide certain references for scientific iodine intake of urban and rural residents in Gansu Province. Methods: Subjects in Gansu Province with normal thyroid function were recruited in the investigation of thyroid diseases and iodine nutritional status, conducted a questionnaire survey and measured height, weight, waist circumference, collected 1 urine sample, and tested their urinary iodine levels. The urinary iodine levels of different groups were compared based on different gender, region, age, body weight, the waist, and salt intaking. The affecting factors of urinary iodine levels were analyzed by multiple linear regression models. Results: Totally 1 964 subjects were recruited, including 1 099 males, and 865 females. The age was (41.23 ± 14.75) years old. The median urinary iodine of the selected group was 225.60 (158.80, 311.58) μg/L. The urinary iodine level of rural residents was significantly higher than that of urban residents [μg/L: 249.80 (180.58, 336.88) vs 206.25 (148.03, 280.33), Z=-8.015, P < 0.05], and there was no significant difference between the urinary iodine levels of male and female [μg/L: 222.40 (161.60, 298.90) vs 230.60 (158.00, 326.40), P > 0.05]. The composition ratio of < 100 μg/L group in rural areas was lower than that in urban areas (5.14% vs 8.27%, χ²= 7.45, P < 0.05), and the composition ratio of ≥300 μg/L group was higher than that in urban areas (34.93% vs 21.51%, χ²= 43.87, P < 0.05). The composition ratio of ≥300 μg/L group in male was lower than that in female (24.57% vs 31.21%, χ²= 10.73, P < 0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that lived in rural areas, age, moderate and severe salt intaking, student, and weight were independently correlated with urinary iodine levels (β= 0.074, -0.001, 0.059, 0.034, 0.096, -0.003, P < 0.05). And the urinary iodine levels were decreased with age and weight increased (P < 0.05). Conclusions At present, the iodine nutrition level of urban and rural residents in some areas of Gansu Province is generally over the adequate level. The urinary iodine level of rural residents is higher than that of urban residents. In the future, we should pay attention to the impact of different living areas, salt intaking and body weight on urinary iodine levels to prevent thyroid diseases.
