Objective To establish and validate the reference interval for serum anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)in healthy women of childbearing age in Shenzhen using an indirect method based on mathematical statistics.Methods Collected the AMH data for women aged 21～50 in outpatient and physical examination populations in Shenzhen Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from 2017 to 2023.Grouping by age range of five,first performed normality tested on each group of data,and used the interquartile range method to remove outliers for non-normal data.Then established reference intervals for AMH in different age groups through indirect method(Hoffmann method)and verified them.Compared with the reference interval of the reagent instructions and analyzed the correlation be-tween serum AMH levels and age.Results The correlation coefficient between serum AMH and age in women of childbearing age was-0.642,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The distribution of AMH levels among women in six age groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(H=28 392.655,P<0.05),and AMH levels showed a decreasing trend with age.The reference range of serum AMH at ages 21～25,26～30,31～35,36～40,41～45 and 46～50 yesrs were 0.92～11.30,0.68～9.43,0.38～7.51,0.12～6.93,<4.42 and<1.83ng/ml,respectively,and all reference intervals in each group had been validated.Compared to the age groups provided by the manufacturer,the age groups in this study are more refined,the reference range was narrower,and the interpretation of clinical and laboratory data was more accurate.Conclusion This study used Hoffmann's indirect method for the first time to establish a reference range for AMH in women aged 21～50 years in Shenzhen.The reference interval established is more in line with the actual situation and is a simple and reliable acquisition mode,suitable for promotion and wide application in clinical labo-ratories.

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation assisted by O-arm navigation or C-arm X-ray fluoroscopy in the treatment of sacroiliac joint complex injury.Methods:A retrospective case-control study was conducted on 32 patients with sacroiliac joint complex injury admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from July 2016 to January 2019.There were 21 males and 11 females, aged from 20 to 59 years (mean, 41.3 years). According to Tile classification, there were 7 patients with type B1 fracturs, 13 with type B2, 5 with type B3, 5 with type C1, and 2 with type C1. Group A ( n=17) had percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation assisted by O-arm navigation, while Group B ( n=15) had percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation assisted by C-arm X-ray fluoroscopy. Time of single screw placement, time of intraoperative fluoroscopy, intraoperative bleeding volume and bone union time were measured. Reduction quality was evaluated by Matta standard score. Majeed function score was assessed 6 months at the latest follow-up. Complications were also observed. Results:All patients were followed up for 6-37 months (mean, 18.6 months). The time of sacroiliac joint screw placement [(27.3±5.1)minutes] and time of intraoperative fluoroscopy [(43.3±3.2)s] in Group A were significantly less than those in Group B [(52.3±5.9)minutes, (64.6±5.4)s] ( P<0.05). There were no significant differences between Group A and Group B in intraoperative bleeding [(17.8±2.6)ml vs. (20.7±3.1)ml] and bone union time [(13.4±1.4)weeks vs. (14.1±1.9)weeks] ( P>0.05). According to the reduction quality evaluated by Matta standard score, the good and excellent rate was 88% (15/17) in Group A and 87% (13/15) in Group B ( P>0.05). The good and excellent rate of the Majeed function score was 94% (16/17) in Group A and 87% (13/15) in Group B at the latest follow-up ( P>0.05). One patient in Group B demonstrated one screw slightly penetrating the anterior cortex of vertebral body. No neurovascular injury, wound infection, or screw loosening occurred. Conclusion:For sacroiliac joint complex injury, percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation assisted by O-arm navigation has advantages in the duration of screw placement and intraoperative fluoroscopy over percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation assisted by C-arm X-ray fluoroscopy.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of dynamic locking screw combined with plate internal fixation for tibial fractures. Methods: A retrospective case-control study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 36 patients with tibial fractures (AO 4A-C) admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from March 2017 to March 2018. There were 27 males and nine females, aged 26-71 years [(51.6±14.3)years]. A total of 18 patients were treated with dynamic locking screw combined with locking plate internal fixation (Group A), and another 18 patients received common locking screw combined with locking plate internal fixation (Group B). The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospital stay, visual analogue score (VAS), callus growth and fracture healing rate at 4, 8, 12 and 24 weeks after operation were compared between the two groups. At the same time, the complications of internal fixation were evaluated, including screw loosening, screw fracture and steel plate fracture. Results: All the patients were followed up for 8-18 months [(12.2±2.7)months]. There was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative VAS between the two groups (P>0.05). At 8 and 12 weeks after operation, the callus growth rate of Group A was 61% and 83% respectively, significantly higher than those of Group B (28% and 50%) (P<0.05). At 8, 12, and 24 weeks after operation, the fracture healing rate of Group A was 17%, 50% and 100% respectively, and those of Group B was 6%, 28% and 89%, showing no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). No complications or failure of internal fixation were found during the follow-up. Conclusion For tibial fractures, the locking plate internal fixation can achieve satisfactory clinical outcome, but the dynamic locking screw system can promote the growth of callus at early stage.

Objective To investigate the antimicrobial resistance ,molecular phenotypes ,virulence gene profiles of Salmonella A gona (S .A gona) isolated from patients with acute diarrhea ,and to better understand its epidemic trend ,prevention and treatment .Methods Clinical data and stool samples of patients with acute diarrhea during April to October in 2013 and 2014 from the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were collected .Enrichment culture ,biochemical identification and serotyping analysis were used to isolate and identify S .A gona strains .The isolated strains were further analyzed with antibiotics susceptibility test ,pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) ,multiple locus sequence typing (MLST ) , Quinolone resistance determining region (QRDR) .Plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance (PMQR) and β-lactamases genes (TEM ,SHV ,OXA ,and CTX-M) were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequencing .The representative genes carried by Salmonella pathogenicity islands (SPI) 1 — 6 ,9 — 12 and virulence plasmids were amplified by PCR .And the clinical characteristics of S .Agona infection were analyzed .Results Among 119 non-repetitive (non-typhoidal salmonella ,NTS) isolates during the two years ,eight isolates (6 .7％ ) of S .A gona were identified . The resistance rate of S .A gona strains to streptomycin was 100 .0％ , those to ampicillin and gentamicin were 62 .5％ ,to levofloxacin ,ciprofloxacin and nalicixic acid were 25 .0％ ,to chloramphenicol ,amoxillin/clavulanic acid and piperacillin tazobactam were 12 .5％ .The strains were susceptible to other drugs .All 8 isolates had the identical ST13 genotype .PFGE showed 5 clones ,and 4 out of 5 isolates had the exact same patterns of PFGE and drug susceptibility .Two (fluoroquinolones ,FQ) resistant strains carried gyrA mutation leading to amino acid substitutions at position 87 in GyrA ,and no PMQR genes was detected ,while one of which was sensitive to ciprofloxacin by K-B method .All five ampicillin-resistant isolates were positive for TEM-1b gene and one isolate of them was resistant to β-lactam/β-lactamase inhibitor complex .The representative genes carried by SPI 1 — 6 , 9 ,11 ,12 (hilA ,sseL ,mgtC ,siiE ,sopB ,pagN ,bapA ,pagC and sspH2) were 100 .0％ positive ,while the genes carried by SPI10 (sef A ) virulence plasmids (spvB , prot6E) were negative . Two patients with FQ resistant strains infection were clinically diagnosed with bacillary dysentery ,and the remaining six cases with FQ susceptible strains infection were clinically diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis .Conclusions FQs-resistant and multi-drug resistant S .A gonaisolates have emerged in clinical settings .These isolates carry a variety of virulence genes .Resistance to FQ of S .Agonamay cause more severe illness .ST13 might be the dominant genotype of S . A gona in China ,and we should try to prevent the infection outbreak of S .A gona .

We evaluated the anti-HBV effects of nucleotide analogues, Entecavir (ETV) and Lamivudine (LAM) targeting mouse model of HBV persistent infection with recombinant adeno-associated virus 8 carrying 1.3 copies of HBV genome (rAAV8-1.3HBV). Ninety percent (27 of 30 mice) of rAAVS-treated mice were chosen as mouse model. Four groups were orally administrated with different doses of ETV (1 mg/(kgd) or 0.1 mg/(kgd)) and LAM (500 mg/(kgd) or 100 mg/(kgd)) once a day for 10 days. The other two groups were set as normal saline treated and untreated control. We detected the levels of HBV DNA, HBeAg and HBsAg in sera at different time. Results indicate that HBV DNA level decreased significantly (P < 0.05) in drug-treated groups compared with normal saline group after drug administration. Fifteen days after the drug withdrawal, HBV DNA level rebounded back obviously (P < 0.05) in groups with low doses of ETV and LAM. However, there was no apparent change of HBeAg and HBsAg in the whole process among all groups. These results showed that our model could reflect the anti-viral effect of nucleotide analogues. This model can be a useful and convenient tool for anti-HBV drug discovery.

To establish an orthotopic transplant mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) labeled with secretary luciferase and to study its response to anti-tumor treatment with interferon-beta gene therapy. We labeled the murine hepatoma Hepal-6 cells with secretary Gaussia princeps luciferase (Gluc), and then injected Gluc labeled Hepal-6 cells intrasplenically in C57BL/6 mice. We monitored blood Glue to evaluate the tumor development and anti-tumor effects of hydrodynamic injection with interferon-beta expressing plasmid. We successfully established the orthotopic mouse model of HCC by intrasplenic injection of Glue labeled Hepal-6 cells. The Glue blood assay could reflect the amount of cancer cells in vivo, tumor progression, as well as anti-tumor effect of interferon-beta gene therapy. In conclusion, Gluc labeled orthotopic transplant mouse model of HCC can ex vivo real-time monitor the tumor development and tumor response to treatments.
