Didangtang is a classic formula for treating blood stasis and heat， as recorded in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases， and it has been highly praised by medical practitioners throughout history. It has been recorded in many traditional Chinese medical texts and used to this day. This article comprehensively examined the records of Didangtang in different ancient versions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases by excavating and sorting out related ancient medical books and modern literature. It also investigated the dosage unit measurement， preparation method， and content of the formula in medical books throughout history. The article provided a detailed summary and exploration of the origins and processing methods of rhubarb， peach kernels， leeches， and flies in the formula. At the same time， it reviewed the clinical practice of Didangtang by medical practitioners throughout history in relevant medical books， mainly including the adjustment of dosage forms， the increase or decrease in medicinal taste and dosage， the expansion of clinical application， and the creation and elucidation of similar formulas. Although there may be differences in the above information among medical practitioners throughout history， the basic idea of attacking blood stasis and heat is consistent. In addition， based on clinical practice， the author adhered to the principle of treating stasis and heat disease as the first reference when using Didangtang. It was suggested that blood should be circulated instead of stopping in the treatment of stasis and heat accumulation syndrome. At the same time， it was believed that the use of the method of attacking stasis and heat to regulate brain diseases and mental illnesses derives from the fact that removing stasis and generating new energy can nourish the heart and mind， providing ideas for the treatment of such diseases with Didangtang. On this basis， modern clinical and animal experiments have shown that Didangtang has certain effects in improving microcirculation disorders， regulating blood rheology and hemodynamics， enhancing insulin resistance， and inhibiting inflammatory reactions. This may be an important mechanism for the formula to ''conquer blood stasis and heat''. This article explored the textual research and clinical mechanism of Didangtang， presenting facts and evidence， so as to provide a reference for the clinical application of Didangtang and the research on other prescriptions.

[Objective] To extract hemoglobin (Hb) from red blood cells using osmotic pressure swelling method, expected to achieve a hemoglobin dissolution rate of ≥80% and a cell membrane integrity rate of ≥70%. [Methods] Human umbilical cord blood red blood cells were used as raw materials and phosphate buffer solution was used as the swelling solution for red blood cells. A three factor three-level orthogonal experiment (n=3) was conducted to determine the optimal matching conditions for selecting the osmolality molar concentration of phosphate buffer solution, pH value of hypotonic phosphate buffer solution and volume ratio of hypotonic phosphate buffer solution to washed red blood cells. Red blood cell swelling solution samples (n=6) were prepared by the optimal matching conditions and the original process conditions. The hemoglobin dissolution rate and cell membrane integrity rate were checked. In the expanded comparative experiment, red blood cell swelling solution samples (n=6) were prepared by the optimal matching conditions and the original process conditions, which was filtered by ultrafiltration membranes. The filtration time and hemoglobin yield were checked. [Results] The optimal matching conditions for preparing red blood cell swelling solution were obtained through orthogonal experiment as follows: osmotic pressure molar concentration was 30 mOsmol/Kg, pH was 7.8, and phosphate buffer to red blood cell volume ratio was 6∶1. On the basis of the above conditions, the red blood cell swelling solution sample was compared with the original process sample: the hemoglobin dissolution rate was (82.4±1.8)% vs (78.6±3.0)% (P<0.05), and the cell membrane integrity rate was (65.8±4.0)% vs (28.7±2.3)% (P<0.05). In the expanded comparative experiment, the optimal matching conditions were compared with the original process conditions: filtration time(s) (327±9) vs (434±13) (P<0.05), and hemoglobin yield was (72.3±1.2)% vs (66.0±1.4)% (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with the original preparation process, the hemoglobin extraction process which optimized through orthogonal experiments greatly reduces the cell membrane fragmentation rate and minimizes the entry of cell membrane matrix into the target solution, ensuring a slightly higher hemoglobin dissolution rate, and reducing the preparation difficulty for the subsequent cell membrane separation and further purification.

ObjectiveTo review the interoceptive assessment tools in terms of structure, content and psychometric properties, based on the framework of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). MethodsThe literature on interoceptive evaluation tools was retrieved from databases of CNKI, PubMed, Medline and EBSCO. The principal structures and contents of the assessment tools were analyzed based on the ICF framework, and the quality of the psychometric properties were appraised using COSMIN. ResultsA total of 13 interoceptive assessment tools were ultimately included, involving 16 literature references. There were five interoceptive sensitivity tools, four accuracy tools and four awareness tools. In terms of content, interoceptive sensitivity tools involved 33 categories of body functions, six categories of activities and participation, and one of environmental factors; while interoceptive accuracy tools only involved seven categories of body function, and two of activities and participation items; interoceptive awareness tools involved 30 categories of body function, four categories of activities and participation, and three of environmental factors. In terms of psychometric properties, Body Perception Questionnaire-Short Form (BPQ-SF) was the sensitivity tool with the best reliability and validity (qualified rate of 7/8), followed by Interoceptive Sensitivity Questionnaire (ISQ) (qualified rate of 6/8). Most of the accuracy tools adopted standardized measurement methods, but lacked sufficient reliability and validity verification. The awareness tools were good in reliability and validity (qualified rate above 5/8), especially Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness (MAIA-1) and Body Awareness Questionnaire (BAQ) (qualified rate of 8/8). ConclusionBPQ-SF and ISQ are recommended for interoceptive sensitivity assessment, Water-loading Test and Heart-beat Tracking Task for interoceptive accuracy assessment, and MAIA-1 and BAQ for interoceptive awareness assessment.

[Objective] To investigate the protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection (SMI) on the kidneys of HBOC-CHP01 resuscitated haemorrhagic shock rats. [Methods] A 50% haemorrhagic shock rat model was established, with 12 rats divided into two groups: SMI + HBOC-CHP01 group and HBOC-CHP01 group, with 6 rats in each group. The rats in the SMI+ HBOC-CHP01 group were given an equal volume of HBOC-CHP01 for resuscitation after haemorrhagic shock, and an 8 mL/kg dose of SMI. Rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group were resuscitated by administering an equilibrium blood loss volume of HBOC-CHP01 and given an 8 mL/kg dose of 0.9% NaCl solution. Blood was taken from rats at five points: before bloodletting (baseline), during haemorrhagic shock (HS), immediately after resuscitation (RS0h), 1 h after resuscitation (RS1h), and 24 h after resuscitation (RS24h). A blood gas analyser was used to detect the lactate level (Lac), glucose content (Glu), residual base (BEecf), pH, bicarbonate (HCO3-), high iron haemoglobin (MetHb). White blood cells (WBC), platelets (PLT), haemoglobin content (Hb), carboxyhaemoglobin (COHb) were detected using a quintuple classification. Blood creatinine (SCr), uric acid (UA), kidney-related indexes were detected using biochemistry instrument. Kidney tissues of the rats were taken after 24 h of resuscitation and after execution, and the inflammation of kidneys of the rats of the two groups was analyzed using HE staining. Fluorescence staining was used to detect the level of ROS in the kidneys of rats in both groups. [Results] At RS 0h, the Beecf, Glu and Lac levels of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group were significantly lower than those of rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group, and the pH level of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group was significantly higher than that of rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group, and the Glu levels of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group were significantly lower than those of rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group at RS 1h. At RS 0h, the WBC, PLT and COHb contents of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group were all significantly higher than those of rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group, and at RS 1h, the WBC content of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group was significantly higher than that of rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group; at RS 1h, the UA content of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group was significantly lower than that of rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group; at RS 24h, the SCr content of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group was significantly lower than that of rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group; at RS 24h, the inflammation level of kidney tissues of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group was significantly lower than that of rats in the HBOC -CHP01 group rats, and the ROS and MPO levels in the kidney tissues of rats in the SMI+HBOC-CHP01 group were significantly lower than those of rats in the HBOC-CHP01 group. [Conclusion] The combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection during the resuscitation of rats with severe haemorrhagic shock by HBOC-CHP01 can alleviate renal injury by reducing inflammatory response and oxidative stress.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Naoqingtong decoction （NQT） on the kidney damage and the inflammatory factors NOD-like receptor protein 3 （NLRP3）， apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a C-terminal caspase recruitment domain （ASC）， cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinase-1 （Caspase-1）， interleukin-6 （IL-6）， and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in spontaneously hypertensive rats （SHRs）. MethodsTwenty-four SHRs were randomized into a model group， a low-dose （12.9 g·kg^-1·d^-1） NQT （NQT-L） group， a high-dose （25.8 g·kg^-1·d^-1） NQT group （NQT-H）， and a captopril （CTP， 20 mg·kg^-1·d^-1） group， with 6 rats in each group. In addition， 6 homozygous male Wistar-Kyoto rats were used as the control group. The control and model groups were administrated with the same amount of normal saline by gavage for 8 weeks. General behaviors of rats were observed during the intervention period， and the blood pressure was measured periodically. At the end of intervention， the body mass was weighed， and both kidneys were collected and weighed for the calculation of the renal index. Hematoxylin-eosin staining was performed to observe the pathological changes in the kidney tissue. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction （Real-time PCR） and Western blot were employed to determine the expression levels of NLRP3， ASC， Caspase-1， IL-6， and TNF-α in the kidney tissue. ResultsDuring the experiment period， the control group had normal mental status， food intake， and activity， while the model group showed thinning of hair， loss of luster， reduced activity， loss of appetite， fecal adhesion， and irritability， and some of the skin had scratches or blood scabs. The above symptoms were alleviated to different degrees after 8 weeks of NQT administration. An intelligent non-invasive sphygmomanometer was used to measure the tail artery pressure of rats， which showed that the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of rats in the model group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， drug interventions lowered the systolic and diastolic blood pressure （P<0.05， P<0.01）. Compared with the control group， the model group showed severe pathological damage in the kidney tissue， which was alleviated in each drug intervention group. Compared with the control group， the model group showed up-regulated expression levels of NLRP3， ASC， Caspase-1， IL-6， and TNF-α in the kidney tissue （P<0.05， P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the drug intervention groups showed down-regulated expression levels of NLRP3， ASC， Caspase-1， IL-6， and TNF-α in the kidney tissue （P<0.05， P<0.01）. ConclusionNQT can lower the blood pressure in SHRs by inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasomes， suppressing renal inflammation， and ameliorating hypertensive kidney damage.

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection on the preservation quality of suspended red blood cells of high hemoglobin population in Xizang plateau. [Methods] Whole blood (400 mL, n=8) collected by the Xizang Autonomous Region Blood Center was centrifuged at 3 000 g for 10 minutes to remove most of the plasma, followed by the addition of 100 mL of MAP preservation solution to obtain plateau suspended red blood cells, which were then divided into three equal portions. One portion was the control group, and another part had 15 mL of MAP preservation solution added, which was the dosage group. The third portion involved diluting Shenmai injection with MAP, followed by addition of 15 mL of MAP preservation solution containing Shenmai to the red blood cells, resulting in a final concentration of Shenmai injection of 1%, which was the Shenmai group. Blood routine, pH value, electrolytes, glucose, lactate, free Hb, adenosine triphosphate (ATP), P50, phosphatidylserine (PS) and other indicators were detected at day 1, 21 and 35, respectively. [Results] The Hb concentration and Hct of the dosage group and the Shenmai group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with values of (179.3±17.8) vs (181.0±17.1) vs (199.1±19.5) g/L for Hb concentration and (53.2±2.6)% vs (53.3±2.5)% vs (58.4±3.1)% for Hct. The three groups maintained this pattern until the end of storage. In the middle and late stages of preservation, the glucose and Na⁺ contents in the dosage group and the Shenmai group were higher than those in the control group, while the lactate and K⁺ contents were lower than those in the control group. At the end of storage, the glucose and Na⁺ content of the Shenmai group was higher than that of the dosage group, while the lactate and K⁺ content were lower than that of the dosage group. From day 1 to day 35 of storage, the hemolysis rate of the Shenmai group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the dosage group. On day 21 and 35 of storage, the PS expression rate in the Shenmai group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the dosage group, which were (6.52±0.40)% vs (7.24±0.91)% vs (8.27±0.93)% and (7.29±0.53)% vs (9.37±0.82)% vs (8.39±0.76)%, respectively. [Conclusion] The hemolysis rate and PS of suspended red blood cells of Xizang high altitude prepared by adding Shenmai injection were significantly lower than those in the control group and the dosage group, which was conducive to reducing hemolysis and slowing down the aging of red blood cells, and had a certain improvement on the preservation quality of suspended red blood cells in Xizang plateau people.

[Objective] To use Chitosan Methacryloyl (CSMA) loaded with artificial platelet-derived exosomes (aPexos) as the needle body material, and gelatin and carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) loaded with Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) as the backing material to prepare microneedles, aims to investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of aPexos-EGCG microneedles in the treatment of burn wound healing. [Methods] First, aPexos were extracted using ultrasound and gradient ultracentrifugation. The concentration, morphology, and growth factor content (TGF-β1, PDGF-BB, VEGF) of the exosomes were assessed using NTA, transmission electron microscopy, and ELISA kits. The aPexos and EGCG were then dissolved in the needle body and backing materials, respectively. The aPexos and EGCG were loaded into the needle body and backing layer, respectively. The morphology, mechanical properties, and puncture performance of the microneedles were examined, and the preparation conditions for the microneedles loaded with aPexos-EGCG were optimized. Finally, animal experiments and tissue staining were conducted to assess the efficacy of the aPexos-EGCG microneedles in promoting burn wound healing in rats. [Results] The size distribution of aPexos was mainly in the range of 50-150 nm, with an average diameter of 132.7±3.8 nm and an average concentration of approximately 2.88×10¹³±3.62×10¹² particles/mL. The concentrations of TGF-β1, PDGF-BB, and VEGF were approximately 1 363±135.9 ng/mL, 63.5±14.8 ng/mL, and 1 606.0±77.5 pg/mL, respectively. Mechanical property testing of the microneedles indicated that, compared with the blank microneedles, the drug-loaded microneedles had sufficient piercing ability to penetrate the stratum corneum of the skin. The results of the rat burn wound healing experiment showed that the wound healing rates of the d 3, d 7, aPexos-EGCG microneedle group compared to the control group showed significant differences, with respective values of (47.64±12.5)% vs (18.11±6.40)%, (87.45±5.57)% vs (79.85±5.03)%(P<0.05). Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining revealed more intact epidermal layers in the aPexos-EGCG microneedle group. Masson staining showed that the collagen deposition percentage in the aPexos-EGCG microneedle group was higher than in the control group. Immunofluorescence staining results indicated that the aPexos-EGCG microneedle group had a reduced content of M1-type macrophages and an increased content of M2-type macrophages. Additionally, the vascular markers CD31 and α-SMA showed elevated expression in this group, with significant differences compared to the other groups (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The aPexos-EGCG microneedle developed in this study exhibits good mechanical properties, capable of successfully penetrating the skin's stratum corneum and delivering aPexos and EGCG. aPexos promotes wound repair, while EGCG regulates the ratio of M1 and M2 macrophages at the wound site and suppresses the inflammatory response. This microneedle can effectively promote wound healing in rats with burn injuries, offering a novel approach for tissue repair.

Liuhetang is one of the classic prescriptions included in the Catalogue of Ancient Classic Prescriptions （the Second Batch）. This study adopts the method of literature review to systematically sort out the ancient literature about Liuhetang and obtained a total of 127 effective data records， involving 82 ancient books （including 2 Japanese books）. The origin， medicinal composition， compatibility， original plants and their processing methods， dosage， decocting method， usage， and indications of Liuhetang were analyzed. Liuhetang is first recorded in the Formulary of the Bureau of Taiping People's Welfare Pharmacy in the Song Dynasty， consisting of Amomi Fructus， Pinelliae Rhizoma， Armeniacae Semen Amarum， Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， red Poria， Pogostemonis Herba， Lablab Semen Album， Chaenomelis Fructus， Moslae Herba， Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex， Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens， and Jujubae Fructus. The original plants of these herbal medicines follow those in the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The raw materials of Amomi Fructus， Armeniacae Semen Amarum， Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， red Poria， Pogostemonis Herba， Chaenomelis Fructus， Moslae Herba， Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex， Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens， and Jujubae Fructus are used in this prescription. Pinelliae Rhizoma， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， Lablab Semen Album， and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex are processed with alum， stir-fried， processed with Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens， and processed with Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens， respectively. The recommended formula is composed of 0.79 g Amomi Fructus， 0.79 g Pinelliae Rhizoma， 0.79 g Armeniacae Semen Amarum， 0.79 g Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma， 0.79 g Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， 1.57 g red Poria， 1.57 g Pogostemonis Herba， 1.57 g Lablab Semen Album， 1.57 g Chaenomelis Fructus， 3.15 g Moslae Herba， and 3.15 g Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex. The above medicines should be pulverized to reach 10 meshes， mixed with 450 mL water， 3 g Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens， and 3 g Jujubae Fructus， and decocted to reach a volume of 240 mL. The filtrate should be taken three times a day. In ancient times， Liuhetang was mainly used to treat cholera， vomiting， diarrhea， phlegm， dyspnea， cough， chest distension， dizziness and pain in the head， swelling in the limbs， lethargy， loss of appetite， difficult urination and dark urine caused by heat and dampness damage to the spleen and disharmony between spleen and stomach. In modern times， Liuhetang is mainly used to treat the digestive system diseases such as gastroenteritis， hepatitis， stomach pain， and diarrhea. The above research confirmed the key information of Liuhetang， providing a basis for the clinical application of this prescription.

ObjectiveTo explore the molecular mechanism by which gypenoside L （Gyp-L） promotes apoptosis and inhibits ovarian cancer （OC） through the FK506-binding protein （FKBP） prolyl isomerase 8 （FKBP8）/B-cell lymphoma-2 （Bcl-2） axis， with the piR-hsa-2804461 pathway as a breakthrough point. MethodsThe effects of different concentrations of Gyp-L and cis-platinum on the proliferation of OVCAR3 cells were determined by the cell count kit-8 method to identify the appropriate intervention concentration for subsequent experiments. OVCAR3 cells were allocated into blank， low-dose Gyp-L （Gyp-L-L， 50 µmol·L^-1）， high-dose Gyp-L （Gyp-L-H， 100 µmol·L^-1）， and cis-platinum （15 µmol·L^-1） groups. The migration， colony formation， and apoptosis of OVCAR3 cells were detected by the cell scratch assay， colony formation assay， and flow cytometry， respectively. The mRNA levels of piR-hsa-2804461 and FKBP8/Bcl-2 axis-related genes in OVCAR3 cells were determined by Real-time PCR， and the expression levels of FKBP8/Bcl-2 axis-related proteins were determined by simple Western blot. Further， an OVCAR3 cell model with piR-hsa-2804461 knocked out was constructed. The cells were allocated into blank， NC-inhibitor， inhibitor， NC-inhibitor+Gyp-L， and inhibitor+Gyp-L groups. The colony formation of OVCAR3 cells was detected by the colony formation assay. The mRNA levels of piR-hsa-2804461 and FKBP8/Bcl-2 axis-related genes and the expression levels of FKBP8/Bcl-2 axis-related proteins were determined by Real-time PCR and simple Western blotting， respectively. ResultsGyp-L inhibited the migration and proliferation （P<0.01）， promoted the apoptosis （P<0.05）， up-regulated the mRNA level of piR-hsa-2804461 （P<0.05）， and down-regulated the mRNA and protein levels of FKBP8 and Bcl-2 （P<0.05） in OVCAR3 cells. Furthermore， Gyp-L increased the mRNA and protein levels of Bcl-2-associated X protein （Bax）， cysteinyl aspartate-specific proteinase （Caspase）-3， and Caspase-9， which are related to the FKBP8/Bcl-2 axis （P<0.05）. ConclusionGyp-L may promote apoptosis by regulating the piR-hsa-2804461/FKBP8/Bcl-2 axis， thus affecting the occurrence of ovarian cancer.

ObjectiveTo investigate the role of mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC and pre-tRNA-Arg-TCT in the ferroptosis phenotype of ovarian cancer （OC） cells and the regulatory mechanism of gypenoside L （Gyp-L） on mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC and pre-tRNA-Arg-TCT in OC cells. MethodsThe proliferation of human ovarian adenocarcinoma OVCAR3 cells was detected by cell counting kit-8 （CCK-8） assay， and the half-maximal inhibitory concentration （IC₅₀） values of cisplatin （DDP）， Gyp-L， and DDP in the presence of Gyp-L were calculated to determine the intervention concentration for subsequent experiments. Cell cloning assay and scratch assay reflected the proliferation and migration ability of OVCAR3 cells. PANDORA-seq small RNA sequencing was used to detect the differentially expressed transfer RNA-derived small RNAs （tsRNAs） in the cells after Gyp-L intervention， and the corresponding target genes of the tsRNAs were found by the RNAhybrid software. Malondialdehyde （MDA）， glutathione （GSH）， and lipid peroxide （LPO） levels were measured by colorimetry or enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） method， Fe²⁺ content by FerroOrange fluorescent probe， and reactive oxygen species （ROS） content by DCFH-DA fluorescent probe to reflect the occurrence of ferroptosis in OVCAR3 cells. OVCAR3 cells were divided into a control group， a 50 µmol·L^-1 Gyp-L group， and a 100 µmol·L^-1 Gyp-L group. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction （PCR） was performed to detect the expression of mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC， mature-tRNA-Leu-CAA， mature-mt_tRNA-Tyr-GTA_5_end， mature-tRNA-Val-CAC， mature-mt_tRNA-Glu-TTC， pre-tRNA-Arg-TCT， mature-tRNA-Asn-GTT， hydroxymethylbilane synthase （HMBS）， Wnt， β-catenin， glutathione peroxidase 4 （GPX4）， Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 （KEAP1）， nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 （Nrf2）， activating transcription factor 3 （ATF3）， cystine/glutamate antiporter xCT， lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 3 （LPCAT3）， and arachidonate 15-lipoxygenase （ALOX15）. Western blot was performed to detect the expression of HMBS， Wnt， β-catenin， GPX4， KEAP1， Nrf2， ATF3， xCT， LPCAT3， and ALOX15 proteins. ResultsThe 50 µmol·L^-1 Gyp-L， 100 µmol·L^-1 Gyp-L， DDP， 50 µmol·L^-1 Gyp-L+DDP， and 100 µmol·L^-1 Gyp-L+DDP groups showed significantly inhibited proliferation and migration of OVCAR3 cells （P<0.05） and exacerbated cell ferroptosis as reflected by the increase in the content of ROS， MDA， LPO， and Fe²⁺， as well as a decrease in the content of GSH （P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， Gyp-L effectively interfered with the expression of 25 tsRNAs in OVCAR3 cells （P<0.05， |log₂Fc|>1）. Pre-tRNA-Arg-TCT/HMBS/Wnt/β-catenin/GPX4， pre-tRNA-Arg-TCT/KEAP1/NRF2/xCT， mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC/ATF3/KEAP1/NRF2/xCT， and mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC/LPCAT3/ALOX15 axial expression was significantly aberrant after Gyp-L intervention （P<0.05）. ConclusionThe pre-tRNA-Arg-TCT/HMBS/Wnt/β-catenin/GPX4， pre-tRNA-Arg-TCT/KEAP1/Nrf2/xCT， mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC/ATF3/KEAP1/Nrf2/xCT， and mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC/LPCAT3/ALOX15 signaling pathways are involved in OC development. Gyp-L inhibits OC development by activating OVCAR3 cell ferroptosis onset mainly through the mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC/ATF3/KEAP1/Nrf2/xCT and mature-tRNA-Asp-GTC/LPCAT3/ALOX15 signaling axes.
