Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) in Zhejiang Province from 2019 to 2023, so as to provide the reference for strengthening SFTS prevention and control. Methods: Data on laboratory-confirmed SFTS cases in Zhejiang Province from 2019 to 2023 were collected through the Infectious Disease Reporting Information System of Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System. Meteorological data, geographic environment and socioeconomic factors during the same period were collected from the fifth-generation European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts, Geospatial Data Cloud, and Zhejiang Statistical Yearbook, respectively. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of SFTS from 2019 to 2023, and a Bayesian spatio-temporal model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of SFTS incidence. Results: A total of 578 SFTS cases were reported in Zhejiang Province from 2019 to 2023, with an annual average incidence of 0.23/105. The peak period was from May to July, accounting for 52.60%. There were 309 males and 269 females, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.15∶1. The cases were mainly aged 50-<80 years, farmers, and in rural areas, accounting for 82.53%, 77.34%, and 75.43%, respectively. Taizhou City and Shaoxing City reported more SFTS cases, while Shaoxing City and Zhoushan City had higher annual average incidences of SFTS. The Bayesian spatio-temporal interaction model showed good goodness of fit. The results showed that mean temperature (RR=1.626, 95%CI: 1.111-2.378) and mean wind speed (RR=1.814, 95%CI: 1.321-2.492) were positively correlated with SFTS risk, while altitude (RR=0.432, 95%CI: 0.230-0.829) and population density (RR=0.443, 95%CI: 0.207-0.964) were negatively correlated with SFTS risk. Conclusions SFTS in Zhejiang Province peaks from May to July. Middle-aged and elderly people and farmers are high-risk populations. Taizhou City, Shaoxing City, and Zhoushan City are high-incidence areas. Mean temperature, mean wind speed, altitude, and population density can all affect the risk of SFTS incidence.

Objective To explore the application effect of air bag compression combined with multi-step automatic decompression in radial artery hemostasis after coronary angiography in elderly patients. Methods A total of 630 elderly patients who underwent transradial coronary angiography in our hospital from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group, observation group 1, and observation group 2, with 210 patients in each group. The control group received manual compression hemostasis with a three-step air bag compressor after surgery, while the observation group 1 and observation group 2 received automatic compression hemostasis with a customized pressure step compressor for three-step and five-step compression, respectively, on the air bag compressor after surgery. The bleeding rate, delayed pressure release rate, radial artery stenosis rate, radial artery occlusion rate, and nursing work time were compared among the three groups after surgery (after CAG and before removal of the air bag compressor). Pain scores, heart rate, and blood pressure were recorded after surgery and before pressure release at 1 h after surgery. Results The observation group 2 had better results in bleeding rates, delayed pressure release rates, radial artery stenosis rates, and occlusion rates at the puncture site compared with the control group and observation group 1(P < 0.05). The nursing work time in the observation group 1 and observation group 2 was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The pain scores, heart rate, and systolic blood pressures before pressure release at 1 h after surgery were better in all three groups compared with those after surgery (P < 0.05). The pain scores, heart rates, and blood pressures before pressure release at 1 h after surgery in the observation group 2 were better than those in the control group and observation group 1 (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of air bag compression combined with a five-step gradual automatic decompression method for compression hemostasis can effectively reduce the incidence of radial artery complications, shorten nursing work time, and improve patients' comfort.

Objective To investigate the impact of selective ulnar artery continuous circulatory compression in reducing radial artery occlusion in elderly patients undergoing coronary intervention for coronary artery disease. Methods A total of 450 elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary intervention were selected as study objects, and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 225 patients in each group. The control group received non-occlusive radial artery compression postoperatively, while the experimental group underwent selective ulnar arteria continuous circulatory compression using a customized pulse wave sphygmomanometer on the basis of the control group for a duration of 4 hours. Puncture site bleeding, pain, thumb skin temperature, nursing workload, delayed pressure measurement rate, radial artery blood flow velocity, and rates of radial artery occlusion and stenosis were compared between the two groups 24 hours postoperatively. Results There were no significant differences in puncture site bleeding, pain, thumb skin temperature, nursing workload, and delayed pressure measurement rate between the two groups (P>0.05). However, the experimental group presented significantly faster radial artery blood flow velocity 0.5 hours before removing the blood pressure monitor, as well as lower rates of radial artery occlusion and stenosis 24 hours postoperatively compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of a blood pressure monitor for selective continuous circulatory compression for a duration of 4 hours can enhance radial artery blood supply and reduce rates of postoperative radial artery occlusion and stenosis in elderly coronary intervention patients under the premise of not increasing the risk of bleeding, pain, nurse workload and delayed pressure extraction.

Methods Clinical materials of 55 patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy by treatment of percutaneous septal chemical ablation were analyzed retrospectively, and the whole nursing measures were summarized. Results There were 47 cases of mild and moderate chest pain, 8 cases of severe chest pain, 1 case of vagal reflex, 55 cases of right bundle branch block, 4 cases of left bundle branch block, 36 cases of degree Ⅲ atrioventricular block and 55 cases of polygenic ventricular premature. Fifty-five patients had chest pain with varying degrees, 3 patients had degree Ⅲ atrioventricular block and 48 patients had ventricular premature beats. After treatment, all patients were converted to sinus rhythm and discharged from hospital. Conclusion Strengthening perioperative observation can improve the quality of nursing, reduce complications, improve the effect of operation and promote the rehabilitation of patients.

Objective To observe the local field potential activity of dorsomedial and dorsolater striatal (STR) neurons in rats with exercise-induced fatigue,so as to explore the regional characteristics of those neurons.Methods Thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group(CG),a single fatigue group(SFG)and a repeated fatigue group(RFG),each of 12.The exercise-induced fatigue model was established according to a load-increasing treadmill running protocol.The CG did not do any treadmill running,SFG finished one-time exhaustive exercise while the RFG repeated exhaustive exercise 6 times.The extracellular glass microelectrode technique was used to record the spontaneous firing of dorsomedial(n=6)and dorsolateral(n=6)STR neurons in vivo to observe the discharging frequency,characteristics and types.Results (1)Spontaneous firing frequencies of striatal neurons in SFG were significantly higher than those of CG(P＜0.01),while those of RFG were significantly lower than SFG.(2) After repeated fatigues,there were significant decreases in the irregular firing pattern and significant increase in the explosive firing of striatal neurons compared with CG(P＜0.05).(3)After the single fatigue and repeated fatigue,the discharging frequency of dorsomedial medium spiny-like neurons increased significantly(P＜0.05),and that after repeated fatigue significantly higher than that of the dorsolateral(P＜0.01).The discharge frequency of the dorsomedial and dorsolateral fast-spiking neurons decreased significantly after repeated fatigues.The discharge frequency of dorsolateral large aspiny-like neurons of RFG was significantly higher than SFG,while that of the latter was significantly lower than CG(P＜0.05).Conclusions (1)Striatal neurons mediate exercise-induced fatigue and present regional characteristics,which might be due to dorsomedial and dorsolateral striatal neurons receiving different types of projection neurons.(2) Striatal fast-spiking neurons may play an important role in mediating the exercise-induced fatigue.
