Objective:
To construct nomogram to predict the risk of bone metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).
Methods:
The clinical data of NSCLC patients diagnosed in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed, including the occurrence of bone metastasis, age, gender, pathological type, smoking status, PS score, TN stage, metastasis of other sites before bone metastasis, carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) level, alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level, serum calcium(Ca2+), serum phosphorus(P), alkaline phosphatase(ALP) level, which were determined by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) and decision curve analysis were used, DCA was used to verify the accuracy and clinical benefit of the model, and nomogram was used to visualize the model.
Results:
Area under the ROC curve(AUC) showed that in the modeling group(n=138) and the validation group(n=92), the AUC value predicted by combined indicators(age, gender, pathological type, CEA, ALP)(modeling group=0.792, validation group=0.629) was higher than that predicted by single indicator.
Conclusion
The prediction model constructed in this study has good effect and can provide reference for clinical screening of high-risk patients with bone metastasis of NSCLC.

Objective:This study aims to examine the incidence and risk factors of violent behaviors in community-dwelling unmedicated patients with severe mental disorders in Shenzhen. Methods:The baseline and follow-up data of unmedicated patients with severe mental disorders were collected from the Information Management System of Mental Health Prevention and Control in Shenzhen. The incidence of violent behaviors in unmedicated patients was described. The influencing factors of violent behaviors were analyzed using logistic regression model. Results:A total of 3 163 patients were included. The incidence of violent behaviors was 9.1% (288/3 163) in 2019. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that having an acute illness onset ( OR=1.589, 95 %CI 1.181-2.139) was the risk factor of violent behaviors, while having cohabitants ( OR=0.596, 95 %CI 0.410-0.867), being diagnosed as mental retardation comorbid with psychotic disorders ( OR=0.432, 95 %CI 0.199-0.938), having application for carers allowances ( OR=0.440, 95 %CI 0.319-0.606), and participating in family doctor services ( OR=0.642, 95 %CI 0.492-0.838) and community face-to-face interviews during 2019 ( OR (1-2 times vs. 0 times)=0.633, 95 %CI 0.466-0.861; OR (3-4 times vs. 0 times)=0.546, 95 %CI 0.368-0.811) were the protective factors. Conclusions:The incidence of violent behaviors is high in unmedicated patients with severe mental disorders with acute illness onset. The improvement of comprehensive level of community mental health services and the development of targeted intervention measures would help to reduce the occurrence of violent behaviors among unmedicated patients with severe mental disorders in the community.

Outbreaks of pseudorabies (PR) have occurred in southern China since late 2011, resulting in significant economic impacts on the swine industry. To identify the cause of PR outbreaks, especially among vaccinated pigs, 11 pseudorabies virus (PRV) field strains were isolated from Guangdong province during 2013–2014. Their major viral genes (gE, TK, gI, PK, gD, 11K, and 28K) were analyzed in this study. Insertions or deletions were observed in gD, gE, gI and PK genes compared with other PRV isolates from all over the world. Furthermore, sequence alignment showed that insertions in gD and gE were unique molecular characteristics of the new prevalent PRV strains in China. Phylogenetic analysis showed that our isolates were clustered in an independent branch together with other strains isolated from China in recent years, and that they showed a closer genetic relationship with earlier isolates from Asia. Our results suggest that these isolates are novel PRV variants with unique molecular signatures.

Purpose To explore CT manifestations of thyroid carcinoma and its correlation with neck lymph node metastasis. Materials and Methods CT findings of 165 patients with thyroid carcinoma confirmed by surgical pathology were studied, including number, shape, size, calcium, necrosis, surrounding invasion and enhancement of substantial part, and its correlation with neck lymph node metastasis was also analyzed. Results 107 out of 165 patients (64.85%) suffered from neck lymph node metastasis. Different tumor number, calcium and necrosis were not associated with the rate of neck lymph node metastasis (χ2=0.009, 2.606, 1.522;P>0.05);tumor shape, size, surrounding invasion and enhancement were significantly different from the rate (χ2=26.510, 75.995, 68.922, 20.819;P<0.05). Patients age, tumor shape, size, enhancement and surrounding invasion were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (r=0.124, 0.243, 0.276, 0.287, 0.395;P<0.05);the sequence of correlation was as follows:surrounding invasion>enh ancement>shape>size>age. However, patients gender, tumor number, calcium and necrosis showed on correlation (r=0.074, 0.126, 0.005, 0.121;P>0.05). Conclusion Lymph node metastasis is mainly associated with factors like age, tumor shape, size, enhancement and surrounding invasion. It is advisable that patients with high risk rate may consider selective cervical lymph node dissection.
