Objective To establish a dual wavelength HPLC method to compare the content changes of seven active components:monoglycoside,loganin,swertin,paeoniflorin,gallic acid,5-hydroxymethyl furfural and paeonol in Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(hereinafter referred to as"Liuweidihuang Decoction")before and after the preparation of Cornus wine;To explore the effect and mechanism of Liu(Shan)and Liu(Jiu)on 90 days after ovariectomy in postmenopausal osteoporosis model rats.Methods ①The contents of seven active ingredients in the Cornus wine mixed with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction were determined by dual wavelength HPLC.Chromatographic conditions:hypersil C18 chromatography(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase acetonitrile-0.3%phosphoric acid,gradient elution(0-7 min,0%-8%acetonitrile;7-15 min,8%-10%;15-20 min,10%-15%;20-30 min,15%-23%;30-50 min,23%-45%),flow rate 0.6 mL·min-1,detection wavelength:240 nm(monoglycoside,loganin,swertin,paeoniflorin),274 nm(gallic acid,5-hydroxymethyl furfural,paeonol),column temperature 30℃,injection volume 20 μL.②6-8 month old SD rats,divided into sham-operated group,model group,positive drug group,shanshuang flesh with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group(liu(shan)group)and wine cornelian flesh withLiuwei Dihuang Decoction group(liu(wine)group),dosing started on the 5 d after ovariectomy,weighed weekly,and 5 rats from each group were taken at 90 d after surgery,weighed,anaesthetized,serum taken,bilateral femurs,and organs(uterus,spleen,liver,both kidneys and heart)were weighed.Serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P)and estradiol(E2)levels were measured using a fully automated biochemical instrument and chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay,respectively;bone mineral density(BMD)values were measured using a dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer.HE staining was used to observe the morphological changes of bone tissue in rats.Results ①All the seven potent ingredients mentioned above were contained in the Liuwei Dihuang Decoction before and after the wine preparation of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,and the total content of the seven potent ingredients in liu(wine)was higher than that in liu(shan)(P<0.01).Among them,gallic acid and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural were higher in Liu(Jiu)than in Liu(Shan)(P<0.01),while the content of monosidine was lower than in Liu(Shan)(P<0.01).②Comparison with the sham-operated group:90 d after surgery,the serum Ca,P,E2 levels and uterine index of rats in the model group decreased(P<0.01),the BMD value decreased(P<0.01),and the degree of structural damage to bone tissue The degree of damage to the bone tissue structure was deepened,manifested by enlargement of the bone marrow cavity,gradual increase of adipocytes,dilution of the bone trabeculae arrangement,reduction of the number of bone trabeculae or even fracture.③Compared with the model group,90 d after surgery,the serum E2,Ca,P levels and uterine index of the rats in the liu(shan)and liu(wine)groups increased(P<0.05),the bone tissue structure of the liu(shan)and liu(wine)groups improved significantly,and the BMD value increased significantly(The liver and spleen indices of the liu(wine)groups increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of the wine preparation of Cornus officinalis and its use in the formula of LiuWei Di Huang Decoction both contain monosidine,strychnine,sweretin,paeoniflorin,gallic acid,5-hydroxymethyl furfural(5-HMF)and tannin,and can effectively interfere with PMOP.Among them,the anti-osteoporotic effect of Liu Wei Di Huang Tang,which was formulated with wine and dogwood,was better than that of Liu Wei Di Huang Tang,which was formulated with Cornus officinalis,and the former contained more 5-HMF and gallic acid than the latter,which may provide some experimental basis for the selection of wine and dogwood in the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia and the clinical application of Liu Wei Di Huang Tang in the prevention and treatment of PMOP.

Clinical research reports serve as the presentation of scientific research findings and directly reflect the quality of the research. This article describes the writing of different types of clinical research reports， such as observational studies and randomized controlled trial studies， with a particular focus on randomized controlled trials. Each scientific research design has its reporting focus， and the writing of scientific research papers has uniform requirements and a specific writing format. Mastering the proper format of drafting research reports is of practical value and significant importance for conduction high-quality clinical research.

Objective To observe the glymphatic system functional changes of bilateral cerebral hemispheres in early-stage Parkinson disease(PD)patients complicated with unilateral limb motor symptoms.Methods A total of 52 early-stage PD patients complicated with unilateral limb motor symptoms were prospectively enrolled,including 21 cases of left-onset PD(LPD group),31 cases of right-onset PD(RPD group).Meanwhile,28 healthy individuals were recruited as healthy controls(HC group).Clinical data and indices of diffusion tensor imaging analysis along the perivascular space(DTI-ALPS)were compared among 3 groups and between each 2 groups.The correlations of DTI-ALPS indices and clinical scales were analyzed.Results Significant difference of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score was found among 3 groups(P＜0.05).HAMD score of LPD group and RPD group were higher than that of HC group(both P＜0.017).There were significant differences of left and right cerebral hemispheres DTI-ALPS(DTI-ALPS_L,DTI-ALPS_R)indices among 3 groups(both P＜0.05).DTI_ALPS_R in LPD group was lower than that in HC group(P＜0.017),and DTI_ALPS_L in RPD group was lower than that in HC group(P＜0.017).No obvious correlation of bilateral cerebral hemisphere DTI-ALPS indices with clinical scales was detected in PD patients(all P＞0.05).Conclusion Like that of motor symptoms,glymphatic system dysfunction of PD patients had characteristics of laterality,manifested as DTI_ALPS_R decreased in LPD patients while DTI_ALPS_L decreased in RPD patients.

Objective:To observe and analyze the changes of macular retinal thickness and related factors in children with occult myopia.Methods:A prospective longitudinal control study. From February 2021 to February 2022, 120 eyes of 60 children who first visited Department of Ophthalmology of The Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College without any corresponding myopia correction treatment were included in the study. There were 32 males (64 eyes) and 28 females (56 eyes), with the age of 4-6 years. Visual acuity, medical optometry, corneal topography, spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) and axial length (AL) were measured at the first visit and 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. The children were divided into occult myopia group with 60 eyes of 30 cases and control group with 60 eyes of 30 cases according to visual acuity, equivalent spherical refraction (SE), AL and corneal curvature (CC). The macular fovea retinal thickness was measured by spectral-domain OCT enhanced deep imaging technique. According to the treatment and study of diabetic retinopathy, the retina within the 6 mm of the macular center was divided into three concentric circles with the macular fovea as the center, the central fovea of 1 mm, the inner ring of 1-3 mm and the outer ring of 3-6 mm. In the inner ring and outer ring, the retina was divided into 4 areas, upper and lower, left and right, with a total of 9 regions. The four regions of the inner ring and the outer ring were superior, inferior, nasal and temporal, respectively. The differences of AL, CC, SE, macular retinal thickness and the changes of related factors with time were compared between the occult myopia group and the control group. SE, AL, CC and retinal thickness in different macular regions of the two groups were compared by repeated measurement analysis of variance. In pairwise comparison, the minimum significant difference t test was used in different measurement time points, and the independent sample t test was used between groups at the same measurement time points. Results:At first diagnosis and after diagnosis, there were significant differences in SE ( F=783.710), AL ( F=742.192), macular fovea ( F=330.292), inferior and temporal ( F=158.250, 108.292) side of the outer ring retinal thickness in occult myopia group ( P <0.01). In the control group, there were significant differences in the retinal thickness of SE ( F=1 793.976), AL ( F=457.362), macular fovea ( F=31.029), inferior and temporal ( F=7.405, 77.245) side of the outer ring retinal thickness ( P<0.01). In both groups, with the prolongation of the time after the first diagnosis, the SE gradually increased, the AL gradually lengthened, and the thickness of the macular fovea, inferior and temporal side of the outer ring retinal thickness gradually thinned. Independent sample t test was performed on the data with differences between groups at the same time, and the results showed that at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after first diagnosis, there were significant differences in SE, AL and CC between the occult myopia group and the control group ( t=-4.801,-11.532, 16.276, -17.145), AL ( t=24.203, 26.353, 27.057, 25.552); CC ( t=-23.362, -25.382, -25.890, -24.350; P<0.01). There were significant differences in macular fovea, inferior and temporal side of the outer ring retinal thickness at 6, 9 and 12 months, macular fovea ( t=-2.596, -2.542, -2.941; P<0.05), outer ring temporal ( t =-2.285, -2.610, -2.506; P<0.05). Conclusion:The SE and AL of the occult myopia group and the control group increase with time, and the former increase more rapidly than the latter; the macular fovea, inferior and temporal side of the outer ring retinal become thinner, and the former become thinner than the latter.

Objective:To investigate the effect of different cleaning methods on the cleaning effect of Da Vinci robotic electrosurgical instruments and the feasibility of adenosine triphosphate(ATP) fluorescence detection technology for evaluating the cleaning effect of Da Vinci robotic electrosurgical instruments.Methods:A total of 180 electrosurgical instruments were divided into control group and test group by random digits table method from June 2018 to June 2019 after robotic surgery. For the control group, 90 cases were manually cleaned to complete the device cleaning process, and for the test group, 90 cases were mechanically cleaned to complete the device cleaning process. Through visual observation, magnifying glass examination and ATP fluorescence detection technology, the cleaning effect of the two methods and the correlation between the evaluation results obtained by ATP fluorescence detection technique and traditional inspection method were compared.Results:The qualified rate of visual observation, magnifying lens examination and ATP fluorescence detection in the control group were 95.56%(85/90), 86.67% (78/90) and 84.44% (76/90), respectively, and that in the test group were 100.00% (90/90), 97.78% (88/90) and 98.89% (89/90), respectively. The test group was higher than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2 values were 4.310, 7.745, 12.291, P<0.05 or 0.01). In the control group, there was a positive correlation between the qualified rate of ATP fluorescence detection and visual observation ( r value was 0.374, P < 0.01), and a significant positive correlation between the qualified rate of magnifying lens examination ( r value was 0.538, P < 0.01). In the test group, There was also a significant positive correlation between the qualified rate of ATP fluorescence detection and visual observation ( r value was 0.754, P < 0.01), and between the qualified rate of magnifying lens examination( r value was 0.556, P < 0.01). Conclusions:Mechanical cleaning is used to clean Da Vinci robotic electrosurgical instruments, which is superior to traditional manual cleaning. ATP fluorescence detection technology is feasible for evaluating the cleaning effect of Da Vinci robotic electrosurgical instruments.

Objective:To investigate the effect of astaxanthin on the refractive status and pathological morphology of the guinea pig myopia models induced by concave lens,and to elucidate the improvement effect of astaxanthin on the refractive status of myopia.Methods:A total of 48 healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank control group (n=12) and model group (n=36);the guinea pig myopia models (right eyes) were established with far vision optical method (left eyes were used as control).The guinea pig models were divided into model control group,high of astaxanthin (50 ig · kg-1) group and low dose of astaxanthin (25 ig · kg 1) group.After 2 and 4 weeks treatment,the diopters and the lengths of optic axis of both eyes of each guinea pig in various groups were tested,and at 4 weeks the right eyes of the pigs were removed and the pathomorphology was observed by HE staining.Results:The diopters of the model eyes in model group were lower than those of left eyes used as control (P＜0.05) and those of right eyes in blank control group after 2 and 4 weeks (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).The length of optic axis of the model eye in model group was increased compared with left eye used as controls and blank control group after 2 weeks (P＜0.05) and especially at 4 weeks (P＜0.01).Compared with model group,the axial oculi and diopters of the guinea pigs in astaxanthin groups were increased (P＜0.05);the pathohistological changes were improved,the collagen fracture was obviously decreased,and the collagen fibers were orderly arranged.Conclusion:Astaxanthin can recover the length of optic axis,diopter and histomorphology of sclera of guinea pig myopia models in some extents.

Baphicacanthus cusia ,widely distributed in the Southwest ,Southern and Eastern regions of China ,is an im-portant medicinal plant of Acanthaceae family .Indigo made from stem and leaf of Baphicacanthus cusia in Fujian has the best quality in China ,and is known as “Jian Indigo naturalis” ,which is the genuine medicinal of Fujian Province .The rhizoma of Baphicacanthus cusia could be used as medicine ,called“Nanbanlangen” ,which together with indigo were included in the“Chi-nese Pharmacopoeia” .Indigo and its original plant both contain indirubin ,which has anti-cancer activity .Indirubin is an active ingredient of Huangdai Pian and Danggui Longhui Wan ,two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine ,which have been successful-ly used in the treatment of malignancies such as chronic myelogenous leukemia .The international advances in the biological characteristics ,genetic diversity ,cultivation technology and molecular biology of Baphicacanthus cusia germplasm resources were summarized .The main problems in Baphicacanthus cusia germplasm resources research are indicated ,which could pro-vide references for the further study and application of Baphicacanthus cusia germplasm resources .

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of fluid resuscitation with 75 g/L NaCl solution in traumatic hypovolemic shock using Meta-analysis. Methods Based on the inclusion criteria,the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were identified by retrieving the databases including PUBMED,EMBASE,OVID,Cochrane library and EBSCO.The quality of studies was also evaluated.Indices including systolic blood pressure,hemoglobin,serum Na level and mortality were extracted from the enrolled RTCs and were comparatively analyzed between the 75 g/L NaCl group and the isotonic saline group for evaluating the safety and efficacy of 75 g/L NaCI solution.The extracted data were analyzed by using the Review Manager 5.0.25. Results Six RCTs were eligible for Meta-analysis.The 75 g/L NaCl group displayed remarkable increase in systolic blood pressure and decrease in hemoglobin level,compared with the isotonic saline group ( MD =6.23,95％ CI 2.78-9.69,P ＜ 0.01 ; MD =-6.11,95％CI -8.25-3.96,P ＜ 0.01,respectively).Short-term hyperosmolar state in 75 g/L NaCl group was increased significantly but was considered acceptable ( MD =7.97,95％ CI 7.55-8.38,P ＜ 0.01 ).No significant difference in mortality was found between 75 g/L NaCl group and isotonic saline group ( RR =0.96,95％ CI 0.84-1.10,P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Fluid resuscitation with 75 g/L NaCl solution is safe and effective for traumatic hypovolemic shock.
