Objective To investigate the situation of hepatitis B immune blocking and the growth and development of hepatitis B exposed children within one year after birth, and to provide evidence for formulating and optimizing measures for maternal and infant blocking in Wenzhou. Methods The hepatitis B infection status during pregnancy and birth was collected, hepatitis B immunoglobulin and vaccine were analyzed, and a follow-up on the immune blocking effect, growth and development, and the nutritional status of children exposed to hepatitis B was conducted. Statistical analysis of data was carried out through SPSS 26.0. Results In 2021, 6.07% of newborns in Wenzhou were exposed to hepatitis B, of which 28.37% were highly exposed children. The prevalence rates for males and females were 6.42% and 5.70%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=13.744, P<0.001). The prevalence rates in mountainous and non-mountainous counties were 6.35% and 5.94%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.72, P < 0.001). In 2021, the mother-to-child transmission rate of children exposed to hepatitis B was 0.54‰. There were no significant differences in the height, weight, hemoglobin and neuropsychological development of hepatitis B exposed children compared with non-exposed children (P < 0.001). Conclusion The number of children exposed to hepatitis B in mountainous counties is significantly higher than that in non-mountainous counties in Wenzhou, and the number of men is significantly higher than that of women. The proportion of highly exposed children is relatively high. The effect of mother-to-child blocking is good, and there is no significant difference between the growth and development of children exposed to hepatitis B and no-exposed children during follow-up.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of a domestically developed robotic surgical system based on fiber-optic dedicated line communication in cross-regional urological telesurgery. Methods:This was multicenter,single-arm,retrospective case series study. The data of patients who underwent urological telesurgeries using the telesurgical system between January 2023 and December 2024 were analyzed. The cohort included 59 patients from seven hospitals across China. Among the patients,47 were male(79.7%)and 12 were female(20.3%),with a median age of 63.0(56.0,68.0)years and a body mass index of(24.7 ± 3.0)kg/m 2. Surgical procedures included 32 radical prostatectomies,24 partial nephrectomies, one radical nephrectomy, one adrenalectomy, and one ureteral reconstruction. The perioperative indicators, pathological results and postoperative complications were analyzed. The network monitoring data were collected, and the perioperative data of patients, remote system monitoring data and costs were compared between the two communication modes of optical transport network(OTN)and cloud-connect network(CCN). Results:All 59 remote surgeries were successfully completed, with a mean operative time of(138.0 ± 54.0)minutes,median intraoperative blood loss of 50.0(30.0,100.0)ml and a postoperative hospital stay of 5.0(4.0,6.0)days. No cases required reoperation,Clavien-Dindo grade ≥3 complications,or readmission. The geographical distance between the primary and remote surgical sites ranged from 450 to 2 800 km. Network monitoring revealed increased bidirectional latency with distance increasing:the shortest latency time(Hefei-Hangzhou,450 km)was(16.59 ± 0.80)ms,while the longest(Harbin-Hangzhou,2 200 km)latency time was(53.31 ± 0.31)ms. Average frame loss per procedure was 0?1.27 frames. The results of subgroup analysis comparing OTN and CCN communication modes showed no significant differences in operative time[(130.7 ± 70.5)minutes vs.(142.1 ± 42.9)minutes, P = 0.442],postoperative hospitalization[6.0(4.0,8.0)d vs. 5.0(4.0,6.0)d, P = 0.581],or readmission rates(0 vs. 0). However,CCN demonstrated significant cost advantages with 500 RMB per operation vs. 3 000 RMB per operation for OTN. Conclusions:Urological telesurgery using fiber-optic communication is feasible. The CCN mode, with its cost-effectiveness,excellent usability, and multi-point interconnection flexibility,is currently the preferred communication model for telesurgical applications.

Objective To investigate the potential of substrate elasticity in regulating rapid differentiation of HepaRG cells into hepatocyte-like cells ,and further provide hepatocytes for bioartificial liver. Methods The substrate elasticity was divided into 4 groups. The expressions of albumin(ALB)were detected by albumin-green fluorescent protein-reporter system (ALB-GFP-reporter system) and Image J software;the cell morphology was observed by microscope and the amounts of cell were detected by cell Titer-Blue cell viability assay kit (alamar blue). Results The results of ALB showed that at the 4th hour, the expressions of ALB inside the HepaRG cells between 4s group and 8s group,16 s group and Glass group were not statistically different (t = 0.791,1.389, 2.481,P>0.05);at the 4th day,the expressions of 4s group had statistical differences in comparison with those of 16s group and Glass group(t = 12.41,12.52,P < 0.05),but not statistical difference when compared with those of 8s group(t = 2.603,P > 0.05);at the 7th day,the expressions of 4s group were statistically different from those of 8s group,16s group and Glass group(t=3.266,6.725,8.005,P<0.05). The microscope showed that only a typical epithelial morphology was observed before differentiation ,then hepatocyte-like cells and bile duct-like cell were observed at differentiated phases. The alamar blue showed that at the 4th and the 7th day,the cell number of 4s group were not statistically different from that of 8s group,16s group and Glass group(P >0.05). Conclusion Soft substrate can promote differentiation of HepaRG cells.

To Study Juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) in the nasal cavity, raise the level of diagnosis and treatment for this disease. We reported a case with JXG and reviewed the literatures. JXG in nasal vestibule is ex tremely rare. Only three cases were reported before. After surgical removal,no recurrence was found over a 10-month follow-up. Clinical manifestations and imaging examination is nonspecific for JXG, and the diagnosis of the disease relies on pathological examination. Surgical resection is an effective treatment method.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(4):229-232
OBJECTIVE:
To study the relationship between negative life events and quality of life of tinnitus patients, and explore the role of negative life events in psychological counseling and rehabilitation of tinnitus.
METHOD:
Sixty-one cases of tinnitus patients and 61 normal controls were tested with tinnitus handicap inventory and life event scale, scores were compared and the associated analysis was made.
RESULT:
Stimulating quantity of negative life events in the tinnitus group, compared with the control group was statistically different (Z = -2.56. P < 0.05). The incidence of negative life events in the tinnitus group compared with the control group was no statistically different (chi2 = 0.05, P > 0.05). The incidence of abnormal scores of negative life events compared with the control group was statistically different (chi2 = 16.68, P < 0.01). Positive correlation in tinnitus group was found between scores of negative life events and scores of tinnitus handicap inventory (r = 0.41, P < 0.01). The higher the score of negative life events, the lower the quality of life with tinnitus patients.
CONCLUSION
Severity of negative life events and tinnitus is closely related, and negative life events can reduce the quality of tinnitus patients life. We should pay more attention to negative life events in psychological counseling with tinnitus patients. The intervention in negative life events can improve the quality of life. providing the targeted and individualized theory basis for tinnitus psychological counseling and rehabilitation.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(16):729-732
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the correlation between tinnitus severity and anxiety experienced by patients in order to explore its role in the rehabilitation of the tinnitus.
METHOD:
A total of 119 patients complaining of tinnitus were recruited in a cross-sectional survey. Correlation was studied by series of instruments including tinnitus general questionnaire, tinnitus handicap inventory (THI) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).
RESULT:
Significant correlations between THI and SAS scores (r = 0.573, P < 0.01), and between THI classification and SAS scores were shown (r = 0.551, P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
There was a moderate positive correlation between tinnitus severity and anxiety. If a patient reports a THI greater than 38, the otolaryngologist should supplement diagnostic studies with a psychological consultation.
