Objective To explore the risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage in the patients with severe preeclampsia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 767 pregnant women with se-vere preeclampsia admitted and treated in this hospital from January 2021 to July 2023.Among them,80 pa-tients with severe preeclampsia who developed postpartum hemorrhage were included in the observation group,and the remaining 687 patients without PPH were included in the control group.The univariate analysis and binary logistic multivariate regression analysis were used to identify the independent risk factors for post-partum hemorrhage.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the effectiveness of these risk factors in predicting postpartum hemorrhage occurrence in the patients with severe preeclampsia.Results The univariate analysis results showed that the incidence rates of assisted reproduction,twin preg-nancy,hypoproteinemia,placenta previa,oligohydramnios,abnormal umbilical cord blood flow and nuchal cord in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The binary lo-gistic regression analysis results revealed that the large neonatal birth weight,assisted reproduction,hypopro-teinemia,placenta previa and twin pregnancy were the independent risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage oc-currence in the patients with severe preeclampsia.The ROC curve analysis results indicated that the area un-der the curve(AUC)of the above factors for predicting postpartum hemorrhage in the patients with severe preeclampsia was 0.603,0.567,0.528,0.588 and 0.574,respectively.When the combined prediction,AUC was 0.735,the optimal cut-off value was 0.385,the sensitivity was67.5％and specificity was 71.0％.Conclu-sion Large neonatal birth weight,assisted reproduction,hypoproteinemia,placenta previa and twin pregnancy are the independent risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage occurrence in the patients with severe preeclampsia.

Influenza is a contagious respiratory disease caused by influenza viruses, and the burden of severe disease is commonly seen in high risk populations. Influenza vaccination is an effective way to prevent influenza and its complications, especially for high risk populations. Although some countries have included influenza vaccine in their national immunization programs, influenza vaccination rates remain low globally in high risk populations. The influenza vaccine in China is still a non-immunization program vaccine that is voluntarily vaccinated at its own expense, and the influenza vaccine immunization strategy is different across the country. There is still a gap between the vaccination rate of the influenza vaccine and that of developed countries. It is an urgent problem to further optimize the whole population immunization strategy of influenza vaccine in China, strengthen the publicity of the whole population immunization strategy of influenza vaccine, and reduce the disease burden of influenza in China.

Objective To compare the efficacy of transversus fascia plane block combined with rectus sheath block(TFP-RSB)and transversus fascia plane block(TFP)in alleviating postoperative pain and in-flammation in patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic total hysterecto-my in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from December 2021 to September 2022 were ran-domly divided into the TFP-RSB group(n=30),the TFP group(n=30),and the blank control group(n=30).The TFP-RSB group received ultrasound-guided TFP-RSB for postoperative analgesia,and the TFP group received TFP block after surgery.The drug was 0.375％ropivacaine.Both groups received combined with pa-tient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)and those in the control group were treated with PCIA only.The efficacy of perioperative analgesia,postoperative sleep quality and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h after operation were compared among the three groups.The levels of IL-6 and Apelin-13 were measured before surgery and at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h postoperatively,and blood glucose was measured at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h postoperatively.Results The blood glucose levels at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h after operation in the TFP-RSB and the TFP groups were lower than those in the blank control group(P＜0.05).The blood glucose in the TFP-RSB group was lower than that in the TFP group at each time point after operation(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the dosage of sedatives and analgesics used during surgery between the TFP-RSB group and the TFP group(P＞0.05).VAS scores at 12 h and 24 h postoperatively were generally lower in the TFP-RSB group compared to the TFP group(P＜0.05),as well as compared to the blank control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores at 6h postoperatively between the TFP-RSB and TFP groups(P＞0.05),but both were lower than the blank control group(P＜0.05).The con-sumption of sufentanil at 24 h postoperatively was slightly lower in the TFP-RSB group than in the TFP group(P＜0.05).The PQSI sleep quality in the TFP-RSB group was better than that in the TFP and the blank control groups(P＜0.05).The levels of inflammatory factor IL-6(at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h postoperative-ly)were generally lower in the TFP-RSB group compared to the TFP group and the blank control group(P＜0.05),with no significant difference between the TFP group and the blank control group at 24 h postopera-tively(P＞0.05).Apelin-13 levels were lower at all postoperative time points compared to preoperative levels in all three groups(P＜0.05).Serum Apelin-13 levels at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h postoperatively were lower in the TFP-RSB group than in the TFP group(P＜0.05),and both were lower than the blank control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was lower in the TFP group(26.6％)than in the blank control group(50.0％),but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The incidence in the TFP-RSB group(3.3％)was lower than in the TFP group(26.6％)and the blank control group(50.0％),P＜0.05.Conclusion Compared with TFP block,TFP-RSB block has better postoperative analge-sia effect,less blood glucose fluctuations,and more obvious inhibitory effect on inflammatory response in dia-betic patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic total hysterectomy.

Purpose/Significance To analyze the influencing factors of user satisfaction on mobile medical platform,and to put for-ward suggestions to improve the quality of medical service and user satisfaction.Method/Process Taking the evaluation texts of users from eight tertiary hospitals in Guangxi in the online mobile medical service platform of haodf.com as the research object,the paper uses the software of ROST content mining system to filter meaningless words,carries out emotional analysis,word frequency statistical analysis and co-occurrence matrix semantic network analysis.Result/Conclusion The degree of satisfaction and recognition of users to the mo-bile medical service platform is high.From the perspective of influencing factors and departments,it puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the satisfaction of mobile medical service users.

Objective:To explore the use of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)method to identify polypropyl-ene infusion bottles material.Methods:The thermal analysis curve under nitrogen was determined at temperatures between 40 ℃ and 200 ℃ with a heating rate of 20 ℃·min-1,then cooled to 40 ℃ at a rate of 20 ℃·min-1.The sample was heated from 40 ℃ to 200 ℃ at a heating rate of 10 ℃·min-1,held the specimen at 200 ℃ for 10 min,then cooled to 40 ℃ at a rate of 10 ℃·min-1.Results:The melting peak temperature(Tm)of polypropyl-ene infusion bottles was between 145-150 ℃.Conclusion:The proposed method is accurate,sensitive,and sim-ple,and can be used for determination of polypropylene infusion bottles material,which can also provide reference for the standard improvement of polypropylene infusion bottles.

Objective:To establish a preparation method for dissolved matter test solution of polypropylene port for plastic infusion containers,and to provide a reference for a standard system for pharmaceutical packaging materials of this product.Methods:Determination for results of dissolved matter test solution by specific surface area method and mass method were compared and analyzed in pair.Results:There were differences in sample amount and con-tact area between the two methods,but the results of dissolved matter test solution were generally consistent.Paired sample Wilcoxon signed rank test and paired sample T-test were used in pH,readily oxidizable substances,and non-volatile substance which indicators are quantifiable.Results show that there were no significant differences between the test solution,with Cohen's d values of 0.153,0.218,and 0.296,respectively,which were small in magnitude.Conclusion:In the case of insignificant differences between the two sampling methods,for polypropyl-ene port for plastic infusion containers and other irregular products,it is recommended that the test solution is prepared by leaching by mass,that is,a leaching ratio of 0.2 g·mL-1 by mass or volume,with more reproducible results.This study provides a reference for the establishment of standard for polypropylene port for plastic infusion containers.

Using machine learning algorithms to construct an early prediction model of brucellosis to improve the diagnosis efficiency of Brucellosis. This study was a case-control study. 2 381 brucellosis patients from Beijing Ditan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University were retrospectively collected as case group, and healthy people from Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University were collected as control group from May 9, 2011 to November 29, 2021. The relevant clinical information and full blood count results of 13 257 data were collected and five algorithms of machine learning were used to construct an early predication model of brucellosis by using machine learning: random forest, Naive Bayes, decision tree, logistic regression and support vector machine;14 074 data (2 143 cases incase group and 11 931 cases in control group) were used to establish the early predication model of brucellosis, and 1 564 (238 cases in case group and 1 326 cases in control group) data were used to test the predication efficiency of the brucellosis model. The results showed that the support vector machine algorithm has the best predication performance by comparing the five machine learning models. The area under receiver curve (AUC) of receiver operating characteristic (ROC) was 0.991, and the accuracy, precision, specificity and Recall were 95.6%, 95.5%, 95.4% and 95.9%, respectively. Based on the SHAP plot, platelet distribution width (PDW) and basophil relative value (BASO%) results were low, and men with high coefficient of variation (R-CV), erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), and platelet volume (MPV) were predicted to be at high risk of brucellosis. Platelet distribution width (PDW) contributed the most to the prediction model, followed by red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation (R-CV). In conclusion, the establishment of a high-precision early predication method of brucellosis based on machine learning may be of great significance for the early detection and treatment of brucellosis patients.

Vaccination is the most cost-effective measure to prevent infectious diseases in both children and adults. At present, the global burden of infectious diseases in adults is still heavy. With the continuous development and improvement of vaccines, vaccination has shown great potential to prevent infectious diseases, further reduce the morbidity and mortality of infectious diseases in adults and improve people's life quality. This article summarizes the current status of adult immunization, immunization strategies of representative countries, different adult vaccination strategies, and the advantages and challenges of adult immunization to provide reference for further exploring adult immunization strategies and improving adult vaccination recommendations. More attention should be paid to the immunization strategies for different adult populations, and effective measures should be taken to improve the vaccination coverage for the better protection of people's life and health.

The purified Vero cell rabies vaccine (PVRV) has been used in rabies prevention for more than 40 years. A comprehensive review of the relevant researches on PVRV in rabies prevention at local and overseas in recent years shows that in the simplified Zagreb immunization program, PVRV has the similar immunogenicity and safety as in the standard Essen program. PVRV, purified chicken embryo cell rabies vaccine (PCECV) and human diploid cell rabies vaccine (HDCV) have similar immunogenicity and safety. PVRV also has good immunogenicity and safety in special populations such as those with diseases. The combined vaccination of PVRV and acellular diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and inactivated poliomyelitis combined vaccine (DTP-IPV) or others did not find immune interference, which provided feasibility for children to vaccinate against rabies at the same time of vaccinating with planned vaccines. The combination of PVRV and equine rabies immunoglobulin can also achieve better prevention effect. PVRV plays an important role in the prevention of rabies, and its wide application will make a positive contribution to achieving the goal of eliminating rabies transmitted from dogs to humans by 2030 proposed by World Health Organization (WHO).
