Cholestatic liver disease (CLD) is closely associated with bile acid homeostasis imbalance, oxidative stress, inflammatory responses, mitochondrial damage, and hepatic fibrosis. Nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) can regulate molecules related to antioxidation, detoxification, and bile acid transport, and together with signaling pathways such as farnesoid X receptor (FXR), silent information regulator 1/AMP-activated protein kinase, and nuclear factor-κB, participates in the development and progression of CLD. This review summarizes the role of Nrf2 in the development and progression of CLD, as well as the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) active constituents and formulas/Chinese patent medicine in regulating Nrf2 for the intervention of CLD. The results indicate that TCM active constituents such as terpenoids, saponins, flavonoids, and polysaccharides, as well as formulas/Chinese patent medicine with the effects of heat-clearing and dampness-draining, liver-soothing and choleretic-promoting, and body-strengthening and liver-protecting, can improve bile acid metabolism and transport and alleviate oxidative stress, inflammatory responses, and hepatic fibrosis by regulating Nrf2-related signaling pathways. However, existing studies still primarily judge based on Nrf2 expression, nuclear translocation, and downstream molecular expression changes, and the understanding of the regulatory relationship between Nrf2 and signaling pathways such as FXR, as well as the synergistic mechanisms of multiple constituents in formulas, remains insufficient. Future studies can strengthen gene intervention and functional validation, utilize liver or bile duct organoids, co-culture systems, and other approaches, and combine bile acid profiling and multi-omics analysis to further elucidate the mechanism by which TCM regulates Nrf2 to ameliorate CLD.

Objective:To explore the latent categories of barriers to PhaseⅡ cardiac rehabilitation in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), and to analyze the influencing factors of different latent classes. Methods:A total of 340 CABG patients in PhaseⅡ cardiac rehabilitation were recruited by convenience sampling from two Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Shanghai between January and August 2024. Data were collected using a general information questionnaire, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Barriers Scale (CRBS), and the Fear of Exercise Scale for Cardiac Patients. Latent profile analysis was used to classify the cardiac rehabilitation barriers, and multinomial Logistic regression was conducted to identify influencing factors for different latent classes. Results:Of the 340 questionnaires distributed, 319 valid responses were obtained after excluding incomplete or patterned questionnaires, with a valid response rate of 93.82% (319/340). The cardiac rehabilitation barriers among the 319 CABG patients were classified into three latent profiles: low-barrier, active rehabilitation type; moderate-barrier, poor-functioning type; and moderate-barrier, insufficient-perception type. Multinomial logistic regression analysis indicated that smoking, comorbidities, age, educational level, and fear of exercise were statistically significant influencing factors for different barrier profiles ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Cardiac rehabilitation barriers in CABG patients exhibit heterogeneity. Medical staff should adopt targeted intervention strategies based on the specific barrier profiles, reduce patients' fear of exercise, and thereby improve rehabilitation outcomes.

Women′s health is the cornerstone of national health. During the 70 years since the founding of New China, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, a legal system and related policies including more than 100 laws and regulations have been established to fully protect women′s rights and health, and women′s rights and health throughout their life cycle have been effectively protected. The health status of Chinese women has been significantly improved, the form and accessibility of women′s health care services have been continuously improved, and the building of women′s health care teams has been continuously strengthened. All of these achievements demonstrate the original intention of the Communist Party of China to put people′s health first and action of forging ahead.

The major of midwifery is the basic platform of midwifery talent training, and its construction and development is very important for maternal health care. The midwifery education in China has experienced more than 100 years of development, especially after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the undergraduate education program of midwifery and clinical practice have developed rapidly. At the end of 2019, 64 universities in China have added undergraduate major of midwifery. China maternal and child health association has established 10 standardized training bases for midwives. The quality of maternal health has improved significantly in the past two decades.
