Objective:To investigate the level of occupational health literacy (OHL) among workers in the electronic manufacturing industry, analyze the influencing factors, and provide a scientific basis for occupational health promotion work. Methods:From July to September 2022, a stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted, and 870 workers from 20 large, medium, small and micro electronic manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects. The OHL level of workers was investigated by using the "Personal Questionnaire for Monitoring and Surveying Occupational Health Literacy of National Key Populations", and the influencing factors were analyzed by binary logistic regression. Results:The OHL level of workers in electronic manufacturing industry was 36.09% (314/870). The OHL levels in the four dimensions of occupational health legal knowledge, basic knowledge of occupational health protection, healthy work methods and behaviors, and basic skills of occupational health protection were 39.08% (340/870), 78.97% (687/870), 56.55% (492/870), and 22.41% (195/870), respectively. logistic regression analysis showed that junior high school, senior high school/vocational high school/technical secondary school education, and average monthly income of 5000-6999 yuan and ≥7000 yuan were protective factors for high OHL levels among workers ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The OHL level of workers in the electronic manufacturing industry is relatively low, and the promotion and intervention of OHL should be actively carried out to effectively improve the health literacy level of workers, focusing on workers with low education and low income.

OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the short-term effectiveness of Ilizarov technique combined with steel needle internal fixation in treating Charcot neuroarthropathy (CN) of the foot and ankle.
METHODS:
Between June 2020 and December 2023, 12 patients with Eichenholtz stage Ⅲ CN of the foot and ankle were treated with Ilizarov technique and steel needle internal fixation. There were 9 males and 3 females with an average age of 48.6 years (range, 19-66 years). The disease duration ranged from 1 to 16 months (mean, 6.8 months). Ankle joint involvement predominated in 7 cases, while midfoot involvement occurred in 5 cases; 3 cases presented with skin ulceration and soft tissue infection. Preoperative American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score was 31.2±9.0, 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36)-Physical Component Summary (PCS) score was 32.6±6.8, and Mental Component Summary (MCS) score was 47.8±8.4. Postoperative assessments included wound healing, regular X-ray film/CT evaluations of fusion status, and effectiveness via AOFAS and SF-36-PCS, MCS scores.
RESULTS:
All operations were successfully completed without neurovascular complication. Two patients experienced delayed wound healing requiring intervention, and the others achieved primary healing. All patients were followed up 15-43 months (mean, 23.3 months). Imaging confirmed successful joint fusion within 13-21 weeks (mean, 16.8 weeks). At last follow-up, the AOFAS score was 72.5±6.4, and the SF-36-PCS and MCS scores were 63.2±8.4 and 76.7±5.3, respectively, all of which improved compared to preoperative levels, with significant differences ( P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
Ilizarov technique combined with steel needle internal fixation effectively restores walking function and achieves satisfactory short-term effectiveness in CN of the foot and ankle.

Objective To develop and validate the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Scale for Prevention of Occupational Low Back Pain for Nurses (hereinafter referred to as KAP). Methods Based on the knowledge, attitudes and practice theory, a list of 48 potential items were developed by reviewing literatures related to the prevention of occupational low back pain in nurses. The Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation on the items, and the KAP (draft) with 31 items was formed. A total of 269 nurses in a hospital in Guangdong Province were selected as study subjects by convenience sampling method and investigated with the KAP (draft). The list was selected and its validity tested using SPSS 25.0 software. Results The authority degrees of two rounds of expert consultation were 0.919 and 0.922. All of the recovery rates of valid questionnaires were >80.0%, with the coefficients of variation ranged from 0.07 to 0.40 and 0.05 to 0.28. The Kendall's concordance coefficients were 0.198 and 0.274, respectively (all P<0.05). After item selection, five items were removed, resulting in the KAP with 28-item including three dimensions: knowledge, attitude and behavior. The scale-level content validity index/average was 0.976, and the item-level content validity index ranged from 0.833 to 1.000, as assessed by experts. The scale demonstrated 100.0% for convergent and discriminative validity of the three dimensions. The exploratory factor analysis revealed three factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 51.0%. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the overall scale and knowledge, attitude, and behavior dimensions were 0.880, 0.878, 0.895, and 0.877, respectively. Split-half reliability coefficients were 0.922, 0.863, 0.852, and 0.820, respectively. Conclusion The KAP shows good reliability and validity and can be used to assess knowledge, attitude and practice levels related to occupational low back pain prevention among nurses.
