As the core vehicle for preserving and transmitting traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) academic thought and clinical experience, the establishment of a robust quality evaluation system for TCM clinical case reports is a crucial component in the current standardization and modernization of TCM. Based on the practical experience of constructing the China Clinical Cases Library of Traditional Chinese Medicine by the China Association of Chinese Medicine, this study conducted a comprehensive analysis of critical challenges, including insufficient authenticity and unfocused evaluation criteria. It proposed a three-dimensional evaluation framework grounded in the structure-process-outcome logic, encompassing three dimensions of authenticity and standardization, characteristics and advantages, application and translational impact. This framework integrated 12 key evaluation indicators in a systematic manner. The model preserved the academic characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, while aligning with modern scientific research standards, achieving a balance between individualized TCM experience and standardized evaluation. Concurrently, this study provided theoretical foundations and methodological guidance for evaluating the quality of TCM clinical cases, contributing significantly to the inheritance of TCM knowledge, evidence-based practice, and the reform of talent evaluation mechanisms.

Objective:To analyze the differences in endoscopic and pathological features in autoimmune gastritis (AIG) patients with and without Helicobacter pylori ( HP) infection, and to explore the effects of HP on the clinical manifestations and disease development in AIG patients. Methods:From January 2022 to April 2024, 174 AIG patients who visited Beijing Hospital and met the 2022 AIG diagnostic criteria established by Japanese Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society were enrolled and divided into the HP-infected group (including current and previous infection, 77 cases) and the HP-unifected group (97 cases). The general clinical data, laboratory examinations endoscopic findings, and pathological characteristics of the two groups were analyzed. Independent sample t-test and chi-square test were used for statistical analyses. Results:The vitamin B 12 level of HP-infected group was higher than that of HP-unifected group ((573.81±460.77) ng/L vs. (411.86±335.00) ng/L), and the difference was statistically significant ( t=-2.57, P=0.011). The average red blood cell volume of HP-infected group was lower than that of HP-unifected group ((87.30±8.86) fL vs. (98.50±49.82) fL), and the difference was statistically significant ( t=2.16, P=0.033). The proportion of intestinal metaplasia in gastric fundus in HP-infected group was lower than that in HP-unifected group (50.6% (39/77) vs. 73.2% (71/97)), and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=9.38, P=0.002). Conclusion:HP infection in AIG patients may delay the malabsorption of vitamin B 12 and the occurrence of intestinal metaplasia in gastric fundus.

The integration of digital technology with dentistry has become a central driving force in 21st-century dental innovation. Within the realm of occlusal function research, analytical methodologies are undergoing a paradigm shift: evolving from traditional empirical models toward multidimensional intelligent systems capable of digital precision assessment. The critical need for accurate occlusal contact analysis in both clinical practice and scientific research underscores the strategic importance of selecting context-appropriate analysis technologies, a process fundamental to ensuring diagnostic precision and research reproducibility. This investigation systematically discussed the evolutionary trajectory of occlusal analysis technologies through three key dimensions: technical principles, metric innovation, and efficacy evaluation framework. By conducting comparative analyses of various methodologies, we focus on delineating their unique technical advantages and clinical applicability boundaries. The study ultimately aims to establish evidence-based selection protocols for precision occlusal diagnostics while charting technical roadmaps for the iterative advancement of intelligent occlusal analysis systems.

Objective To develop an assessment scale for post-intensive care syndrome in pediatrics(PICS-p)and evaluate its reliability and validity, aiming to provide a scientifically sound and feasible tool for clinical assessment. Methods Based on the PICS-p conceptual framework, combined with literature review,semi-structured interviews, and Delphi expert consultation,a preliminary scale was developed. From June to December 2023,a survey was conducted among 330 pediatric patients who were discharged from a tertiary children's hospital in Hangzhou, followed by a two-week retest with 30 children to assess the reliability and validity of the scale. Results Finally 304 children completed the survey. The Post-Intensive Care Syndrome Scale for Children consists of 4 dimensions of physical dysfunction, cognitive dysfunction, psychological dysfunction and social dysfunction, with a total of 29 entries, with a cumulative variance contribution of 61.705%.The content validity index for individual items ranged from 0.800 to 1.000,and the content validity index for the scale as a whole was 0.98.The dimensions of the scale showed positive correlations with the Functional Status Scale(r=0.438-0.581,P<0.001).The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.847;the split-half reliability was 0.868;the test-retest reliability was 0.832.Conclusion The scale demonstrates good reliability and validity, and it is suitable for assessing the severity of PICS-p in pediatric patients discharged from the PICU.

Digital technologies have become an integral part of complete denture restoration. With advancement in computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), tools such as intraoral scanning, facial scanning, 3D printing, and numerical control machining are reshaping the workflow of complete denture restoration. Unlike conventional methods that rely heavily on clinical experience and manual techniques, digital technologies offer greater precision, predictability, and efficacy. They also streamline the process by reducing the number of patient visits and improving overall comfort. Despite these improvements, the clinical application of digital complete denture restoration still faces challenges that require further standardization. The major issues include appropriate case selection, establishing consistent digital workflows, and evaluating long-term outcomes. To address these challenges and provide clinical guidance for practitioners, this expert consensus outlines the principles, advantages, and limitations of digital complete denture technology. The aim of this review was to offer practical recommendations on indications, clinical procedures and precautions, evaluation metrics, and outcome assessment to support digital restoration of complete denture in clinical practice.

Idiopathic gingival fibromatosis is a rare, benign condition of unknown etiology characterized by extensive gingival overgrowth. This case reports a severe skeletal Class Ⅱ adult female patient with idiopathic gingival fibromatosis. The patient underwent multidisciplinary treatment involving periodontics, orthodontics, and orthognathic surgery, resulting in remarkable crown height elongation, substantial improvements in occlusal function and aesthetics, and stable long-term follow-up outcomes. This case provides a reference for future clinical practice.
