The innate immune system employs diverse pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) to monitor pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), thereby initiating innate immune responses against pathogenic invasions. This review focuses on RNA, double-stranded DNA (dsDNA), and non-canonical conformational nucleic acid as structural triggers, comprehensively analyzing the immune recognition mechanisms of nucleic acid-sensing PRRs, their disease relevance, and therapeutic advancements. Key receptors highlighted include Toll-like receptors (TLRs), retinoic acid-inducible gene I (RIG-I)-like receptors (RLRs), cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS), and Z-DNA-binding protein 1 (ZBP1). We elucidate their pivotal roles in antiviral defense, antitumor immunity, and immune homeostasis maintenance, aiming to provide insights for the development of novel PRR-targeted drugs.

Objective:To identify the risk factors for early neurological complications after revascularization in adult patients with moyamoya disease. Methods:The medical records of patients of both sexes with moyamoya disease, aged 18-65 yr, of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅱ or Ⅲ, who underwent revascularization in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019, were retrospectively collected.According to the occurrence of early postoperative neurological complications, patients were divided into early postoperative neurological complication group and non-early postoperative neurological complication group. The factors such as patient′s age, gender, preoperative clinical symptoms, previous history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of coronary heart disease, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status, methods of anesthesia, type of operation, anesthesia time, time for start of operation, operation time, intraoperative urine volume, times of intraoperative vasoactive drugs used, and time of the post-anaesthesia observation room (PACU) stay were collected.Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the risk factors for postoperative early neurological complications. Results:A total of 510 adult patients with moyamoya disease underwent revascularization were enrolled in this study, and the incidence of early postoperative neurological complications was 9.0%.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative ischemia, intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs more than 3 times and PACU stay time>90 min were risk factors for postoperative neurological complications ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Preoperative ischemia, intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs >3 times and PACU stay time>90 min are risk factors for early neurological complications after revascularization in the patients with moyamoya disease.

The paper analyzed the structural characteristics, biological characteristics, infection symptoms, detection methods and corresponding protective measures of Zika virus, as well as analyzed coping strategies for high-risk groups (pregnant women and infants).Zika virus is nonsegmented, single-stranded,and positive-sense RNA genome with fast spreading.Fever and arthralgia are its common symptoms.Currently, it can be tested in serum, urine and saliva samples. The virus protection can be classified into overall control from government, total prevention from society and individual protection according to the guidelines. It is severe to prevent and control epidemic situation of Zika virus, and it needs to improve the whole nation's prevention and treatment ability, and it can improve other social problems through Zika virus prevention.

Methoxyadiantifoline ( MAF) is a new alkloid isolated from Thalictrum Omeience W.T.Wang.During 3 min reperfusion after 10 min of coronary ligation, MAF 5 ?mol/L significantly decreased the incidence of isolated rat hearts with ventricular arrhythmias ( VF and VT ) . It delayed the onset of ventricular fibrillation and shortened its duration and markedly prolonged the time of normal sinus rhythm. It also significantly decreased the release of LDH from the myocardium in isolated rat hearts. In addition , MAF 5 ?mol/L could decrease the heart rate and coronary resistance. The results suggest that MAF possessed protective effects on the reperfusion injury in isolated rat hearts.

Objective: To study how to activate transforming growth factor ? 1 (TGF ? 1) by coculturing bovine cerebral microvascular endothelial cells (BCMEC) and bovine cerebral microvascular smooth muscle cells (BCMSMC) in vitro , and to observe the effect of high concentration of glucose on active TGF ? 1 (aTGF ? 1) production by the cocultured cells. Methods: BCMEC and BCMSMC were cocultured, and compared with BCMEC or BCMSMC homotypically cultured. 3H TdR assays were used to measure the bioactivity of aTGF ? 1 in the conditioned media. Dot blots assays were used to evaluate the TGF ? 1 mRNA levels of the cultured cells. Then, the cocultured cells were cultured with 5.5 (normal level), 15 and 25(high level) mmol/L glucose for 24 h. The activity of aTGF ? 1 in the media was measured by the same way. Results: aTGF ? 1 was produced in the media of cocultured cells, but not in the media of homotypically cultured cells. Activity of aTGF ? 1 in the media with high concentration of glucose was significantly higher than that in the media with normal concentration of glucose. The dot blots assays implicated that both BCMEC and BCMSMC had TGF ? 1 mRNA expression. But there was no significant change after coculturing. Conclusion: TGF ? 1 can be activated by contacted coculture of BCMEC and BCMSMC in vitro , but the coculturing does not increase the TGF ? 1 mRNA expression. Cultured with high concentration of glucose can increase the aTGF ? 1 content in the media of the cocultured cells. [
