With the rapid development of competitive sports, the incidence of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is on the rise. Such injuries may shorten athletes′ career and lead to other long-term adverse consequences. Although athletes generally recover well after ACL reconstruction, many still struggle to return to their pre-injury performance levels. Advances in the understanding of ACL anatomy and injury mechanisms, along with the evolution of surgical techniques and rehabilitation methods, have provided more individualized and tailored options for athletes following ACL injuries. However, there is currently no consensus in China regarding surgical and rehabilitation strategies for competitive athletes aiming to return to sports after ACL injuries. To this end, the Sports Medicine Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association and the Editorial Board of the Chinese Journal of Trauma jointly formulated the Expert consensus on surgical treatment and rehabilitation for competitive sports athletes returning to sports after anterior cruciate ligament injury ( version 2025), and presented 14 recommendations covering surgical indications, preoperative rehabilitation, surgical timing, surgical strategies and postoperative rehabilitation strategies, aiming to improve the surgical treatment and rehabilitation system for ACL injuries in competitive athletes and facilitate their return to high-level sports performance after injury.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2015;(11):823-827
Objective To observe the factors affecting inadequate ST-segment resolution in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods The patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction undergoing emergency PCI were enrolled for study. According to the ratio of ST-segment resolution, 186 cases were divided into inadequate ST-segment resolution group (54 cases) and relatively adequate ST-segment resolution (132 cases). Clinical data of two groups were compared. The single factor and multiple Logistic regression analysis were performed to determine the factors influencing inadequate ST-segment resolution. Results Pre-infarction angina was protective factor of inadequate ST-segment resolution after emergency PCI (OR=0.361, 95%CI 0.131-0.994, P<0.05). Anterior myocardial infarction, attack-to-balloon time, Killip classification and white blood cell counts were risk factors of inadequate ST-segment resolution (OR=2.389, 95%CI 1.194-4.781;OR=1.655, 95% CI 1.082-2.532; OR=1.319, 95% CI 1.026-1.695; OR=1.184, 95% CI 1.004-1.396, P<0.05). Conclusions Patients with pre-infarction angina could reduce the risk of inadequate ST-segment resolution after PCI. Patients with anterior myocardial infarction, long attack-to-balloon time, Killip classification≥2 and high blood cell counts could increase the risk of inadequate ST-segment resolution, and earlier and more active clinical intervention should be taken.

OBJECTIVETo develop a rapid, simple, cost-effective, accurate and sensitive method for quantitative detection of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) 3243A→G mutation in order to provide reference for selecting the best detection method under different conditions.
METHODSGenomic DNA was extracted from peripheral leucocytes of 17 individuals from a Wenzhou family featuring maternally inherited diabetes and deafness (MIDD). Heteroplasmic level of mtDNA 3243A→G mutation was determined respectively with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RLFP), real time-amplification refractory mutation system-quantitative PCR (RT-ARMS-qPCR) and pyrosquencing. Eleven plasmids with various heteroplasmic levels of the 3243A→G mutation (ranging from 0 to 100%)were constructed as the standards. The reliability of above methods was compared by correlation coefficient based on observed and expected values.
RESULTSFor all three methods, measurement of the standards showed a linear correlation between the expected and detected values, i.e., PCR-RFLP (R(2)=0.828), RT-ARMS-qPCR (R(2)=0.998) and pyrosquencing (R(2)=0.997). For the MIDD family, it was consistent that there are 13 members carrying the A3243G mutation with different heteroplasmic levels. And there was no significant difference between the results by RT-ARMS-qPCR and pyrosquencing.
CONCLUSIONPCR-RFLP is not appropriate for the quantitative detection but could be used for early clinical screening. Both RT-ARMS-qPCR and pyrosquencing are suitable for the detection of low heteroplasmic level of A3243G mutation. Compared with pyrosquencing, RT-ARMS-qPCR is rapid, reliable and cost-effective, and is the best choice for detecting low mutation loads.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;23(3):597-614
For the purpose of preparing the ondansetron hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and studying the influencing factors, we prepared the ondansetron hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, using hydroxypropylmethylcellose (HPMC) as the matrix material. Then we investigated the effects of the viscosity and amount of HPMC,the sort of fillers, the preparation methods, the alcohol content in adhesives, and the pH of the dissolving solution on the release of ondansetron hydrochloride from sustained-release tablets. On the basis of pharmaceutical preformulation studies, the best formulation and preparation methods were screened out according to orthogonal experiment design method. The release behavior of the tablets followed the Higuchi equation. The viscosity of HPMC,the sort of fillers and the rotation speed had no significant effects on the release of ondansetron hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, while the preparation methods, the alcohol content in adhesives and the pH of the dissolving solution influcenced the release of ondansetron hydrochloride sustained-release tablets significantly. Ondansetron hydrochloride sustained-release tablets had good drug relase behavior for in 12 h in vitro.
