Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI) has been considered as an inevitable process of liver transplantation. Hepatocyte ferroptosis is a key factor in HIRI development, yet precise mechanism and potential therapies are still unclear. Here, we demonstrated a strong correlation between hepatocyte ferroptosis and the downregulation of poly(rC)-binding protein (PCBP2), which compromised the stability of antiporter system Xc^- (consisted of SL3A2/SLC7A11). Besides, inhibiting PCBP2 contributed to facilitating cofactor p300 to enhance the transcriptional activity of HIF1α, leading to the expression and secretion of HMGB1. Then, released HMGB1 from ferroptotic hepatocytes worsened M1 macrophage recruitment and immune response during HIRI. Additionally, acteoside (ACT) was shown to assist PCBP2 in stabilizing the mRNA stability of Slc3a2 and Slc7a11, as well as enhance the binding affinity of PCBP2-system Xc^-. Beyond that, ACT also supported PCBP2 to limit HMGB1-induced M1 macrophage recruitment through imposing restrictions on p300 and HIF1α. Furthermore, specific knockdown of PCBP2 in hepatocytes directly interposed the therapeutic efficacy of ACT on HIRI mice. In conclusion, ACT alleviated hepatocyte ferroptosis and HIRI via promoting PCBP2 to maintain the stability of system Xc^- and limit HIF1α/p300-HMGB1 signaling. These findings highlight the therapeutic benefits of ACT in treating HIRI and offer insights into innovative therapeutic strategies.

Hepatic fibrosis is the common key pathological link of various chronic liver diseases and can progress to malignant diseases such as liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma； however， there is still a lack of effective targeted therapeutic drugs at present. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has a marked clinical effect in the prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis， yet its precise clinical application and global promotion are greatly limited by the complex components of compound prescriptions and unclear mechanism of action. In recent years， multimodal high-throughput omics technology has achieved rapid development， providing strong technical support for elaborating on the scientific connotation of TCM in the treatment of complex diseases due to its advantages of systematic profiling， big-data analytics， and precise target prediction. In particular， integrated transcriptomic， proteomic， and metabolomic strategies comprehensively elucidate key signaling networks， cellular phenotypic transitions， and extracellular matrix metabolic homeostasis modulated by TCM compounds and monomers and assist in the screening and assessment of effective component groups and novel biomarkers. This article systematically reviews the advances in basic research on TCM prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis based on multi-omics technologies in the past five years， summarizes the “drug-target-pathway-phenotype” regulatory network， and elaborates on the core mechanisms of TCM in regulating hepatic stellate cell activation and reversing hepatic fibrosis. Future studies should further delve into the interdisciplinary integration and dynamic analytical methodologies of multi-omics technologies， precisely identify the core regulatory target networks modulated by TCM， and systematically unravel the scientific connotation of compatibility rule in compound prescriptions， in order to provide a theoretical basis for developing efficient targeted drugs for hepatic fibrosis and individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies.

The abdominoperineal excision (APE) is still one of the standard operations for low rectal cancer. The exralevator APE can reduce the positive rate of circumferential margin and perforation rate of rectal cancer, but the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively high. With the continuous development of minimally invasive surgery, the transperineal minimally invasive Abdominoperineal excision (Tpm-APE) is proposed. Compared with traditional APE, the Tpm-APE has potential technical advantages, but there is a lack of large sample and multicenter clinical research evidence. The authors share the design and results of an international multicenter clinical study to investigate the clinical practice of Tpm-APE in the treatment of low rectal cancer.

Objective:To investigate the effects of cone beam computed tomography measurement of maxillary anterior teeth on implant success and patient satisfaction of maxillary anterior teeth.Methods:120 patients who underwent maxillary anterior teeth implantation in Hangzhou Dental Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive either conventional maxillary anterior teeth implantation (control group, n = 60) or cone beam computed tomography measurement of maxillary anterior teeth and maxillary anterior teeth implantation (study group, n = 60). The implant success rate was compared between the two groups. Alveolar bone thickness and ISQ value immediately, 3 and 12 months after implantation as well as patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:Implant success rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [96.67% (58/60) vs. 85.00% (51/60), χ2 = 4.904, P < 0.05]. In the observation group, alveolar bone thickness at 3 and 12 months after implantation was (1.53 ± 0.05) mm and (1.78 ± 0.12) mm, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in the control group [(1.46 ± 0.04) mm, (1.64 ± 0.10) mm, t = 9.839, 8.066, both P < 0.001]. In the observation group, ISQ value at 3 and 12 months after implantation was (76.83 ± 5.49) and (82.91 ± 4.85), respectively, which was significantly higher than that in the control group [(67.81 ± 4.61), (74.18 ± 5.21), t = 11.324, 11.038, both P < 0.001). Total satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [95.00% (57/60) vs. 81.67% (49/60), χ2 = 5.175, P < 0.05]. Conclusion:Cone beam computed tomography measurement of maxillary anterior teeth can help increase implant success rate and patient satisfaction.

The simultaneous electrochemical determination of myricetin and rutin remains a challenge due to their indistinguishable potentials. To solve this problem, we constructed a ternary platinum nanoparticle, reduced graphene oxide, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Pt@r-GO@MWCNTs) nanocomposite via a facile one-pot synthetic method. Under the optimized conditions, the ternary Pt@r-GO@MWCNTs nanocomposite exhibited good electrocatalytic activity toward myricetin and rutin via solid phase extraction and excellent performance for the simultaneous determination of myricetin and rutin. The oxidation peak current of myricetin was proportional to its concentrations in the range of 0.05-50μM with a detection limit of 0.01μM (S/N = 3). The linear range for rutin was 0.05-50μM with a detection limit of 0.005μM (S/N = 3). The ternary nanocomposite sensor also exhibited good reproducibility and stability, and was successfully used for the simultaneous determination of myricetin and rutin in real orange juice samples with recoveries ranging between 100.57％and 108.46％.

An ultrasensitive electrochemical sensor based on polydopamine/carboxylic multi-walled carbon nano-tubes (MWCNTs-COOH) nanocomposites modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was presented in this work, which has been developed for highly selective and highly sensitive determination of an anti-microbial drug, metronidazole. The preparation of polydopamine/MWCNTs―COOH nanocomposites/GCE sensor is simple and possesses high reproducible, where polydopamine can be coated on the surface of MWCNTs―COOH via a simple electropolymerization process. Under optimized conditions, the proposed sensor showed ultrasensitive determination for metronidazole with a wide linear detection range from 5 to 5000μmol/dm3 and a low detection limit of 0.25μmol/dm3 (S/N = 3). Moreover, the proposed sensor has been successfully applied for the quantitative determination of metronidazole in real drug samples. This work may provide a novel and effective analytical platform for determination of me-tronidazole in application of real pharmaceutical and biological samples analysis.

Objective To investigate the status of social adjustment in undergraduate nursing students, and to explore the influence of interpersonal relations and social support on social adjustment. Methods A total of 485 undergraduate nursing students in the School of Nursing of University of South China were investigated by using the Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale for Interpersonal Relations, Social Support Rating Scale and Chinese College Students' Adaptability Scale with stratified cluster sampling method. Results The total scores of social adjustment of undergraduate nursing students were (195.37 ± 26.63) points. The total scores of interpersonal relations were (9.18 ± 5.81) points. The total scores of social support were (36.72 ± 5.39) points. Social support and social adjustment were positively correlated (r=0.274, P<0.01), but interpersonal relations and social adjustment were negatively correlated (r=-0.490, P<0.01). The main influencing factors of social adjustment in a descending order included interpersonal dating(β=-0.390, P=0.000), interpersonal conversation(β=-0.146, P =0.024) and subjective support(β=0.133, P =0.005). Conclusions The scores of the social adjustment, social support and interpersonal relations of undergraduate nursing students are all in the middle level. The main influencing factors of social adjustment include interpersonal dating, interpersonal conversation and subjective support, particulally interpersonal dating. Educators can improve their social adjustment through improving interpersonal dating, interpersonal conversation and subjective support .

Objective To analyze Clopidogrel Resistance (CR) and influencing factors of coronary heart disease (CHD) with diabetes (DM) patients and evaluatc the relationship of CR and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) and readmission of CHD with DM patients.Methods 270 CHD patients were enrolled.Clinical conditions of CR were measured by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) induced maximum platelet aggregation rate (MPAR).After 1-year follow-up,MACE events and rehospitalization were recorded.Results CR of NDM and DM patients were 45 (33.1％) and 78 cases (58.2％) respectively,and the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.001).Factors of CR of CHD DM patients included heart rate,TG level,the number of severe coronary artery disease.MACE events of CS and CR patients were 35 (23.8％) and 47 patients (38.2％) respectively,and the difference was significant (P =0.010).The readmitted patients of CS and CR groups were 15 cases (10.2％) and 27 patients (22.0％) respectively,and the differcnce was significant (P =0.008).The MACE of CR and CS patients in DM group were 32 (41.0％) and 12 cases (21.4％) respectively,and thc difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).The Readmitted cases of CR and CS patients in DM group were 19 (24.4％) and 5 (8.9％) respectively,and the diffcrcnce was significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions CR of CHD DM patients increased significantly.The influencing factors of CR of CHDDM are including heart rate,TG level,the number of severe coronary artery disease.MACE events and rehospitalization rate were significantly increased in CHD patients with DM AR.Therefore,it should be further strengthened the anti-platelet therapy for CHD patients with DM.

Objective To analyze the dTP value in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicating diabetes mellitus (DM) and its relationship with major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) and rehospitalization.Methods Two hundreds and seventy CHD patients were selected as the research subjects,including 136 cases of non-MD and 134 cases of DM.Their clinical condition was recorded.The indicators such as height,body mass,blood pressure and heart rate were measured.ECG,echocardiography,coronary angiography and other examiantions were carried out.The various indicators were detected.11-dh-TXB2 and 6-k-PGF1a levels were detected in the two groups and then dTP value was calculated.The 1-year follow-up was performed,MACE and rehospitalization were recorded.Epdate software was used for building a database and SPSS 17.0 software was applied for conducting the statistical analysis.Results The dTP level in the f non-DM and DM patients were 1.8 ± 0.6 and 2.0 ± 0.7 respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).For the non-DM CHD group,hs-CRP,systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure,lesions number and severe lesions number were correlated with dTP level(P＜0.05).For the complicating DM CHD group,hs CRP,blood glucose,CHO level,lesions number and severe lesions number were correlated with dTP level(P＜0.05).After 1-year follow-up,MACE had 33 cases (24.3％) in the non-DM group and 44 cases (32.8％) in the DM group respectively,the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The rehospitalized cases had 12 cases (8.8％) in the non-DM group and 24 cases (17.9 ％).in the DM group respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).The dTP levels of MACE occurrence and non-MACE occurrence were 2.3 ± 0.8 and 1.8 ± 0.6 respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The dTP levels of rehospitalized patients and non-rehospitalized patients were 2.4 ± 1.0 and 1.9 ±-0.6 respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The dTP level in the patients with CHD complicating DM is significantly increased,suggesting that platelet is obviously activated,moreover higher dTP level increases the risk of MACE and rehospitalization.So the anti-platelet therapy should be strengthened.

Objective To compare the treatment effects of Qingyi Huoxue decoction and infliximab on acute necrosis pancreatitis ( ANP) complicated with MODS in a rat model. Methods 4.5% sodium taurocholate was injected into the pancreatic duct to induce the ANP complicated with MODS model. The ANP rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, ANP group (ANP), Qingyi Huoxue decoction treatment group ( QG) , infliximab treatment group (IG). Rats in infliximab group received infliximab injection at a dose of 8 mg/kg body weight via tail vein 6 h after the ANP induction. The ANP and QG received normal saline and Qingyi Huoxue decoction (20 ml/kg) via gastric lavage 4 h before and 3 h, 9 h after ANP induction. After 24 h, all rats were sacrificed, the serum levels of amylase, total bilirubin, Cr, TNF-α, diamine oxidase ( DAO) , intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) and the rate of carbon propelling rate in ileum were measured. The pancreas samples were collected for pathological examination. The pathological score of pancreas was calculated. Results The pathological scores in ANP, QG, IG were 13.8 ±0.8, 6.1 ±0.4, 3.9 ±0.6, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The serum levels of amylase, total bilirubin, Cr, TNF-α were significantly decreased. In ANP, QG, IG the serum levels of DAO were (186.3 ± 10.2 ) , ( 134.6 ± 14.3 ) , ( 149.1 ± 16.3) U/L; the carbon propelling rates in ileum were (53 ±0.1)% , (89 ±0.1)% , (61 ±0.1)% ; the IAPs were (11.8 ±1.5), (4.1±0.8), (5.8 ±1.2) mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa). The DAO and IAP in AG, IG were significantly decreased when compared with that in ANP group, but the carbon propelling rates in ileum was significantly higher than that in ANP group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). In addition, the carbon propelling rates in ileum in QG were higher than that in IG, and IAP and DAO levels were lower than that in IG, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The Qingyi Huoxue decoction and infliximab were significantly effective in the treatment of ANP rats complicated with MODS. But the effects of Qinyi Huoxue decoction on promoting gastrointestinal motility, reducing the IAP and improving the intestinal barrier function were better than those of the infliximab.
