Objective: To investigate the association between mobile phone addiction and career maturity among senior high school students, and to examine the mediating role of learning motivation problems and the moderating effect of grade level, so as to provide evidence for targeted interventions to promote career development. Methods: From August to November 2025, a total of 1 591 students from grade 10 to grade 12 were selected from two senior high schools in Haibei Prefecture,Qinghai Province, using cluster sampling. Data were collected using the Mobile Phone Addiction Index, Middle School Students Motivation Scale and Career Maturity Scale. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationships among variables. Hierarchical linear regression was used to explore the association between mobile phone addiction and career maturity. The PROCESS macro (version 5.0 ) was used to test mediation and moderation effects. Results: Mobile phone addiction was negatively correlated with career maturity ( r =-0.21) and positively correlated with learning motivation problems ( r =0.12), while learning motivation problems were negatively correlated with career maturity ( r =-0.23) (all P <0.01). Mobile phone addiction was negatively associated with career maturity（ β =-0.21，95% CI =-0.27 to -0.15）, and learning motivation problems partially mediated the association (indirect effect= -0.03, 95% CI =-0.04 to -0.01)(both P <0.05). The interaction between mobile phone addiction and grade significantly predicted career maturity ( β =0.07, P <0.05). Simple slope analysis showed that the effect of mobile phone addiction on career maturity was strongest among first year senior high school students ( β =-0.26), followed by second year students ( β =-0.19), and was weaker among third year students ( β =-0.12)(all P <0.05). Conclusions Mobile phone addiction is negatively associated with career maturity among senior high school students. Learning motivation problems partially mediate the association, and the association between mobile phone addiction and career maturity is stronger among first and second year students than among third year students.

Objective To investigate the trend of dynamic changes and the mechanisms of P2X7R by which berberine(BBR)alleviates chronic retinal light injury in mice.Methods A total of 90 mice were randomly divided into three groups,a blank control group(n=10),a group exposed to low-intensity blue light(500 lux)for 12 hours per day for a duration of 3 months,which was referred to as the LD group(n=40),and another group given BBR at a dose of 200 mg/kg via gastric gavage on top of the blue light exposure for the LD group,which was referred to as the LD+BBR group(n=40).After the light exposure and gavage were completed,eye tissues were collected from the mice.Hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining was performed to observe the protective effects of berberine on chronic retinal light damage in mice.TUNEL assay was performed to assess the effect of berberine on apoptotic cells in mice with chronic retinal light injury.Additionally,quantitative polymerase chain reaction(QPCR)was performed to assess the expression level of P2X7 receptors in chronic retinal light injury relieved by BBR.Results Compared with the blank control group,the LD group exhibited abnormal retinal morphology,with some ganglion cells displaying reduced nuclei,a deeper stain,and loose arrangement.In the LD group,the cells in the inner nuclear layer appeared to be slightly more loosely arranged,while the cells in the outer nuclear layer cells were arranged in a disorderly way.Furthermore,the thickness of the outer nuclear layer of the retina from mice in the LD group was(47.11±2.01)μm,and a significant number of apoptotic cells were observed in the outer nuclear layer,resulting in an apoptosis rate of(71.16±5.99)％(P＜0.05).In contrast,the LD+BBR group showed mild abnormal retinal morphology with loosely arranged ganglion cells.In the LD+BBR group,the cells in both inner and outer nuclear layers of retina exhibited relatively intact morphology,uniform staining pattern,and tight arrangement.Moreover,the thickness measurement for outer nuclear layer revealed a value of(54.07±2.05)μm,and there were only a few apoptotic cells present,resulting in an apoptotic rate of(16.02±2.68)％(P＜0.05).Compared with that of the blank control group,the relative expression of P2X7R mRNA in the retinas of the LD group was upregulated,with the difference between the two groups being statistically significant(P＜0.05).The relative expression of P2X7R mRNA in the retinas of the LD+BBR group was downregulated,showing no statistical significance compared with that of the blank control group.However,compared with that of the LD group,the relative expression of P2X7R mRNA in the retinas of the LD+BBR group showed a significant downward trend,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Berberine can alleviate chronic retinal photodamage in mice,and inhibit the activation of P2X7R,thereby preventing the formation of retinal photodamage.

Objective To analyze the thyroid hormone levels in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF). Methods A total of 121 patients with AIS were selected, and were divided into NVAF group (AIS patients with NVAF) and control group (AIS patients without atrial fibrillation). Serum levels of triiodothyronine (T₃), free triiodothyronine (FT₃), thyroxine (T₄), free thyroxine (FT₄) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in two groups were measured and compared. The survival of the two groups was compared. Results The serum T₃ level in the NVAF group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in serum FT₃, T₄, FT₄ and TSH levels between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in survival between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion NVAF is associated with serum T₃ levels in AIS patients. There is no correlation between the risk of death and NVAF in AIS patients.

Objective To investigate the application value of tenofovir alafenamide fumarate (TAF) in elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and its influence on bones and kidneys. Methods A total of 36 CHB patients, aged ≥60 years, who received TAF antiviral therapy in Qingdao Municipal Hospital, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, Qingdao Sixth People's Hospital, Chengyang People's Hospital, and Jimo People's Hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were enrolled in this study, and all patients received TAF (25 mg/d) antiviral therapy. Related data were collected at baseline and weeks 24 and 48 of treatment, including virological indicators, biochemical parameters, urinary protein electrophoresis indices, transient elastography (FibroScan), and bone mineral density. Virological indicators included high-sensitivity HBV DNA quantification; biochemical parameters included total bilirubin, direct bilirubin (DBil), indirect bilirubin (IBil), alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, total bile acid (TBA), glucose, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, estimated glomerular filtration rate, and cystatin C (Cys C); urinary protein electrophoresis indices included urinary β2 microglobulin (β2-MG), urinary retinol (URBP), and urinary α1 microspherin (α1-MG). The paired t -test was used for comparison of normally distributed continuous data before and after treatment, and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data before and after treatment; the chi-square test or the Fisher's exact test was used for comparison of categorical data. Results A total of 36 CHB patients completed 24 weeks of follow-up. The complete virological response rate after 24 weeks of treatment was higher than that at baseline [83.3% (30/36) vs 77.8% (28/36), χ 2 =0.36, P =0.55], and there were significant reductions in DBil ( t =-2.42, P =0.02) and Cys C ( t =-4.34, P < 0.001) from baseline to week 24. A total of 18 CHB patients completed 48 weeks of follow-up. The complete virological response rate after 48 weeks of treatment was higher than that at baseline (94.4% vs 77.8%, χ 2 =2.22, P =0.34), and there were significant increases in IBil ( t =2.43, P =0.03), TBA ( Z =-2.24, P =0.03), and bone mineral density T score of lumbar vertebra ( t =2.92, P = 0.01) and femoral neck ( t =2.42, P =0.03) and a significant reduction in liver stiffness measurement ( t =-2.31, P =0.03). There were no significant changes in β2-MG, URBP, and α1-MG after treatment (all P > 0.05). Conclusion TAF has a good antiviral effect in CHB patients aged ≥60 years and can help more CHB patients achieve complete virological response, without causing damage to the kidney, and it can also improve bone mineral density and liver fibrosis degree.

In this paper, the domestic and international demand and development trend of clinical diagnostic radionuclides are analyzed, and the medium and high-energy cyclotrons, adequate and systematic facilities, and preparation techniques required for the production of medical radionuclides based on solid targets are introduced. This paper focuses on the research and development carried out by some important medical institutions and scientific research institutes in China over the years in the aspects of medium and high-energy cyclotrons, beam transmission lines, high-power irradiation target stations and new medical isotope production processes etc. It also looks forward to some new directions for the development of medical radionuclides in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

Thereareanumberoftortuousbloodvessels.Thelesionsareobviouslyheterogenouslyenhanced,andthethickeneddrainagevessels couldalsobeseenoncontrastGenhancedimages.Thelesionsofuterinepseudoaneurysmsandarteriovenousmalformationsdon’tshow highsignalintensityonDWI,suggsetingnolimiteddiffusion.Conclusion The MRIcharacteristicsoftheuterinepseudoaneurysms showthattheuterinelesionenhancementissimilartotheuterinearterycommunicatingwiththelesion.The MRIcharacteristicsof theuterinearteriovenous malformationsarethatthereareanumberoftortuousbloodvesselsanddrainagevesselsintheuterus. Therearen’tlimiteddiffusioninthesetwodiseasesonDWI.

Objective To preliminarily discuss the safety and efficacy of microvascular decompression for patients with trigeminal neuralgia caused by vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia (VBD).Methods From January 2013 to August 2016,16 patients with trigeminal neuralgia caused by vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.All patients received preoperative magnetic resonance angiography examination.The anatomical relationship between the trigeminal nerves and the peripheral vessels was identified.Microvascular decompression was conducted via suboccipital retrosigmoid approach.They were followed up for 12-52 months after procedure.The trigeminal neuralgia score standard of Barrow Neurological Institute was used to evaluate the degree of pain of the patients before procedure,after procedure,and during the follow-up period.Results Of the 16 patients,the pain disappeared immediately in 15 after procedure,and the pain was not obviously relieved in 1 case after procedure,and the pain disappeared gradually at 6 months after procedure.One patient had hearing loss after operation compared with pre-operation.The follow-up time ranged from 12 months to 52 months.Three patients had recurrent pain at 6,12,and 36 months,respectively after procedure.Conclusion Microvascular decompression treatment of trigeminal neuralgia caused by VBD has better safety and surgical efficacy,but there was a certain pain recurrence rate,which needed further research.

In order to construct a novel multifunctional targeting nano-carrier based on pH-redox characteristics of tumor microenvironment,ketone bonds and disulfide bonds were bonded to the oligomeric hyaluronic acid (oHA) being sensitive to pH and the reduction environment.The chemical structure of oligomeric hyaluronic acid-8-mercaptomenthone 1,2-glycerolketal (oHMST) was characterized by 1H NMR,IR and ESI-MS.Curcuminloaded micelles were prepared by dialysis.The single factor investigation was carried out on the dosage form.Some properties,including particle size zeta potential,the morphology of micelles,and pH-sensitivity were studied.The materials were synthesized successfully.The micelles were spheric with a diameter of about 100 nm.The Zeta potential of the micelles was-(21.97 ± 1.08) mV.The in vitro test showed that oHMST carriers have good pH-sensitivity and redox-sensitivity.

Objective To observe the effect of Triclosan( TCS) exposure on Caenorhabditis elegans( c. ele-gans) F1 generation of locomotory behavior, brood size, and generation time. Methods The trial included a control group and 4 TCS treatment groups with different doses (100 nmol/L,1 μmol/L,10μmol/L,20μmol/L),the exposure time being 24 hours,the effect of c. elegans′head thrashes,body bending frequency,the brood size and generation time was observed. Results (1) The control group exposed to 100 nmol/L,1 μmol/L,10 μmol/L,20 μmol/L TCS,their head thrash frequency of c. elegans F1 was(109. 40±8. 61) times/min,(84. 70±7. 82) times/min,(76. 35±7. 44) times/min,(74. 74±5. 93)times/min,(71. 95±4. 19)times/min,respectively,the head thrash ability of c. elegans was significantly inhibited(F=62. 245,P<0. 01). (2) When the control group was exposed to 100 nmol/L,1 μmol/L,10μmol/L,20 μmol/LTCS,the frequency of c.elegans F1 body bent was (19.94±2.46)times/20 s,(15.13±1.99) times/20 s,(14.63±2.31)times/20 s,(14.69±1.96)times/20 s,(12.00±1.86)times/20 s,respectively,and the comparative differences between groups were statistically significant(F=25. 636,P<0. 01). (3) When the control group was exposed to 0,100 nmol/L,1 μmol/L,10 μmol/L,20 μmol/L TCS,the body sizes of the c. elegans F1 generation was (286.83±6.01)articles,(273.33±6.41)articles,(214.17±7.25)articles,(173.67±9.20)articles, (118. 50 ± 6. 98 ) articles, respectively, the brood size of the C. elegans F1 generation exposed to 100 nmol/L, 1μmol/L,10 μmol/L,20 μmol/L TCS levels,were reduced by 4. 71%,25. 60%,39. 45%,58. 67%,the ge-neration time of the c. elegans′F1 generation was shortened by 2. 14%-5. 38% in the TCS treatment groups compared with the control group(F=27. 520,P<0. 01). Conclusions After c. elegans exposure to TCS,locomotory behavior can be severe-ly affected,reproductive damage causes a decline in the number of brood size,and the speeding-up of the breeding rate is related to the concentration of TCS concentration-response.
