Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological support during perithrombotic period on post-stroke depression (PSD) in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).Methods:Patients with AIS received intravenous thrombolysis in the Affiliated Lianyungang Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 1, 2021 to July 31, 2021 were enrolled prospectively. The intervention group received one-to-one individual psychological support therapy in the perithrombolytic period on the basis of receiving standard intravenous thrombolytic therapy. At 30 d after onset, Hamilton Depression Scale was used to assess whether PSD occurred. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the independent influencing factor of PSD. Results:A total of 126 patients with AIS were enrolled, and 86 of them were male (68.25%). Their age was 63.65±10.46 years; 65 were in the intervention group and 61 were in the control group. The incidence of PSD in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.00% vs. 36.07%; χ2=4.049, P=0.044). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that psychological intervention (odds ratio [ OR] 0.333, 95% confidence interval [ CI] 0.132-0.838; P=0.020] was an independent protective factor for PSD, while ischemic heart disease ( OR 4.510, 95% CI 1.181-17.217; P=0.028), alcohol consumption ( OR 3.421, 95% CI 1.317-8.888; P=0.012), anticoagulation therapy ( OR 3.145, 95% CI 1.155-8.567; P=0.025) and modified Rankin Scale score before thrombolysis ( OR 1.627, 95% CI 1.142-2.317; P=0.007) were the independent risk factors for PSD. Conclusion:Perithrombolytic psychological support may reduce the incidence of PSD.

Objective:To explore the accuracy of determination of the pathogen in children with lower respiratory infection according to sputum properties and the selection of corresponding antibiotics. To analyze the relationship between children's age, length of hospital stays and sputum culture positive rate. Methods:From March 2015 to November 2016, 300 children with lower respiratory infection in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected. The isolated sputums through the nasal cavity were cultured, the sputum properties and antibiotics used at the beginning and 3-4 days later(after sputum culture) were recorded. Results:The sputum culture showed that 110 of 300 cases with lower respiratory infection were positive.Main pathogens were streptococcus pneumoniae, E.coli, staphylococcus aureus, klebsiella pneumoniae subspecies.Compared with the children with positive sputum culture, for white phlegm sputum and yellow phlegm sputum, the children with sputum culture negative had higher accuracy of antibiotic use(white phlegm sputum: 64.4%, yellow phlegm sputum: 57.1%), the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=36.04, P<0.01). The bacteria positive rate and multiple resistance rate had no statistically significant differences in length of treatment time prior to admission(all P>0.05). However, the bacteria positive rate (hospital stay ≤7 d: 24.7%, hospital stay>7 d: 48.1%, χ 2=17.66) and multiple resistance rate (hospital stay≤7 d: 13.9%, hospital stay>7 d: 35.1%; χ 2=5.40) had statistically significant differences in the length of hospitalization(all P<0.05). The bacteria positive rates in different age groups were as follows: 1-6 months: 48.1%, >6-36 months: 28.3%, >36 months: 25.0%.Compared with the two others, the positive rate of 1-6 months was higher and had statistically significant difference (χ 2=13.64, P<0.05). Conclusion:Accuracy of antibiotics use has a certain relationship with sputum color or properties and the result of sputum culture, for white phlegm sputum and yellow phlegm sputum, the accuracy of antibiotics use is higher.Once identified pathogen, sensitive antibiotics should be adopted.Probably, bacteria positive rate and multiple resistance rate have a certain relationship with the length of hospital stay and age.

Objective:
To analyze the clinical features of perianal condyloma acuminatum in HIV infected men who have sex with men (MSM) and assess the effects of combined treatment of microwave and photodynamic therapy.
Methods:
Clinical and laboratory data of 260 male patients with perianal condyloma acuminatum were collected and microwave combined with photodynamic therapy was applied on them.
Results:
The majority of the patients with perianal condyloma acuminatum were young people (243/260). Warts were mainly located in the anus or from the outside to inside of the anus (245/260). Among them, the proportion of warts position of extraanal in HIV-infected group (8/220) was lower than that of non-HIV-infected group (7/40). HPV types 11 (70/118), 6 (44/118) and 16 (40/118) were the most common types of HPV infection. People with HIV infection were more likely to develop high-risk, mixed types HPV infection and multiple HPV infection than those without HIV infection. More than half of the patients (146/260) needed only 1-3 sessions of photodynamic treatments. There was no significant difference in the times of photodynamic treatments and the numbers of photosensitizers required between the HIV-infected and non-HIV-infected groups. The recurrence rate of HIV-infected group (13.6%, 30/220) was also similar to that of non-HIV-infected group (15.0%, 6/40), but far lower than those who underwent microwave therapy alone (45%, 18/40).
Conclusions
The combination therapy significantly reduced the recurrence rate of perianal condyloma acuminatum in HIV infected MSM.

Objective To identify Chinese character writing related cortex (WRC) and its relationship with hand motor cortical areas. Methods Ten native Chinese-speaking, right-hand volunteers were recruited in the study. NTMS mapping was conducted during picture naming task. The WRC were mapped based on nTMS-induced impairment of Chinese character writing. The extent and area of WRC was calculated. The right-hand motor representations were mapped while motor-evoked potentials were produced under nTMS stimulation. EMG data and coordinates of positive stimulus were recorded. The relationship between WRC and hand motor cortex (HMC) was analyzed on the basis of area comparison and distance calculation. Results The cortical areas related to Chinese character writing were mapped successfully in all subjects by nTMS. WRC was primarily centered in left posterior middle frontal gyrus (pMFG) (86%,55/64). The mean WRC area (161.03 mm2 ±62.58mm2) was significantly smaller than the mean HMC area (589.50 mm2±227.34mm2) (P<0.001). The WRC and HMC were not conjoined or overlapped in the dominant hemisphere. The distance between those two was 12.58mm±2.71mm. Conclusions NTMS can provide reliable assistance in mapping WRC areas. The WRC is relatively fixed and centralized in pMFG but is not overlapped with the HMC.

Objective To investigate the correlation between morning blood pressure surge and Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction. Methods 58 cases of patients with hypertension in our hospital were given 24 h ambu-latory blood pressure monitoring(ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,ABPM).The coronary microvascular dys-function was estimated by the index of microcirculatory resistance(IMR). All cases were given biochemical test-ing,included TCH,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c and SUA.Results According to whether ABMP was arise, the patient were divided into MBPS group(n=21)and the Non-MBPS group(n=37).24 h,day, night and morning peak of systolic blood pressure were significantly higher in the morning peak group than in the average morning peak group. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that,MBPS,24 h average systolic blood pressure, day average systolic blood pressure, night average systolic blood pressure, and age were independent risk factors for coronary artery disease. Conclusion Morning blood pressure surge is closely related to severity of coronary microcirculation dysfunction. It is an independent risk factor for coronary microcirculation dysfunction. To control the blood pres-sure in patients with hypertension effectively can reduce morning peak target organ damage.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic performance of the histogram analysis of mono-exponential and intravoxel incoherent motion(IVIM) models to the dualistic model of epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC). Methods Forty female patients with histopathologically proven epithelial ovarian cancer underwent preoperative MR examination. Scanning sequences included conventional imaging, diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging with 11 b values (0, 30, 50, 100, 150, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1 000, 1 500 s/mm2) and dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI). Based on the dualistic model of EOC, all patients were divided into two groups:typeⅠ(low grade, n=16) and typeⅡ(high grade, n=24). ADC, D, D*and f maps and their corresponding histograms were generated by post-processing software. Based on an entire-tumour measurement, the following histogram parameters were recorded, respectively: (a) Mean; (b) the 10th percentile (10th);(c) the mean of the top 10 percent (MeanL);(d) the 90th percentile (90th);(e) the mean of the bottom 10 percent (MeanR). Two types were compared using independent sample t test or Mann-Whitney U test. And areas under ROC curve between two groups were assessed. Results For ADC , D, and f, all indices(Mean,10th,MeanL,90th,MeanR) of the histogram were significantly lower in typeⅡthan in type Ⅰ(P<0.05). All of parameters of D* had no significant different(P>0.05). D demonstrated a comparable accuracy with ADC in differentiating the grade of EOC (area under curve: Mean, 0.898 vs. 0.893; 10th, 0.880 vs. 0.846; MeanL, 0.878 vs. 0.858; 90th, 0.895 vs. 0.839; MeanR, 0.872 vs. 0.814), and both ADC and D have better performance than f. Conclusion It is feasible to stratify the grade of EOC by mono-exponential and IVIM models with histogram metrics, diagnositic efficiency of ADC and D values are higher.
