Diabetic cataract, a prevalent ocular complication of diabetes mellitus, arises from a complex interplay of pathological mechanisms, with oxidative stress and glycation stress playing central roles. Autophagy, a critical cellular self-protection mechanism, sustains intracellular homeostasis by selectively degrading damaged organelles and misfolded proteins, thereby counteracting the detrimental effects of oxidative and glycation stress under hyperglycemic conditions. Emerging evidence indicates a synergistic interaction between glycation stress and oxidative stress, which may exacerbate autophagic dysfunction and accelerate the onset and progression of diabetic cataract. However, the precise molecular mechanisms underlying this relationship remain incompletely understood. This review systematically examines the regulatory role of autophagy inthe pathogenesis of diabetic cataract, with a particular focus on how autophagic impairment influences disease progression under the combined effects of glycation and oxidative stress. By elucidating these mechanisms, the paper aims to provide novel insights into molecular diagnostic approaches and targeted therapeutic strategies for diabetic cataract.

In the YY 0989.3-2023 standard, clause 27.106 specifies the protection test against electromagnetic interference, but it only briefly describes the test level for electromagnetic exposure, and does not detail the parameters of the torso. This study aims to explore the internal field distribution for different torso parameters under electromagnetic exposure, and explore the patterns of field distribution through modeling and simulation. The results indicate that the parameters of the torso significantly affect the internal field distribution. The findings of this study provide a basis and reference for the electromagnetic compatibility test for implantable neurostimulator products.

Objective To explore the effect of ionizing radiation on the fertility of male mice and its offspring and the intergenerational and transgenerational genetic effect mechanism of ionizing radiation through sperm DNA methylation sequencing.Methods Eight-week-old(8 w)C57BL/6 male mice were irradiated with 60Co radiation source at a dose of 3 Gy(3 Gy-F0 group,n=60)and non-irradiated mice of the same age were used as controls(0 Gy-F0 group,n=60).Afetr 5-,6-,7-,8-,9-,10-,11-,and 12-week radiation,the mice began to breed with healthy females,and the first generation(F1 generation)male mice then breed with healthy female mice to obtain the offspring(F2 generation)male mice.The structure of testis was detected by hematoxylin-eosin staining;serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Automatic sperm analysis system was used to detect sperm concentration and activity.The DNA of F0 generation sperm was extracted and analyzed by genome-wide DNA methylation sequencing.MassARRAY methylation sites were detected in sperm DNA of F1 generation mice and verified by quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR).Results Compared with the 0 Gy-F0 group,male mice in the 3 Gy-F0 group gradually regained their reproductive ability 7 weeks after ionizing radiation.There was no significant difference in the number of surviving offspring between the 3 Gy-F0 group and 0 Gy-F0 group 10-11 weeks after radiation(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in body weight,testicular morphology,or sperm concentration of F1 generation mice between the 3 Gy-F1 group and the 0 Gy-F1 group(all P＞0.05).However,compared with the 0 Gy-F1 group,the contents of LH,FSH and T in the 3 Gy-F1 group were all decreased(all P＜0.05),the testicle volume,total sperm motility rate,forward motility rate and the fertility were considerably decreased(all P＜0.05).DNA methylation sequencing showed that more differentially methylated genes were enriched in the pathway regulating microtubule formation.MassARRAY methylation sites analysis showed that the methylation level of Mid1 was significantly increased(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Mid1 was verified down-regulated in Fl and F0 sperm by qPCR(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).However,there were no significant differences in volume of testes,testicular index,sperm concentration,sperm motility,hormone levels or Mid1 expression level between 0 Gy-F2 and 3 Gy-F2 mice in F2 generation male mice(all P＞0.05).Conclusion Sperm damage in mice caused by ionizing radiation at a dose of 3 Gy can recover by itself.However,it may decrease sperm activity by regulating Mid1 methylation level of sperm in F1 mice,thus affect the fertility of F1 mice,but has no effect on the fertility of male F2 mice.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of parasitic infections in market-sold aquatic products in Shanghai Municipality, and to understand the knowledge and practice towards food-borne parasitic diseases among residents, so as to provide insights into the surveillance and control of food-borne parasitic diseases. Methods Freshwater products, seawater products and pickled products were randomly obtained from agricultural trade markets, supermarkets, retail stores and restaurants in Huangpu, Putuo, Minhang and Qingpu districts of Shanghai Municipality from 2020 to 2023. Parasite metacercariae and larvae were detected in these aquatic products using pressing method, digestion method and the dissection method, and the detection of parasitic infection was compared in different types of aquatic products. In addition, the knowledge and practice towards food-borne parasitic diseases were investigated among residents aged 10-80 years old who randomly selected from agricultural trade markets, supermarkets, community streets and other population concentration areas in these four districts by questionnaire in 2023, and the awareness of food-borne parasitic diseases knowledge and percentage of healthy behaviors formation were analyzed. Results A total of 2 109 aquatic products sampled from Huangpu, Putuo, Minhang and Qingpu districts of Shanghai Municipality from 2020 to 2023 were detected, and there were 317 products detected with parasitic infections, with an overall detection rate of 15.03%. There were 8 products detected with parasitic infections in 1 221 freshwater products, with a detection rate of 0.66%, and Clonorchis sinensis was the predominant parasite, which was detected in Pseudorasbora parva, Rhodeus amarus and Carassius auratus. There were 82 products detected with parasitic infections in 501 seawater products, with a detection rate of 16.37%, and Anisakis was the predominant parasite, which was detected in Trichiurus lepturus, Larimichthys polyactis, Pneumatophorus japonicus, Collchthys lucidus, Mugil cephalus, Larimichthys crocea, Scomberomorus niphonius, Stromateoides argenteus and Cololabis saira. There were 227 products detected with parasitic infections in 387 pickled products, with a detection rate of 58.66%, and the prevalence rates of Echinostoma metacercariae were 76.27% (225/295) in Bullacta exarata and 11.11% (2/18) in crab pastes, respectively (χ² = 159.511, P < 0.05). No Paragonimus infection was found in freshwater shrimps, crabs and pickled products, and no Diphyllobothrium latum larvae infection was detected in freshwater and seawater fish. Questionnaire surveys showed that the awareness of food-borne parasitic diseases knowledge was 79.00% (222/281), and the percentages of washing hands before and after meals, not drinking filtered water or tap water directly, not eating raw or semi-raw food, being willing to change special dietary preferences or bad living habits for health, and being willing to learn more about food-borne parasitic diseases knowledge were 99.64% (280/281), 72.24% (203/281), 56.23% (158/281), 96.80% (272/281) and 97.51% (274/281) among residents living in Huangpu, Putuo, Minhang and Qingpu districts, respectively. Conclusions There are food-borne parasite contaminations in market-sold aquatic products in Shanghai Municipality. Although residents are aware of food-borne parasitic diseases knowledge, sustainable surveillance of food-borne parasitic diseases and improved health education are required to minimize the risk of human parasitic infections.

Objective:To analyze plaque characteristics of non-culprit coronary lesions with cholesterol crystals in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) by using optical coherence tomography(OCT). We also investigated the potential association between cholesterol crystals with plaque rupture and healed plaque at non-culprit segment.Methods:This study was a retrospective cohort study. Between January 2017 and December 2017, patients with AMI who underwent 3-vessel OCT imaging were included in this study. Patients were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of cholesterol crystals at the non-culprit lesions. All patients underwent coronary angiography and OCT examination, and non-culprit plaque characteristics were compared between the two groups. The generalized estimating equation log-binomial multirariate regression model was used to assess the relationship between non-culprit lesions with cholesterol crystals and plaque rupture and plaque healing. The follow-up data collection ended in October 2023. Kaplan-Meier survival curves were plotted, and log-rank tests were used to compare the cumulative incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups.Results:A total of 173 AMI patients were included (aged (56.8±11.6) years; 124 men (71.7%)). Among 710 non-culprit lesions identified by OCT, there were 102 (14.4%) in cholesterol crystals group and 608 (85.6%) in non-cholesterol crystals group. Compared with non-culprit lesions without cholesterol crystals, those with cholesterol crystals had smaller minimum lumen diameter, severer diameter stenosis, and longer lesion length (all P<0.01). The prevalence of plaque rupture (17.6% (18/102) vs. 4.9% (30/608), P=0.001) and thin-cap fibroatheroma (31.4% (32/102) vs. 11.5% (70/608), P<0.01) was higher in the cholesterol crystals groups than in the non-cholesterol crystals group. In addition, vulnerable plaque characteristics such as (44.1% (45/102) vs. 25.8% (157/608), P<0.01), macrophages were more frequently observed in non-culprit lesions with cholesterol crystals. The generalized estimating equation log-binomial multivariate regression analyses showed that non-culprit cholesterol crystals were positively correlated with healed plaque ( OR=1.583, 95% CI: 1.004-2.495, P=0.048). Conversely, cholesterol crystals were not associated with plaque rupture ( OR=1.632, 95% CI: 0.745-3.576, P=0.221). The follow-up time was 2 142 (1 880, 2 198) days. Non-culprit cholesterol crystals were not related to the major adverse cardiovascular events in patients with AMI (log-rank P=0.558). Conclusions:Among AMI patients, non-culprit lesions with cholesterol crystals presented with severer luminal stenosis and increased plaque vulnerability. The presence of non-culprit cholesterol crystals was associated with rather than plaque rupture.

ObjectiveTo explore the action mechanism of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxintang on the treatment of lipopolysaccharide （LPS）-induced acute lung injury （ALI） in mice. MethodTraditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform （TCMSP）， GeneCards， DisGeNET， and Herb databases were combined with clinical data from Gene Expression Omnibus （GEO） to screen the key targets of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxintang in the treatment of ALI. The protein-protein interaction （PPI） network was constructed to screen the core targets， and gene ontology （GO） and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes （KEGG） pathway enrichment analyses were performed. The mouse ALI model was established by LPS induction to verify the effect and key targets of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxintang on the treatment of ALI. The expression levels of Toll-like receptor 4 （TLR4）， nuclear transcription factor-κB p65 （NF-κB p65）， and phosphorylated NF-κB p65 （NF-κB p-p65） in lung tissue were detected by Western blot. ResultThe analysis showed that the treatment of ALI with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxintang was related to 10 core targets such as interleukin-6 （IL-6）， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， and JUN， involving TNF signaling pathway， Toll-like receptor signaling pathway， NF-κB signaling pathway， etc. The animal experimental results show that Linggan Wuwei Jiangxintang can reduce lung injury， improve the pathological state of ALI mice， significantly reduce the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum， increase the activity of total superoxide dismutase （T-SOD） and catalase （CAT） in lung tissue， and reduce the expression levels of JUN， TLR4， NF-κB p65， and NF-κB p-p65 proteins in lung tissue. ConclusionLinggan Wuwei Jiangxintang can inhibit LPS-induced inflammation and oxidative damage in ALI mice， and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway and the reduction of inflammatory factors such as TNF-α and IL-6.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of adult donor dual kidney transplantation.Methods:Retrospective analysis of case data of 13 adult donor kidney dual kidney transplantation (DKT) performed in the The Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from September 2016 to December 2020. For 13 donors, the average age and BMI were (53.5±12.4)years and (24.3±2.8) kg/m 2, respectively. Their mean Serum creatinine (SCr) at admission and before procurement was (132.9±54.1)and (228.7±112.4)μmol/L, respectively. 3 of them had diabetes mellitus history, and 8 had hypertension history. 11 met the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) DKT criteria and 6 met Remuzzi score DKT criteria. For 13 recipients, the average age and BMI were (39.3±8.9)years and (20.2±2.4)kg/m 2, respectively. All of them received ABO blood type-matched kidney transplants. 2 of them had their grafts transplanted in the bilateral iliac. In 12 cases, the grafts filled rapidly and urinated immediately when opening blood flow. In 1 case, the grafts were dark in color and vascular showed weak pulsation after opening blood flow. The time to recovery of perioperative graft function (from the day of surgery to the natural reduction of SCr to the normal range 44-133μmol/L), the occurrence of delayed graft function (DGF), acute rejection (AR), ureteral and surgical incision complications, as well as the recipients’ final follow-up SCr, eGFR, urinary protein, and grafts outcome were observed. Risk factors affecting outcomes were assessed by univariate logistic regression analysis. Results:The SCr dropped to the normal range at discharge in 10 recipients, and the average recovery time was (13.8±13.0) days. In other 3 cases SCr at discharge were 300.0, 149.0, 152.5μmol/L. 4 cases had DGF, 4 had AR, 1 experienced urinary fistula, and 1 experienced incisional dehiscence, which were treated with anti-rejection, J-tube implantation, continuous catheterization to maintain bladder void, secondary suturing, respectively. The follow-up time ranged from 4 to 54 months, with a median of 28(15.5, 31.0) months. At the final follow-up time, 10 cases had good graft function, 2 suffered impaired kidney function, and 1 experienced graft failure. The average SCr and eGFR except for graft failure patient were (144.2±101.3)μmol/L and (52.9±21.2)ml/min, respectively. 4 had positive urine protein. Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that donor age, BMI, history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, and SCr were not significantly correlated with recipients’ DGF and graft impairment ( P>0.05), and due to the small sample size, multifactorial logistic regression analysis was not performed. Conclusion:The short to medium-term effects of adult donor DKT coule be safe and feasible.

Objective:To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of adventitial inversion technique for root repair in patients with acute type A aortic dissection(ATAAD).Methods:Between 2015 and 2018, ATAAD patients with dissected root and underwent open surgery were included. The exclusion criteria were as follows: previous root intervention, traumatic dissection and patient underwent root replacement(Bentall or David procedure). 490 ATAAD patients were included, 366(74.69%) male and 124(25.31%) female, aged(51.28±10.99) years(range 24-77 years). The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed with ANOVA/ nonparametric test and Chi- square test. Follow-up mortality and reoperation were displayed with Kaplan- Meier curve. Results:All patients were technically divided into three groups: adventitial inversion(A), direct suture(B) and Cabrol-shunt(C). The mean age in group A was(53.05±11.09) years, whereas worse cardiac and renal function occurred in group C. The mean duration of HCA, CPB and ACC were shortest, with a highest average of minimum rectal temperature during surgical interval in group A. Postoperative complications and early mortality were similar among groups. There were no significant differences of mid-term mortality and reoperation among these three techniques. Though no late reintervention for aortic root was found in both group A and B, the root diameter was more stable in group A during follow-up period[(33.14±3.74)mm vs.(34.51±3.83)mm vs.(33.89±3.89)mm, P=0.008]. Conclusion:Adventitial inversion technique is safe and effective for root repair in patients with ATAAD, achieving satisfactory short- and mid-term effects.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Wudan pill on the polarization of macrophages in the rat model of endometriosis （EMT） with cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome based on p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases （p38 MAPK）. MethodFemale SD rats with regular motility cycles were selected and randomly divided into sham-operated group， model group， Wudan pill high， medium， and low-dose groups （2.4， 1.2， and 0.6 g⋅kg^-1）， Chinese patent medicine group， and western medicine group by the random number table method. The method of ice water bath + autologous endometrial transplantation was used to establish the rat model of EMT with cold congeal and blood stasis， and the rats were executed after 4 weeks of continuous drug administration to collect materials. Expression levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， interleukin-1β （IL-1β）， IL-4， and transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β） were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） to assess inflammation. The real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction （Real-time PCR） was performed to determine the inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS）， TNF-α， arginase 1 （Arg1）， and human mannose receptor （CD206） transcriptional levels to evaluate macrophage polarization. Western blot （WB） and immunofluorescence （IF） assays were used to determine the protein expression levels of iNOS and Arg1 to corroborate macrophage polarization. WB and Real-time PCR were used to determine the protein expression levels of the p38 MAPK pathway. ResultAs compared with sham-operated group， the levels of serum TNF-α， IL-1β， TGF-β， and IL-4 of rats in the model group were significantly higher （P<0.05）. In the model group， the protein levels of iNOS， TNF-α， p-p38 MAPK， and phosphorylated-extracellular signal-regulated kinase （p-ERK） in endothelial tissues were significantly higher， the mRNA levels of iNOS， TNF-α， MAPK， and ERK were significantly higher， and the mRNA and protein expression levels of Arg1 and CD206 were significantly lower （P<0.05， P<0.01）. The number of iNOS positive cells in endothelial tissues was significantly increased， and the number of Arg1 positive cells in endothelial tissues in the model group was significantly decreased （P<0.05， P<0.01）. As compared with the model group， the expression of TNF-α， IL-1β， TGF-β， and IL-4 in each administration group was reduced to different degrees， which was especially significant in the Wudan pill high and medium-dose groups and the western medicine group （P<0.05）. The protein expression levels of iNOS， TNF-α， p-p38 MAPK， and p-ERK in endometrial tissues of rats in the Wudan pill high and medium-dose groups， the Chinese patent medicine group， and the western medicine group were significantly lower， the mRNA expression levels of iNOS， TNF-α， MAPK， and ERK were significantly lower， and the protein expression levels of Arg1 and CD206 were significantly higher （P<0.05， P<0.01）. The number of iNOS positive cells in endometrial tissues of rats was significantly decreased in the Wudan pill high and medium-dose groups， the Chinese patent medicine group， and the western medicine group， whereas the number of Arg1 positive cells was increased （P<0.05， P<0.01）. The low， medium， and high doses of Wudan pill were dose-dependent， and the efficacy of the Wudan pill high-dose group was similar to that of the western medicine group. ConclusionWudan pill reduces the inflammatory response in rat model of EMT with cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome and decreases expression levels of TNF-α， IL-1β， IL-4， and TGF-β， thereby prompting polarization of macrophages from M1 to M2 type. The mechanism is presumedly related to p38 MAPK signaling pathway.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the prognosis of patients infected with BK virus after renal transplantation and their peripheral blood related indexes.Methods:131 patients from the Renal Transplantation Department of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University who underwent renal transplantation and firstly infected with BK virus after the surgery during the period from August 2018 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. 93 males (71.0%) and 38 females (29.0%). The average age was (37.5±11.3) years old. 109 cases underwent cadaveric kidney transplant (83.2%) and 22 cases underwent relatives kidney transplant (16.8%). The onset time of the first infection with BK virus after renal transplantation was (188.7±16.6) days, and the serum creatinine was (127.5±39.5) μmol/L. 25 patients (19.1%)infected with BK virus were positive in blood and urine at the same time, and 106 patients (80.9%)infected with BK virus were positive only in urine. Among 131 patients infected with BK virus, 70 patients were treated by lowering the blood concentration of tacrolimus to enhance immunity, 12 patients were treated by switching tacrolimus to cyclosporine, and 49 patients had incomplete follow-up data. The DNA load of BK virus in 25 patients [5.6(2.4, 12.3)×10 3copies/ml] positive in blood, white blood cell count(WBC)(5.8±2.0)×10 9/L, hemoglobin(Hb)(122.0±22.4)g/L, platelet count(PLT)(187.1±63.1)×10 9/L, neutrophil count(NEUT)(3.9±1.7)×10 9/L, lymphocyte count(LYM)(1.5±0.8)×10 9/L, monocyte count(MONO)(0.4±0.2)×10 9/L, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)2.2(1.7, 3.5), derived neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(dNLR)1.7(1.3, 2.6), platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)121.3(86.3, 227.3), monocyte to lymphocyte ratio(MLR)0.2(0.1, 0.4) and lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR)4.7±2.6. The DNA load of BK virus in 106 patients [20.4(0.4, 2 570.0)×10 5copies/ml] positive in urine, WBC 6.6(4.8, 9.1)×10 9/L, Hb(129.0±24.5)g/L, PLT 188.0(147.3, 226.5)×10 9/L, NEUT 4.6(3.0, 6.6)×10 9/L, LYM(1.7±0.8)×10 9/L, MONO 0.4(0.3, 0.5)×10 9/L, NLR 2.8(1.9, 3.9), dNLR 2.1(1.5, 3.0), PLR 120.5(87.0, 163.2), MLR 0.2(0.1, 0.4), LMR 4.5(2.8, 6.7). 70 patients infected with BK virus treated by lowering the blood concentration of tacrolimus were divided into BK virus rise group and BK virus decline group according to the change of BK virus DNA load in blood and urine before and after treatment (the grouping principle of this study gives priority to the change of BK virus DNA load in blood, followed by the change of BK virus DNA load in urine). The WBC, Hb, PLT, NEUT, LYM, MONO, NLR, dNLR, PLR, MLR, LMR, tacrolimus blood concentration and change difference, blood creatinine and change difference were analysed between two groups. Results:The BK virus DNA load in 25 patients positive in blood was correlated with NLR and dNLR ( r=0.5062, P=0.0098; r=0.5738, P=0.0027), and there was no correlation between the BK virus DNA load in blood with the WBC ( r=-0.0185, P=0.9302), Hb ( r=0.0912, P=0.6646), PLT ( r=-0.3931, P=0.0519), NEUT ( r=0.2438, P=0.2401), LYM ( r=-0.3035, P=0.1402), MONO ( r=-0.3279, P=0.1096), PLR( r=0.1054, P=0.6161), MLR( r=0.0738, P=0.7257), LMR( r=-0.0738, P=0.7257). There was no correlation between the BK virus DNA load in 106 patients positive in urine and WBC( r=0.0222, P=0.8209), Hb( r=-0.0323, P=0.7423), PLT( r=0.0847, P=0.3881), NEUT( r=0.0417, P=0.6713), LYM( r=0.0010, P=0.9916), MONO( r=0.0224, P=0.8196, NLR( r=0.0170, P=0.8623), dNLR ( r=-0.0013, P=0.9892), PLR( r=0.0387, P=0.6934), MLR( r=-0.0070, P=0.9433)and LMR( r=0.0070, P=0.9433). As for 70 patients infected with BK virus, there were 37 patients in the BK virus rise group and 33 patients in the BK virus decline group. In the two groups, age [(38.4±12.0)years old and(39.0±9.0)years old], gender [male /female: (23/14) cases and(27/6)cases], blood type [A+ /B+ /AB+ : (22/13/20)cases and (26/6/1)cases], donation type [relatives donnation/cadaveric donation: (29/8)cases and (27/60)cases], blood creatinine(after treatment)[123.0(98.4, 140.5)μmol/L and 132.0(107.1, 162.4)μmol/L] and change difference before and after treatment [0(-15.7, 10.5)μmol/L and -2.0(-9.1, 15.0)μmol/L], tacrolimus blood concentration (after treatment)[(6.7±2.0)ng/ml and(6.5±1.5)ng /ml] and tacrolimus concentration change difference [-1.4(-3.8, 0.6)ng/ml and -1.2(-2.2, 1.3)ng/ml] had no significant difference( P<0.05). The MONO of the two groups was statistically different [0.3(0.2, 0.5)×10 9/L and 0.4(0.3, 0.6)×10 9/L, P=0.033], and there was no difference between the two groups in WBC[6.6(4.1, 8.8)×10 9/L and 6.8(5.4, 8.9)×10 9/L], Hb[(133.2±25.3)g/L and(131.6±20.6)g/L], PLT[185.0(151.0, 231.5)×10 9/L and 196.0(149.0, 234.0)×10 9/L], NEUT[4.3(2.4, 6.4)× 10 9/L and 4.2(3.1, 5.5)×10 9/L], LYM[1.7(1.1, 2.2)×10 9/L and 1.8(1.1, 2.3)×10 9/L], NLR[2.5(1.9, 3.8)and 2.4(1.9, 3.7)], dNLR [2.0(1.5, 2.8)and 1.9(1.4, 2.5)], PLR [114.9(85.1, 159.4)and 111.3(77.1, 159.6)], LMR(4.6±2.6 and 5.2±2.4), MLR[0.2(0.2, 0.4)and 0.2(0.2, 0.4)]( P<0.05). Conclusions:There is a positive correlation between the blood BK virus DNA load and NLR, dNLR in renal transplant recipients infected with BK virus. The rise of MONO correlates with good prognosis of BK virus.
